As per customer forum, it clearly indicates that HS 18 is cheating with customer .In my case also I have not received delivery from last about 15 days even after persuing.     Home shop 18 are non reliable cheaters which shows different items displayed on t.v shows and send different items to customers. The government should take strict action towords such shoppers . They are doing second time such non trust worthy dealing with me. Atleast I will stops and try to convince many peoples in my city not to trust HOME SHOP 18 [protected]

      Dear sir/Madam on[protected] i place my order to buy a make up kit, but when I received the courier I got broken and open lick lipsticks and colour of lipstick was spread on the courier box, just because of bad packing, i am unsatisfied, i want to save money but I think i waste my money. Very much unsatisfied with my purchasing . Will u replace the items

TARA/14-15/320370 DT. 17.11.14 ON COD basis received on 18.11.2014 through Aramex. when we open the box we found that the tablet is broken and we have complaint on same day over phone that the said tablet is received broken and again we complaint on phone but no action taken till time. Once there was misscommunication from courier for delivery another time they did not give refund for a defective product till three months.             This refers to my complaint id[protected] where I have purchased two tops after receiving them I found that size doesnot fit as it's size seems to be defective. When I called regarding the same and I convinced the customer person for refund of my money, I was told ok we call u within 45 hrs back how to retutn the product back and after receiving it back we will initiate the refund. After 45 hrs I didnot received any update regarding the same and I called again for the same and first I was told it cannot be refunded when I asked them that in previous call I was assured of refund now how it's not possible after going through the previous call they said we will refund you and was told that in 24 hrs we will update you how to return it back again in 24 hrs I didnt received a call and this time again I called back this I was told that we are talking with the courier persons and we will call you after 2 hrs regarding return of the product. Till now I didn't receive any call regarding the same. I am now fedup by calling to customer services.They are only making false promises every time. Please help me and solve my problem as soon as you can that will be your most kindness.

                  We ordered for an indo-western outfit, then asked for replacement that very day of receiving the product. The product was picked from my house after more than 2 weeks, and it has already been more than 2 months and we have not received our product. We have called more than 10 times but we only got false promises and till now we have not received our product. We asked the costumer helpline people to atleast send an SMS regarding the status of our product but we did not receive that even. We have never seen an online shopping company showing such negligence and lack of interest to a regular customer. Please help as soon as possible, for we have waited for more than 2 months.                       I had placed an order around 15 to 18 days back for Jensen stainless steel set. The company made me wait for so many days then I had worse experience with their courier Express. I kept calling everyday for my product spoke to three different people from homeshop18 gave false promises and without informing me cancelled my product and processed my money for refund. Finally I spoke to Jay Prakash from homeshop18 who was rude and not at all helpfull. I had very bad experience and complete time and money waste from homeshop18. Finally they said it will take another 7 to 10 days to get my money back. Complete negligence and lack of interest to serve the customer. I want compensation for the days I waited and the way I was treated.                           I have purchase one Micromax mobile A075 from homeshop but it was shutdown in within 3 months and when i have called homeshop they have said to go to service centre and i have gone in Optical Solution, Barrackpore, WB and they have deposited my mobile and given a slip with no. 4101. But the surprise thing is that they said micromax sale scrap mobile through online with some free gifts and there is no guarantee to repair it and asked me to come after 3-4 months.                             We bought a HCL Tablet on cash on delivery mode, but those features are missing which were mde up on TV, They claimed it on TV that it is an HD product and also it has been mentioned on the packed of the HCL tab but when we tried to get a hold of the company's call centre they actually admitted it but not ready to get it back and refund the amount. The DOA was approved I got that DOA on 17th Nov-2014 DOA CART NO Z[protected] and JOB sheet no give me manual not on line . Today Talk with Customer care Home shop 18 they have not give me the right answer and told me mail us DOA Annexure-II The phone is clearly suffering from manufacturing defects and your service centre is refusing to accept the liability for this. As consequence of defective product sold to me by your company and the repeated incompetency displayed by your service centre executives, I have suffered under hardship and mental frustration, I have been trying to resolve the matter for long now but no prop response has been given to me by your company till date.                                   Very imp I take this opportunity to highlight this information for general awareness I ordered a shipment from HM18 around 1 month ago, which went through a lot of mishandling and poor response from HM18. The delivery date was delayed up to two weeks for which no information was provided to me. The customer care executives used few un-accepted words to communicate and gave around 3 complaint numbers(None of which was closed by HM18). Around 15 -emails were sent in regards to misbehavior of the executives, for which I have not received any response till date. The same was brought to the notice of grievance officer of HM18.but the result being the same. NO RESPONSE. Very poor service and very unprofessional behavior by HM18 IF YOU GET A PRODUCT FROM HM18 AT ONE GO. YOU SHOULD FEEL LUCKY. BECAUSE AFTER SALE SERVICEs AND CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE RESPONSE ARE PATHETIC. PLEASE DONT GO BY COMMENTS AND USER RATINGS AS IT IS MANIPULATED BY HM18. WHEN I SHARED THIS INFORMATION ON SOCIAL MEDIA .THESE HM18 PEOPLE TRIED BLOCKING ME AND DELETING MY COMMENTS. I HAD DELIVERY ISSUE WITH AMAZON ONCE.WHICH WAS COMPENSATED WITH FREE GIFTS COUPONS FROM THEM ALONG WITH APOLOGIES. BUT HOMESHOPE18 DOES NOT HAVE COURTESY TO FULFILL CLAIMS SET BY THEMSELVES. PLEASE prefer Amazon. Flipkart etc .and before you order anything from hm18 please read all the complaints registered against HM18 on internet, blogs etc.

