I ordered a mobile handset of spice mi504 on18.3.14, after a 3-4 month the touch screen is not working properly, after many call to home shop 18 they remain indifferent, they told, contact to near service centre, i go there 5-6 times but they only change the software, and the problem is still persistant, after that i again call to home shop 18 that i bought hand set from you so it is your duty to make me satisfied than they told that we only sell the handset it is not our responsiblity to take care, go to service centre.

    Dear Sir/Madam, This is in regards to a Micro max funbook order that i have placed on 13th July'14. When we received the order the product, we realized the product was defective. We returned the product along with NOC on the next day. Homeshop 18 has sent us a refund check with incorrect name on the check "CINMAYY DASH'. We returned the check on the next day to the address provided by HOMESHOP18 via speed post. And as per the tracking number the incorrect check along with check copy, ID PROOF & NOC letter was delivered on 5th August'14. Also we have sent the documents to [protected]@homeshop18 several times. However after that we have been calling Homeshop 18 customer care 3 times a day to check the status of our check and everyday a new story comes up with a new agent. No one ever knows what is the status for the check. Every time they says the new check has been despatched & on the next day they say that there is no update like that. It is very very disappointing that since one month, my check is on hold and no one gives me a clear picture what is the status. Could you please look into the status of this case.       Dear Sir, I want to share with you the harassment done with me by the Home Shop 18 for not replacing the product and making false excuses day by day. I have placed my order with Home Shop18 on 26 August 2014 for purchase of Karboon A-57 black mobile phone. My order No.[protected] and sub order is 86233587 . I have received my Karboon A-57 black mobile phone on[protected] at 3.00p, but I found that it is having manufacturing defects mobile speaker is damage and sound is not clear
      . I have informed to home shop-18 on 29-08-14 . Home shop18 executive told that the mobile set is having some technical problems and all the accessories with box are required to be deposited. Many times I called home shop18 but every time they assure me that the representative from Courier company will reach me within 2 to 3 days and pick up the defective mobile for replacement, but no one ever since reached to me so far. Every time I call customer care of Home Shop 18 but not take any action. After six days i am waiting home shop18 representative. Pl.help me and replace my mobile hand set.

          I had ordered two set of four containers vide order no,[protected]. Payment was made through credit card. To my utter shock only one set of four containers was supplied in the packet sent by homeshop18. Since then i am only getting false assurances from homeshop18 above delivery of the balance product. The complaint lodged with homeshop18 no.[protected] dated 23/08/2014 remains unattended till date. Will the officials at homeshop18 kindly make it clear why this cheating is being done by them and if it is not so, then why the product has not been supplied till date?

            Sir, I have purchased Mobile handset from www.homeshop18.com (order no[protected] on dated 06Aug2014 and payment via Internet banking (Rs.5940/-). In this website there is no option to cancel the order, on dated 14Aug2014 I feel it is very difficult to cancelled my order, after that they are not giving refund amount. Many time I contact via email to customer care but no response, they are saying that you will receive it in 2days but till now I didn't receive anything from them. Please take the action against this type o[censored]nfair / fraudulent for that they never repeat for anyone. Thank you

              I buyed the Jean from Homeshop18 5 Months Ago and Jean reached to me but its color is changed so called Customer care so they send the Jean to us through courirer.So i send the Jeans to Homeshop18 through Cousrier.But after that my Jean reached to me.They said that product is out of stock.So I ask for my money and they said that your money will reach to you in 10 Days.So i waited 10 days and my money not reached to me.I again call them and they said that you should send the your Identity and Other documents to our Email.I also do that but money is not reaching to me.Please Homeshop18 Give me money back. This also happen with me while shopping on Flip kart but Flipkart send the money within 1 Day. My Mobile Number. [protected]

