I have purchased a Swipe Halovalue through Homeshop 18. The retail invoice no. is NITCDRH/DRH/01/214/1048370 dtd. 09-JAN-2014. The Buyer Order No.[protected] Sub order No.70131399.
The tablet was having problem. In the tab, lines were coming and hanging and after some time it was dead. The same was given to authorised dealer for Swipe Tab in Panaji, Goa, iTech Zone on 01/7/2014. Initially it was told that due to shifting of office 15 to 20 days delay was made. The Job No. GO-PAN-ITZ-17. Then the same was send to Your Pune Office. It came back the next week to the authorised dealer with "RWR" ie. returned without repair. Then the authorised dealer told that it was battery problem and he had ordered battery. As the Ganesh Chathurthi Holidays came, a delay of 2 weeks happened for getting the battery. Then last week the battery came the authorised dealer said the battery is replaced and is charging and told to collect. I went to the authorised dealer iTech Zone in Panaji last saturday. ie. 13/9/14. They told it is checked & working. As the battery charge is down presently they told to charge at home for 4 hours then inform them. I took home and saw nothing is happening and the tab is not at all working.
I gave the tab back to the authorised dealer on 15/9/14 and came back.
So far, I have gone to the authorised dealer iTech Zone, Panaji 4 times. Everytime I am incurring an expenditure of Rs. 72/-. The tab is not ready even after 2 months. Kindly repair the same, and give it in working condition. If it is not working, kindly replace the same.
What is the point in delaying like this? Is this the service? Kindly
request take up the matter seriously and follow up. Otherwise, I am being compelled to alternate course of action.
