    I made the following order with Homeshop18 Order No.[protected] Order Date May, 24, 2014 Article Austrian Diamond Pendant Set by Sia Jewellers Amount Paid Rs. 299/- On receiving the article the goods were found to be defective as the beads were coming out on their own.As instructed by Homeshop18 the goods were returned to their courier Aramex. Neither the goods were replaced nor the price had been refunded. Homeshop18 acknowledged the dispute on June 14, 2014. Now more than 4 months have passed and I have written a number of emails to them but in vain. Of and on they state that the dispute would be resolved in 2 or 4 days but it all comes out to nothing. I feel constrained to take legal action. I am writing this to bring to the notice of public at large to be WARY OF DEALING WITH HOMESHOP18 AND NOT TO GET THEIR FINGERS BURNT AS I GOT MY BURNED.

      My self Birendra Singh i order Nova Men's Rechargeable Professional Trimmer (White) - RF 8609, from homeshop18.com, My order no. is[protected]. But the product was defective. Charger wire given is not fix in the trimmer. I call/mail to homeshop18 for replacement of my productbut no respond i get from his/her side. I call about 8-10 times he always say our representative contact you within next 24hours. But nobody contact me till now. Plzzz take legal action on homeShop18 & solve my problem.

          homeshop team, i had never seen such a pathetic online service provideri had ordered two comodities as per preder number 51818 1. first comodityMesmerization Single Top Sheet(52)-Buy 3as product description, orange color sheet were expected, but home shop 18 dumped white color and ran away, now when we call customer care they say that now we take responsiobity to cover it, then courier them back then home shop 18 will replace does that mean once money id obtained by home shop 18 they give damn to customer...you people are money laundering institution who just take money and run away from there responsibity 2. second comoditySignature Flano Buy 1 Get 1 Free Blanket-Purple Beautystatus is being shown that ordered is shiped, it is 2 days late, when i try to contact customer care they just play a single record..that it will be delivered next day, but no corrective action is takeni had not yet had any good experience with homeshop 18 but this is the worst experience which i had with home shop 18 i would appeal to all the people to take this post seriously and should never buy anything from homeshop 18

            Its very hopless product don't sold in your site because i suffering perchaced a iball andi5L its just 8 month old mobile and given battery problem since i have changed 3 battery.and now i have asked new battery in service center they told his stopped product that product and don't have a stock a battery.and that type battery dont have in local market also so what i do now.they not given good service. and now im going to do i have report this product in socieal network also

                  Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Satin Jain and I had ordered above mentioned product on 14.09.2014. I had ordered 1 Unit of mobilephone, Make Spice. Hotowever received consignment is defective (Mic is not working.) and told to customer care on same day delivery of consignment. They told me to send your product to the nearest spice care center. Then he gave me complaint number[protected] after 14 days just because they don't have homeshop 18 sticker. I have already called eight times to customer care but they always say someone will contact me in next 24 hours. But nobody contacted me till now. Instead of repetitive request/call/mail, no response is coming from your side. I have sent couple of emails on the same, however no one bother to reply or call me. I am reminding you once again, if no action come from side then consider this letter/email as a legal notice which will make the basis of legal action against homeshop18 in consumer court. I Hope homeshop18 understand the situation and will do the needful to resolve this matter asap. Please look in to the above matter and kindly do the needful.                     I had ordered the Product no.[protected], i.e. Men's wallet and sunglasses on 23rd of October. I was assured that it will reach within 3 days. I patiently waited for my order and it did not reach. Then, I waited for one more day and again the order wasn't shipped at my home. I called up the call centre of homeshop18 on the 27th of October and they assured me that it will reach to you by tomorrow. And today, 28th of October, I again waited patiently for my order and did not get it. So, again I called up Homeshop18 today, i.e. 28th of October and the person attending the call told me that my order will reach after four days. This frustrates me a lot. Are you people testing my patience? The event for which I had order this item has also passed away, From the next time, I will make sure NOT to order anything from this site because it has disappointed me immensely.I must say that the service provided by Homeshop18 is extremely poor and If I don't get my order by tomorrow, I will cancel it.

