Sir I had purchsed BSNL Penta T pad which was suplied in the month of July, 2014. From the starting, battery was showing poor performance anddichrged within 2 hours in stadby position and key bord supplied was not in working condition.After 3 month i.e. in Oct, Tab was swelled and opened in one side which was inreased day by day and bended .I had lodge the complaint to Homeshop 18 and Pantel Ltd and they provided me address of nearest service centre at Kota but all address was fake and they refused for service.Again I asked for theservice center for Lucknow.From the 5 serce centre, Only DIGI Solution, Waqar haider is ready for service but he is demanding invoice of the product which was not supplied by you.I haverquested 3-4 times for the invoice / vouchre but you have not supplied till date.Only you are asking the IMEI no([protected]) and email address and I have told 3 times but not suppliedyet by you. You are delaying the process of servicing due to lack of invoice which is must for servicing inwarranty period.

    i have ordered dress on 29 october 2014, it was delivered after a week, i found the dress is not so good, i couriered the same product, till now as per today 15 days the product has been delivered to them, and i ordered a replacement product instead, but they are not resolving this issue, even though calling hundred times, no response form homeshop18, i request ministry of company affairs should take legal action against homeshop18. and should ban the alloted frqeuency for there channel. i request new customers not to buy any product form homeshop18.and dont even dare to watch HOMESHOP18 tv channel, they just make impress customers with there bloody ads and presentations..but fact is they are making fools..

        I got a damaged piece of Nikky Tasha Roti Maker. There was a broken piece in the parcel sent to me . it is a small piece from the bottom of the roti maker. i have complained several times and i got a call from your side but i was unavailable on that number. i have provided alternate number to the call center but till date i have not received call on that number. AFter several calls to your call center i was told that my problem will be sorted by 27 nov. 2014 but i regret to inform that today on 27th nov i called your call centre i was told that within 48 to 72 hours i will be getting a call from your side. Request you to please give me a replacement at the earliest.

          I picked up a Celkon A354C mobile phone online for myself. Now the dispatched date given was on 08/11/14. When followed up with the customer service they said that it is been delayed and the gave us a courier phone no. to call and track it down, after repeated attempts of calling the courier guys. they dint pick the call. so we tried from a diffrent no. but dint get the right info. for what we were looking for. its been more than half a month by now and theres yet no news bout my order. Homeshop18 has a very bad courier service and a bad customer service.

              I ordered causal trousers from homeshop18 and my order no is :[protected].but that product is lose to me so again I had call to customer care and locked complaint for replacement.I made 10 to 15 calls to your customer care and follow up about my complaint, every representative giving me the same answer your replacement is done within 2 days but nothing happen, your TAT is also over. The product is laying only in my cupboard. Your representative and seniors are not polite to the customer.They are using bad language with customer.so I kindly request to you please arrange the replacement as sson as possible.

                I have booked lotus white glow kit on 24.10.14 vide order no.[protected]. It was not delivered till 03.11.14 and therefore I had requested to deliver the same after 14.11.14 as we were out of station. Even after lapse of 12 days, we are yet to receive any response from Homeshop 18 even after contacting daily. The phone lifter normally informing that you wait 48 hours and we will inform you or deliver the goods within 3-4 days. If you are not in a position to deliver the goods, please credit the sum already deposited through net banking within 2 days.

                  Your order from North India Top Company -Dharuhera attempted via ARAMEX # [protected] is pending, plz contact on 33003300. The above message received by me today. It was understood that the consignment will be free home delivery at my address but it was surprised to receive such msg saying to contact me on given number. Secondly I have received one phone call in the afternoon today and I was asked to collect the consignment in the evening at 8.30 pm from Aramex courier office. Accordingly I went to collect the same on given time but there I was being told that the consignment is not traceable and I was told that I will get it tomorrow. And then in the night I received the above mentioned msg. It is disgusting. I have purchased so many items thru online shopping with Amazon but such thingswwere not happened any time. I don't know what surprise may happen after receiving the consignment. Hope to receive the correct product as shown during tv show on 22 Nov 2014 at 9.30 pm.

