    Refund action of Product:- I had place an order no.[protected] on dated 13th October 2014 to Home Shop 18 for Ambrane A3-7 3G Android calling tablet suborder # 89972173" which was delivered to me on 16th October 2014 the tablet was delivered defected by Home Shop 18/ Ambrane Company and thereafter a refund request was made and I dispatched the product as directed by Home Shop 18 on 30th October 2014 through Speed Post.I have done all the needful( couriered it at required address and scanned and sent the receipt) but every time as promised by customer care no follow up call is made to me and I have not received any refund despite many attempts till date. Its a shame that you advertise something and don't stand by your easy refund policy.Its such a waste of time and fraudulent behavior to harass the customers.Kindly take some action for refund at the earliest.

      Hey Homeshop18 , What a hec of people you are. Placed order, got wrong products, returned as suggested, but then started getting the trouble, called many times but gets only same response you will get call back in 24 hours/48 hours/72 hours and what more no response yet. Just fed up with you cheating people. Think that our hard earned money is used as tips for you people. No seriousness of any case, Not even bothered of peoples money, feelings or any . If you ever think that you dare to give any response then find the complaint numbers:[protected] and[protected].

          This is re order number[protected]set of two ethnic nehru jacket), delivered on 8th Dec. The jackets were of very cheap material, very small in size, and defective as well. I have called multiples time, and raised a ticket as well. customer care representative says that ticket is raised and in process which will take 48-72 working hours which means 9 working days...But I haven't got any call and the ticket is closed. Please help me .. I dont know whom to escalate but I am sure I will find out quickly.

                I want to inform you that i have purchase jewellery set form home shop 18 and when i receive the product (21 nov-14) and i was complaining next day for quality issue and refund my money back but till know i called many time is home shop 18 customer care and talk with senior also but they always said with in 24 hrs and 48 hrs to pickup product return and return your money but today is 12-12-14 no buddy pickup the product and not give money back i relay bed experience with home shop 18 and i never purchase again and never suggest to other purchase form them .

                  I ordered this product from homeshop18 on 22nd nov2014 and got its delivery by 3rd dec2014. The product which i got, misfit's me. So the same day I raised a complaint for replacement of the product. Now it has been 10 days the homeshop18 team has not responded to my complaint. Whenever I call them they tell me that give us 72 hours we will arrange a pick up, but no service has been provided yet. I am just fed up of this company now. Plz someone help me out.                     Dear Sir/Maam, With due respect I beg to state the following things. I have ordered a tab from above home shop 18 about 3 months ago. As there was not any option for inserting SIM in that device, immediately I returned back it (as they have options for cash refund, they are saying and displaying this thing again and again in their channel) In between I have called the customer care several times (around 30 times) and supplied every ting to them, still they have not refunded me the amount. Four months passed away. Each time they are asking me a different thing. First they told me to send the spelling of my name for cheque refund purpose. Then told me to send scan of my id. Then telling that your mail has not been received by us. When I remind them that an auto generated mail I received from you, how do you told that you didn't receive my mail, then they said that scan of your id is not clear, send it again.                           Hi, My Mom ordered Berg B15 Roti Maker (Order No:[protected] during last week of Nov'14 and we received it on 29/30 Nov'14. The roti maker didn't work well so we filed a complaint within next 24 hours (Complaint No:[protected] asking them to process the pickup of the product and refund the amount paid. My dad received a call on 03 Dec'14 from their team and they gave us a number to contact for Berg customer care (+91-[protected]) which turned out to be a wrong number. Since then I have called HomeShop18 customer care several times and logged in another complaint (Complaint No:[protected] but no action has been taken so far. Every time I call they tell me their team will call us back in another 24-48 hrs but nothing happens. This morning I had a chat with customer care floor manager Vikas Arya who promised that their team will call me back at my given number first thing after they come online but like always no response what so ever. My family and I are feeling cheated as we have been shopping online for quite sometime now and have never faced such a bad customer support. Sites like Myntra, Flipkart arrange for a return with next two to three days but with HomeShop18 it has been 10 days and they don't even give assist over phone.                                 The fourth complaint from our site, the last complaint ws- "The third complaint from our side for the same product. The complaint was: "This is the second time we are filing a complaint for the same product, for which the query has not been clarified yet. The first complaint goes like this- 'We ordered for an indo-western outfit, then asked for replacement that very day of receiving the product. The product was picked from my house after more than 2 weeks, and it has already been more than 2 months and we have not received our product. We have called more than 10 times but we only got false promises and till now we have not received our product. We asked the costumer helpline people to at least send an SMS regarding the status of our product but we did not receive that even. We have never seen an online shopping company showing such negligence and lack of interest to a regular customer. Please help as soon as possible, for we have waited for more than 2 months. My email account is [protected]@gmail.com Phone no.: [protected]' We did receive a call which was not at all helpful, so we called the helpline no. And had a talk with the senior who told us to wait for sometime as the company will send an email regarding the details for refund through cheque but we still did not receive it. The complaint was filed to homeshop18 regarding the replacement of product on 25th September and it is December now, but we still have no clear answer regarding the replacement/refund. We would like to get the refund as soon as possible (through cheque) for we have already waited too long. Please help ASAP ..." Unfortunately we have still not received a satisfactory response for our query, nor the refund cheque; so we are planning to submit this complaint to the consumer court if not resolved soon..." The company took every detail of our account, and indirectly our account pin as well. The company people are not taking our complaint seriously so if this complaint is not resolved we will file our complaint against them in consumer court.

                                    Hi, I am writing this mail with highly dissatisfaction with Homeshop18 shopping experience. Its more that 2 months since i have placed order[protected]Suborder no.[protected]. I did not received product till date. When I contact customer care[protected], I had a very worst experience with executive. Her name is Shivangi and she is no idea about shipment. She was keep telling me that she cant help me in delivery and it will take some more days. When asked to transfer my call, she replied, she does not have any escalation channel. As per HS18 I should have patience and do not bother them again and again. This is a worst shopping experience ever happened with me. I don't know whether you people will reply or not but I am 100% sure not to shop with cheaters again. Regards Swapnil Srivastav

[protected] had purchased a uber urban 3 jeans combo and got yesterday . 1).As you have committed, I didn't got the sun glass. For which I have informed to the customer care. They have lodged a complaint. 2). When I checked the actual product It was horrible, it was not what I expected. Then I called again and informed to return this product. They said some body will call me in this regard. 3). But I have never got a call, as I had a bitter experience earlier After 48hrs you are not taking any responsibility. That's why i was calling you several times at least 10 time. Its already a 24 hrs by now. Still i didn't have any confirmation.

                                        I really feel pity on you guys, applying so cheap tricks, to cheat people,
                                        Playing with peoples emotion, playing with their hard earn money, playing with their sentiments doing so you will never succeed in any business. Where commitment and trust is not there... Pathetic services, rude customer service logic less answer's..
                                        There are guys uneducated hardly they speak English no professionalism at all whatsoever.
