    Dear sir, This complaint is regarding my Order No:[protected], Sub order No:85372179 Please note that I had received the product against the order mentioned below in defective condition. I had informed HS18 team regarding this on the same day I received the product. I was told to pack the product properly and HS18 courier man will come to collect it for replacement within two days. After three days passed with no courier man coming to collect the product, I called up HS18 customer care and then I came to know that I had to send the product by myself. I had sent the product on 2nd sept. Today I got the product back stating that the recipient refused to take delivery. When I called HS18 customer care they had no clue regardng why it has not been received. I have some question... 1. Why the consignment was refused to receive? 2. Why Homeshop18 does not have any record of their vendor not receiving a replacable product when I had given all courier detalis? 3. Who will pay the courier charges that I had to incur for sending the product and getting it back and how will it be paid? 4. How long will I have to wait for sorting out the matter. 5. Seeing HS18 service towards me, why should I recommend any online buyer to purchase from Homeshop18? Kindly clarify the matter and do the needful.       Dear Sir, I have placed an order for "Crystal 6 in1 Food Processor" on 21 Aug 2014 by paying amount of Rs.2349/- by credit card. This product did not reached to us in promised timeframe. I have followed up with Homeshop18 and Safe express till 29 Aug and raised a ticket with number[protected] in this regard to refund the money. But to my surprise everytime I am calling to customer care executive, they are asking me to wait for 3 to 4 days to resolve the issue. They have failed to provide any mail or sms confirmation that when the money will be refund to my credit card account. After 14days of raising the ticket for refund, they are not providing any concrete solution on refund of my hard earn money. Pleased look into it. Regards, Suresh Kumar

        My complain is against order no.[protected] and suborder 84431633. I placed an order dated 5th August’14 for Jeans of size 38 and made the payment via Cash on Delivery . However after that I realize that I was using size 8 and I called your support service and tell them all issue he insure me that he has forward my request and I will give size 8 shoes. Later on when I receive the product and check it then I realize that I am comfortable with size 40 in place of size 38 and I called your support service and tell them all issue he told me no issue sir, u have return material in company and send me courier details via mail you will get correct size jeans within 7 to 10 working days. i am return the material via courier and all details noted to ur support service. After that I keep on calling your customer service that no one give me proper response. It’s being 15 days. I made almost 50 to 60 calls in 15 days and drop 2 mails but not getting any response And when I say to forward this call to someone senior whom I can believe they never forwarded call. We don’t have any option except to wait.every time ur customer support team says to me that u r wait for 7 to 10 working days. but at-last no one give me a proper response. every time Ur support team booked a new complaint No. but nobody solve this issue till date. i have also registered complaints in customer service centre.. My complaint Nos. are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] It’s really frustrating and I was feeling like foolish that how I make transaction with you. I am regular shopper of online however after this experience I don’t know I will make another transaction online or not. I buy product from Amazon, Myntra, Lenskart, Flipkart they are amazing on their customer service. They provide what they commit. But homeshop18 is worst among all I don’t know how this company running with this customer service and how many years they run. I can see this complain box on daily basis there are 7-8 customer complaint if this is the scenario you can understand how fast you are losing your customer. I am not writing this mail that someone takes action on it because I know you don’t care about this.         daily basis there are 7-8 customer complaint if this is the scenario you can
        understand how fast you are losing your customer.


        I am not writing this mail that someone takes action
        on it because I know you don’t care about this. But I will make you sure that I
        will spread this mail as much as your senior management as well online shopper
        will see it and never make any transaction with you.

