This is the second time we are filing a complaint for the same product, for which the query has not been clarified yet. The first complaint goes like this- 'We ordered for an indo-western outfit, then asked for replacement that very day of receiving the product. The product was picked from my house after more than 2 weeks, and it has already been more than 2 months and we have not received our product. We have called more than 10 times but we only got false promises and till now we have not received our product. We asked the costumer helpline people to at least send an SMS regarding the status of our product but we did not receive that even. We have never seen an online shopping company showing such negligence and lack of interest to a regular customer. Please help as soon as possible, for we have waited for more than 2 months. My email account is [protected]@gmail.com Phone no.: [protected]' We did receive a call which was not at all helpful, so we called the helpline no. And had a talk with the senior who told us to wait for sometime as the company will send an email regarding the details for refund through cheque but we still did not receive it. The complaint was filed to homeshop18 regarding the replacement of product on 25th September and it is December now, but we still have no clear answer regarding the replacement/refund. We would like to get the refund as soon as possible (through cheque) for we have already waited too long. Please help ASAP ...

    Around one month passed, Even after reminding frequently on phone the fix reply from your representative is about delivery We don’t have any update, when your product will be delivered. You will get call back tomorrow positively regarding your delivery. This reply m getting since 27th Nov’2014 onwards, but till date no call from your side regarding when product will delivered. Want to to know when (2 jeans or Rs 1200/- + 100/- for courier charges = 1300/- Rs) of your company deliver or don’t want to deliver. No reply from homeshop 18

        I had place an order no.[protected] dated 6th October 2014 for Go Ethnic - Set Of 2 Nehru Jackets-L (Seller: RPB MERCHANDISE)suborder # 89249797" which was delivered to me on 9th October and thereafter a refund request was made..I have done all the needful( couriered it at required address and scanned and sent the receipt) but every time as promised by customer care no follow up call is made to me and I have not received any refund despite many attempts.. Its a shame that they advertise something and don't stand by their easy refund policy...Its such a waste of time and fraudulent behavior to harass somebody this way..

          i had brought 2 dresses from homeshop 18 on 19 nov 2014 with order no. Order No. is[protected] & sub order no is 93048167 to gift my mom & friend on her b'day on 23rd nov.. but when i received the product it was something els.. i immediately filed complaint on 22nd nov so that i can replace it but they did'nt relpied me for 6-7 days even after making daily call's they give me fullish reason's of work load etc... and after 7-8 days when i requested them for refund they told me they will refund me but now they r refusing for refund & forcing me to get replacement... now that product is of no use for me after 10 days for continues calling & suffered b'coz of their no cutomer support... i need my money back with fine on them... for their mistake why should we customer suffer?????

            I had purchase a product which name is Mini muskan, This product is very low quality. After one days it look like a iron product.                 Hello My name is Anand Kumar Add Badi pol Jalore Rajasthan 343001 I bought a mobile KARBONN S29 by online it is delivered on 11 Novmber 2014. It has some Problem of Resarting the phone. I talked to the company theyu told me to resend. I resend it on 13 Nov by Pushpak Courier Jalore to Delhi. I have no msg or call from company. I called again and again to company but no response. Now I am writing this on 1 Dec 2014. If it will not do something in two days I will go to Consumer Court.

                When I get my money back
                I too had concern with product i had received and informed them within time. it took them two months to resolve my concern. decided to only purchase from reputed sites like Infibeam, Amazon and Snapdeal.

                  We had ordered American diamond's pendant + mangalsutra + 1 bangle(Order number :[protected] and received the same on 1st of October 2014. On receiving we found that the size of bangle was different and small so we registered a complaint on the same day i.e. 1st of October 2014 to replace the same. (Complaint number :[protected]. The product was returned to the HomeShop18's executive on 9th of October 2014. Its been more than 1 month, 23 days now and we still have not received the replacement. However we have received a message regarding the dispatchment of the replaced product on 10th of October 2014 (Ref No :[protected] and AWD no :[protected]. But still not physically received the order. We have called many times and also registered a complaint for the delay of the product. The response by the executives is the same always, they put our call on hold for 4-5 minutes and then say it will be delivered in 2 working days every time the call costs more than 5 Rs. Please take appropriate action for the same.

                    Hi, One more product one more same story, Its almost more than a month now, since I register complaint for faulty product. I don't understand why you take customer for granted once you get money. My hair removal is not working after using two times, blades are not functioning properly moreover shaver screen are coming out from blade. Machine body works on its own moods, its hardly works. Tool frame didn't fit properly on machine body. Literally feeling annoying now. Have called so many times to customer executive every time I just get assurance that it will be replaced in 2-3 days... 2-3 days, but the day never came, even when I ask for service center number I got only one reply "Sorry Mam we don't have their numbers" These are my complaint number[protected] and[protected] and order number[protected] anyways no issue as it will going to be my last product from Home shop18, I really fed up, Flipkart, Jabong are far more better than homeshop18 . There were some vouchers which I had redeemed from Global Test Market. (I am a member of Global Test Market since 2006 and I normally redeem my reward points for cash). There were options of redeeming my reward points in Cash / Vouchers from various websites. I made the biggest mistake by selecting Homeshop18 The stuff I received was: 1) A Torn Backpack - Order No: 87703591 2) A used lipstick - Order No: 87587405 3) An incorrect jewellery set : 87572121 After repeated follow ups, I am always assured refund vouchers in 2-4 days. But the defined timeline just passes by several times. Also the other stuff that I received is of very cheap & inferior quality. Request you to intervene in handling this fraud.

                                    sir maine ek saal phele order kiya the product lekin in logo ne aj tak deliver ni kiya, haar baar koi na koi bahana bana dete hai and kuch bolo to kehte hai kar do consumer court meein compliant, kisi ka galat order book karke unko deliver kara diya Shillong mein koi aur product and maine pucha to bolte h time lagega ya phr apko complaint karni hai to kr do . payment adjustment mein 1 saal laga diya and abhi tak to inke records poore tak ni ho rhe, call kro to 1 gante tak hold pe rekhte h phr koi bekar sa rply kr dete hai.please help us out

                                      I ordered Berg Roti maker from homeshop18 and my order no is :[protected] on 17th Nov2014 .But that product when I received was damage I had call to customer care same day and locked complaint for replacement.I made 10 to 15 calls to your customer care and follow up about my complaint, every representative giving me the same answer that you will get a call back from our seniors with in 24 hrs and your replacement will be done within 2 days but nothing happen, The product is laying only in my cupboard. Your representative and seniors are not polite to the customer.They are using bad language with customer.We are not here to listen this nonsense, so I kindly request to you please, as now I don't want this product so please give me the money refund as soon as possible...Thankyou please do the need full

                                      I also bought Berg Roti Maker in September and the product was damaged when it reached me. I registered complain about the damaged product and I was told to send back the product to get a replacement. I returned the item in the Sept month. Till today I have not got any replacement or my money back. When ever I call the customer care, they tell the same story as somebody will call me and guide me on when I will get the product. Its very pathetic that we need to call customer care and talk to several people and tell whole story from the day I purchased. I am so fed up with the customer care the way they answer. Nothing concrete answer for my questions.