                                    I have placed the order of Cloth stand with quantity as 2 and it was Cash on Delivery. When they delivered the product it was mention on packet as quantity 2 but there was only one product inside and they have taken price of 2. When I claimed them, they said they will deliver the other one in some day and now it has been more than 2 months and they are not delivering the product. I keep on calling them regularly but always they say that it will be delivered in next 2 days but keep me messaging that it has been delivered and will reach it in 2 business days. this is happening from 2 months and now when I ask them to refund my money then also they are not doing. I wrote mail to them also but there is no response. So request you to please take action against them . Its of price 4000 Rs and my order number is[protected]

                                        I purchased a product - roti maker which got delivered at my address within commited time of 4 -5 days. Product was faulty so i request to homeshop18 customer care center for get the product back but Customer care told me that they are not having the facility to pickup of product from faridabad so i have to courior that product by myself on my cost that was around Rs. 200/- as courior charges. Returned product received at address which was shared by homeshop18 so i ask for returning the product amount which was paid as COD. Customer care said they need 8 -10 days to process then they will send the cheque at my address. I wait for 20 days but no information was shared by Homeshop18 with me. I again called them at CC and afterone month in call with Customer care, i know that cheque was returned because firstflight courior company could not find my address so they return the cheque to Homeshop18. Again, I request to them for resending the cheque at customer care, they told me that some department will call me to confirm the details of mine...after 30 days i again raise a call at customer care and request them to refund. Customer care executive told me that some department of homeshop18 will call me that confirm the details. After 3- 4 months followup, finally i got the call from homeshop18 and she asked my name and said they will send the product cost cheque to me within 8 days. As current status, still i did not receive my amount of Rs. 1500/- which was paid as COD for product Rotimaker. I purchased the product in month of july 2014 and current month is Nov 2014. At this platform, i want to ask that is there any control / procedure and law which could ask homeshop18 that why these people are making fool in india. Is there any law for E-Commerce companies if these companies cheated to consumers. Now, I do not want to take money back, i will be happy if any organization will screwed the Homeshop18 by doing this kind of actions. Rs 1500/- is not the big amount but they have cheated me and every time they share the wrong comittments with me. I need some action on the owner of this company because if he is not capable the customer services then there is no right to run the business here with fake and non - ethical spirit. Indian are not very poor and must not be cheated by any company. If this is happening then i will raise the law of company and that gov - organization which is responsible for taking care of these e- commerece companies.                                         All orders I have placed with Home shop have always stirred up some problem. Once there was miss communication from courier for delivery another time they did not give refund for a defective product till three months. Have decided to purchase only from reputed brands like Infibeam, Amazon and Snapdeal
