I have ordered and received the following items, Order number[protected] on 22.07.2014.
In that 4 Products,
1.Traditional Jewellery Combo by Variations - final-3
2.Gold Plated Necklace Set By Pourni - Temple Jewellery
looks awesome and quality and finishing is good.

But I am not satisfied with the following.

1.Gold & Antique Plated Jewellery Combo By Zaveri Pearls
This is very big and looks Blendly not so good as i expected.
2.Antique goldtone necklace set by zavery pearls.
Pearls attached at the end are all fallen often just i took out from the box and also many of the pearls already fell down in the box itself.

So please consider my case and hope u will take necessary action regards that.
I need replacement of that product or reimbursement.

    I had ordered a book (Pathfinder cds conducted by upsc) on 23/07/2014 from homeshop18 (order no.[protected] and it was delivered on 27/07/2014 through aramex courier. The problem in the book is that it has got 8 misprinted pages within page numbers 630 and 660 (page no.-630, 631, 638, 639, 646, 647, 654 and 655).I want to return this book. Please respond soon

      I've purchased from homeshop 18 Trio Bid Screen Dual Sim Phone Combo online in Invoice Dt[protected] via order no.[protected] & courier receiving Dt 08/07/2014 in Evening. After, receiving of the courier. I found both the phones are not in working condition (Incoming voice Problem). I called so many time but every time I faced harassment and no solution still after 15 days. I did not get the solution. All home shop Customer Care Executives give me different –different feedback.

      i ordered an item from homeshop18 a red marine boots hamper uk 7 my order no is[protected] . i received this order but the i have an issue of size problem of loafer which is free .the size of the loafer was 9 so i return it for exchange .the customere care told me return whole package so i did what they say to me but now today is 31 no news came the issue was create on 12 july. the customer care told me different diff feedback an one of the customer care reply so rudely an also told me one hand cant do two jobs idont understand what she want to express.and suddenly one customer care call came yesterday and told me the product was out of stock so they refund me 300/ rs iam so surprise that total amount was 1700/ in which angle they reply like this to me.

          On 23rd april-2014, I booked a product of 2500 INR consisting shoes combo pack But when It was delivered to me, The product doesn't met my expectation, So as per HS18's rules I returned back the product with DTDC courier service with POD no. (Z[protected] to HS18.. But till date I haven't received my money.. And when I used to call the customer care executives do reply that "please wait for 24-48 hrs and we will solve your issue and call you back ". But no solution from their side till date.
          Seriously, I m so much fed up with the service of home shop 18. too much bad experience...

And I have not received my order and your customer service is saying payment was not done. While payment was done through SBI Internet banking. Please be my money be refunded into my account your customer service is not helping in this matter.                 I had bought a Spice phone from Home shop 18 on 09/07/2014 . Along with it I was supposed to get a Gift coupon worth 1000 Rupees but till day i have not received the Gift coupon. I have complained several times to Homeshop18 and every time they tell me they'll send it by sms or email or that it has been sent but they never send it .Our complaint no is[protected] dated 15/07/2014 and other complaint no is[protected] dated 20/07/2014against order no[protected] dated 09/07/2014. they are just fooling people.                   Sir I sell a phone penta 3G from home shop 18 channel but after 4/5 day some problem occure in mobile I immediately calling to channel and recieve service centre in nagpur .cervice centre sain submit your handset.I submit ALL the box received from home shop 18.on date 02/07/2014 but on date 24/07/2014, anybody not care to me to return my mobile.

                      We had purchased a Micromax A075 Mobile from Home Shop-18. in starting this handset is O.k

                      But now This time this Handsets is Rough for me Because it creates some problem
                      1.Phone jack was not working
                      2.camera was not cleared

                      I had gone two micromax service centre but no one help me(He had told me every time technician was not in there) because we had purchased this handsets from Home shop-18