                On Aug 19 i made a purchase for Rs.390 and the payment was successful and when the Homeshop18 screen came it said the "The Order Got Declined", and the money was debited. I received a mail stating the order got declined and to place a new order. The Second order placed was successful. Even after two days the amount for the declined order was not refunded to me. when i received the shipment it was delivered as two shipments( Declined and successful order). I returned one back to the courier guy saying i paid for only one product and opened the other product and the product was something else, not the one i ordered. I called the customer service and explained all the story and she said me to send back the product through a courier and they will pay me the product+courier charges, and also the money for the declined product. It has been 3 weeks and today (8-Sep-14) they have credited only the returned products money without courier charges, but didn't receive the money for the declined order. Every time i call the customer care they give very lethargic answer and tell me to wait for 48-72 hours. The Customer service Executive promised me to return the courier charges (Rs.85) along with the product and now they are saying that they can only give 10% of the Products value. How come they can say that, the mistake was yours, shipping the wrong product and how come i pay the courier charges for it. Now homeshop18 owes me Rs.390 for the declined product and courier charges Rs.85 (Total= 390+85). This is very disappointing on you guys. Kindly refund my remaining money ASAP.                     i want to inform you that i am one of the most regular and old customer of you but still that i faces problem from approx 20 days i.e. I order a intellective computer with 50 activities on 16 of august of order number[protected] but when i received a product then the product does not have its manual then i immediately complaint it. they told me to wait for 48 hours but till now i do not receive its manual. i call again and again but they only increases its time for providing any resolution. Now, i highly irritated and suffer from your side. if i will not recieve its manual within 10 September then i will never buy any product from your team.
                    and also return this product to you .
                    So, i kindly requested to you to provide me its manual otherwise please refund my money.

                          I ordered a book objective general english, SP bakshi (order no[protected] from Homeshop18, but instead of that i am delivered a book hindu nishane par by subramaniam swamy. I send a complaint on [protected]@homeshop18.com but no response came. I called their customer care and they gave this pathetic answer that they cannot do anything as the book department is different. I asked them how can i contact them, they said you can only email your complaint on [protected]@homeshop18.com or submit a ticket. I said i have done both long back, what am i supposed when they donot even bother to reply to their customer's complaint. It is my request to Home shop 18 to please look into my complaint ASAP, and send me either the correct book or a refund of the amount paid. Thanks Abhishek

                              To Customer Service Complaints dept,
                              I ordered Basmati rice as per your TV advertisement, and was very impressed to know the quality of rice that you were providing. your Tv add said : 1) very good quality rice. 2) one size rice). 3) high quality rice. 4) Good for Byrani making. 5) some expert was also on the Add to vouch for that. 6) you showed the factory where the rice was selected, packed, processed, etc as to how all the rice grains were of same size. And not to mention its EXPORT uality rice. 7) 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY

                              Well, I NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I ORDERED FOR. when i received the rice; 1) its really poor quality rice, 2) it has all broken gains, 3) which makes it 1 unfit for Export Quality, 4) unfit for making Byrani, 5) only gud for day to day ( so why should i pay so high for daily rice) where doctors say eating Basmati daily is not gud as its too heavey ). 6) not as per your TV ADVERTISEMENT. 7 ) your customer service said it can be returned, but when i called they are asking me to send it back on my own. HOW TO YOU EXPECT ME TO SEND IT BACK ON MY OWN 14 KG RICE... ????

                              I just wan to return the 2 packets, one opened box and one unopened ... i dont want to pay for shipping it back as it will cost me a bomb, for something i i am not responsible and above all I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND DONT WANT TO SPENT FOR SHIPPING. ALSO WANT MY RICE MONEY OF Rs 1300 which I paid Gati.

                              Your toll free number is of no use as the customer service representive wants me to carry the packet of 14kg and post it... doesnot understand that its too huge... and with difficulty i got my call escalated to team leader who also keeps saying SORRY and sent me a text message with details as to how to post it back, ... they all sounded as bunch of fools, with poor english knowledge, asking to wait for a call till 14 Sept,
                              WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO, . I AM LADY AND DONT WANT TO GO TO MARKED TO POST IT BACK CARRING 14 KG. PLZ GET IT PICKED AND RETURN POSTAGE PAID I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR ANYTHING MORE. AND WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK.

                              Please understand that its not that i dont want the rice, its just that its a very poor quality far away from good and not at all of export quality. and why should one pay for such poor quality Rs 92/ per Kg?

