Order No.[protected] HomeShop18 never Pays Return Courier Charge.. they will always say email the receipt of Courier to [protected]@homeshop18.com but they never check email or reply to it.. i have attatched the proof of email with courier receipt that only automated email comes and they never reply to your email nor they call you if you sent email.. do you want to check just email any complain to their email and wait 3 Months you will never get any reply or call.. I Purchased product(Track Pant) from HomeShop18 and returned due to size issue with first flight courier on Date: 6/6/2014 and i also emailed Courier receipt on 11/6/14. Product was reached to HS18 and accepted and Refund of Product was Processed.. But as Return Policy they should have given me refund of Courier Charges.. every time i call and ask for it they always say that you have to email the receipt of Courier to [protected]@homeshop18.com and every time i say that i have done it..thats all for it and i havent received refund of courier.. now talking about Refund Policy they write Policy very simple and easy but they dont follow.. all they want to frustrate customer and stop asking refund.. Please read.. 10. Will you refund the courier charges if I send the product back to you at my cost? Yes, absolutely. You do not have to worry about the courier charges at all. In case, you return the product via courier we advise you to use a reputed courier company which allows online consignment tracking. We will reimburse the courier freight charges @ 10% of your order value (with a minimum of Rs. 100) or a maximum of Rs. 750, whichever is lower. The refund of courier freight charges, if applicable, will be paid through cheque in favour of the 'billing name' provided at the time of placing the order or by issuing a HomeShop18 Gift Certificate/Voucher of the equivalent value. The courier charges will be reimbursed only after receipt of the product by our business partner. Policy says you have to Courier with reputed courier service and i did and product was reached to them.. as as policy says i should get @ 10% of your order value (with a minimum of Rs. 100) they why are they asking for receipt for amount.. they should refund accourding to policy.. that is min Rs.100.. i am not saying this because you may think i want Rs.100 i want only i invested.but due to your your different policy of emailing receipt and waiting 3 Months is Frustating me.. you should follow Policy that you have written for us.. Now I think I should stop asking for refund.. and i wanted you to know this.. thanks and Good Bye homeshop18.. i cant think of returning to you..

    I have very interstly purchased the Spice Smart Pulse M-9012. dated 25 08 2014. order no[protected]. Rs 3999 00. I have already told that the spice watch phone should be checked and prior to sending the same. You have failed in doing so, the watch phone to be not alright and the camera ( which, picture I like more ) is not functing at all. Under the above circumstances I request that the above watch phone may be taken back and the amount may be refunded to me at the earliest. This created mental agony so much that there is no way but to ask for the refund. The above item is used not atall after finding the mistak .Pl quick faverable reply immediatly. S.premkumarrao.

      With reference to your advertisement on home -shop 18 channel of a 12 lipstick set from colorbar london, i had an order whose order no. is[protected] . i got delivery of my order today[protected] at 11:00 am..After opening the parcel I found that the no. of lipstick were 9 instead of 12 as u have promised to give and some of them was repeated colour with broken body and ruptured lipsticks .I would like to inform you that the quality of lipstick is so poor and its not imported its basic ingredients are given but chemical ingredient is not mentioned. So I would like to cancel my order as it was my first and worst experience.

        I have bought several times from this company, 1. A damaged jewellery setdidn'tompany010 October that was not replaced. After repeated phone calls for 3 months they did nothing. 2. Clothes in 2012 Quality was so poor that I used it for pocha. I didn't bother to call dem up 4 replacement or anything because I had done dis only to check if they have improves or not...but they were still a cheat company. 3. Cosmetics wid a free bag Again this year I tried to see if there is any improvement in their substandard services or fraudulent ways. But no it hasn't. The company still sent be a defective bag widout handles and broken lipsticks. There was no point in complaining so i didnot bother. So everyone plz beware before buying from this company, site or channel

          Sorry about the inconvenience.However there is no any NO cart value gift coupon associated as an offer with this particular product. Unfortunately the only one which is offered is the Minimum cart value gift coupon. However will definitely have your feedback shared to implement this in future.

          I AM NOT SETISFY WITH THE ABOVE REPLY FROM HOME SHOP 18 . WHILE SELLING THE PURCHASED PRODUCT YOU SHOWED ON TV THAT THIS PRODUCT COMES WITH FREE GIFT COUPONS OF RS 500 X 2 NUMBERS= TOTAL RS 1000. AND IN TERMS AND CONDITION YOU HAVE RESTRICTED SUCH A WAY THAT NO ONE CAN USE THIS COUPONS. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THAT ? DONT YOU THINK IT IS CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER.

          WE NEED EITHER NEW COUPONS WITH NO SUCH RESTRICTIN ON IT BEFORE EXPIREING ITS VELIDITY.

