Dear Madam/Sir, I have cancelled one order for Rs.1799/- and placed another order for Rs.1299/- against payment adjustment and get clearance from your concern department. After bed follow-ups your c-care denying and changing their statement. I think this is not good for a service provider company. Need to change the working style and process.       Hi, This is regarding my order number[protected]. I ordered HTC mobile on 2nd March, 2014 and got a defective one, so after talking to customer care I returned as suggested with DTDC courier. Got to answer lot of queries to home shop 18 guy's and finally got the refund of mobile. Regarding courier slip amount refund, I was asked to email a scanned copy of courier slip and got response email from [protected]@homeshop18.com on, 22nd March, 2014 saying my refund cheque will be sent to me in 7-8 days. Request number the same is 400508. Its been more than six months now and I didn't get the cheque and for the past one month i've been calling customer care and every time I get the same response that I will get a call from concerned department with in 48 hours and I never got any call from them instead they say my mobile is not reachable. Three days back one of the senior guy from customer care said he is directly going to pass my email to accounts department for refund initiation and will get cheque with in 5-6 days. Today I got a message from customer care saying they are trying to call me but not reachable. So I again called customer care for status and response was same as previous that they want to talk to me and refund was not initiated. When they have scanned copy of my courier slip, I don't understand what they want to talk to me about. The funniest part here is, for all their queries my mobile is reachable but when it comes to refund its not. I don't understand why such a cheap tricks and careless behaviour. I'm attaching the courier slip and email conversation as attachments. Thanks, Venu Babu

        maine 9 sept 2014 ko ek phone order kiya tha (Karbonn Smart A5 Turbo Dual SIM Android Mobile) jo mujhe 12 sept ko mila jiska order number[protected] and sub- order number 87203797 hai . and wo phone puri tarah se defective tha to maine homeshop18 ko call kiya to fir unhone 1 week ke baad wo phone replacement ke liye lekar gaye and bola gaya ki 1 week ke andar apko ek new phone de diya jayega. but fir 1 week ke baad bola gaya ki ye phone ab out of stock hai so apko paisa hi diya jayega, and mujhe 10 oct 2014 ko ek mail aaya ki apka cheque dispatch kar diya gaya hai and apko 3 days ke andar mil jayega but aaj 7 din ho gaye but mujhe abhi tak na koi cheque mil aur na hi koi call aaya hai and jab bhi mai call karta hu to har bar kuch new story suna kar phone cut kar dete hai ab to mujhe lagta hai ki mujhe koi refund nahi milane wala hai and ye bina matlab ka roj roj mujhe pareshan kar rahe hai...!!!

          This is regarding order number[protected].The defective item was delivered and I reported on 3rd Oct only.[protected] is already open, but we have not received any call for returning and refunding my money back.I call HS18 daily (From 3rd to 17th OCT) to arrange a call and they daily say, you will get the call in next few hours. But still no calls and am waiting to returned it.CAN ANYONE WILL TAKE ANY ACTION AND STOP THE CHEATING OVER ONLINE SHOPPING.NEXT TIME, I WON'T WRITE OR CALL YOU, SIMPLY I WILL LODGE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT ABOUT HS18. I shopped 50-52 items from HS18 and whenever there was an issue, it was never fixed.I am so stupid to order from HS18.

          I am calling 4-5 times daily...they people simply keep me on hold and don't respond...

          I am really frustrated calling HS18 daily 2-3 times and they always say that you will get call by next 2-3 hrs.
          I am pissed off and really very disappointed with the service they provide.

            I have placed an order in September Order no.[protected], but it has been found that the product is damaged and immediately w546e have informed about this to the HomeShop 18 customer care. We have requested for Refund Process as we dont want this damaged product niether need the exchange of this product. Whenever we use to Call HopeShop 18 customer care, it is always been told that they have called us but noone has responded to the call, but the reality is we never ever receive the call from their end and we call everyday to know the status of Complain number :[protected] . They dont even update the everyday call status against this complain number and always say that you will receive a call within 24hours. No one called us till now and now its around 25 days that the issue is still open without any resolution. Moreover the executives of HomeShop18 customer care are very rigid to talk to, they don't have talking and professional behaviour. They always lie to the customer and talk to us in very in professional way. In this case I would recommend to take severe actions against such employees and customer should never buy products from such online sites. Please help me out in resolving this Refund process completely on ASAP basis.