                        The customer care person just contacted me and asking me the courier number. The same question they are asking since 3 months. I would request him to call me back to resolve this ASAP. Facts of the Case: I've purchased online in March 2014 via order no.[protected] . After, receiving the courier. I found the difference in the size and then I sent the packet back within 2-3 days through a courier to them on my own expense. They said they will give me the refund as soon as they received the courier. Since March 2014, I have been trying to contact them but they are not responding. In fact, once they responded but in a very bad manner. Since 2 months, the customer care is saying that I will receive a cheque. Whereas, I have not received till today. I have already filed complaint prior to this and this one is the second again online on your website, the complaint no. is[protected]. I request you to please look into this matter so that I can get my refund. I would like to have a call back as soon as possible. Please do not take this ticket lightly, if in case I would not have received the refund I am sure I will have to take serious legal action against Homeshop18 because since March I am trying hard and all in vain.                             I had placed an online order on June 24, 2014 at homeshop18.com. My order number is[protected]. I had placed an order of "Dermawear Women's Black Mini Shaper". The suborder number is 81205017. I have already payed for the order online through my credit card. It has been a month and I have still not received my order. I called their customer care thrice over a span of three weeks and every time they gave me a false assurance that I would receive my shipment in 2 days. But after waiting for a month they have failed to keep their word. They refuse to acknowledge what has gone wrong with the shipping and is also not willing to send a replacement product or repay the amount I have already payed them for the product. They say that they have already shipped the product on 25th June, 2015 through Aramex Courier. They have given me a reference number to track my shipment. The reference number is [protected]. But from the very day of shipping up until today, whenever I try to track my order through Aramex Courier they say that the reference number is invalid. If the shipment has gone missing, it is not my liability. I am very worried that homeshop18 has cheated me to pay for a product that they have no intention to deliver.I want a replacement product delivered to me in a week. I have waited long enough and am not willing to wait any longer. Either they send me a replacement product or repay my full amount.

                              We brought 2 Godrej electronic safe.

                              Forte- Touch screen is not working 7 Door is not opening 7 closing properly. We would like to replace it.
                              Privy- The paint has been removed outside in 1 corner. Damaged piece. 1 coat will be better.

                                Sir, I have a complaint against Homeshop18 under my online order number 82263849 dated 15 July 2014.I ordered a "Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print" on 8th July 2014 but they sent a "Hair curler" on 15th July 2014. How they can do this big mistake in their service? An now they are saying I should courier the wrong product to the company address. And no where mentioned this during online shopping if they fail to provide proper service for my area then I have to courier this. In that case, I would not purchase anything from Homeshop18. And I am medical patient and for me this is one kind of harassment. I am saying this every day whole week almost 8-9 times over phone [protected] and in email and in feedback form, but they are just is ignoring my complaint by saying that I should courier the wrong product - hair curler to the comp address but since this is the mistake of the company so the wrong product should get replaced at my home itself, as I have given the payment so I want my correct order - "Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print" at my address. As I am medical patient so they should collect the wrongly delivered product - "hair curler". I am not able to track my complaint in their website and not even I am able to communicate with the company management also. I am feeling hopeless and begging you for helping me. I hope the company will take appropriate action and either they send my correct oder - "Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print" at my address or refund my money - Rs- 2099. This is my very bad experience from online shopping. Please let me know when I will get "Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print" at my address or refund my money - Rs- 2099.

                                Still I did get any update on this Complaint. Any update from HomeShop18?
                                Sir please help me. Homeshop18 is not taking any action against my complaint according to their return policy. They sent different product and harassing me as I am a patient. Please suggest how can I get back my money return at my home. After that they will reverse pickup from my home. For their bad service why I am getting punishment.
                                I did almost everyday follow up with hs18 for the reverse pickup through email, phone, feedback form, hs18 ticket and already one month gone and they didn't do this. At last I had to sent the wrong product to homeshop18 address on 8th august 2014 to get my money rs- 2319/- (including courier change) back for my medical liabilities. On 10th August and 13th August 2014, I sent the scanned copy of the courier receipt at [protected]@homeshop18.com and informed this through ticket #[protected] also.

                                But status of awb no - V17144456 is showing as refused by HS18. Today I also asked HS18 to track courier details and do the needful for refunding my money.

                                Attached the scanned copy of the courier receipt and please help me on this as I already mentioned you my medical condition is very critical and I am feeling irritating/tired to follow up last one month.

                                        I had placed the order on 20th May with Home shop 18 with a verbal commitment by the customer representative that if I'm not satisfied with the product quality then a reverse pickup would be arranged and my money would be refunded into my credit card account. The product received was o[censored]tter poor quality and not at all how it looked on the website. After much followup they told me to courier through speed post and send scan copy of courier receipt. I did the same on 5th june. There after I have been mailing and calling them for my refund but I'm not getting any response or revert from Homeshop18. How can such a reputed site behave in such a irresponsible way. I'm really stuck and this kind of behaviour is a big discouragement for me as a customer. They are not afraid of any thing.
