Further to my complaint of 17.11.2014, this is to further put on record that Courier company is giving wrong feedback to Homeshop18 that Delivery of consignment was attempted but it failed or nobody was at home which is absolutely wrong statement and on that basis without checking the actual situation and without any enquiry, Homeshop18 management is believing the company and putting wrong feedback against my order that delivery attempt was filed as nobody was at home. I must inform that no attempt has been made by courier company to make delivery of the consignment. On the contrary when I contacted SAFEEXPRESS Courier company they informed me that there is staff problem at their Mumbai Branch and several staff has switched to other companies and as such there is problem of making delivery and several other deliveries are lying pending and they will try to arrange delivery of the consignment. Hence, contrary statements are being made by the Courier company and Homeshop18 In view of above please resolve tfeh matter.

    Dear homeshop18, product no[protected] bows & blossoms girls 7 & 8 years frock i have received incorrect name i.e. on umakrishna but i am clearly explained the name should be in SIRIVELA UMA DEVI [protected] my mobile no. incorrect name cheque i have sent back with speed post on oct. 1st 2014 still i have not received my refund cheque i sent id proof is also sent on oct 7th 2014 via salescoordinator.[protected]@hdfcbank.com i informed immediatly even though i havent received my refund cheque as of i know it will take ten days to refund but it is taking three months time first time very bad service and i had experience first time since 5 years i am purchaging again yesterday i have sent my details [protected]@gmail.com email id i am looking forward for my refund cheque in correct name that is on sirivela uma devi thank you s um devi

    i have registered complaint then after i am getting calls from unknown number saying from HOMESHOP18 and asking for CREDIT and DEBIT card numbers. to tranferring money instantly..that number is [protected] on 18.11.2014 dt 12:29 pm
    2. one more call saying that calling from HOMESHOP18 you booked mobile give us details that number is [protected] on 18.11.2014 dt. time is 10:59pm

      I had placed order with Homeshop18 vide order No.[protected] Maha Bachat Dhamakedar 41 pcs Happy Family Multi brands Ration Combo on 21st October 2014 and it was to be delivered on 7th November 2014 through SAFEEXPRESS COURIER CO. the worst ever courier company I have come across.It was booked from from Ghaziabad to be delivered at Wadala, Mumbai. When I did not receive the order I have been contacting Courier Company which has a worst customer care service. They are not able to tell me when it will be delivered though they say that consignment has reached Mumbai on 4th November 2014. Even Homeshop18 customer care has not been able to reply me as to when they would arrange the delivery. They simply give forward the complaint and give empty promises. They even told me that their Seniors are in contact with the company but it seems their Seniors have no guts to put pressure on the courier company to deliver the consignment. It seems that courier company has either misplaced or lost the consignment and trying to avoid me. Even Homeshop18 are trying to avoid me by giving evasive replies on email as I have demanded refund of my amount which was paid through credit card for which I have already made the payment to Bank without even receiving my consignment. I have been contacting the courier company and Homeshop18 everyday from 7th November 2014 till writing of this complaint but to no avail. I therefore, request you to resolve my complaint.         I order denim jeans but due to not proper size and material is not good i told customer care executive, , , homeshop 18 send refund but from courier company it was return back to homeshop 18 now it was above 20 day no progress in my refund, , , Also its too much for refund, kindly refund me as soon as possible within 3-4 days For proof i am sending my coiuer slip

          I ordered combo of 4 products- tshirt, shoes, wrist watch and sunglasses from homedhop18 but by chance the shoes size was small .and we requested them to exchange it with the correct size, they accepted my request and told us to paack the shoes and their courier person will come and take it, we asked them to pack the whole combo or only the shoes but they told that if everything is fine then pack only the shoes and we returned it to the courier person, now around 2 months have passed but the shoes have yet not returned i called homeshop many times but they gave me no response.whenever i call them they only say sorry and nothing else n now i am really verry annoyed and irritated with this behavior of homeshop18. Its a kind request to please see to this matter as i want my shoes back. Thankyou

            I have made an order No.[protected] for spice Mobile from Mobile no. [protected]. But sorry to say that Mobile sent to me has internal memory of only 2GB i.e used space is 1.19 and free space is 0.81. Gift Coupen of worth Rs 500 not sent. It was promised that watch of Polo company will be sent. But it is different make. I am making regularily calls on the customer care centre, no body is ready to to accept that I have defective products.Evewry call centre executive thinks he is expert in the Mobile technology and not accepting it may be the manufacturing defect. Since I have purchases mobile I am making STD calls and my hard earn money and time is being wasted due to shopping in Home shop 18. Kindly look into the matter or tell me what is the appropriate authority, whom I contact., for taking legal action and compensation.