                Dear Mam/sir I had purchased Yellow Kurti on 13/8/2014, but due to incomport i had to return it, i make a call on 20/8/2014 for returning it to customer care, complain was registered, message came to me from home shop 18 Team i.e complain no.[protected] against order no.[protected]. After so many days yesterday (2/9/2014) i make a call to customer care, the lady refuses to return the items & says we have no such a policies of returning the item.but what i know it is written that you have a policies of 30 days return plz do something and return the item, as i have to no use of in comport item Thanks & Regards Shikha [protected]

                sir/mam, it is not mentioned any where that 48 hrs of your policy ... it is only mentioned that 30 day return.. if it is 48 hrs policy then why my complaint resistered??????? now plz tell me your delhi office address.. i will return there only. now i will not purchase any thing from home shop18 .. and tell those also who relates me ...
                home shop does not address the customer issue properly. I have returned the mobile but they didnt respond

                    Dear Homeshop 18, Here I am, Ravi Raj a loyal customer to your e-commerce website. But, in the past week the service experience offered by you has deeply saddened me. I would like to explain the whole matter in short here. I ordered 3 Pen Drives of HP make 8 GB in storage capacity. I chose ' Cash on delivery ' method of payment. The order was placed on 26/08/2014. Your delivery guy came on saturday 30/8/2014. I gave the required sum to the delivery guy, Mr Kamlesh, and collected the packet. But when i took the packet in my hands it felt rather light. So i stopped the delivery guy right there, and opened the pack in front of him. The pack contained only one Pen Drive. In the presence of delivery guy i called your customer care and intimated them about the glitch. After keeping me on hold for more than 5 minutes and transferring the call to 3 places they generated a complaint number[protected] and assured me of prompt action on the matter. I got it in written from the delivery guy about the error and had him undersigned . Until now i have received no formal communication whatsoever and it has compelled me to write this mail. Please reply to my concerns asap otherwise i will have to resort to other means. Following are the details of order.                                 I had 3 tshirt order placed with Homeshop18 and received very poor quality products. They had promised reverse pick up of the product over phone by their customer representative. The product was very very bad and not at all similar to what was shown on the site. When I asked for a reverse pickup they told me that i need to send the product on my own through indian post and I did that. Accordingly I sent the scan copy of the courier receipt to HS18 customer care id. Its been 15 DAY after despatch of the product and till now I have not received my refund. They have cheated me and now they dont even response...

                                  I have lodged a complain regarding defective delivery of goods
                                  against my order No[protected] i.e one of the handle is broken of
                                  "Karhai", & my complain No.[protected] dated 07/08/2014 but very
                                  sorry to inform you that elapsed 23 days I have not received my
                                  replacement till now as result I am mentally upset as I have purchased
                                  from a big on line shopping center through on line & to made the
                                  payment in advance through Internet Banking, sir, fervently request you
                                  to look into the matter and needful to replacement the defective Karhai at the
                                  earliest possible and to avoid my mental agony.

                                      I had placed the order with Homeshop18 and received very poor quality products. They had promised reverse pick up of the product over phone by their customer representative. The product was very very bad and not at all similar to what was shown on the site. When I asked for a reverse pickup they told me that i need to send the product on my own through indian post and I did that. Accordingly I sent the scan copy of the courier receipt to HS18 customer care id. Its been 3 months after despatch of the product and till now I have not received my refund. They have cheated me and now they dont even response to my mails. Didnt expect such a pathetic service by HS18 and would request you to take strict action against the site and help me get my refund.

                                        Booked Ezzenza 3 Pc cookware set by Sanjeev Kapoo Product code 30794117 on 16 Aug 2014 and got the delivery on the next day. When it was opened ONE HANDLE was not fitting properly and LID was damaged. Booked the comlaints on the same day. Customer care people promised for action within two/three days. Aftr four days again inquire for the same and got the replay action is being taken. After that day we request every day for any action taken from your side. Every time we are gtg the same replay. Till date we have not gtg proper response. We got the set to present for somebody for marriage, that date is gone. Can you please tell us is it your service? It means you people are not coop after selling you product. Can you do us favour to get this complaints attended Hoping for ur early and favourable action.