              I had placed an order for Kawachi shoe rack from homeshop18. My order no. is[protected]. The product turned out to be defective and so we called homeshop18. But they refused to help us as their 2 days limit had passed, even though the product has a 6 month warranty. So we ordered a replacement from Kawachi directly. However, even the replacement product was defective and so people from Kawachi promised that a refund would be given from homeshop18 as I had originally purchased the product from Homeshop18 and the product has a 6 month warranty. I have been calling homeshop18 everyday since last 6-7 days. Every time I have been getting false promises that I will get a call back to resolve my problem. However not a single person has bothered to take action on my complain. This is utter nonsense and waste of my time. When I call up Kawachi, they say that they can do nothing about it. The product cost me 850 rs. Please help.

              same thing happened to me too . In my case also my tab was under warranty period, they have taken back the defective tab but not given me it's replacement. I mail them every day but they don't respond.They have the worst customer service...

                  A Karbonn Titanium S3 mobile was ordered on 21st September, 2014. The order was delivered on 25th September, 2014. The order number was[protected]. After using the mobile for one week I found the LED screen was not working properly from 2nd October.When I switch on the mobile a dark patches appear on the screen and the colour of the screen was seems faded. Then I am repeatedly contacted your customer care but every time a complain number was generated but no corrective action taken to solve the issue. My complain numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected]. I had spent 7, 700.00 rupees but I could not use the product. Everybody from my friend's circle make a fun of me for this problem. Is this a right way to treat a customer. Kindly do the needful and took the corrective steps to change my mobile with a new one or refund me my money at the earliest. Already 13 days were passed of my complain. If days were passed like this then a time will came you would not listen to my problem and I will sit at home after sending the money. So Please change my mobile with a new one or refund my money.                     Sir, with due respectfully, I beg to say that I have purchased spice mobile M-5920 from home shop 18 vide our order No[protected] and received by me on 14 aug 2014. After receiving his internat and handfree not working . Hence I have been returned above spice mobile through speed post No ER[protected]IN dated 19 Aug 2014 for amounting Rs. 67+7 = Rs.74/-. But as on date I have not been received any mobile and above amount. Subsequently on 28 Aug 2014 a call received by me from Home shop 18 customer care phone No[protected] and they intimated that the spice mobile no M-5920 not in your stock and hence they are returning amount of above mobile i.e. Rs. 1999/. I have been received yes bank cheque no 796926 dated 30.08.2014 amount 1999/ in favour of me I E Mohan instead of my right name Mohan Pokhriyal and deposited on 05.09.2014 to SBI High court spl Branch Jodhpur (Rajasthan) . Further cheque returned by bank due full name not mentioned in cheque ie Mohan Pokhriyal. Thereafter I have been forwarded my Pan card copy and above cheque to your Home shop 18 for issuing new check in favour of Mohan Pokhriyal instead of Mohan but till date no cheque received by me . You are requested to issue new check in favour of my other will complaint in customer court . Thanking you Mohan Pokhriyal

                      I have received a call with telephone no [protected] as HS 18 just 10 Minuets before and ask me about my Bank account No in which they return my Amount paid for Spice mobile MI 506 and said to me they are Unable to remove my problem after a long time i.e. 21/09/2014 to 15/10/2014 after registering my complaint this is the way to behave a customer by the reputed Company HS 18. I think it is a SHAME for an business rule.I surprised that the Executive who were calling me does not know How much amount paid by me for the same (MI 506) if HS 18 calling then he knows every thing regarding a Customer dealing.                           I have ordered a Hand set of spice MI 506 on 18/09/2014 at 21.00 hrs during a TV show and received the same on 20/09/2014 at 3.00 P.M. with the Bill dated 19/09/2014 .On 21/09/2014 I make a Complaint regarding that hand set is not working proper set is HANGING but they dont care of my complaint after that I make several request but fortunately my complaint not comply by them on 27/09/2014 I repeated my request than they provide me Service centre contact nos and Address I visit service centre they told me my set to be sent to the Spice Factory for Repair and they will not provide me DOA letter for the Replacement of my Hand set due to Completed 7(seven) days passes till date I have received several calls from HS18 and Spice Company every person wants my problem repeatedly I am very hearted by the situation.                             I purchased "Mitashi 4.1 Multimedia Speaker - HT 41FU"(COST : 2753 INR)with the order ref no "86480137". on Sunday, August 31, 2014. But product was not working @ my place and called Mitashi customer care service but they were not able to resolved my problem. So I raised return ticket to Homeshop18 and asked them to refund money along with the courier charges. I courier their product with all the safety standard by DTDC Courier Services, which is one of the recognised courier service by Homeshop18 and I asked them to refund the courier charges which I beard (560 INR). I got my main amount back on 1st of Oct, 2014 but did not received courier charges. When I asked them for courier charges, They told me they can give me only min of 750 or 10 % of product which is 257 INR . When I asked them i Paid 560 INR for their safety of product otherwise I can courier through Indian post also which charges less. SO they replied, I don't ask you to courier through it. You can courier by Indian post also. The point is I want my whole courier amount 560 INR . This is not a way to runaway from responsibility. Please do need full. Regards, Devendra [protected]