              I ordered the product[protected] on 3rd Oct 14 whn i received the pack the cash payment was made, it was of XL size though i ordered to M size. I raised a replacement on the day i chcked the product on 7 Oct 14. The reverse pickup was done on 9 Oct 14. On 22 Oct i received call frm customer care dat deliver attempt is failed for reverse pickup whrin dat was already done after so much of chasing finaly my replacement was initiated and product was dispacted on 10 Nov 14 was about to reach on 12 Nov 14. However had not my replacemnt yet. I called up executives but they simply says check with courier guys as we had dispatched to thm. Howcome u people are so irresponsible about the products had been delivered or not. Iam actuly making calls n confiriming wherther today my product ll reach or not. They do not provide any answers just msged me courier service numbr. Now when i checked vd courier service Dotzot team and requested thm to deliver on saturday but courier boy didnt come..dat was actuly height these people asked me to collect my courier frm their service center. How come they asks customer to collect the product whr there us a home delivery. We actuly dont hv time dats why we buy online. But this is actuly a bad shopping experience n ghatiya courier service i had ever seen, these people are least bothered of customer wherther they had received product or not. This company is realy fake n worst replacemnt policy.

                I PURCHASED THE ABOVE PRODUCT IN THE LAST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER WITH 3 MONTHS WARRANTY BUT AFTER 2 TIMES USAGE, THE PRODUCT BROKE SO I ASKED THE COMPANY FOR SERVICING AS IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD BUT SINCE OCTOBER THE COMPANY GIVES EVERYTIME NEW COMPLAINT NO. TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT AND NO ONE CARES TO CALL ME BACK SO EVERY TIME AFTER A SPAN OF 2-3 DAYS, I CALL THEM BUT THEIR REPLY IS THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE ME NEW SERVICE CENTRE NO. WHO WILL CONTACT ME BUT THE SERVICE CENTRE NO, WHICH THEY ARE PROVIDING ME IS ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF. I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER SINCE LAST 5 YEARS BUT THE CO, IS NOT BOTHERED TO REPLACE/REFUND MY PRODUCT. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, EVERY TIME THEY DELIVER DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WHICH MAY BE AT THE TIME OF PACKING. MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected]. NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO FILE A COMPLAINT UNDER RTI.

                yesterday on 16.11.2014 i filed the above complaint against homeshop 18 and i received a call from a guy mobile no. [protected] yesterday night onlyclaiming executive from Homeshop for refund of rs. 1800 for my product and asked for my ATM Debit Card No. but i denied to give him the no. Again I received a call from mobile [protected] kasif in the morning claiming homeshop 18 executive and asked for my ATM Card No. for refund but still I denied by he insisted to provide me only ATM Card no. without asking for pin No. and confirmed that it is safe so i provided him my ATM Card No. and Account No. not my pin no. but to my surprise immediately i got msg on my mobile that my card has been swiped from POS machine totalling to Rs. 15000 (swiped card 16 times). Now if i have complained in this site, i wanted to know how come this msg has gone to fake persons claiming homeshop 18 executives and you are saying that this is the most trusted and popular consumer website. I want my money back or i vl raise the complaint in RTI and in consumer court. pls resolve my issue.

                  Hello, I had ordered a "15 Sets Collections by Touchstone" from Home Shop 18 on 31st Oct, 2014. The Item was delivered on 3rd Nov, 2014. The packing for the item had not been opened until 6th Nov, 2014 because the intended recipient of the product was not available at the time the order was delivered. On opening the item, we found that barring the top piece all the other sets are completely defective. At the present state, the product cannot be used at all. On calling the customer care, we were given a cold reply by the customer care executive who was not even ready to listen to the grievance. Following are the Order Details: Order No :[protected] Sub Order No : 91541237 Invoice No : TOUC/14-15/42509 I urge you to consider this as an official complaint and deliver a new, fully functional and defect free item that was initially ordered or else return my complete money back. In the event of the complaint not being assertively acted upon, I will lodge a complaint in the consumer court for justice. Look forward to a positive resolution on this problem.