                    I ordered a mobile phone of Spice 5 inch (12.7 cms) 3G Android Quad Core Phone -516-Mobile+ 1 Designer Watch + 1 sunglasses + 2 Flip covers+ 1 Power Bank via home shop 18 advertisement on television. My order number is[protected] . Order date :- 13th November 2014 at 10:09 PM. I have received a courier on 15th November 2014 Via Aramex with AWB no. [protected] . I paid Rs. 7000 in cash to your executive at the time of delivery. It contained a mobile phone + freebies of Spice company but this was not that phone which i ordered. I have received Spice FLO M-6110n. I complained to your customer care at the same time . My complaint number is[protected] . Your executive told me that ''we will resolve your issue within 72 hours'' but today is 12th day of my complaint but i did not get any satisfactory action from your end..Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                      I ordered Berg Roti Maker on 7th September 2014 and I received it on 12th September 2014. After 2 days the roti maker stopped working. I mailed them hundreds of time but i only get automated responses. On 10th October people from homeshop18 told me to courier the product to them and they said me to email the information about the courier to them but an automated response was sent to me.                         I have order an Berg Roti Maker from Homeshopy vide Order No.[protected], The said order was delivered on 16.11.2014, a defective piece was delivered (broken). Immediately i have raised a complaint before the customer care department and the same was recorded vide complaint no.[protected]. Upon receipt of the complaint the customer care called me but technical problem the same could not be attaineded. There after their was no call from the customer department nor resolved the problem. I have called many time to resolve my complaint till date i have not single call. Therefore i request to replace the roti maker with new one or refund the amount. Thanking you, Sujatha [protected]

                          I hv purchased a roti maker from homeshop18 which i received it on friday 21st Nov 2014. The piece was damaged, and as per homeshop18 promise receipe book and glouse was not there. I lodged the complain on the same day and next day i am receiving a call in the afternoon that we dont hv pick up services and u pls pack up n send it to so n so address. I was shocked and i told that guy if i had time why would i hv purchased frm homeshop. I would hv myself gone to the market n made a purchase. Sorry not possible pls arrange a pick up for me i told one of the executive. I never received any call frm homeshop on saturday failing to which i called back n said the same story to Mr.gaurav n again he also strd saying same thing. I told him when we were placing the order why u all didnt inform that if damage is there we wont do reverse pick up then i would hv not placed the order then he didnt had any answer and said he will forward my complaint and homeshop will call u. Again i never received any call i hv to call on monday, tuesday i.e., today n spoke to ur few executives jyotsna, jagdip n asked him to transfer the call to H.O.D. Mr.Sandeep Malhotra but he never transfered the call. Homeshop 18 is a fraud company. Kindly solve my issue failing to which i will take the matter to conumer court.

                                I had buyed a sewing machine from hs18 on 2 April 2014 which was not working from the starting I tried to call the hs18 customer care but they gave me no of manufacturing company i call the company too bt there was no answer i asking them to take machine back n give my money return but they said that theyy can't take it back as it was a rule that it should be back in 48 hrs of buying they chitted me i want my money back

                                  I bought 2 topsheets from homeshop18 in August. Quality of those bedsheets was terrible so I decided to return the product. To my surprise, they asked me to courier the bedsheets back to their vendor address and promised to refund me the courier charges.I sent the product back by Indian postal code and it came back to me within a week. Then they told me to write suborder number on the top and resend the product back to them. I did that and the product again came back to me (No reason was mentioned anywhere on the envelope for its return). Now, without any shame they ask me to send the product again to them at a new address. I warned them that this will be last time I am sending and I couriered those bedsheets again to them. And now, they say they have not yet received the bedsheets and they have no clue on my refund for courier charges and bedsheet price. This is such a pathetic site and worst customer care I have ever dealt with. Every customer care person responds differently to same question. This site has no right to exist and frustrate their customers with such attitude. I wish I could escalate this issue which has almost extended to 6 months and still no solution is in sight.

Now, In your tracking I have found a message saying that consignee refused to take the articles. This is false. No courier man came to me. Courier person made a false statement. I have purchased so many articles from Homeshoppe. There is no occasion when I refused to take the articles.                                       I unfortunately ordered for berg laundry hanger I got the product with 4 parts missing .. I called for So many times to get the remaining parts but No use, I got 2 parts with 2 remaining parts missing .. After so many calls I wanted my money back I return the product but .. Got the cheque with a Spelling mistake.. It has been 7 months .. No Response from home shop 18.. Iam fed up now it Was my first experience from this homeshop18 And it's going to be my last ..

                                        I Chinmayee Bhuyan, from Bhubaneswar have purchased one HCL Dual Core 3G Calling Tablet which was delivered with invoice no. TARA/14-15/285173 Dated 01/11/2014 by cash on delivery. The name & address mentioned in the retail in-voice is not mine. The key-pad provided was not compartible with the TAB & the TAB is not supporting 3G NET-WORK also. When I approched HCL servicing centre I was informed that its mother board is to be changed & it will take 15-20 days.In spite of lodging complain for several times(8-10) no action has been taken for replacement or return of the product. Even though I requested withen 24hours of delivery of the product for returning the same, you did not take any step in this regard.Hence, I request you to take immediate step in this regard for return of the product, otherwise I will bring this matter to media.
