But sir one problem recently i check I type my name in Google image search engine I seen my driving licence id. I want remove my id photograph to Google image search engine and i don't want to see again my id this is not secure for me. I hope you understand sir.

But two time faulty product sand me Home Shop18. I have 2nd time product on date: 28/09/14 recived one unit fan not working. It is a matter of same for your esteemed organisation to have brought out such products in the market without proper quality control. It is shocking to find the appliance having faulty wiring system.     hello this is Anil kumar chavan from hyderabad,
    Ezy insect killer that have order from home shop 18 last month but our complaint is that the fan is not working, we also contact the cusotmer care but no respones for that please answer what do do.
    Homeshop18 is getting low in quality day by day

    Yes, it is ture that homeshop 18 now send faulty products to customer. Never buy any electronic products from homeshop 18. I also receive faulty product.
    My product was the same.

        Dear Sir, I have purchased mobile handset of Spice from your company after watching add in TV. Price 4999/- model 508 with order no[protected], sub order no 87072807 dtd 07.09.2014. I have received the same on 11.09.14. I am so much unhappy with your service because after receiving the same day, handset was getting switched off when the charger has been removed. Phone waw working only and only when it was in charging mode. Then I have registered the complain in your company with complain no[protected]. Then I have received the cal from your company that pls charge your handset for minimum 5 hours so that ur ph can be started. I did the same but still problem did not solve. Again I have talked in HS18, then I have been told to visit Spice service centre At Rajkot.From there I have been given SR No 0610557E90092, dtd 16.09.14 saying that there was battery problem and also i have been told to come after two days for the same. Again I visited after two days at Spice service center but at that time, I have been told that Battery has been asked from the company. You will get the same as soon as possible. From that days to till today, I have calIed with so many executives at spice service centre but I am receiving the same reply that you will get your battery very shortly. Just wait and watch and have not received the same and I am not able to use my new phone. Even I have not received any curtesy call from the spice service centre after registering my complain on 23.09.14 with complain no. [protected] If you are connected with this type of company, you will loose the business instead of getting customer feedback.           I have ordered a Neheru coat with shirt ref. order no.[protected] and complaint no[protected],[protected] But i have recived damaged and also wrong product twice, while i called customer care, they indirectly said, "we can not help you and can not returns your money back" i have a lot of bad experience with HS-18, This is one of them This is really a fraud company.I suggested to viewers that never go for Homeshop18 Go for flipkart, jabaong..etc.. The quality of product is also very poor, this is not same as they are showing on TV.

            i bought online from Homeshop18 a combo offer of Dr. Morepen(Blood glucose meter, blood pressure meter, digital thermometer) they delieverd it on 13sept. 2014, when i opened it, i found that blood pressure mpnitor is not working so i did complaine in homeshop telephonic complain service for replacing the defective product but till now 26 sept 2014 no action is took by home shop18 almost everyday i call them and they foward only complain and say our member will cal you but no call come and no action taken my order no. is[protected] plzz help me

                No one is callede bhawani at my home.
                I made many calls to their executive but no proper responce.

                  i purchase a mobile spice model no 449 dated 10.08.2014 invoice no 2482883 but speaker and mice is not working.i send it to spice service center but the problem is still not resolved. Please help me out of this . My cell is on one year warranty either replace it or repair it .

                    i Kiran Kumari, a resident of Ranchi had bought a pair of Fidato hand bag and clutch bag worth Rs 525..the product quality was horrible and so i had to send it back to you..first i had sent it via India post which cost me Rs 180..but as your address was insufficient, i had sent it again via DTDC which cost me Rs 390.. all total i had spent Rs 570 which was ore than the price of the bag itself..i had called the company many times in a row but the all are useless workers and are just wasting my time and money.. They had told me to wait for 48 hrs (3 weeks back) and even now i haven't got a call from them..i think they don't exactly know what 48 hrs are...so please help me out as son as possible so that i could get my money back..i have already mailed you the scanned images of the courier receipt... some of the important details are as mentioned below suborder no :[protected] thanking you regards kiran kumari ranchi jharkhand

                    shopping with your company has been my worst experience so far... Your guys promised me a refund cheque of Rs 570 as soon as the have received the product.. But neither you promised were fulfilled nor my expectations.. Infact, the people who are there to listen to us dont know how to talk even properly.. After this experience with your company, i have resolved not to suggest Home Shop 18 to anyone in future... Please keep some good service in your company and do let me know when will i get my cheque... And do keep up with your promises...

