I ordered Basmati rice as per your TV advertisement, and was very impressed to know the quality of rice that you were providing. your Tv add said : 1) very good quality rice. 2) one size rice). 3) high quality rice. 4) Good for Byrani making. 5) some expert was also on the Add to vouch for that. 6) you showed the factory where the rice was selected, packed, processed, etc as to how all the rice grains were of same size. And not to mention its EXPORT uality rice. 7) 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
Well, I NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I ORDERED FOR. when i received the rice; 1) its really poor quality rice, 2) it has all broken gains, 3) which makes it 1 unfit for Export Quality, 4) unfit for making Byrani, 5) only gud for day to day ( so why should i pay so high for daily rice) where doctors say eating Basmati daily is not gud as its too heavey ). 6) not as per your TV ADVERTISEMENT. 7 ) your customer service said it can be returned, but when i called they are asking me to send it back on my own. HOW TO YOU EXPECT ME TO SEND IT BACK ON MY OWN 14 KG RICE... ????
I just wan to return the 2 packets, one opened box and one unopened ... i dont want to pay for shipping it back as it will cost me a bomb, for something i i am not responsible and above all I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND DONT WANT TO SPENT FOR SHIPPING. ALSO WANT MY RICE MONEY OF Rs 1300 which I paid Gati.
Your toll free number is of no use as the customer service representive wants me to carry the packet of 14kg and post it... doesnot understand that its too huge... and with difficulty i got my call escalated to team leader who also keeps saying SORRY and sent me a text message with details as to how to post it back, ... they all sounded as bunch of fools, with poor english knowledge, asking to wait for a call till 14 Sept,
WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO, . I AM LADY AND DONT WANT TO GO TO MARKED TO POST IT BACK CARRING 14 KG. PLZ GET IT PICKED AND RETURN POSTAGE PAID I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR ANYTHING MORE. AND WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK.
Please understand that its not that i dont want the rice, its just that its a very poor quality far away from good and not at all of export quality. and why should one pay for such poor quality Rs 92/ per Kg?

HomeShop18 customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
placed an order dated 5th August’14 for Jeans of size 38 and made the
payment via Cash on Delivery .
Later on when I receive the product and check it then I realize that I am comfortable with size 40 inplace of size 38
and I called your support service and tell them all issue he told me no issue sir, u have return material in company and
send me courier details via mail you will get correct size jeans within 7 to 10 working days. i am return the material via
courier and all details noted to ur support service. After that I keep on calling your customer service that no one give me
proper response. It’s being 15 days.
I made almost 50 to 60 calls in 15 days and drop 2 mails
but not getting any response And when I say to forward this call to someone senior whom I can believe they never forwarded
call. We don’t have any option except to wait.every time ur customer support team says to me that u r wait for 7 to 10 working days. but at-last
no one give me a proper response. everytime ur support team booked a new complaint No. but nobody solve this issue till date.
i have also registered complaints in customer service centre.. My complaint Nos. are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]
It’s really frustrating and I was feeling like
foolish that how I make transaction with you. I am regular shopper of online
however after this experience I don’t know I will make another transaction
online or not.
I buy product from Amazon, Myntra, Lenskart, Flipkart they are
amazing on their customer service. They provide what they commit. But
homeshop18 is worst among all I don’t know how this company running with this
customer service and how many years they run. I can see this complain box on
daily basis there are 7-8 customer complaint if this is the scenario you can
understand how fast you are losing your customer.
I am not writing this mail that someone takes action
on it because I know you don’t care about this. But I will make you sure that I
will spread this mail as much as your senior management as well online shopper
will see it and never make any transaction with you.
