I have ordered a product from homeshop18 with ID[protected] on 27th july 2014 but now even after 2weeks they havnt shipped it yet.so irresponsible homeshop18 is.i[censored] guys cant ship and deliver even a small thing why u all open a website to sell such stuff or even carry on with ur buisness.stop fooling people.!

    Respected Sir,
    I want to inform you that I buy a SPICE mobile of order number[protected] from HOMESHOP18 the offer with mobile is GIFT COUPON of Rs. 500. I received a product on 3 August with a coupon whose validity is expired on 31 July. Then I complain it on the same day they told me that “I WILL MESSAGE YOU A ANOTHER GIFT COUPON CODE within 48 hours” and give me a complaint no.[protected] but I did not receive it in 48 hours then I complain again and again and get new complain numbers but problem still not solved few complain numbers are[protected],[protected] and[protected]. During call to customer care I waste approx. Rs. 50 in calls But problem still not solved .
    So, I kindly requested you to please PROVIDE ME A COUPON OF Rs. 500 (200+200+100) and also give rupees 50. For my satisfaction please call me.

    yes i receive a single GC of 500 BUT as i requested you that "please GIVE ME A COUPON OF Rs. 500 (200+200+100) and also give rupees 50 ( I waste approx. Rs. 50 while call to customer care). For my satisfaction please call me. But still that you give me a single coupon. As i requested you to give me in part but you did not consider it.

        Hi Guys,

        I don't think we get any solution after posting our complain here. We all are done transaction or get into trap and if we fight in a single no one going to listen us. Request you all lets form a group and together try to connect with hire management of homeshop18 if it's not going to work. Let's go to the government so that what we suffer no one else suffer from homeshop18.

        As of now i just want you all to comment on my thought if it's look good. We will discuss later what we can do next.

          I have ordered two rakhi and cadbury celebrations combo pack for Rs. 451 each. One is delivered to vadodara and other one will be delivered to mathura address on 11 august. What is the use of delivering it after rakhi? when in your site it was clearly displayed that the order will be delivered within 5 working days then why it has not delivered till now? one more thing, the order which i placed is different from the one which has delivered to my address. The pack which i ordered contains a beautiful rakhi and also the cadbury celebrations box which was big but the one which my family has received today contains a different rakhi which is very bad and it has a simple red thread with a red pearl.. it is very weird. moroever cadbury celebrations pack was a mini pack of Rs.100. I am not satisfied with your services and i will take strict action against this. you should display only that thing which you actually deliver and also the delivery duration should be the same in which you guys are able to deliver the order. I want my money back else i will go to the consumer forum and will complaint against the site .

            This is not the first time that home shop 18 has delivered a wrong product. This time we had ordered a black colored semi stitched suit and a maroon colored dress material was delivered which is completely different from what was shown in the advertisement.

              I had ordered several items with Order No as follows: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] The status showing for these products is "Lost in Transit". Also they haven't returned me the coupons used for the transactions. I had bought the coupons and at least I want my coupons back.

                It is the most bitter and disappointing experience shopping with Homeshop18. I have purchased many products worth thousands of rupees. Two products received were damaged. One product for which I logded a complaint on 6th June 2014, I have not received any positive response till date. Different people are connected and the whole story has to be told again and again, a new complaint number is given every time with the promise that within 48 hours a courier executive will collect the product from your side and refund will be done within seven days. But today is the 9th Aug' 14 and I am told to courier the product myself. I advise every one to think twice before ordering anything from Homeshop18.

                  I have taken the Penta Dual Core 3G Dual Sim Calling Tabtop approved by BSNL Lab-Sparkling Silver, IMEI No.[protected] against one year warranty vide my Order No.[protected] dated 23.06.2014 and delivered by you invoice no.TARA/14-15/63459 dated 25.06.2014 for Rs.7, 999 and registered it by logging in website www.pantel.in/registration and received our registration no.PENTOFF0096118. But I regret to inform you that the tap is not at all working properly. It is not recognising any mobile network (SIM) i.e. no connection network, SIM error. As you might have observed already more than a one and half month it has been purchased, even now it says the samething with each and every SIM. Because of this we are unable to access - making calls, net...and it is not serving our purpose of purchase. As you know it is under one year warranty, I request you to kindly take the necessary immediate action on this to rectify the problem of my instrument or infact I would request you to kindly replace it with new instrument or else refund us.                       Hi,


                      My complain is against order#[protected] and suborder#83505663. I
                      placed an order dated 24th July’14 for shoes of size#7 and made the
                      payment via credit card . However after that I realize that I was using size 8
                      and I called your support service and tell them all issue he insure me that he
                      has forward my request and I will give size 8 shoes.


