    HomeShop18 has delivered an expired nutrition supplement that has delivered on 19/11/2014 against order no[protected]; dated-06/11/2014. Please find the attached photo of expiry detail (08/10/2014) as printed on the product pack. It has been clearly stated as 'BEST BY 08OCT2014'. First I reported about the aforesaid fact through support ticket[protected] on 19/11/2014 as well as phone called to their customer care no[protected]. Later on; I have been making several calls to customer care as well as mailing to [protected]@homeshop18.com; but no body cares! Still yet I'm waiting for response from their end.

    For your kind information; the same product has already returned to homeshop18 seller & the same has already delivered as on 15/12/2014 by indian speed post service bearing tracking ID- EO[protected]IN. Photo copy of the return consignment delivery detail is attached herewith.

    Even repeated phone calls & mails to homeshop18; nobody is responding. It seems they are not in a mood to refund the expired dietary product they had supplied.

    I did a mistake to purchase at homeshop18. Really very cheap online portal.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    After the return of the same product to Homeshop18; again one order has placed against order number[protected] & the same product has again sent back to me as a replacement!

    The product delivered to me on 07/01/2015 with the same expired date of 08/10/2014. It seems like Homeshop18 is testing my patience.

    First they supplied an expired dietary supplement; then after repeated phone call & mails they communicated the return address! I had to bear the courier expenses for return of the product & now after more than two months of waiting period- they have again sent back the same expired product!

    Really a very cheap online portal. Nobody should fall in the trap of such unethical portal. Only good advertisement don't mean they will supply good product.

    Please beware from such portals otherwise your hard earned money will be lost along with lots of tension & harassment.

    I'm going to take shelter of consumer court of India against Homeshop18. Court complaint receipt will be uploaded soon.

      The third complaint from our side for the same product. The complaint was: "This is the second time we are filing a complaint for the same product, for which the query has not been clarified yet. The first complaint goes like this- 'We ordered for an indo-western outfit, then asked for replacement that very day of receiving the product. The product was picked from my house after more than 2 weeks, and it has already been more than 2 months and we have not received our product. We have called more than 10 times but we only got false promises and till now we have not received our product. We asked the costumer helpline people to at least send an SMS regarding the status of our product but we did not receive that even. We have never seen an online shopping company showing such negligence and lack of interest to a regular customer. Please help as soon as possible, for we have waited for more than 2 months. My email account is [protected]@gmail.com Phone no.: [protected]' We did receive a call which was not at all helpful, so we called the helpline no. And had a talk with the senior who told us to wait for sometime as the company will send an email regarding the details for refund through cheque but we still did not receive it. The complaint was filed to homeshop18 regarding the replacement of product on 25th September and it is December now, but we still have no clear answer regarding the replacement/refund. We would like to get the refund as soon as possible (through cheque) for we have already waited too long. Please help ASAP ..." Unfortunately we have still not received a satisfactory response for our query, nor the refund cheque; so we are planning to submit this complaint to the consumer court if not resolved soon...

        Dear Sir, I booked a Spin men for Rs. 2500 /- dated 25 Sep 2014 from order No.[protected] on the name of sanjay Bhat, But i deeply regret to say after two or three days it's cloth starts tearing & now it is totally finished. After delivery of that product when it reached my home, when i opened it i found it broken. when i placed complain to the homeshop 18 a no of times they told me that they can't do anythiny to my product and they had disconnected my call. so i want you to take some action on this type of misbehavior and i want you to change or replace my product. thanks

          maine spice ka ek phone homeshop18 se liya tha jiska product no.[protected] and us phone ka camera properly work nhi kr rha hai matlab vo hume blur pictures de rha hai vo clear nhi hai. mai 10 days se complaint kr rhi hai pr vo hume koi acha response nhi de rhe hai and delay kr rhe hai aaj 10 din ho gye hg bt hume koi response nhi mila vo koi action nhi le rhe hai. kindly register my complaint and do something towards my problem.