          Dear Sir/ Madam, I have purchase mobile phone with order number[protected] St 10-Aug-14 Rs. 5499.00 with offer of Rs.1000 gift coupons. I have received product and coupons. I have read the condition which has only 2 months validity and more over that it can not used to buy "MOBILE & ACCESSORIES, ELECTRONICS, CAMERAS, CAMCORDER, COMPUTER & PERIPHERALS, GIFT VOUCHERS" . Top of that it can not valid below the purchase of Rs.5000. PURCHASE SHOULD BE SINGLE PURCHASE. This is the cheating with the customer, most common items people buy from homeshop18 are restricted and rest most items will not meet minimum limit of purchase. Please send me another coupons which have no restriction of products and amount purchase.

            Against the mentioned SO (dated 11-Jul-2014), the product was received on 15-Jul-2014. One of the item was found defective & accordingly returned thru DTDC ( Consignment# V[protected] dated 16-Jul-2014. As confirmed by DTDC, the consignment was delivered to HS18 on 18-Jul-2014. However, till 29-Aug-2014 we have not received the replacement item & the cost to Courier @ Rs.300 for sending the defective product.             As per our last discussion, I am expecting the following :


            1. I have already incurred a cost of Rs.300 towards courier charges for sending the defective item back to you on 16-Jul-2014. The same will be refunded to me.


            2. I wanted HS18 to take back the complete product from my address as I am not going to incurr any further cost for sending the same. Reason, I have already suffered for more than a month sending you the partial item. The item was not trackable from your end for so many days, hence I am not going to take any further risk of sending the same using my own courier.


            3. Partial refund will be given on what basis. It was a complete set of 7 items & there was no individual cost declared at the beginning of the trade. Then on what basis the partial cost will be determined.


            Hence requested you to either take back the complete product back using your own courier & accordingly refund me back the full product cost along with Rs. 300. In case the product cannot be taken, you may send me back the defective item only along with Rs.300.


            Further to this I am dissapointed with the telecon happened today, where to my surprise found that you are not even aware of the details of the items being returned from my end & would only check with the vendor. Then from 18-Jul-2014, why the same has not yet been done so far. Also as per your update, you have called me on receiving the complaint logged by me on 29-Aug-2014 on this forum. Then what has happened to all the 5 complaints I have logged with HS18 customer care. Are those not taken into accounts.

              sir, i ordered for Empire's First Soldier book, it is still not delivered. I made two calls to customer care executives of your company.They replied to complain online. Its very important, please provide me the contact no of employee who is delivering the items by that i can make contact and receive the book.

                Sir I want to share with you the harassment done with me by the Home Shop 18 for not replacing the product and making false excuses. I have placed my order with Home Shop18 on 5th August 2014 for purchase of Spice -436-Blue mobile phone vide my order No.[protected]. I have received my Spice -436-blue mobile phone on[protected], but I found that it is having manufacturing defects i.e. Mic &speakers problems, etc. I have informed to home shop-18 on 10-08-14 they told me that You can contact the Spice Service Centre. I rushed to Spice Service Centre on 11th August and there I was told that the mobile set is having some technical problems and is to be sent to the Company and all the accessories with box are required to be deposited. I again rushed to the Spice Service Centre on 12th August and deposited all the accessories and take the receipt. The Spice Service Centre registered my complaint and agreed for replacement and issued me a D.O. letter on[protected] and sealed packed all the accessories of the product I received from Home Shop 18 and asked me to contact Home Shop 18. Thereafter I contacted the representatives of Home Shop 18 on 12-08-14. Many times I called home shop18 but every time they assure me that the representative from Aramax Courier company will reach me within 2 to 3 days and pick up the defective mobile for replacement, but no one ever since reached to me so far. Every time I call customer care of Home Shop 18 they extend their promise for 2 to 3 days, I am fed up of these false promised and can’t wait their liars. It seems they are befooling me On19th August I contacted Home shop18, and they asked to mail the copy of the DO letter issued by the Spice Service Centre. (Had they told be earlier, I could send the same on 12th August itself) . Even though relying on them I mailed the copy of the DO letter along at the E-mail ID [protected]@homeshop18.com and issued me a reference no. 570463. No reply of my mail was sent. On 20th of August I resend the mail but even though no reply was sent. I am fed up by the false promises made by the Home Shop 18 and suffering mental and financial harassment by them. I have invested Rs.3999/- to them by I was not able to use the phone even for a single day as it was defective. I therefore, request you to kindly take appropriate steps and guide me so that I may get full justice and help me from my mental and financial agony. I am attaching herewith the copy of the bill received from Home Shop 18 and the DOA letter received from Spice Service Centre for replacement. Thanks & Regards Inder Pal [protected]

                      I am a regular customers but have been harassed by getting the defective Spice Combo qwerty mobile phones. I got the delivery on 8th Aug, 2014 and on that very day, I complained to Home Shop 18 to replace it back. But they are not doing their job. I complained many times but yet no result.

                        Product Code[protected] Order Number[protected] Complaint Number[protected] Items shown on TV are not sent as shown, instead poor quality items are sent. Also what is shown as free gift along with the main product is not sent and customer care says just sorry. i[censored] want to send the product back and get the money back its a long tedious process which in the end they will send a cheque. So people beware and dont buy from them because what the advertise as free gift along with the main product is a big lie.

