      I launched my complaint against the order of zaveri pearls, request no # 590697 order no. # 911066 on dtd. # 2nd september 2014 for cheque request and from your side we received the mail i. E. , you will response back to us in within 2 working days. But till date neither we received any call or mail from your side after that, nor received our amount i. E. Rs. 999 / - .

      You are requested once again that you return my amount i. E. Rs. 999 / - plus parcel expenses i. E. Rs. 200 / - within a week time.

      Otherwise i'll be free to initiate criminal proceeding under sec. 420, 467, 468, 471 and under sec. 120 (B) in ajmer civil court and you are fully responsible for all legal expenses.

        I have bought a LAVA IRIS smartphone from Homeshop18 in december 2013. After 7 months the phone developed a network problem. I gave the phone at the nearest lava service center and then returned it after 20 days with a DOA letter saying the phone is not repairable and you will be provided a brand new handset from the buyer. Kindly send it to the buyer with DOA letter. I called homeshop18 from 19th sept 2014 to arrange a reverse pickup and provide a new handset.           I have purchased a Handy Vaccum cleaner from HS18, it was not functioning from the first day itself. I have given
          several complaints thru phone and emails. Now they are telling to return the product and asking me to wait for 10 days (that also there is no guarantee that replacement will get). Please find below the Order no and Suborder no.

          We request kindly stop their broadcasting in TV Channels atleast some other customers will not be cheated.

          Kindly give me a favourable reply.

          Today at 8.55 pm, i have received a call from HS18 and asking me Rs. 25 for returning the above product, i told i will not kgive any single paise for sending back the product. I told to them that i have already registered a complaint on consumer court, then they are telling what the consumer court will do?

          Please do something. Once again requesting you to stop their broadcasting in TV Channels. Atleast some others will not be cheated.

          According to their last reply(18/10/14) they told they will refund with in 7-8 working days, yesterday also i asked to their customer care
          they are asking to wait for 7 more working days.

But, after seeing the original watch I have noticed that the dial of the watch is very small as we saw online. Hence, i need to return this watch and order a new one. You had delivered same on 25 Sep 2014 which is old stock, low quality and less of Rs.100 coupon. At the same day I had complained to your office for refund Rs. 1799/- against purchase of product Moli Premium range of 3 designer Kurtas vide complaint No.[protected]. Your office staff assured me wait for 24-48 hours for call from complaint section till now I have not received any call for refund Rs. 1799/- from your office. Afterthat I called around 10-12 times and request to transfer my call to with your senior manager straight way refused and busy my phone 25 minutes and given same reply I received and given false answered that mobile no is not reachable.                       My order ID[protected], I ordered a MICROMAX CANVES POWER A96 Mobile on19/08/2014 And I Received the courier on 03/09/2014 But I shocked when I opened it, It was a Spice 2G Mobile. Therefore I Send back It on 05/09/2014 for replacement. But they have not try to give me my Mobile which I ordered. Now it is 30/09/2014 They have no responsibility, I am suffering very problem.                           I HAD BOOKED SWIPE SENSE MOBILE PHONE ON 05.09.2014 THROUGH SBI DEBIT CARD PAYMENT ON SAME DAY. AS PER ORDER THERE SHOULD BE ONE MOBILE HAND SET, TWO BATTERIES, CHARGER, USER MANUAL AND ONE FLIP COVER IN THE BOX. BUT I HAVE RECEIVED THE BOX ON 13.09.2014 AFTER LAPSE OF 2 WEEKS WITHOUT FLIP COVER . IMMEDIATELY I HAD BOOKED COMPLAINT ONLINE TO CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE. DISPITE THIS NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY HOME SHOP 18 TILL 22.09.2014. ON 22.09.2014 I AGAIN ENQUIRED ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY COMPLAINT BUT NO SATISFIED RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM HS18. THEN I HAD REGISTERED/SUBMITTED TICKET ONLINE TO HS18. ONLY AFTER MY COMPLAINT ON 22.09.2014 HS18 CONVENYED MESSAGE IN REPLY THAT THE SHORT SUPPLIED ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED BY 27.09.2014 AND CLOSED THE TICKET. I AGAIN SUBMITTED ANOTHER TICKET BUT THE SAME HAS ALSO CLOSED WITH NO CLEAR REPLY. NOW THE STATUS OF ORDER IS "DELAYED". FURTHER THE MOBILE HANDSET HAS PROBLEM OF PRIMERY CAMERA AND OTHER FUNCTION WHICH WAS DEPOSITED AT SWIPE SERVICE CENTRE, MUMBAI ON 24.09.2014 (WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY) FOR REPAIR BUT THE SAME HAS FURTHER DESPATCHED TO Swipe Telecom LLP OFFICE PUNE FOR REPAIR WHICH IS STILL NOT RECEIVED. AS ON DATE 30.09.2014 I HAVE NOT REVEIVED FLIP COVER AND THE HANDSET FROM HS18 AND from Swipe Telecom LLP

                            I had received the product on 29/08/2014 & the very same day, logged a complaint to the home shop18 Customer Care Executive stating problems with the product and need of Replacement. Customer care executives have told that after collecting the defective product, new product will be dispatched to you within week. On 6/092014 product was collected through courier .But now it has been long time and completion of the whole month but still my product is not yet delievered to me. I have made many calls to executives after that, but my efforts were in vain.Still I have not received my product.