            I have ordered a "Senorita 36 pc plastic containers" through order number[protected] on 2nd November 2014 & received the complete product after 08 days of follow-ups & paid amount as cash on delivary.I found that caps of all the container of size 500ml was very tight and not able to close.After that i made the complain & they told me their technical will contact me within 48 hrs.then after 48 hrs their technical contacted me & unfortunately i was in meeting & were not able to pick the phone.Suddenly after call which i missed i got a message that we tried to contact you but you are not available so again you will get call after 48 hrs...they even not bothered to call once again..btw i got again call after 48 hrs & guy told me to repack the product they will retake the product after 05 days..after 5 days guy came to pick the product & they told me that you will get complete replaced product within 08 days.Again after huge follow-up with their courier agency i got replaced product after 8 day then again i found same problem.They not resolved the issue.Again i contacted HS18 customer care & this time guy told that they will replace the defective pieces only & again technical guys will contact me after 48 hrs...today i got call & discussed the issue & guy told me again to repack complete product & will replace again...then i told that your guy told me that he will replace defective pcs only so i started using others but they told me its not possible now to replace partial product & during the discussion phone got disconnected from their side & now again i got mess that they are not able to reach me & will contact in next 24 hrs...its more than month i m running arround my phone to discuss all the [censored]s with them for zero out put...please let me know how you can support.

              I unfortunately ordered a Product Celebrations 360 ° Swirl Mop With Foot (order no[protected] for Rs1649 on 14 nov, 2014.. The product was to get delivered on 17 nov, 2014. But it was not delivered till 25 of nov as they had some issue with the courier people. So, i cancelled the order on the same day and requested for the Refund ... since now i have not recieved the refund.. Every time when i call the support center i am asked to wait for 2 days...They are neither doing anything regarding my request nor refunding me my money back...Please esclate this issue nd help me getting my money back..

                HI team, I have made atleast 15 calls to your customer care till date and tried calling given courier companies number also but no one pick up the call there. My order no. is[protected]. All most a month has passed but I am not receiving my order and no one tells me how to get my money back also. I haven't seen such a bad service from any company in my life. It give me impression that this HS18 is the worst company and does not care about customers. Sorry to say but I am not sure do you have management in your companies or do they understand customer relationship and satisfaction. If yes the please give me a call and explain me the reason of delay and deliver the product in next two days, otherwise please cancel my order and give me my money back. I am really sorry that I tried to buy something from you. Money is very important for me and because you guys are not delivering this product, it is increasing fight between me and my wife. If some thing happens to me or my wife, Home shop 18 will be responsible for same. I am from Pune, if it takes more than a month in Pune city, I hope in remote parts of India you must be take a year..ha ha ha.. Thanks for not providing services on time.                   I am one of the regular customers of homeshop 18 and never faced this kind of situation. this time it was really a very bad experience for me.that have ordered Zoha combo of 6 Designer Sarees worth Rs 1999 my order no is[protected]. and i have already registered a compliant against it and also called up several times but there was delay in the Process.i felt it was just ignored its been more than a week and even after complaining there is no action taken and there is no proper response. my compliant no. is[protected]. i hope u correct this mistake by replacing or refunding as early as possible. if i do not get any proper response this time, it would be my last order and can not continue the relationship homeshop 18.                     I ordered smart life multi cooker from homeshop18.when I operate it for first time I found that red light is not glowing which resembles that product is on.Although I thought that red light is not working so I also checked the steam but I found that there is no steam at all.I am very disappointed with the product.I complained 4-5 days ago but no action is taken till now.so I request you kindly replace this product .I will see 1-2 days more if then also no action is taken then I will go to consumer forum to case against the company.thank you.
                    My smart life multi cooker is not working. I want someone to come and rectify. I want to know where is the service center.

                      Refund action of said Product I had place an order no.[protected] on dated 13th October 2014 to Home Shop 18 for Ambrane A3-7 3G Android calling tablet suborder # 89972173" which was delivered to me on 16th October 2014 the tablet was delivered defected by Home Shop 18/ Ambrane Company and thereafter a refund request was made and I dispatched the product as directed by Home Shop 18 on 30th October 2014 through Speed Post.I have done all the needful( couriered it at required address and scanned and sent the receipt) but every time as promised by customer care no follow up call is made to me and I have not received any refund despite many attempts till date. Its a shame that the you advertise something and don't stand by of your easy refund policy.Its such a waste of time and fraudulent behavior to harass the customers.Kindly take some action for refund quickly.                         on 4 dec . i have received my order of 15 jewellery set by knex but in place of 15 sets only 10 has been delivered. 5 pendent sets is not there. my bro. has also complained about that but there is no reply from your side ... plz. either return the money or provide us with those 5 pendent sets.