                    To Home Shop 18 Sub: COMPLAINT REGARDING FAULTED TAB MAKE Y2 HCL. Sir, It is submitted that I have purchased a Tablet Model Y2 of HCL through online from you. The details of Retail Invoice as follows: Invoice No. DEL/102014/33066 Invoice date. October 25, 2014 Buyers order no.[protected] Sub order no. 91032017 Dispatch through Aramex Order date October 24, 2014 19:10 It was my bad luck and unfortunately I have ordered the said product through your company i.e. Home Shop 18. The said tablet was defected one and I have used this product only 60 minutes (1 hour) approx. during the period since the day I have received the same. I have made complaints regarding the fault of tab to your No.[protected] many times and told the problem regarding the product. They suggested me to visit the service centre of Chandigarh situated at SCO 66-67, IInd floor, Sector 17 A, HCL Info systems ltd. Chandigarh. I have talked your employees named Shivani/Shweta, Abhishek, Manmeet Saurabh, Deepak and Bhaskar and some other executives of your company during these three days i.e.[protected] to [protected] many times. All of your employees assured me that your product problem will be solved if you visit the above mentioned HCL at Chandigarh. Accordingly I have approached the said HCL Chandigarh office and showed the tablet to them and requested them to solve the problem/fault. After some time they told me that your tablet is defected one and there is a major hardware problem in the tablet. They suggested me to change this tablet from the company from where I have purchased it. I have requested them to call the Number of home shop 18 and tell the whole thing to them. On this they replied that they didn’t know the number of home shop 18 and also told that they are concerned with the product of HCL company because the office is of HCL company and they have no direct relation with home shop 18 from where I have purchased the same. I have stunned to heard these words but they were telling truth. I have again made call to your HS18 company from my mobile and the technician of the HCL company also talked with your employee who had received the call that time on dated[protected] between the time 17:30 to 17:52 PM. My token no. of visit is H19. After this I have again made a call to your above mentioned number and explained the whole matter to your employee.The HCL office of Chandigarh Branch also E- mailed to you on the same day i.e.[protected] regarding the problem of my tablet. Your employee namely Mr. Bhaskar assured me that I have noted down my complaint and well aware regarding the whole matter and there is no need to worry. He told that he is sending me complaint no. through SMS and within 24 hours a person belongs to your HS18 will come to my home and handed over the tablet to him and take the receipt of receiving the product from the person. My complaint No. is registered with you is[protected] against order No.[protected] dated[protected]. He further told that next day i.e. within 24 hrs. HS18 team will contact you. Accordingly on dated[protected] I have received call from your office at about 10:54 AM from no. [protected] and a lady namely shweta/shivani talked to me that she is from Home Shop 18 technical department and questioned me what is problem with your tablet? On this I have explained the whole matter to her. On this she used rough type language that she is from technical department of HS18 and dealing in hardware related matter. She refused to accept that there is any problem in my tablet I requested her to call the Chandigarh HCL office and inquired regarding this from them. But she refused to do so and laid further condition that you have to take D.O.A. certificate from the company then we will provide you new tablet. Otherwise not. I have told her that I have already received a ticket no. from your office on dated 12/11/2014 and explained that your department has assured me that they will collect the tablet from my home within 24/48 hrs. and HS 18 will provide me a new tablet within 5 to 7 working days. But in very rough way she refused to accept the same as instructed me to provide her DOA from company. On this I have enquired the HCL office of Chandigarh and they answered me that they will not provide me DOA at this stage because my product is not registered with them and according to condition they can provide the same within 7 days from the date of registration of product. But they assured me that they will provide full help to me as possible. Now, tell me what my fault is. My fault is only this that unfortunately I have purchased a product from your Home Shop 18 office. Now, I am running one place to another and also made numbers of calls to your office regarding my product but nothing has been done so far. All of your employee/executives are lading down new conditions every time. I am facing great harassment and mentally torture only because of you and my problem is still as on same place where it was. Nothing has been done so far till date. This is not the fair dealing and also unfair practice of business. I don’t know why you are exchanging my faulted tablet and making false promises to me regarding providing me a new tablet. It is very-very bad experience of my life that I have purchased a product from your company and also facing lot of harassment only because of you. At the time or receiving order you acts very quickly and when any type of problem occurred in product then you are harassing customers. it is clearly unfair trade practice. Remember is will leave very bad impression on general public and citizens if they come to know regarding these facts which are true.                       Dear sir/madam I have booked order, order no[protected] Singer JMG Squeezy on dated[protected] and received on[protected] and paid Rs. 2299+200 coupon total paid by us Rs.2499/- but when i checked the product the product was deffective.after receiving the product i have complained in about 10 minute to home shop 18 and they registered the complaint no[protected] against order no[protected], on dated[protected] for replacement order no[protected] . after few days, on the day[protected] they changed the order no[protected] and replaced it in[protected] and their sms dispatched on[protected] but till date[protected] i have not received our product i had called many times to home shop 18 but they did not respond and everyday they says that today it will be delivered but it is not delivered yet. I am very puzzled that how many times should i make call for receiving my product

