Dear sir, I had ordered Maharaja Whiteline JMG on 04.08.14 and received it on 15.08.2014. After inspection I found the Jars are broken and machine is not working properly. I immediately Called and informed about it and arranged to dispatch the product through Indian Post on 27.08.14 to the mentioned address and again informed and sent them the courier receipt with proof by email. Till date M unable to get the update about the product. I even sent the courier track record by email which says the product is already delivered. M really frustrated by making vigorous follow up for my product replacement. Your executive commit me everyday to call back and update the status about it. Till date I didn't get any updates in15 days. I have already despatched my product on 27th by Indian Post and also sent tracking email regarding the delivery of Maharaja JMG on 29th. If I do not get any update regarding this on my alternate no. [protected] or by email. I will certainly approach to Consumer Court for providing me broken product and also not providing any information about replacement of product. I have all the voice call recordings and documents to claim compensation. order no.[protected] complaint no is[protected]

    Dear Sir, I have ordered for a Expressions Polycotton 3D Printed Double Bed Sheet Set Product Code: 32554169 on 13 Sept. 2014. Today (18 sept. 2014) I received a bedsheet from courier service, which is not acceptable for me because the bedsheet, which was ordered by me, have not been supplied to me. I think this is the worst in colour as well as product code is also different. I understand that the resolution of the image varies, but design and product should be the same. The supplied bedsheet is "Expressions Polycotton 3D Printed Double Bed Sheet Set Product Code: 32554241" Please look into the matter and favour me to supply the correct item, as was ordered by me. 5% colour may vary but it is totally different.       Dear Sir, this is satyanarayanaa from hyderabad, i have Ordered a Bottle Cord Operner on 13th August 2014 through online, But instead of sending bottle cord operner they sent one Stainless Steel Bowl which i have not ordered, when i called them they told me to send it back to their company, i have spend rs.160/- to send it back by speedpost, i informed them through mail as well as i made more then 6 calles to their costomercare, they said they will send it soon, whenever i call them they were telling me, i will be getting a call from them, but no proper response from them, finally i got a message from them, they are sending the material which i ordered... today again i got the same stainless steel bowl which i have not ordered, when i called them they are not responding properly... kindly see this they are giving lot of problem regarding this matter...           I had received Pearl Facial + Bleach + Make Up kit on 03.09.14, all damage piece has been Delivered to me, same day i have complained, but till today baldy no body is bothered to take action on this, i am very very upset, i lost my patience, i had very bad experience, which never excepted, two mails had been sent and starting from 03.09.14 till today i have called around 20 times, no response, not received an single email or sms for my complaint.Waiting for immediate response.               Its been nearly two months that I have been waiting for replacement/refund for the defective product they shipped. I think this is a regular practice on parts of them to ship the defective product and harass the customers in the name of refund/replacement. They only cheat the customers and the customer care executives only know to abuse the customers instead of providing right solution. The organisation is absolutely a cheat i think. Several mails have been sent to the [protected]@homeshop18 but they only replied to ship the defective product. After shipping the product I did let them know about the delivery but after that they went absolutely silent despite several reminders. I may or may not get the refund or replacement but one thing for sure i will thrash them over social media. If any sensible executive of HS18 can resolve the issue. The order number is[protected].               Still awaiting for the refund. Kindly intimate exactly how many days it will take to resolve the issue.Whether HS18 is taking any action to resolve the complaint which is pending for more than two months. Other online marketing sites like flipkart, at least respond to our queries or complaints. But its been more than two months i have been waiting for the complaint to be resolved. Its quite disgusting on your part.

