You guys only know to cheat people and earn money by shipping defective products. You guys only know to register complaints with out resolving them. Three complaints have been registered and not a single one has been addressed. Complaint No[protected],[protected] for product[protected] have been registered with out any action. Its been 3 months money has not been refunded. They have also assured to refund me my money but till date nothing happened. A cheat and fraud organisation.

    Sir my name is shailendra dubey my order number[protected] and sub order no. 86805539.Lava iris X1 mobile phone order placed on 5 September 2014 and received this product 12 September 2014 but sir it mobile was defective . I calling customer care and complaint no.[protected]. I had returned above material on Date 13.09.2014 for full refund money as per talk with homeshop18care. As per returned policy of company, my refund money should be receive within 10 days but it was not received till date .I had talk several time with homeshop18 care people regarding the problem but they are not responding & every time given commitment but it was not followed by them.dt 13 September 2014first flight courier tracking number P[protected].sir 19 sep. Home shop18 team calling from me and telling u 7 working days u will receive money refund by cheque..but sir no response at the time.i calling now customer care 9 to 10 attempt. but sir no response and no action on the issue so pze quickly solve my problem.

    Suggest that you send them a legal notice most online companies give a very prompt reply to legal notices. Would also suggest that you try Infibeam and Amazon once. Have ordered a lot of products from both companies and have never faced any problems with either the products or their services.

      I have a complaint against Homeshop18 regarding a service what they are providing to their costumers. My order no is[protected] and order date is 28th Sep'14. I have received a wrong order and the products are in very damaged condition. I have got another Retail Invoice by the name Mr.Ratan Jogi in the same packet of carton. This is very shame ful that you people making your customers FOOL and wasting their time. Second thing is i have ordered this on 28th Sep14 and i received the order on 8th Oct14 after 10 days as i talked to your executive he logged a complaint and the complaint no is[protected] and the whole process will take more than a week this means that i have have to wait for another 10days. My overall experience with HOMESHOP18 is really bad and unsatisfactory. Thanks for your support

      I have only placed one order with Homeshop18 and experience for that was good. Would suggest that you wait a few days if there is no response from them then ask for their escalation matrix. That normally works with all e-tailing sites.

      Would also suggest for hassle free replacement try out Infibeam, Flipkart and Amazon. Had a problem with a few products on all three sites and they provided me with resolution in a very good manner and in good time.

        I purchased a Beetel Phone model no.-GD777 through home shope18 with invoice date April 7 2012. From the very beginning the set was giving trouble and submitted to the local authorized service centre, initially the set was repaired but during December 2012 set stopped functioning and again submitted to the same service centre on December 10 2012, but till date the set could nat be repaired as such the service centre manager is showing inability to return the the set in working condition, even that i contacted to the service manager Shri. Upadhyaya ([protected]) at the last on 25 June 2013 he assured the solution of the problem. I submitted the xerox of invoice as well as all the relevant data. But till now i have not received any sort of compensation.

          Hello, Myself Soumitra Ray.I am a regular and one of esteemed customers of Homeshop18.My wife always prefer to place orders in Homeshop18 becuase their deals are really good and they offer best products and price in the market.I was really satisfied with all the previous products.But my conception went wrong after bying a mobile phone .The product is Micromax A075.They are advertising a 8 megapixel camera but when I have received the product I found the camera quality which is absolutely rubbish.Sorry to say that but I didn't find any other words for that product.The camera quality is not even good as VGA camera.My 2 megapixel camera is even betther than the above so called 8 megapixel camera.I am looking for a full refund and I want this to be taken away by Homeshop18.

