But in advertise picture is beautiful bt product quality is ssoooooo baaaad . i want canclle my order this very poor quality.     I have purchased a Swipe Halovalue through Homeshop 18. The retail invoice no. is NITCDRH/DRH/01/214/1048370 dtd. 09-JAN-2014. The Buyer Order No.[protected] Sub order No.70131399. The tablet was having problem. In the tab, lines were coming and hanging and after some time it was dead. The same was given to authorised dealer for Swipe Tab in Panaji, Goa, iTech Zone on 01/7/2014. Initially it was told that due to shifting of office 15 to 20 days delay was made. The Job No. GO-PAN-ITZ-17. Then the same was send to Your Pune Office. It came back the next week to the authorised dealer with "RWR" ie. returned without repair. Then the authorised dealer told that it was battery problem and he had ordered battery. As the Ganesh Chathurthi Holidays came, a delay of 2 weeks happened for getting the battery. Then last week the battery came the authorised dealer said the battery is replaced and is charging and told to collect. I went to the authorised dealer iTech Zone in Panaji last saturday. ie. 13/9/14. They told it is checked & working. As the battery charge is down presently they told to charge at home for 4 hours then inform them. I took home and saw nothing is happening and the tab is not at all working. I gave the tab back to the authorised dealer on 15/9/14 and came back. So far, I have gone to the authorised dealer iTech Zone, Panaji 4 times. Everytime I am incurring an expenditure of Rs. 72/-. The tab is not ready even after 2 months. Kindly repair the same, and give it in working condition. If it is not working, kindly replace the same. What is the point in delaying like this? Is this the service? Kindly request take up the matter seriously and follow up. Otherwise, I am being compelled to alternate course of action. P. SURESH KUMAR Bld.     HomeShop18 - Repairs to Swipe HaloValue Tab
    Earlier I have posted the following complaint on 15/9/2014. Your office also contacted regarding the same. The subject Swipe Halo Value is still with authorised service centre and I am not able to use the same from 01/7/2014. The authorised dealer has sent to pune office, who has sent back without repair, as informed by authorised dealer at Panaji.
    Kindly take up the matter with the SWIPE Halo Value Companyh to repair or replace the same immediately on war footing basis. Or else kindly return back the money or alternate tab may be arranged.

      Hello Team, I am really very sad to say that your delivery service is worst ever compared to others and just worthless to expect. If your delivery vendors don't call us regarding the delivery then how could we know when they are coming. Your customer care executives told me that your delivery vendors don't call customers while giving delivery. If it is so then why you are asking about phone numbers while booking any product from your site. You can just ask for address only right. Disgusting service ever I have seen. It was my first time order from your site. Thank god I din't use net banking or debit/credit cards while payment as I thought that lets see how you work in first time. Very good. Keep it up ! Please dont waste ur time frnds... its worthless! Regards Raj

The problem with the mobile is that, when we call any person there is lots of disturbance. We had also call on karbonn care but no one is picking our call. Kindly let us know what to you.           Do not close the complain. I have already tried to call the service centre before posting this complain. The people at service centre are not picking up the call. Our problem is not yet solved.I am facing problem in calling people from my mobile. Kindly do the needful.

              Dear home shop 18, This is to inform you that I have ordered the product with order no. .[protected] on 21/8/2014 but I received the product in bad condition for that I have requested for refund within period and I sent the product via Aramex Courier and I shared the details with call center. Product delivered at your consignee dated 26 august 2014, again i call to call center for the refund status, the person said refund amount will be given to me within a 7 days but I had not received my refund I am continuously calling to call center for payment status every time I am getting answer that our concern department will call you for the consulting or we are waiting for approval. my refund is still pending so please give my refund back or tell me that you will not give me so that I should never mail you again. Pigeon kitchen set order no.[protected]. dated 3/8/2014. but i received incomplete set. but inspite of half a dozen complaints[protected],[protected],[protected] and over month's wait i'm still being told to wait for 3-4 days. i also posted 2 times on ur facebook site. But after many complaints there is no response to my complaints. I'm really upset with ur services.                       Dear Customer Support Team, I received my Order number:[protected] through Aramex Courier AWB number: [protected]. After opening the plastic bag of parcel I found the Carton Box in damage condition further opening the gift box I found the Bakelite broken parts & metal screws freely roaming inside the gift box. Checking upon the product - Berg Roti Maker, I found the base of electrical connection with the top cover was broken & the base stud/stand as shown in picture attached was also broken. I request you to please send these two Bakelite parts to fix the Berg Roti Maker as mentioned below & shown in pictures attached which are self explanatory.                             I have received an Invoice no- BLR/082014/11142, dt- 27.08.2014, received on 31.08.2014 against the above order no through my mail I.d. But IMEI no of the mobile phone purchased was wrongly written. MEI no written in invoice - [protected]. Actual IMEI No - [protected] & [protected].                                   I have purchased BSNL Penta, 3G Calling Tab at the cost of Rs. 7, 999/- on 25-26/6/2014 for my baby's birthday givt. But I am sorry to say that above Tab became out of service and service engineer explained me that Touch became serviceable whereas I have used only 10-12 days. I have purchased electronic good 1st time from homeshop 18 but very bad experience.                                     I am another fool like others who shop and had bad shopping experience with homeshop18. On 11th aug 2014 I ordered 1 gold & diamond sparkles diamond ring from homeshop18. My order no. is[protected] which was delivered on 21st aug 2014. When I opened the pack I realised that I was fooled by showing big image of the ring than the actual. On 23rd aug 2014 I called customer care and they told me to return the product on my own. I went to pvt courier company and they told me it is illegal to courier precious items like gold, diamond thru pvt courier. I again called customer care executive but they are on the same track that they can't pick the product and I should try indian speed post facility. Although I was not satisfied because it is total risk for me to send the diamond ring thru speed post because in case of theft or loss of item indian post office will be responsible for Rs 1000 or double the value of item whichever is less. Then also I tried to return it thru speed post. On 2nd sept 2014 i speed post the ring and on 6th sept 2014 it reached to the mumbai address given by homeshop18 customer care.After the 3 attempt by postman to give the packet it was realised that the address was old and the vendor has already moved to some other place. now the speed post is being sent back to bangalore address. lets see when i will received the packet back. I called today morning to the customer care number and now some Mr. vineet and Mr. vikram told me sorry for inconvenience but again i have to speed post the product to the new address. This these people are doing with their customers and we cannot do anything. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME TO COME OUT OF THIS .