                I ordered a Gluman serving set in home shop 18 (order no.[protected] on 8th August 2014, when I received the order one of the big size bowl was broken. I called the costumer care and they assured me that I will receive a replacement of it within 2-3 working days (complaint no.[protected]. But I got no replacement neither any call from HS18. I telephoned them 6-8 times but every time they said it will be delivered within 2 days. Now they have become so unresponsive that they disconnect my call whenever I tell them my complaint no. Order no.[protected] Complaint no.[protected] Product : Gluman serving set Complaint and delivery date : 8th august 2014 Further they called me on 30th august that i will get a refund of 450/- by 2-3 days and i'm still waiting

M/S Blu Dart has delivered it to me on 15/09/14 against Cash-on Smart Delivery. But surprisingly it has the provision of inserting dual Micro SIMs only. I am already using dual SIMs of Normal size in my smart phone. If I cut the SIMs into micro size, my other phone will be useless. So please replace my hand set by a normal sized Spice dual SIM mobile hand set and please arrange to take back my already-purchased M6110 Mobile with dual GSM Micro SIM at the earliest.                       My order no.is[protected]. I have ordered for Brides Galleria 2014 by Sanskruti Seller: Alex Jewellery Pvt. Ltd on 17th Aug-14 and got the delivery as on 20/08/14 with 2 defective items and I have informed to their customer care no, and I have been assured that they will pick the product and will give me the another one with in two days, then after 4 days I called them back and again told him everything regarding my order.So he suggested me to wait for more 4-5 days as he forwarded my problem to their higher branch or customer service.I have called them atleast 10-20 times.But they are not giving me proper reply or any answer regarding my order.I bought these sets at 1999Rs, as two items are defective.If they can't send the same one they should return return the money of two sets.

                        I have ordered a Preethi rice cooker from HomeShop18, order no. #[protected]. They have Delivered a defective product and Accessories missing in the pack. The customer services is pathetic. They are closing the ticket without any action and information. I have raised two tickets, both they resolved without any action. Every time I tried to speak to the customer care, they will come up with different stories. First they said they, I need to send the product back to the dealer and they will send the address through sms. I did not get any address on my mobile. Then after lot of calls to the customer care they said they will send the missing accessories, and I need to visit the service center to fix the defect. But they did not send that. Then after few days they closed the tickets, putting not to send it to the seller. We don't have any address of seller. They did not provide any bill or warranty card. HomeShop18 is completely fraud online shopping portal. I would advise everybody to use this portal.

                          Dear Sir / Madam, Good Morning, I would like to inform you that I bought "PUMA Hamper of 6" last week from Home Shop18 and I was supposed to get 6 items in the combo however I received only 5 items (T-Shirt was missing). I immediately called the customer care executive and lodged a complaint. After 3 days I get a call from Home Shop18 regarding the complaint and that guy told me that we will refund you 300 rs against the lost item. I said no to it as I want the item which was listed in the combo pack. I think they are just misguiding the customers I am sure that t-shirt was not there in the stock but still they took the order and now they are not able to deliver the product. This is a clear sign of cheating with the customer... Kindly look into this and take appropriate action in the interest of customers...                           Thanks for your prompt response on above escalation. One thing which I would like to suggest here is that you guys also respond in the same manner which you expect from your us (customers).

                          Just want to share an example here for better understanding - I bought "Zaveri Pearl Set' worth Rs 2199. I wanted to gift that to my wife on her birthday so I did not opened it for 4-5 days. On her B'day when we opened that box couple of sets were damaged/defective, I immediately called the customer support officer for complaint and he said we cannot entertain the issue as you did raised the concern within 48 Hrs. I agree that this is the policy of Homeshop 18 but still I think sometimes it is better to think from customer perspective rather than loosing him/her this is what is called as Customer orientation and customer delight. I requested multiple times that please change the product, if required I can pay extra charge for that but still there was no solution provided to me. This is the only reason I was so harsh and blunt while talking over phone.

                          I really don't care about 450 rs, for me the service is more important.