            Sir, I, Arunima Roy, a customer suffering from delivery of fraudulent cosmetic items shopped online from "HOMESHOP 18"...want to complain that I had ordered for a product named "My make up collection by color care" on 24th September, 2014 and received the delivery on 30th September, 2014 by the order no.[protected], but on receiving the delivery from a courier service with Courier Acc.[protected]Aramex)...to my utter dissatisfaction and surprise, I found that the lipstick tips were mostly broken and the lipsticks had soiled all other equipments of the box.The kajal stick was also broken and even after promising to provide 6 different shades of lipsticks, 2 shades of lipsticks were double in number, thereby, they provided only 4 different shades of lipsticks instead of 6 different shades. Even the hand bag was also damaged as its chain was cut and the knob of the chain was also broken. All in all the total product received by me is completely damaged. I have also complained directly to their company, but they are ignoring the complaint and requesting to call on the day after and delaying actions against my complaint. I would hereby wish to seek help from Indian Consumer Complaints Forum as my last resort and I do claim my complete money back which is an amount of Rs.999. The forum's earliest action in looking into my request is earnestly solicited. I am hereby providing my phone no.-[protected] and my e-mail id- roy.[protected]@gmail.com.               I have ordered a BERG ROTI MAKER vide order no.[protected]nd Sept. 2014.The product is totally flop and does not solve the purpose as shown on TV. When asked for refund, executive of HS18 lodged the complaint ( no.[protected] dtd 01oct.) after several calls .NO action on this issue. When further queried, another complaint no.[protected] on 06th oct. was given. STILL WAITING FOR REFUND .

                  i bought a product one mon ago but the product was damaged so i returned that.now every time i call them fot refund they are saying that i lodged complaint for replacement not for refund..now they not doing any thing and every time they say that in a week i will get refund..but it didnt happen in last one month.
                  HomeShop18 customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I had ordered a product from homeshop 18 which was returned as it was not to my satisfaction, It has been a month
                  since then and inspite of several complaints registered with them, the customer care team has failed to repond
                  This only goes to show the inefficiency and leaves a doubt in my mind if the site is fraudulent and is out to cheat their
                  customers!I have never had any issues with other sites regarding refund.
                  homeshop18 is a fraudulent site beware!Never shop !

                    Dear Sir here I have been making u aware that I had placed my order[protected] of 18/08/2014 for Pakistani Salwar Suit which was delivered to me on time, but due to the worst quality of material I have returned back the same product to the company at the said address by 23/8/2014. From that day to today its almost 45 days for me to waiting for my refund from company. Your customers executive's have not given a correct positive response at all, they provide me only days and days, not my money. So please let’s check out my compliant again with solution this time at the earliest. On the other side I have to go for legal help and claim for losses and making fool my feelings and patience. Also on ur complaint-site I have seen a lot of customers have a very unsatisfactory response form ur services and ur products. I will try to collect them all with my appeal for legal complaint to get suitable rewards and a moral for others This is my last request and next will be my legal request to yourgoodself.                       Hi, this is regarding my order no[protected] where i had ordered T-shirts for my husband one month back, when it was received to me found that it was smaller size then i requested to homeshops to please provide XL size. they refuse due to non availability at homeshop18, therefore i requested to refund my money. they had sent cheque in the name of me " Sweta Choudhary" however i have no bank account so i sent that cheque back to homeshop with NOC and PAN Card of my husband and requested that prepare refund cheque in the name of my husband last month on 10th Sep-14. from last one month i and my husband both are following up for refund but every time they are saying - " mam you cheque is under process and you will get within 24 hours", i just raising my voice on this platform and hope it will be helpfull for everybody and they will not able to make fool every body. customer care executive is talking like CEO of Homeshop every time and not giving to his supervisor. there is no escalation matrix of homeshop18 anywhere. dont know where should i go for justis.                       My name is Pankaj Sahu, Homeshop18 provided me with the damaged products twice; therefore I had to cancel the order and demand for the refund. As per them they had sent a cheque, which I haven't received till date. Every Time I call them they would arrange a call back. Last week I got a call from the Homeshop18 number [protected]; that we are preparing your cheque and will receive within 7 days; the customer care has no update on that regard nor I have received any Courier details. The only thing which I have been getting is a complaint number and order number complaint number[protected] order number[protected]. I have been struggling with these guys since August 2014. Please help me out.

