Hi, this is Pasham Pavan kumar thank you for delivered my product, with reference order no:[protected]. the product is good. But due to size problem I want to replace my product (Ind size no : 9) with (Ind size no : 8) when I called to customer they are not responding I have called on Monday(19/10/2014)and 4 times so they said that within 2 business days our business days my executive officer will called you and they will solve the problem but I have dint received any cal or message from them so please kindly replace my product as soon as possible.

    सर मैंने आपके यहाँ से 9september 2014 एक मोबाईल ऑर्डर किया था जिसका ऑर्डर नंबर (order number) –[protected] और सब- ऑर्डर(sub-order) नंबर – 87203797 है| लेकिन वो फोन खराब था इसलिए मैंने वो फोन आपके यहाँ रिप्लेसमेंट( replacement) के लिए दिया था ! फिर मुझे बोला गया था की आपका पैसा रिटर्न कर दिया जायेगा और मुझे 10 october 2014 को मेल (mail) आया की आपका चेक आपको डिस्पैच(dispatch) कर दिया गया हैं| और आपका ट्रैक नंबर (track number) - d[protected] है| लेकिन आज October 25, 2014 है| और मुझे अभी तक कोई भी चेक(cheque) नहीं मिला है| मैंने उस कुरियर कंपनी(First Flight) में भी कॉल किया था और उसके ऑफिस भी गया था लेकिन वहाँ मुझे बोला गया की ये ट्रैक नंबर गलत है | फिर मैंने आपके कस्टमर केयर में भी कितने बार कॉल किया लेकिन हर बार एक नया डेट(date) दे दिया जा रहा है| मैंने कई बार आपके सीनियर से भी बात किया लेकिन वो लोग भी कोई सही जवाब नहीं दे रहे है| कृपया आप जल्द से जल्द कुछ करे |

      I have ordered set of 5 travel bags(fidato Combo) with homeshope18. order no is[protected]. i received this bags on 3rd of oct 2014. When i opened it contains only 4 bags.one laptop bag is missing. And inside zip of trolley bag is damaged. Since 7th of oct 2014 i am calling them for replacement but no one is answering me when and how they replace my faulty order, every time when i asked then they give me one answer only that please wait for three days. one day a courier man came to my home to pickup faulty bags when i show him parcel he said that he dont have space to take along with. So he said he will come tomorrow till date i am waiting for that tomorrow... and next day i got message from HS18 that due to i was not at home that why pickup was not done... and customer care service is like i talking to robot they don't have own sense to answer customer. in other words it's service they are providing.i wanted to know which low is there i can sue them for time I waste in calling and the irritation i face while being on hold each and every time. please dont buy any thing from homeshop18. They just know to take money rest the never cares ever.

        i had booked a mobile SW-30 on 09.1014 order no.[protected] and AWB no.is[protected] but not yet received .i had complaint many time but no solution they said 1-2 day giving false information .Kindly help me i saw many customer waiting for long time very poor service.this is wastage of money and time acquiring free headache .

          I Sabita Sahoo (mis spelt as Savita Sahu in cash memo) received one diamond batique by Mini Muskan on 6/9/14 by courier vide order No.[protected] DT 3/9/14 Suborder no 86691363, Invoice no. MINI/14-15/12599 dt 3/9/2014 for Rs. 1599/-. I raised a complaint on 6/9/14 (complaint no.[protected] as necklace was tight to my neck and I did not like when I saw the item physically and returned it by Indian Post Regd Parcel on 8/9/14 (7/9/14 being sunday) as per address given by HS18 through SMS "Mini Muskan 10 Ram Dhan Ghosh lane, Belurmath, West Bengal-711202" which was received on 18/9/14 as per computerised data of HS18. But surprisingly I got back the item again on 23/9/14 and called to HS18 on same day. I was told that refund is under process..How the item could be returned once it is received by HS18 is my doubt. It seems that data in computer has not been updated. I contacted Minimuskan over telephone they told that the office at 10 Ram dhan Ghosh lane has been closed that's why the item has been returned to you but you send again to our office at 8, Amartala Street, 2nd floor, Room No.202, Kolkata-700001. I lost Rs.39/- by sending item in a wrong address given by HS18 i.e. 10 Ram Dhan Ghosh lane. I sent the item again by Indian post Regd parcel on 8/10/14 in address 8, Amartala Street, Kolkata and confirmed on telephone that the item has been received by them and they told to contact HS18 who will process the refund. I contacted HS18 on 20/10/14 but they told the same thing that the item is received on 18/9/14 & refund is under process and you will get SMS by evening but no result.           I ordered zoha wear to work collections set of 5 dress material on 9/9/14 and the order no.[protected].i recived the material on 22/9/14
          buti did not recive the material which i ordered so i returned the product on 25/9/14 my sub order no is 87170199 .
          so far i have not recived any response from your side so far i contacted 10 times to the coustmer care but i am getting the same reply that my complaint is forwarded so i just wanted to know wether your sending the product or not.
          if the product is not avaliable please refund my money immeaditely.. kindly send the cheque in favour of kamaleshwari.v and not in the name of sumitra. so i want the immeadiate reply from your side.

                    Sub Order No[protected] Mob No [protected]. I have received the goods against above suborder No on 26 Sep 14. When opened the package, the items delivered are found to be defective/broken. Immediately I lodged a complain to HS 18 and got complaint no. On 3rd Oct, I received one SMS from HS18 that our concerned team is contacting but u r not contactable. Same time I call back them and given my alternate No also. On same day they confirmed that the items were received back at concern company i.e. M/s Alex Jwelers Mumbai on 1st Oct 14. From 3rd Oct 14, I am calling HS18 to refund my amount Rs. 1, 999+ 330 for courier charges so many times. Since 3rd Oct, I might have called minimum of 20 times to them. Each time I am getting same response, that, "sir, i will forward the mail and concerned team will call back u within 24 hours. Is paresani ke liye hum mafi chahte hain. Or within 24 working hours, u will get notification regarding release of cheque, etc. I am running behind HS18 to get my money back. HS18 is assuring that we r recording all the voice. This is only the show offs. If HS 18 is not able to give any resolution after 20 days, who believe your refund rules.