                            I Sumit Satija ordered a 78pcs of DINNER SET BLUE COLOUR in the month of October before diwali and we receive the order after diwali but we receive RED COLOUR in which one plate is defective we call them to change the colour and they take that back . Now its 5th December we didn't receive our order this is not the way to treat the customer if we didn't receive this order with in 2 days then i will complaint at CONSUMER COURT.                                 I have placed the order through online on HomeShop18 (https://www.homeshop18.com) on 06-Oct and they delivered the product on 14-Oct. The received product seems to be a DAMAGED one. So I have raised a complaint on 16-Oct (Complaint ID:[protected]. One of their executives called me next day and I was not able to attend their call since i was driving. So I have called the customer care number [protected] on same day evening and they told me to wait for call from customer care agent who will guide me to return the product.

                                This continues for next 10 days... No one called me. So i again escalated the complaint through Mail, I got response on 31-Oct saying to pack the product and send it through India Post by myself (Since they told that they cannot provide PICKUP service to my area).

                                The next day (01-Nov), I have packed the item and sent it through India post with tracking number (CT[protected]IN).
                                Charges: 20(includes package cloth and seal) + 68(Shipping cost) = Rs.88/-.

                                The customer executives told they can provide 10% of the product cost(Product price is 618. So Rs.61 in my case) and maximum shipping cost of Rs.70 whichever is minimum. Here i lost Rs.27.

                                India post delivered the return product on 07-Nov (which is less when compared to HS18 delivery time). Here is the proof http://www.indiapost.gov.in/ParcelNetTracking.aspx?articlenumber=CT[protected]IN...

                                I have scanned the receipt and sent it to HS18 for tracking purpose and also informed them through call. They told me to wait for 5 days since they need to process the refund request. I waited for more than 5 days and keep on calling them daily. Each time, they are extending the days without any solution.

                                I got very irritated and spoke with them asking for update. The below are the response from them.

                                First person: Please wait for 2 days, we have escalated this ticket.
                                Nothing happens after 2 days.

                                Second person: We haven't received your product please send us the name of receiver.
                                (How would i get to know??)

                                Third person: His name is "Shahid" (he spoke very arrogantly). He told to send the Proof of Delivery for the return product. I have spoke with India post regarding Proof of Delivery, they told it can be available only at Receiver post office(Delhi) and cannot be obtained here.

                                I lost my hope, since "Shahid" told, "Proof of Delivery is must, then only we can proceed your refund".

                                I have sent a detailed mail to HS18 again (as always) with all scanned proof (1. Tracking details, 2. Courier Receipt, and 3. Screenshot of mail from HS18 to return the product through INDIA POST).

                                Again i called for an update, the executive told to wait for 2 more days so that one of their person will call and update. As usual, i don't have other choice instead of waiting.

                                Waited for the days and called again. As expected, got the same response to wait for another 24hrs.

                                Still WAITING (Wasting my time)

                                I kindly request you to register my complaint against HomeShop18 and provide JUSTICE.

As per order material not deliver. bed courier service appointed by homeshop 18, 15 days courier team call me that today material delivered but they not deliver even i complaint in homeshop 18. home shop18 team not solve the problem and sms me due to not claim material we return our product. this order i am beautician buy scene treetment product for my customer. i lost this business also.

                                        Sub order no. 91883475 dt.04/11/2014 The above order contains 2 Denims by Uber-Urban-32 (Mens Jeans) (Product Code[protected] is not comfortable to wear. Jeans are loose and large in size. I requested to return the product next day. The customer care executive said that our collection boy will come to you to collect the packet within 2-3 days. But nobody has come to collect the packet till two weeks. I called several times to know about the process but the customer care executive told me every time that our collection boy will come to you soon. I have complaint again then customer care executive said to me to make a complaint letter, seal the packet and address to below mentioned address, our collection boy will come soon to you, we will give sent you a Bankers Check for refund the amount. Survey No.190/4, Omshiv Textile Compound, B/h. C.N.I. Church, Ranipur Patiya, Shahwadi, Narol, Ahmedabad – 382 405. I have sealed the packet with a complaint letter. 2 weeks and above has gone but nobody has come to collect the packet. I request you to please collect the packet and refund the amount as soon as possible. This is the last formalities on behalf of me. One month has gone, if any defect occurs in the product, I shall not responsible for that. I am going to make a complaint in Consumer Court if you will not take any action after this formality.