                      I have ordered a product (Berg Multi Cusine maker )which is highly damaged. When I asked for exchanged, the escalation team responding saying it was their mistake of not noticing during packing time and they have facility to deliver and not to takeback from the location delivered. They are asking me to send by courier to the Vendor . This is really very touch situation. order no : 9739

                      Its a very Bad and awful shopping experience observed from the
                      purchase of LED Bulbs received from Home Shop 18. These peoples are cheaters
                      and Fraud. I purchased the LED Bulbs from Home Shop 18 against the Order No.
                      [protected] / 08/09/2015 of Rs. 970/- on the same day I had received the LED bulb
                      infront of courier boy I complaint, but at that time also I have not received
                      any proper resolution.

                      on the day 1 of delivery the all the inbuilt LED chips are
                      shaking (fitting problem) & also not getting proper light as compare to the
                      LED bulb of lower watt. Even the LED bulb we had purchased from electricity
                      dept of 7Watt is giving much better light in comparision with ALPHA which you
                      had delivered at my home.


                      When I called repeatedly no action was taken. every time a new
                      person talked and assured told me that they will not give any replacement of
                      ITEM.These people tell costumers wrong and give wrong details on TV / from Home
                      Shot 18 call center as well. Complete waste of time and wastage of money. The
                      telle callers did not solve the problem and gave details that were entirely
                      different from each other. Customers are cheated and left confused what to do.
                      Responses from other complaintants say that problems are not solved.


                      Homeshope18 is fake they are making customers fool..

                      Hope on the sake of Home Shop 18 reputation, Please initiate
                      the proper course of action & I want the homeshop18.com to take this back
                      and provide me the money which I paid or replace with other reputed
                      product.

                      I have order 4 pieces of kurta but they have dispatched wrong size and quality was also not good, I have returned the product and waiting for my refund from the past 2 months, whenever I call the customer care department they say you will get the status in 5 to 7 days and been months that I am chasing homeshop18 to receive my refund.

The product was not as per quality & of description as promoted in advertisment .After that we complained with complain no[protected] on 22-9-14.But till date no any action taken.And moreover after several request we had not got our money back.

                                  I had received the product on 21.09.2014 & the very same day, logged a complaint to the home shop18 Customer Care Executive stating problems with the product and need of Replacement. Customer care executives have told that after collecting the defective product, new product will be dispatched to you within week. On 24.09.2014 product was collected through courier .But now it has been long time and completion of the whole month but still my product is not yet delievered to me. I have made many calls to executives after that, but my efforts were in vain.Still I have not received my product.order no.[protected] placed with us dated 13th September 2014 for Spice Dual Sim Dual Core Android Phone - Mi506-Black (Seller: North India Top Company Pvt. As per returned policy of company, my refund money should be receive within ten days but it was not received till date .                                     Homeshop18 had given lots of commitment to solve issue but it is yet to solve.

                                    I am very thankful to consumer complaints as due to their effort, complaints was resolved & i got a my refund money from HOMESHOP18.

                                    It is very difficult to get back refund money from homeshop18 which i experienced .I got refund money only because of you.

                                      This order[protected] was placed around 40 days back. Order has 2 items: Hai dryer and watch. At delivery watch was not present. We informed homeshop18 and it was told that it will be delivered before 18/Sept. Till date we have not recieved the 2nd delivery.. We have contact customer care 4-5 times in this duration, but we always get the response that delivery will be done as soon as possible... Complaint[protected]

                                        I had ordered two sets of same product - "Pigeon 8 Piece Non Stick Combo", on 3aug. I just got one product till today(4oct) even though I've paid cash for both.I have the original packing of product and its invoice with me if they want proof. I called their customer care many times but they give plain assurances with no real resolution. Now they said product is not in stock.. I feel cheated.. Order no[protected], suborder no[protected].