                      I have Received Spice Full Touch Dual Sim Phone - 516 on 23rd September, 2014.                       I had a call from home shop 18. They said if i want to replace my phone. Than I have to pay money online. And I told them that i cant to do this as i am not having bank account. Than they said than we cant do anything for your issue.

                      First they sell defect piece and to replace that defected piece, they charge money,

                      I had a first time shopping from HS18. I thought HS18 is very genuine & good service provider. And please home shop18 don't prove me wrong.

                      I request home shop18 to Solve my issue as early as possible.

                      And I request Indian consumer complaint forum to look into my problem.

Today(25th of sep, 2014) i've received the product but I'm not satisfied with that. Bcoz I have ordered for the pair of NO-9. But you people delivered NO-6 & NO-9 as a pair.                               I have purchased micromax mobile A77, on June-2014 through HOME SHOP 18. it was working satisfactory that time, after 1 month, has touch not working properly. I was visited service center of micromax in gandhidahm on 31/07/2014. already 2 months gone, but micromax/Home shop 18 not answer proper. Home shop 18 is a fraud media advertisment.

                                Dear Customer care, My order number :[protected]. I have received the product ie; Ezy home footspa and dolphin massager combo on 18/09/2014. We have used it the next day and heating does'nt work at all. In the Manual given along with the product shows that if the heating is switched on 15 mins the water becomes hot and if it is on for 20-25 mins if becomes very hot. The temperature(warm) is same even after 30 mins.Either the people are being cheated or i have received a defective peice. I am not expecting any refund but im expecting a replacement(Genuine product).

                                  This is with reference to my order number[protected] for Facetz inspire gold earrings-Two pairs which consists of Suborder numbers[protected] and 85598619 delivered on 25th august, 2014. It was delivered by ECOM express and we made the payment of Rs.6, 168 against two pairs in cash to the courier boy. On the same day, we requested for the refund of my above order no. comprising both pairs of earings.On 27thAugust, 2014 a courier boy Mr. Rajeev (mobile: [protected]) from Aramax company collected both the packets from me and sent both the packets through ticket number: [protected] at 2pm. We informed immediately about the same to your customer care but we got a check of Rs.3084 for suborder no. : 85598617 only. I am still waiting for another check of Rs. 3084 of suborder no. 85598619. I would like to mention that we are regular customers of homeshop 18 since last 5 years and I have never faced such a harassment ever before. I have complained about 10-20 times in your customer care but every time I got a false promise. Please resolve this problem immediately.

                                    Dear Customer Care Executive, My order number :[protected]. We have received the Ezy Home Footspa and Dolphin Massager Combo on[protected], the next day we have used the product and found that there are 3 switch options 1.Bubble 2.Heating 3.Heating and Bubble ...The heating doesnt work at all. In the manual given along with the product says that if the heating is switched on for 15 mins the water becomes hot and 20-25 mins the water becomes very hot...but the filled water is at the same temperature even after 30 mins...I Personally wanted this product after watching it on your homeshop18 tv channel as the hot water with bubbles relaxes the feet after long days work. But after experiencing this product i feel that either we have received a defective product or people have been fooled ...I am not expecting any refund but i am expecting a genuine product. Expecting to hear from you soon.

This is in reference to the order#[protected] sub order#87248583 booked for Essenza 3 PC Cookware Set by Sanjeev Kapoor on 10.9.14 wherein we received the order on 12.9.14 with tilted lid and the complaint against that was logged with complaint#[protected] on 12.9.14 at 1:11pm but till date no one has reached to replace the lid.Would request you to please attend the complaint and resolve the issue at the earliest.                                       My order has been picked up on the assurance that they will be giving us the replacement and its being more than a week i've not heard anything from the team. Such a pathetic experience. The unit is careless and hence impacting Customer Experience as a whole.