                        i bought a spice phablet from your company.after opening the package it is found that there is no flip cover and the product is not as shown in t.v.quality is inferior.within 16 hours of receiving the product i called your no and reported the issue.i was told that i will get a call within 48 hours but no call came.again after two days i called and received a call but refused to take the product back.the reason is best known to you.when i raised the issue through facebook i was told that within a short period i will be contacted.now my facebook access had been barred.why all these lies.there are hundred ways to earn money.cheating is not the only way.

                          Dear Sir, I have given a complaint on 25 Oct 14 Immediately after receiving my product on phone the customer care executive replied that your complaint is registered and your will receive a call from us.product will be collected from you within 48. but i have not received any call from the home shop18. thereafter i made a to customercare again they have told me your packet will be collected within 72 hours we have forwarded to the courier department. on 29th Oct 14 i again called to the customer care executive this time they have told me your packet certainly collected within 10 days i have waited for that also but neither i received and call nor any has come to pickup the packet .After all on 10th Nov 14 i have sopke to senior of customer care executive he has assured me that your packet will be collected within 24 hours but today also no one has came to collect my packet for refund. I was very very upset where to contact. I would be very graveful if you would be able to help in refund of the product as early as possible. order no[protected]. I have given request for the Returning of product and refund of amount which is paid for sub order no 90858021 delivered to me on 25 oct 14. I have given my request to you over phone on many times but i have not received the call from your side.                             Sir, I have ordered for a spice mobile from home shop 18 .But when i recieved it, therebis a defect in the mobile. The defect is that it does not show any network in the moblie.When i contacted the customare care they told us to go to spice care but unfortunately they told us that they also even cannot help us . So, sir please help me in this regard. I am sending the Retail invoice as a proof of purchase.

                              Der Sir/ Mam,

                              i ordered a 3 burner gas stove worth Rs 6400, from homeshop 18 on 24th oct 2014. Delivery was due on 30th 2014. However on 3rd Nov, product was not delivered, but site maintains the status that the delivery is on time. After talking to customer care, they updated the status on 4th nov as delayed. After repeatedly calling customer care, they said that the courier guys have sent them the slip of product delivered with customer signature too where as the product was not even delivered. They are not taking any action and not even bothered. Please help

                                    Hi, I bought a makeup matinee(Order[protected] from homeshop18 as a birthday gift for my wife worth rs 1099 on 10th Oct 2014 and after too much waiting and phone calls to cutomer care i got my order after 12 days on 22th oct14.I have mentioned my office address for shipping and it was delivered on the same but i was not able to collect due to diwali festival(22th and 23 oct diwali holiday) then after i came to office on 27th oct and collected my order which then i opened and it was in a very worst condition all the lipstick and nailpaints were broken into pieces.So, immediately i called to customer care and told them about that but everytime they spoke very sweetly and not taken any action on this and when i mailed them to their feedback department then they reply shamelessly that "according to policy i haven't recieved my order on 22th oct and it should not be refunded" .So, please tell me whether they had deliver my order according to their policy which is 4 working days and they had taken 12 days after i begged them for my order to send on time on birthday .PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I received it on 7th November 2014 but I found that wrong product was delivered to me. It was not the belt for which I ordered. Also I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. So I raised a complained (Complaint no.[protected] for a refund of my order. But anybody did not come to my home to receive the order back. Also when I called to customer care, he was rude. Please process the refund as soon as possible.

                                        we have bought a nikon camera while they cancelled the order stating out of stock but have not refunded, the complaint number Nikon Camera[protected], hence we decided to to return all the sub-order but no response from customer care ... lifestyle[protected] ...Shopperstop[protected]... Customer should have access to escalate the complaint ... we only get response from CC that they will call back in 24/48 hrs... other than this they will not tell anything .. :(
