Hi, I have placed an order through mobile phone on 25th July 2014, and order number for the same is[protected].But i found it defective and not even usable. In order to get my money back and return the goods to Home shop 18 team, I have asked to hand over the goods to their representative and will surely get the amount credited in my account. Now they are saying that they have already released my payment through cheque. It's been more than 15 days but I have not got any amount credited in my account. Sir/Mam I COMPLAINTS many times on cust.care numbers as well as simmtronix Center no. given by cust.care representative. Every time i got positive response from them but till yet my product not delieverd. Sir/Mam i already given all details to your Cust Care Reprentataive many Times. At the time of delivery i didn"t open the box i found charger in damage condition and also gift coupons are expiry date. i have called many times at homeshop18 but didn't found any soutions of my problem.My last complanit number is[protected] against order no[protected]

            My name is Mamata Rao from Mangalore. I had purchased a singer food processor in Home shop 18 on2/08/2014. PO no.[protected] sub order no:[protected]. After receipt of the product I was not happy and satisfied with the product. With in two days of my receipt of the item, I contacted Home shop 18 for returning the product. They promised me to send some one to collect and they will arrange for return courier. they asked me to keep the product packed. The product is packed and kept for dispatch. However, after few days HS18 called and said, they can not arrange return courier. They advised us to courier back to one address. They suggested few couriers names and Speed post. However, none of the courier companies and Speed post were ready to accept Electronic/ Electrical item for couriering it back to HS 18. HS 18 were not ready to accept this and they were insisting us to try some courier. After trying all the couriers again, we informed HS 18 that no one is ready to take the parcel, and requested them to arrange return courier. All though they accepted to arrange courirer, they have not done so far. Every time we call up they inform the return courier person will be sent in two days. However, so far they have not sent. So far the response from HS 18 is vague and not clear. We feel cheated and disapaointed. We request that the product be taken back from us and refund amount be paid. Please respond urgently.

                    I have shopped more than 60 items in last 2-3 months from HS18. Sometime had some small issue, but they fixed it. This is regarding order number#[protected] and Sub Order Number#84380663 placed on Aug 5th 2014. On Aug 18th, I got an email that your order has been cancelled due to some courier issue and you will be refunded here. I called 12-15 time to understand the problem, but always the customer care executive does not have any relevant information and they simply read the case update(whatever were mentioned in the same email). I talked to one of the supervisor as well, and he assured that he will look into the matter. Now I am explaining the reason why I don’t want the refund whereas want the item. The item I ordered is cost Rs. 3372 but I ordered that for Rs. 1304 using some promo code. Now they have cancelled the order and processed my refund of Rs 1304(still not credited to my bank). Now they want me to place the order again, if I want. But Now if I place the order for the same item, I have to pay Rs 3372, I am not getting the item for Rs. 1304, so why will I pay extra, where I already placed successful order for Rs 1304. And the next thing is, I had placed 3 items from the same seller in last week and all those item got delivered in 2 days only then what happened this time with courier. This is impossible and unbelievable, if all 60 different item ordered can be delivered to my place then why not this one. And if there is some item which cannot be deliver to certain zip code, then it says you in the order page itself and won’t allow you to order. But in my case order were placed successfully and whenever I called for the shipment status, I was told, it is delayed but will be delivered to you shortly. NOW I UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS IS HS18 CHEATING, THEY ARE SEEING THAT I GOT THE ITEM COST RS 3372 AT RS 1304, THEY MIGHT HAVE CANCELED THIS ORDER.BUT PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE MOST LOVED/LIKED ITEM I ORDERED. I want this item back to shipped my place, I won’t accept the refund. If I don’t get this item, then definitely myself and family friends associated to me are going to stop shopping from HS18 and we will simply destroy our long running relationship.                     I DONT WANT MY MONEY BACK. I want that product at Rs.1304.

                    SO reordered/do something to send that item to me ASAP and I will pay COD for that, or give me some Coupon code, which I can apply to that item which will make it available to but at Rs 1304.

                      This is most cheating online company .Never trust on these people service .From my no.[protected] i made an order to homeshope18 on 23july for a spice mobile Mi506 model they delivered the product after the given date that on 31.07.14 but the touch screen & ear piece sound was not working properly so as per their refund policy the next day i made a complain & return the product with DTDC courier special service which i am having record that that they have got it on 04.08.14. when i call their customer care they conformed it that they have received the courier, i am also having the recording of this conversation .but after calling several time they are not giving my refund . but i am having all the prove of their cheating attitude . so now i am thinking to go for a consumer case against them.                       After giving written complaint also i am not getting my money back, Home Shop 18 call center is only giving assurance of sending refund cheque but until now i wont have received my refund .I dont have trust on these people because they are sending damage mobile and returning the mobile on same day on my own cost also they are not giving my money of 5999/- . now it is going to be 2 months .This company dont have any respect towards customer . They only know only how to make fool.

                          I had given a complain on replacement of the product, the same product was been sent through speed post on 1st Aug 2014 after talking to the customer dept in mumbai they say its still not been updated the status till date so you need to wait or call back us, after calling them several times they reply the same status still not been updated so we cannot replace the product.

                          Please do let me know what should be done. Or i assume that Homeshop18 is just being cheating with the customers who tries to replace the product and you dont receive the same back

                          I had been to the post office to Enquire about the parcel, which i sent you through speed post, its already been delivered to your office on 13th august 2014, your customer service dept says they have still no updates on the same. Is it that you receive back the parcel and don't want to replace the same. and just grab the money... Please do reply on this or i will complain to the post office that the receiving party is refusing, saying that they have not received the parcel.. i have attached the proof of the postal department about the status of the parcel on the photo proof so you can check the same. And reply in 24 hours or i will launch a complain against your company for doing fraud.

I have received product and coupons. I have read the condition which has only 2 months validity and more over that it can not used to buy "MOBILE &amp; ACCESSORIES, ELECTRONICS, CAMERAS, CAMCORDER, COMPUTER &amp; PERIPHERALS, GIFT VOUCHERS" . Top of that it can not valid below the purchase of Rs.5000. PURCHASE SHOULD BE SINGLE PURCHASE. This is the cheating with the customer, most common items people buy from homeshop18 are restricted and rest most items will not meet minimum limit of purchase. Please send me another coupons which have no restriction of products and amount purchase. Please BE AWARE WITH THE GIFT COUPON OF HOMESHOP18.

                                i am not setified with your answer. either we need new coupons with no restrictions on it or monetary compensations against such coupons. we have rs 500 x 2 numbures = rs 1000 in total.

Unfortunately the only one which is offered is the Minimum cart value gift coupon. However will definitely have your feedback shared to implement this in future.

                                    I bought a product from Home hop 18. The product delivered was defective. The product was delivered at my address on 29 June, as the product was defective I returned this product on my expenses. I followed all the instructions given by them. But till now I have not received my product. Every time I call them, they have the same repetitive answer that your request is under process in 3-4 days you will get cheque.They are mentally harassing me.Please tell how I can get my money back.

                                      I had returned a product to homeshop18 on 6/27/2014, and till now I have not received my money back from them . I have called the homeshop18 customer care several times for the same, and always these people gives me new date saying you check will be delivered on this date, but it never happened.                                       Refund cheque has been RTO'ed. We're arranging to re-dispatch the same on priority.

                                      Please allow 7-8 working days for the cheque to be delivered .

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam My product status shows delivery delayed! Why? Its almost 16 days now after the order please ship the item immediately or else refund the money. I ordered the product to gift someone on their birthday and now its been delayed. If your services are like this than this is the last order from me. Please see to it. Thank you
