Product was booked vide Order No.[protected] on 03 Dec 14. It was about to deliver on 11Dec 14. The product was sent through DOTZOT Currier Service and was reached at Rajkot, Gujarat on 08 Dec 14. The product has not delivered till to date and employees of DOTZOT not attending the mobile calls. After repeated reminders on Homeshop 18 Customer Care Tollfree Number, every time they are asking to wait 2-3 days. Nobody is assuring that what is happening. Request arrange delivery as soon as possible or refund my amount.

    SIr, A product was return to Homeshop18 on July 2014. I have not received any refund from Homeshop18. My last complain number was[protected]. I have sent my ID proof by e-mail Id and also confirm the cheque number-905673 drawn on Yes Bank of Rs.6999/-. Homeshop18 Customer care[protected] not responding my complain in this matter.       my order no is[protected] . i had orered this product .about 18 nov . the product was wrong size and defective . i was asked to courier back the product, which i was told there is reverese pickup intially. i was told i will be refunded my money 1280+350 . now i am told i will have to purchase another product. and i cant place order their team will call and place the order. no call comes from shop18 .no reply for 8 emails send to them . please resolve my complaint . either refund my money or send me the new order . mob [protected] ajay jain

        i have return the faulty product on dated 24/11/2014 to your address and contacted your toll free number several time for refund the amount of Rs. 1499 + 10 % of the courier charges for sending the product back to your address. But till date no answer from your company. Do the need full as early as possible.

          Order no.:[protected] Payment option: Debit Card Amount Paid:1745.00 I ordered a fastrack's wrist watch on 10 november 2014. I called for cancellation on 25 nov 2014 because it was not delivered yet although it's expected date of delivery was around18 nov. 2014. From then on I have been calling and calling for my refund. Each person says each time: "I am forwarding your request on priority basis to my senior. Please wait for 24-48 hours. It will be done." I have waited patiently and called again many times as quoted by homeshop18 customer care databse itself: Date: complaint no. : reason of call 25 nov:[protected]: to cancel order 9 dec:[protected]: complaint no. updated 10 dec:[protected]: call for refund after that i have call on 14th dec they have reply me same to wait for 24 to 48 hours for refund. I want homeshop to check call recording and verify since my call was for REFUND only and nothing else. I want clarification here. Each time they said the same thing so I asked on 14 dec the customer care person to transfer my call to a senior before I have to take some other action. He transferred my call, who assured me that I will get my money by at most the next day. Yet I haven't received my refund as on 16 dec 2014. I called them today and the guy again said I will forward complaint and please wait for two more days, but I am done waiting.

          We have ordered SUPER COMBO-7 SUIT MATERIAL BY AANYA(order no.[protected] from the website.On receiving the product on[protected] found all suit materials are changed. Since then whenever we call the customer care they said that your product has already returned but its not. i want to return the product and want my money (Rs2999/-) back.i'll never shop with the cheaters again.

            This is with reference to my order no.[protected] placed with you dated 9th December 2014 for Range 1 - Pack of 3 Warm Shawls by Nazaquat (Seller: North India Top Company Pvt. Ltd.). The product was delivered on 12th December 2014. After unfolding the packet I found that the Shawls delivered by Homeshop 18 is not upto the mark as I expected. Hence I lodged a complaint on your Customer Care No.[protected] on 12th December 2914. I was assured that I will receive a call from the seller within 72 hours. It is most regretted that I did not receive even a single call either from seller's side or from your side after lapse of four days.               I, Mrs.Sunita Prakash Vishwe, having seen an advertisement on TV had booked on 24 Nov 2014 - Order No.[protected] Product Code[protected] Exclusive collection of six designer printed sarees (Seller Oxizn Trading Pvt Ltd) with option of Cash on Delivery. The product was delivered on 28 Nov 2014. On opening the package - it was seen that the sarees which had been ordered were not the ones which were delivered. I sent two mails from my husband's mail ID on 28 Nov and again on 01 Dec 2014 ( Refer to request No.#704678 dated 28 Nov and #707718 dated 01 Dec 2014 respectively). I also called the Customer Care and received a SMS - which asked me to mention my mobile number and sub order No. 93506669 on the package and courier the same to - Oxizn Trading Pvt Ltd, Plot No.34, Pragati Vihar, Sector 59, Faridabad-121002, Haryana. I accordingly couriered the same through Speed Post No. EM[protected]IN on 05 Dec 2014. I incurred an expenditure of Rs.270/- on the same. I received the package back on 12 Dec 2014 with remark - " Lene se inkar kar diya". When I tracked the package - I saw the remark - 09 Dec 2014 - 13:00:00 Ballabhgarh S.O. - "Delivery Attempted - Refused". I have not received the correct product in spite of the Cash paid on Delivery. Also in spite of following the instructions and sending the package back to the originator - they have refused to accept the package back and rectify the mistake done. You are requested to ask the company to refund my entire amount including the courier charges and take strict action against the defaulters so that no other consumer is deceived in this manner in future.

