Dear Team, I have self ordered the below mentioned item, I was to order another item as well but was just waiting for the delivery of first item, But to my surprise it was not complete. This is with reference to your order no.[protected] placed with us dated 25th October 2014 for Kundan Necklace Set By Zaveri Pearls (Seller: Zaveri Pearls). We would like to inform you that your order has been delivered on 5th November 2014 and is received by NA.

The complaint was posted the same day in the evening as soon as the product was delivered but nothing has been acted till date...

    I have ordered dual si spice mobile phone for Rs. 2999/ and same was delivered on 19/10/2014. But the wrist watch supplied with order was defective. I have make complaint on [protected] on same day dt. 19/10/2014 . Company has setteled for Rs. 300/ cheque and assured me within 7 days I will be get my cheque.       I booked a chapati maker in homeshop on 27 Sep & i received product on 1 Oct but it was not working so same day i filled complain in Homeshop 18 but they only giving date & they said that it would be replaced within a week but no one came & not got any call from company & after long follow up & they said that i should courier shipment in mentioned address & they would refund the amount. I did same & they got shipment on 20 Oct-2014 but didnt get any call from homeshop . When today i called to customer came they talked very rudely & they wanted to say it was my mistake to order the shipment in Homeshop 18 again they are only giving date & they are taking very rudely .           This is with reference to my order no[protected] placed on 25th October 2014, for Fostello solid nylon handbag(Black). I was not delivered the bag I ordered, but a horrible looking brown bag. I called the customer care, but there they said to return the bag to a particular address, after which I will be delivered my original bag. I was also told that I will be contacted by the Home Shop 18 team in the next 48 hours, but I guess the 48 hours is yet to come. But for returning this bag, I have to bear the courier charge, which happens to be pretty high. I just don't understand that why should I be paying extra charges for the fallacy of Homeshop18 team.

                i had placed order no[protected] on 19 Oct 14 for LP tennis elbow support and flamingo tennis elbow support. Both the items delivered are of wrong size( ordered size'l' delivered size 's'). also, flamingo tennis elbow support of mrp 349 has been completely wrongly delivered. the product received is plain elbow support of mrp 159. cod for both product has been collected. i had raised complaints both online and telephonically on 25 Oct 14 and followed it up. but neither has anybody contacted me nor has the problem been resolved. the customer service of homeshop 18 is pathetic to say the least.

                    sir I have ordered 7 zoha saree at 19 oct 2014. i get the delivery 24 oct 2014. i give the payment 2899 to the bleu dart courier. without opening the packet. because a courier man said that he cant give the permission to open the packet without payment . so I open the packet I was shocked there was a six dress material in a packet.i called the same time to home shopee24-10-14 to 31-10-14 all most 20-30 time .but they asked you go the nearest courier and i go the courier blue dart they asked me give 1085 rupees to the courier but i cant, able to pay for courier. .I want my money back very soon.

                      I have purchased a Spice 516 vide order no-[protected] which I received on 29th October, 2014.But unfortunately the standard of the product was not up to satisfaction. Even the camera quality, which said to be of 8 mega pixels, is of very poor quality, in compare to other mobile phones ( I compared its picture with Samsung. Karbon and Xiaomi). On 30th October, 2014, I notified the same to your office and lodge a complain(No[protected] and your officials suggested me to talk with customer care of Spice mobile and they forwarded addresses of Spice customer care, Delhi. I talked with one of them who replied that they are there for repair of product and not to enhance the quality of the product. Besides this, one wrist watch which was free with the mobile was also not in a good condition and the same has also been notified to your officials who ensured that the watch would be replaced within one week. In view of the above, I request you to take back the product and return my money back at the earliest.                               I ordered Berg Roti Maker and I received it on the 25th of October, 2014 and I found it to be damaged at it's joint. I immediately complained against it at that moment. I was told that a call would com regarding replacement and it came on the 28th of October, 2014 at 12:15pm, but as I picked the call, no sound came and the call was automatically cut after a few seconds. A message came that I was not reachable and I would be again called within 48 hours, but no call came. None of the authorities were responsive and I want my product to be replaced soon. I was told by the HS18 customercare assistance that the product reached the HS18 and the replacement shipping sent on 17th October. Yesterday, I have received a false SMS stating that the product is delivered to the customer. But I have not received the product yet.                                     sir/ madam I placed an order on 3rd sep.2014 for the product -Zoha collection of 5 dress materials, product code is 32164231 and the amount paid by me is rs.2000. Order no. is[protected] . 4 dress material are in good condition but one of the dress's printing is defective .The printing is such that I can't get it stitched . I had made a call immediately and infomed about it and gave the details. I was convinced that the other piece / material will be soon sent to me .After waiting for many days again I made many calls and the answer was that material is now not available so rs. 400 cheque will be sent to me . Till this day no cheque has come my way . Hope I'll receive the cheque soon .

                                      I ordered Collection of Designer Kurtas by Asmitas from HS18 on 14th September 2014. The order number is[protected] and suborder number is 87620319. I ordered these Kurtas online by paying Rs. 2099 . After receiving it I found the Quality is not good. I returned it next day i.e. on 19th Sept 2014 by courier by my own expense. from that day the nightmare begins. Everyday I am calling the homeshop 18 customer care for my refund but still (30 oct 14)I have not received the refund. Whenever I called the customer care, I always got the same response that we have arrange the callback from our backend team and you will get the callback for sure within 48 Hrs. it is more that 45 days and still I have not received the callback not even the refund. I want my refund back ASAP. I also attached POD (proof of Delivery) herewith but still HS18 not providing the refund I have made biggest mistake by ordering the product from Homeshop18. I will never ever again order from HS18 and I advise all not to order from HS18. They are cheaters and they dont want to return your money. I purchased these Kurtas for Rs. 2099 . Also I returned the Kurtas so I lost everything. No one in HS18 who actually cares for customer. I am going to consumer court now such harassment and cheating and mental agony I have suffered.

                                      hey pravinfarad.. i m also suffering this kind of same problem. i ordered Micromax-A075 from HS18.com. (5990/-) but i didn't like this phone. i called for refund. i have sent the all things by courier. but no reponse from their side. i called their executive many times but they always says, u will get the call from my side within 24 to 48 hours. but they didn't call me. i m very angry with HS18. they don't care of their customer. HS18 is delivering their product very soon, but delay in refunding. i will also never shop here again. They are cheaters. They never satisfy their customers.