                          Hi, I have placed a order for Exclusive Super Saver Deal Of Partywear Sarees From Hiba-Pink Sare, order no. is[protected], amount paid 1299.00. I am not satisfied with the product which has been received and I am calling on homeshop18 number every day and they are making me full that you will get a call back from our concern team but concern team did not call yet. I have talked to multiple agents and they all told the same thing. Yesterday I talked 3 agents and 1 supervisor name was deepak singh and he said that reverse pick will possible on only 22nd oct'14 and once we will receive the product we will send a cheque in 4 to 6 days. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the response and I will never order any product in future from homeshop18.

                            Submitted two tickets below but there is no response from HS18. Can you people tell me when you will going to deliver order number[protected]???At very first it was showing delivery date of 13th Oct, then it got changed to 15th and today again it is showing 17th Oct 2014.Kindly note that if you could not able to deliver the order by 17th Oct 2014 then keep it and refund the amount. There is no status available on your site as well as Blue Dart Courier's website after 10th of Oct. Very poor experience so far.. :( :(I need to think about any future shopping at HomeShop18. Still neither delivered the order nor any update available on your website as well as on blue dart's website. This is too much!!! I'm finally writing to you to deliver the product else I have to take this matter to consumer forum. Will not buy anything from you people in future neither encourage anybody to shop with HS18. Can anyone from HS18 get back to me with status???

                                dear sir/madam, I have purchased adcom mobileA430 IPS wide inv no DEL/082014/21401dated 20/8/2014. My newly purchased mobile is comletely dead [not working]. so i went to the service provider as per the list provided on the website at wintech services belgaum. But to my surprise they did not even take the mobile in hand and see. they are saying we are no way concerned .any one can put anyone s name on website, we have not put so you better talk your company. After that i contacted your toll free No but they only recorded the complaint there is no action taken. I am facing lot of difficulties so i want to return the product [adcom mobile] and want to purchase micromax or karbon mobile from you. This is the worst experience i am getting from you.                                   Homeshop18 supplied me a BERG MULTI CUISINE MAKER (seller: KNM International) on the date 08/09/2014 against my order number[protected] dated 27/08/2014, whose lower element is not functioning at all. I reminded customer-care team of BERG MULTI CUISINE MAKER (seller: KNM International) vide my e-mail dated 12/09/2014; 13/09/2014; 16/09/2014; 17/09/2014; 22/09/2014, 09/10/2014, 14/10/2014 & 17/10/2014 for replacement of defective BERG MULTI CUISINE MAKER, but no concrete action has been taken by the officials of Homeshop18, except to register complaint ID number[protected]. Earlier it was assured on mobile that KNM International, A-21, Naresh Park Ext. Nangloi Najafgarh Road, New Delhi-110059 would supply a good performing lower element on or after 8th October 2014, but before 11th October, 2014. Looking to poor attention on e-messages 12/09/2014;13/09/2014; 16/09/2014; 17/09/2014; 22/09/2014; 09/10/2014 & 14/10/2014 it would not be appropriate for me to return good without obtaining purchase-cost.The amount of INR 3490.00 paid to Courier Company “Gati Surface (Tracking Number[protected] on 08/09/2014 while taking delivery of the goods, may be refunded to me and provide the name of courier company to whom defective BERG MULTI CUISINE MAKER, may be handed over on behalf of HomeShop18. OR Else supply a good performing lower element immediately for getting it replaced at local level along with an sum ofRs.100/= towards service charges. OR Else please take notice that I would approach appropriate platform for seeking compensation for mental agony along with cost of repair / replacement

                                    tablet exchange nahi de rahe he .2 din pahale muze unka tablet mila . usake bad maine turant unke ofice me phone kiya to muze reply mi exchange ho jayga . o 48 hrs. ke bad phone Aaya ki tablet exchange nahi hoga or unaka ad. Aata he to 30 days replesment & exchange.

                                      I have place order on homeshope 18 for Good to Go - Hair Removal Shaver by SilkPro - N-Blue & N- Pink bearing order number[protected] &[protected]respectively and delivery date was 18 oct 2014 but still not received whIle tracking the orders it shows that the product cannot be delivered due to Misc and returned back what is it we the customers have right to receive our placed orders plz do the needful.

                                      I am Nitin Sharma(Mb:[protected]) placed an order online on homeshop18(order no.[protected] with total money paid on 10 oct'14 and since then i am waiting for my order which i booked for my wife birthday but birthday also gone and still i am begging their customer care people daily to send my order .Now, my question is that who would pay the mobile expenses which i spent on these people and waste my time too.Today is 20 oct'14 and i not received my order.Please do the needful

                                        I made a order on october 14 and was mentioned that it will be delivered on october 16.But it was not delivered.When i called the aramex courier they replied that it will be delivered on friday 17 0ct but was not delivered.Then when i called on friday they told it will be delivered on saturday.Now today when i tried to call they are not attending my call.When i called to the home shop18 customer care they are not even contacting the courier person and telling me it will be delivered on monday.Is this the way you respond to customers? Worst experience i have ever have. My order number:[protected] I ordered this for my friend's birthday.But they are telling that the product will be delivered only after the birthday. If i ask them to connect to higher authorities they are putting me on hold for 30 minutes and no response. Please Somebody respond to this compliant.