                      This is with Reference to my order Reference No[protected] dtd-8-10-14 with the name of Anshul Kaushik for ishin georgette sarees.The same has been dispached via Aramex with AWB No-[protected] and have to be delievered by 13-10-14. But the product is still not delievered by me yet i.e 25-10-14.i also raised a complaint via complaint ni[protected] on 16-10-14 but all is in vein and i still waiting for the product as they people are very rude and illiterate and not even cancel my order and refunding my money. I suggest all the online shopppers to stay away from HOMESHOP18. I[censored] want to shop go for flipkart, snapdeal & amazon as they people are excellent and perfect from all angles.                         I ordered the Saree Combo (5 sarees) from Home shop18 on 04/10/2014. Which I received on 09/10/2014. and paid the amount of Rs-3250/-/ When I check the sarees I found that out of 5, one was different as shown in TV add. I immediately call to customer care and filled a complaint (No[protected], which was not resolved. Again I call to customer care on 19/10/2014 and ask about the complaint status. They give a new Partial replacement reference no[protected] and said that with tin 7 working days your product will be replace. After 7 days I call to customer care again and received the new complaint no[protected]. Again I received a new complaint no[protected] on 27/10/2014.                           I have Booked Spice Dual Sim Smart phone from HomeShop18 on dated : 26 July 2014 which is delivered by HomeShop18 on 28 July 2014 and i have paid the said amount through HDFC credit Card. Due to some Technical fault on Phone .I have returned the phone to HomeShop18 within buyback period and HomeShop18 received the on same on 1 August 2014.                                   Have been calling helpline numbers to get my refund cheque for 2999/-. Every time the customer care executive has the same answer that the cheque will be delivered. This is going on for last 2 weeks and there is no headway so far for me. I may have made at least 10 calls so far. I have also written to the feedback email address of homeshop18 but they have not replied.

                                  Had called the Homeshp18 helpline no. after putting a complaint thru this forum. Over phone they promised to resolve issue asap. Refund cheque was recvd within a week after the phone call. An apology letter was also sent alongwith the cheque. Thanks to this forum for supporting and to Homeshop18 for sending the cheque.

                                    Order[protected]pack of 7 crepe and georgette saree with AWB [protected] I ordered this pack and got 6 sarees instead of 7 sarees. Quantity mentioned on AWB is also 6 only.. I called up custmor care they refused to help me as i called them after 48 hours... For their this frad they are saying it is mistake and i as i was not able to cal within 48 hours then it is blender... So their mistake is ok but mine in something that can not be sorted out... Home shop 18 is big cheat...worst to shop on... Now they are saying they will cal me within 72 hours but as per their attitude they neither are going to give me one saree that is missing nor give me back my money...

                                      I had odered an Rhinestone Necklace Set by The Pari - EY-06 on 13th october, 2014 to gift it to my sister on 25th october, 2014 and the expected delivery date given to me was 24th october, 2014. But till now I had not recieved it. My oder no. is[protected].

                                      They refunded me the amount in the form of check within 15 days and I was also asked to keep the item and also given me a apologization letter for the same. There customer service is really good and I thanks them for refunding me the amount

                                        I had ordered a designer saree of cost rs.1299.00 on 02 august, 2014. It is sent to me correctly but the saree had poor quality than displaying on tv. So, I registered a complaint for it through consumer care number. they said that i has to courier the saree ourselves . When i inquire about their pick up policy, they said that there is no pick up policy in their company but the cost of my courier that is Rs.190 will be paid. Then i courier the saree and call again on customer care. They said that i has to sent a jpg file of the courier slip on their e-mail. I also did it on the go.Then again i call them that they said that i will recieve a cheque of amount Rs.1489.00 including the amount of saree of rs.1299.00 and of the courier of Rs.190 in about 10 days.But they didn't send me any cheque . But i wait for about 15 days, no cheque was come. I call them again .Again they said that the amount will come in about 10 days and they send me a message of complaint registration.But this time, they only sent me a cheque of amount of Rs.1299.00 only.Again i call him, again they said that rest of the will be paid in about 10 days and send me another complaint registration message. but nothing come. this process was done for 30-40 days.then, they send me a cheque of amount Rs, 90.00 only. again, i call them. they said that rest amount will come in about 5 days.but nothing is come till today. again and again, they only send me the complaint registration messages . last time, i contacted to Mr. Vipin on 22 october, 2014, he said that rest amount will come in about 2 days and last complaint registration message was with complaint no.[protected]. rest amount is of Rs.100. order no.[protected]. complaint no.s[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. please send me it very rapidly . Otherwise, i will take further strong action against your company.