                            I had received the product on 21.09.2014 & the very same day, logged
                            a complaint to the home shop18 Customer Care Executive stating problems

                                A phone was booked on 3rd Sept 14 and shipped on 6th Sept 14 according to the SMS and E mail received on confirmation Id, till 29th Sept 14 no sign of delivery, called at least 35 Time at Homeshop 18, all the time a standard repl y was given . (Address written on Invoice Retail) The detail of my address is M.R MOHANTY M.I.G, FLAT NO - 71D, 3RD FLOOR, BLOCK - B, RAJAT VIHAR, SEC - 62, NEAR - SEC 56 POLICE CHOWKI Noida India 201301 ) The whole case is described in the following:- 1. Whenever I call to the Customer Care number[protected] . they say my cheque is ready from[protected] but the cheque is not yet despatched till dated[protected] and the same will be couriered to you within 2 days from[protected] but the cheque is not despatched till dated[protected]. 6. HOMESHOP18 only gives me the complain reply back through SMS that we have registered the complaint no[protected] against order no[protected] dated[protected]. 7. But i have not received the cheque till dated[protected]. 8. Everyday I call them to deliver the cheque to me from[protected] till dated[protected] but they say we are sorry for late and your cheque will be delivered within 2 days. There is no solution from home shop 18, Please resolve immediately.

                                      I are really diappointed the way the webiste operates...None of the products are available or rather are getting shipped in Bombay which we want to order or we like... It is just that we have to order what Homestop18 wants us to order...Really disappointing...Just cant recommend this website to anyone else in future or rather we ourselves cannot buy anything from this website in future... If possible pls check if the LG 24 inch TV can be delivered in Mumbai pin 400080...

                                        I would like to tell you that i have came across HOME SHOP 18 as the worst shopping site in my entire experience. You people are bunch of jokers sitting there and having fun. Please change your caption as online fun store and stop giving troubles to the customers. I have made 2 orders for Pathani Kurta - order no.[protected] Black color) and earlier order no.[protected] Turquoise color). Firstly I received a green t-shirt for order no.[protected] and when i asked for replacement, I never got one. When I called up your nonsense so called customer care, they said I will receive refund in 4-5 days and till date I have received no refund. I presumed, this might be a mistake and you might not have the requisite color. I did one ore blunder and placed another order of pathani kurta (black color this time) order no.[protected] and received a green color kurta. I was not at my home town ( the address which i mentioned) and when i came and called customer care, i was shocked at the rude behavior of your representative and they arrogantly disconnected the call ( customer care representative - DEEPA) as if i am begging to her. I agree that i have called after 7 days but you have also delayed the shipping for atleast 6-7 days. I have all the sms with me where you have shared that ARAMEX will delay the courier for 2 days. this has happened 2-3 times. Blady I never called and complaint why the hell have you delayed. I never asked Deepa ki "abhi kuch nahi ho sakta". Worst third grade people are running the show with no zero or negative customer centricity. Please stop this nonsense of fooling people and close your shop. I am going to tell atleast 100 people about my experience and will post as many reviews against you.                                         You did blunder not once but 2 times sending me the wrong shipment.

                                        You delayed the second shipment for almost 1 week. I have message proof for the same where you have said that the order is getting delayed.

                                        Is it my fault??

                                        I have not even once complained for it. Do you want me to stay at the place for 1 week only to wait for your shipment and check if the order is correct or not??
                                        I was not in town and when I came back, I called the customer care to refund it, but your HIGHLY POLITE/QUALIFIED/SKILLED customer care representative disconnected the call within few seconds without listening to me.

                                        Why should I pay for the BLUNDER you people did?

                                        Am i asking you for any favour?
                                        Was it my mistake to send the wrong shipment and delay it for a week?

                                        What logic is it to claim for refund for wrong ship for your mistake within 48 hrs??

                                        DO YOU THINK YOUR LOGIC IS GOING TO STAND IN THE COURT OF LAW??
                                        Who is going to pay for my inconvenience and tension which I am facing???