              However I cannot keep sending the package again and again. What guarantee do I have that you will now accept the product this time. I now cannot incur further loss by wasting money on the courier charges.
              Refund me the entire amount including the courier charges and arrange to get the product collected.
              I assure you that the product will be returned - if collection is arranged by you.

                dear sir/madam, my name is amarjeet singh. i had ordered for micromax canvas A93 on 7th december 2014 and order no is[protected] and i got that phone on 10th december 2014 but on the same date when i received that phone its video quality was very poor and there is dullness in the video capturing mode.and the next day i made a complaint for it on 11th december 2014 and complaint no was[protected].the next day on 12th december 2014 i receive a call back and a lady spoke to me and told me for factory reset but after factory reset the problem was as it is, after that i give that information to homeshop 18 after calling them.but i was shocked because they have closed my complaint without giving me any confirmation.on the same date i made a further complaint on 12th december 2014 and complaint no was[protected].after three days on 16th december 2014 there is a further call back for me and further a lady spoke to me and told me for service center and she refuses for replacement but i did not want to go to the service center because there is a fault in the phone on the receiving date and now i have made a further complaint for it and complaint no is[protected].i request you please resolve my problem and give me a replacement because i am so frustrated. my mobile no is [protected]

                    I had ordered Puma road runner shoes in cobalt color (order no[protected]however blue color has been dispatched and discount coupons of 500 must be there as per TSO but i received only of 300. I did complain for both and i was told that i will get call within 48 hrs but it's been 5 days now and today i got a call and the lady was trying to convince me that i have misunderstood it..coupons of 300 was there. I have recordings of that TSO and even HS18 executive confirmed that 500 RS coupons must be there and i will get it. This is pathetic service by HS18 and want it to resolve soon.

                    Pathetic service by Homeshop18, it's been 12 days now and nobody has come to collect the product and came to know from customer support that they will arrange the reverse pickup and examine the product first that how wrong product has been dispatched and then after 7 working days actual product will be delivered.

                    So it will be a month of time to get the product, i just want my hard earned money back...because of pathetic service by homeshop18 even in metro cities...
                    I am based in Delhi and still taking a month of time..didn't expect this, kindly help me to get refund as i am flying to abroad tomorrow..

(Strontium 32 GB Memory card & unknown OTG Card reader ) so I contacted with Home shop 18 Team, So he was replaced me same product.. .                               Dear Sir, I am facing problem in getting refund / replacement. I am following up with Customer Care since long time and no positive response, I received. Only I am getting same response, You(me) will get call from concern team(It's been approx. 4 months). I already sent back the faulty product to the address which Homeshpe18 CC officer had provided (It's also been more than 2 months). Also, when I am talking to them they are asking me for the provide me the document which I have already provided them but still I can not received any response from them.                                   I ordered My Make up Collection by Color Care Seller: Proveda Herbals-T bearing Order No.[protected] on 1 Nov 2014 and the same is received to me on 11th Nov 2014 in a bad shape the photographs and the complaint of the same is registerd with the Home Shop 18 the same day that is on 11th Nov bearing Complaint Number[protected]. The HomeShop18 people told that no problem you can send the same packet that is received through courier back to us and in replace you can order anything from the site within the same price i.e. Rs. 999 and we will courier the item whatever you choose. The same packet that I received in bad condition I returned back through a good courier company that costs me Rs. 170. on 1st of December and same reached to the Homeshop 18 people on 4th of December that they confirmed me telephonically. But till today the replaced item( Studed Jewellery Collection by J Pearls) Product Code[protected] they told to give isnt sent by them. I telephonically called them number of times but they are giving one excuses or the others but not sending the same and giving dates that will couries this date and that day. Fedup by the response of the people in HomeShop 18.

                                  48 hrs are passed till now no updates from the company not even a single call..
                                  Is this a way a MNC works totally disappointed by the kind of response and feel pity on the company that it takes a company a month to resolve a small complaint. Fed up and will now be moving to Consumer Court for the same.

                                        I had placed Two orders No.[protected] and[protected] to Home Shop 18 for 121 pc Stainless Steel Complete Kitchen Set which both orders was delivered to me on 12th November 2014 without the said Two coupons of Rs, 500/- each as displayed on TV (HS18), but due two coupons of Rs. 500/- each has not been received at the time of delivery. I had complaint several times on toll free numbers[protected] etc. and then on 17.11.2014, only one Gift Coupon No. CPT6NE5PNEC received through SMS, with condition to use in next purchase above 4990/-. Due: one more Gift Coupon of Rs. 500 which is due for second purchase has not been received till date. Request/Complaint: At the time of display of this product on HS18, it was declared that one gift coupon of Rs.500/- with one order (without any purchase condition) will be given with product. In spite of purchase Two Dinner Sets thorough 2 orders you have sms me only one Gift Coupon. Kindly give another gift coupon of Rs. 500 for my second order and withdraw your purchase condition. Your any printed gift coupon does not cover any purchase condition. It cover only validity. Photo Proof is with me in my computer but not being attached in spite of several efforts being a large size.