                              why i send item through any courier service, it is your responsibility to collect order at my home or exchange delivered at my home. this is very bad experience with me by HS18.

                              Request you to kindly return the unused product in a travel worthy condition and place a paper in the box with your order number and complaint written on it.

                              Request you to also mention the order number and sub order number both on the parcel without fail.

                              Please affix the address label mentioning the order number and the below address-

                              Please send the product by any reputed courier and mail the scanned copy of courier receipt to [protected]@homeshop18.com to re-imburse the charges.

                              Once it is picked up, please provide us the Airway Bill number and dispatch date, for us to follow up with the vendor and process replacement.

                                    Homeshop18 supplied me a BERG MULTI CUISINE MAKER (seller: KNM International) on the date 08/09/2014 against my order number[protected] dated 27/08/2014, whose lower element is not functioning at all. I reminded customer-care team of BERG MULTI CUISINE MAKER (seller: KNM International) vide my e-mail dated12/09/2014; 13/09/2014; 16/09/2014; 17/09/2014; 22/09/2014 & 09/10/2014 for replacement of defect BERG MULTI CUISINE MAKER, but no concrete action has been taken by the officials of Homeshop18. Please take appropriate action for of defect BERG MULTI CUISINE MAKER or to credit back paid amount in my bank account.

Nangloi Najafgarh Road, New Delhi-110059 vide a comments sent on link HomeShop18 - Supply of defective BERG MULTI CUISINE MAKER and the link was sent on 17/08/2014 vide e-mail ID ConsumerComplaints.in [protected]@consumercomplaints.in

                                    Earlier it was assured on mobile that KNM International, A-21, Naresh Park Ext. Nangloi Najafgarh Road, New Delhi-110059 would supply a good performing lower element on or after 8th October 2014, but before 11th October, 2014. Looking to poor attention on e-messages 12/09/2014; 13/09/2014; 16/09/2014; 17/09/2014; 22/09/2014; 09/10/2014 & 14/10/2014 it would not be appropriate for me to return goods without obtaining purchase-cost. The amount of INR 3490.00 paid to Courier Company “Gati Surface (Tracking Number[protected] on 08/09/2014 while taking delivery of the goods, may be refunded to me and provide the name of courier company to whom defective BERG
                                    MULTI CUISINE MAKER, may be handed over on behalf of HomeShop18.

                                    OR

                                    Else supply a good performing lower element immediately for getting it replaced at local level along with an sum of Rs.100/= towards service charges.

                                      i ordered a saree on[protected]PICK ANY ONE EXCLUSIVE SAREE BY AANYA- WHITE FOR RS.549/- ), i got whose delivery on[protected] but the saree which i got was defective so i filed complain for refund immediately on[protected] but even after so many calls i am not able to receive any refund from home shop 18, even customer care executives are not doing there job properly. the only thing they doing is misleading the customers. whenever i made call i got the same reply all the time that i will get the refund cheque within 2-3 days.1 month has passed but still their 2-3 days are not coming to end.                                         I was asked to wait for 7-8 working days . Now its been more than 10 days still i have not received any cheque. I am highly disappointed and m sure that no one from my family will ever purchase anything from HOME SHOP 18.
                                        On your TV channel your shopping guides makes many promises regarding your quality of services and product and your easy return policy but i am really sorry to say HOME SHOP 18 don't fulfill any of its promises.
                                        Stop troubling the customers and pay my cheque soonest.