                            Order no[protected], complaint no[protected]. Even after expiry of more than eighteen days i have not yet returned back my deducted money. I personally contacted with their online service personnel but no suggestions received from them.

                            It is therefore requested to cause necessary action to either refund my money or supply the ordered product. My phone no-[protected].

                                first of all i admitted i have made blunder mistake by order to homeshop product after viewing a television channel. as per commitement the product will be delivered at my home within 4 days. but regret to note enen after a daily follow up with your costomer care no one is listening to my complaint every time false commmitement. today is 25th what to do / please revert

                                  I have ordered this phone through HOME SHOP 18 on 15 july 2014(Order no:[protected]and(Sub Order no:[protected] which costs Rs:7949 .I have recieved this phone on 19 july 2014, but the phone had serious complaint that it goes on hang every time .As the offered 48 hours replacement i complained them about the phone (Complaint no:[protected] was been registered and was asked for replacement.Then I sent back the phone which had complaint to them on 22 july 2014 through indian post.Till now I didn't recieved my phone replaced.From 25th june 2014 to till today i have made minimum 30 to 50 phone calls to HOME SHOP 18 CUSTOMER CARE to get my phone back.So i kindly request u to take necessary actions against HOME SHOP 18.

                                    I have ordered Dr Morepen health check combo (order no[protected] on 1st Aug 2014. At the time order executive told me that every item in the combo will be digital. On 4th Aug 2014 when I received the product I found that weight measure machine is not digital. So return this product on 5th Aug 2014 by DTDC courier and it was delivered to your address on 6th Aug 2014 by DTDC Courier. I have also e-mail you the courier slip 6th Aug 2014 (amit.[protected]@genpact.com). I have not received the refund yet for this product and for my courier expense. I have called on customer care many times every time but every time they use to give me new date. But it is totally harassment to customer and it is cheating with customer. I request you to pay immediate attention to this and resolved on priority basis. Kindly find the following detail.                                       Sir my self namit jain, address lps plant-ii, hisar road, rohtak (Haryana). My mobile no is [protected]. I had purchesed one spice phone mi 504 from home shop 18 vide order no[protected] dt 28.07.14 and sub order 83819793. On the time of purchasing, home shop 18 offered rs 500/- as gift voucher (Next purchse) on this spice mi504 purchasing for rs 5000/-.
                                      We had paid rs 5000/- and got a phone mi 504 spice with gift voucher rs 500/-.
                                      Now we want to purchase one another phone for rs 5499/- spice mi 506 from home shop 18
                                      By using gift voucher rs 500/- but they not allowed for this gift voucher. And after telephone discussion with home shop 18 they ask to me you can only use this gift voucher except electronic items, this type of condition was not mentioned on last purcahse on his website, so please take necessary action against home shop 18.

                                        Sir I want to share with you the harassment done with me by the Home Shop 18 for not replacing the product and making false excuses. I have placed my order with Home Shop18 on 5th August 2014 for purchase of Spice -436-Blue mobile phone vide my order No.[protected]. I have received my Spice -436-blue mobile phone on[protected], but I found that it is having manufacturing defects i.e. Mic & speakers problems, etc. I have informed to home shop-18 on 10-08-14 they told me that You can contact the Spice Service Centre. I rushed to Spice Service Centre on 11th August and there I was told that the mobile set is having some technical problems and is to be sent to the Company and all the accessories with box are required to be deposited. I again rushed to the Spice Service Centre on 12th August and deposited all the accessories and take the receipt. The Spice Service Centre registered my complaint and agreed for replacement and issued me a D.O. letter on[protected] and sealed packed all the accessories of the product I received from Home Shop 18 and asked me to contact Home Shop 18. Thereafter I contacted the representatives of Home Shop 18 on 12-08-14. Many times I called home shop18 but every time they assure me that the representative from Aramax Courier company will reach me within 2 to 3 days and pick up the defective mobile for replacement, but no one ever since reached to me so far. Every time I call customer care of Home Shop 18 they extend their promise for 2 to 3 days, I am fed up of these false promised and can’t wait their liars. It seems they are befooling me On19th August I contacted Home shop18, and they asked to mail the copy of the DO letter issued by the Spice Service Centre. (Had they told be earlier, I could send the same on 12th August itself) . Even though relying on them I mailed the copy of the DO letter along at the E-mail ID [protected]@homeshop18.com and issued me a reference no. 570463. No reply of my mail was sent. On 20th of August I resend the mail but even though no reply was sent. I am fed up by the false promises made by the Home Shop 18 and suffering mental and financial harassment by them. I have invested Rs.3999/- to them by I was not able to use the phone even for a single day as it was defective. I therefore, request you to kindly take appropriate steps and guide me so that I may get full justice and help me from my mental and financial agony. I am attaching herewith the copy of the bill received from Home Shop 18 and the DOA letter received from Spice Service Centre for replacement. Thanks & Regards Inder Pal [protected]