                      Later on when I receive the product it was for size
                      7 I immediately call your customer care she told me no issue sir I am arranging
                      reverse pickup for you and you will get correct size shoes within 5 days. After
                      that I keep on calling your customer service that no one came to pick up. They
                      keep on telling me that next day surely someone come to collect. It’s being 15
                      days.


                      I made almost 50 calls in 15 days and drop 2 mails
                      but not getting any response and no one came to collect Product. And when I say
                      to forward this call to someone senior whom I can believe they never forwarded
                      call. We don’t have any option except to wait.


                      I am office guy I have to give my product to someone
                      else in my flat in morning and when I came at the evening he told me no one
                      come to collect. Even I have taken few days leave to insure this pickup not
                      failed.


                      It’s really frustrating and I was feeling like
                      foolish that how I make transaction with you. I am regular shopper of online
                      however after this experience I don’t know I will make another transaction
                      online or not.


                      I buy product from Amazon, Myntra, Lenskart they are
                      amazing on their customer service. They provide what they commit. But
                      homeshop18 is worst among all I don’t know how this company running with this
                      customer service and how many years they run. I can see this complain box on
                      daily basis there are 7-8 customer complaint if this is the scenario you can
                      understand how fast you are losing your customer.


                      I am not writing this mail that someone takes action
                      on it because I know you don’t care about this. But I will make you sure that I
                      will spread this mail as much as your senior management as well online shopper
                      will see it and never make any transaction with you.

The item was dispatched through DOTZOT courier, AWB no.[protected] on 26 Jul 14 as informed by you through SMS. However I have not received the item till date despite have passed almost 10 days. The customer support and delivery support is not appreciated . The poor customer support of your reputed company is not at all excepted.                                 i need my refund against order no[protected], its been 2 months already, Mr. Nitin Kaushik and Mr. Arjun SINGH...whenever i call them for my refund they says the same line that status is not updated yet..and they both are kept to give false commitments. Mr. Arjun Singh was about give AWP number 6 days back and he even gave me his extension number 124# which never connects and the executives never transfers the call to him as he never did the job which was to be done against my order. he is such a lair & hypocrite . even the call centre executives are hopeless.They do not reply to mails.Neither they give any concrete answers.Every time i write them, they send an automated response...

                                      I took this Sofa cum Bed.but within month, Unable to pump air in the Bed due to some leakage in the sofa itself.

                                        I used to think that Homeshop18.com is a very genuine and authentic website and therefore I purchased many items from them without any issue. But in one of my recent orders, they proved to be big cheaters. To give the brief summary, Order number:[protected] Order date: 28 June 2014 Order total: 1490/- Found the product is grey market product so returned it on 14 July 2014 through a local courier (they mentioned that they are going to reimburse a max amount of 160/- as courier charges and I can use any local courier for the same.) Courier Name: Flying Man Air Courier, serial number 18445 (this is the only reference number through which we can track on phone). I got calls from homeshop18 three times, one on 17 July 2014, one after that and one on 4 August 2014 confirming that product has been received and the refund is also initiated and the money should come to my account within 7-9 working days. This happened only when I called their customer care atleast 15 times to enquire about my refund. On 5th August 2014, I got a call from them saying that they have "not" received the product and need POD (Proof Of Delivery), after which only they will be able to proceed with refund. Being the local courier, courier company denied of the POD confirming that there is no such system set with them as of now. Also, homeshop18 even after several requests from me, denied to communicate every call details through email. They are big time cheaters and don't follow up for there refund requests unless customer calls them several times and then at the end, by such tactics, they eat the money. I am gonna go in all consumer forums to update other users to be cautious of this website and better go with trusted ones like flipkart.