                                we have order 2 shirt of 5 year baby boy. courier company delivred us 1 year baby shirt. again we have return the order in your giving adress (C19 navneet nagar _above ghandi marke Lg road Mumbai 400077)courior comapany says there is no company like this again the order returns to us. plz home shop 18 do something. returning ordre takes 170 rupees. it creating harrasments towards your customer. return order number=[protected] suborder number=82699247.

                                  Sir, this is with reference to order No. is[protected], order date 14 jul 2014, product code 31633325.I upendra kumar pandey had received a 'Penta Dual Core Wifi tablet with coloured Key board- yellow' from home shop 18 on 17 Jul 2014, but the tablet which was delivered to me was defective as it was not getting charged since 1st day of delivery.After several try I failed to ‘charge’ the tablet. Hence I filed a complaint to HS 18 on 19 july. I was given a phone no and address of the local service centre at Udhampur (J&K) named 'Jai Ma Communication'Phone No – [protected] by your customer care centre. But the Service centre was unable to repair the product. Hence the service provider had said that this Tablet has to be send to the Company at Delhi for repair on 22 Jul 14 .Now More than 40 days has past but I have not received my Tablet back.It is not understood that, I received the tablet only after 03 days of order (14 Jul 2014)since the HS 18 had to receive the money but as the product was sold out, the company has become responseless since last 40 days.By delivering a defective product to the customer, HS 18 has shown its credibility. Now it is my humble request to HS 18 that pl refund my money back because you cannot be trusted any further after this act .Even if I gets the tablet back it is not neccessary that the product would be authentic and in good condition. Sir my order No. is[protected], order date 14 jul 2014, product code is 31633325. At no cost I want that product back now. To maintain your credibility you could have replaced the product within 03 days after I had filed my complaint, but now I have lost my trust on you sir.Repairing the product on defective delivery is not a solution, only replacement with new product within 07 days of filing my complaint could have been a solution.Now I hope you will refund my money back after enquiring the matter without further harrassing me. Sir this was my first online shopping experience and it has been so bitter.Sorry to say so. |

                                    This is with reference to order no.[protected] dated 31st August 2014 for 14-in-1 Educational Solar Robot Kit (Seller: OSIM Imports ) I ordered this toy as a birthday gift for my son. The box contains only four assembly boards. There is NO SOLAR PANEL, NO MOTOR, NO BAGS, NO WIRES, NO BOATS, NO MANUAL. My son is pretty upset as he was really looking forward to it. I am very upset and angry too, for Rs. 899 I have a few pieces of plastic which can't be made to work without all the other stuff. Please send me a replacement as soon as possible. I submitted a 'ticket' as soon as I received this product, but so far nothing has been done.

                                        Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that on 31st Aug-14, I booked for Android 7.1 inch Blue Colour BSNL PANTA tab with free keyboard of Rs .5600/-. Received the delivery on 3rd Sept-2014, When we open the packet found that the product was not same as on TVC, my main concern is when you are showing the same product on TVC there were 2 Logos of BSNL & PANTA on the back side of the product, But the product which I ordered after seeing your TVC is also has to same, But In my case the Tab, which I received is there is only one logo on the back side of the Tab (Only the logo of PANTA) Why ? it is so...!!!.(NO Accuracy) As a brand is concerned it is a big brand and very loyal to the customer, I am being your customer for almost 2 to 3 years . Since then I am keep on ordering with you but this time why you people hurt my believe, I am totally disappointed & dissatisfied with your service.Today morning I called up, A CSC named Lalit responded to my call and said it is possible to get changed with in 42 hours, and also ask him to arrange a call from his senior but still now I did not got a call from the senior. Here it shows that they concerned with how to collect the money & cheat the customer, but not with the value of the Customer & the quality which they are giving to the customer. I want my money back or else change the product same as on TVC, there should be 2 Logo mark on the back side of the product, that too with in 42 hours.with quality certify letter & waranty letter.Expecting a call from Homeshop18 and need to chnage the product.