The was delivered to me on 29 Aug 14. After seen the product i have decided to return the product due to very bad quality and called your customer center for return, then your reps told me to it will take around 72 Hrs to pick up the parcel and keep the parcel ready. BUT I CALLED UP CUSTOMER CENTER REGULARLY THEY ALWAYS TOLD TOMORROW, TOMORROW IN THAT TODAY IS 16 SEP 2014. NOBODY HAS COME TO PICK YOUR PRODUCT.

                              I have placed my order[protected] on 19 July 2014. I received wrong product first time. I have sent back the product from my side and it was reached to you on 30th July. I have email the POD too. After waiting for almost 28 days and calling many times to your customer care, I received the product but again this time wrong product was sent by you. After that I called to customer care again and they promise to get it picked up from my place within 3-4 days. Its been more than 3 weeks but no one is arrived to pick up the product for return. I have called customer care so many times but every time they says wait for another 48-72 hours. No one is giving me concrete answer and nothing is moving about my complaint. This is work shopping experience of my life. Worst customer support. No one is ready to give me escalation matrix too. I will not suggest anyone to shop on Homeshop18.

                                Dear team, i am sidhant sharma. I have purchased micromax doodle 3 mobile from home shop 18 on 26/05/2014. After 03 months in septemer my phone got switched off automaticaly. I tried so many times to on it, but it did not switch on. I register a complaint on home shop 18 on 13/09/2014. Thier executive said out senior will call you back with in 48 hrs. But till now i have not got any call from his side. They are ignoring me. I called them so may times but they did not responed.

                                I am very much upset with the services of home shop 18. I need my money back or replacement of my phone.

                                Kindly help me out.

                                  I have ordered for Crystal 7 Pc Non stick Cookware Set New Purple as on 10th Sep-14 and got the delivery as on 15/09/14 with a defective item and I have informed to their customer care no, and I have been assured that they will pick the product and refund my amount, then after 5-10 minutes i have got a message from them that, I have to send the product to their given address and when I have called their customer car then they said they can't help me I have to send the product to their given address and the courier cost is 1200.00 my product cost was 2499.00 do you really think this is justified.

                                  One thing that i have learned these online and tvshow merchants are fraud, once your amount is paid then you can not do anything against them.

                                  I Ordered a phone from your website to gift by beloved friend and feel very sad to hear from my friend that it is a defective piece they are facing two problem's from starting.

                                  1)Getting a noise while speaking on the phone.

                                    We have ordered on dated 9th sept 2014, Zohawear to work collection of dress material (Order no[protected], but received(on dated 14th Sept 2014, evening) entirely diff. cut pieces of suit materials. That we have already complaint to Homeshop-18 on that same day(complaint no[protected] and the Executive from Homeshop 18 was agreed for replacing with other same price item. But again we make call to Homeshop-18 on dated 15 th sept 2014 evening time and their Executive refuses for selection of same priced item, instead o[censored]seless cut pieces dressmaterial with entirely different product as demonstrated in TV Channel by HOMESHOP-18.
                                    So, kindly do onething, if you cannot replace with other same rate product, please replace with cash money.

                                      Hello Consumer Team, I am Sameer Mhatre from Mumbai, I recently shop a product (Mafatlal Denim Jeans) thru online HomeShop18 on 9th Aug 2014. It was deliver to me on 15th Aug, I tried that product on 29th Aug as of Ganesha Festival. The Mafatlal denim jeans is so pathetic that even a local street jeans is much more better. The jeans is so worst and rough that while wearing it for 1st time I had scratch on skin of my legs. This jeans is not even a denim jeans such bad one that no one can wear it for 5-10 mins. I called up the customer call center, but keep on ignoring and keeping the phone call on hold for long time. Written an email but there is no response from them. After calling them they said our policy is different and You are meeting the policy so we cant take the product back and cant refund the money. The only mistake done by me was i trusted the Brand name (MAFATLAL) and Seller name (HOMESHOP18). both have cheated the customer and selling the fake jeans product . mhatre.[protected]@gmail.com 91 [protected]
