Hi Team, I had made an order(Suborder No:[protected] on Homeshop18 for Woodland Shoes.Received the product on 11 July'14, but I came to know that the product received is totally different from the product shown on your website & on woodland website too i.e. "Product received does not contain woodland Trade Mark & Hologram on it's side & soal".The moment was very awkward & embrassing for me when I was infront of my colleages & they revealed that the product(my shoes) are COPY of woodland, they are not original.On 13 July'14, I had registered a complaint on helpline of Homeshop18. Complaint No:[protected], but still there is no satisfactory revert or action from their side. Request you to look into the matter, so that I can get the original shoes or compensation in terms of repayment. Unable to attached Photo proof, as page is getting hang. Product is dispatched to HomeShop18 on 27th July'14 by Blue Dart courier service & received by HomeShop18 on 30th July'14, same is confirmed by the executive(Call Center Executive) of HomeShop18, but still no confirmation from HomeShop18 team that when can I get my money or original product back.

Request you to look into the matter, as approx a month passed away.

    Sir,
    I have purchased samsung memory card 16gb order no.[protected].Due to some problem i send the memory card for replacement on 26th April 2014 on address Suman Enterprise 74A, sant nagar east of kailash near MCD primary school, New Delhi.
    But uptill now i didn't get any replacement.
    As i have contacted many times with your customer care service i haven't get any proper solution.And it has been 2 an a half month passed i haven't got any replacement till yet.
    My last complaint no.[protected].
    sir this is my last hope that is why i have written this to you.
    So kindly give me a solution as soon as possible.

      I have ordered Mobile cover in the month of may 2014, After great struggle i have received the product after 1 month, that too wrong item which i have ot ordered. o again i called them and returned the product back and requested for the item ordered, . Again after a great struggle of 15 days i received same product which i have sended back. [censored] homeshoppe i felt. After that i registerd many complaint numbers but none of them solved . Now i decided never to buy in homeshoppe and i suggest my frns and relstives too. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

      I just purchased cole tummy tucker it's not the right size I want to exchange it or get my money refunded... I had called your customer care he gave me my complaint number...
      Then I got a call from from ur customer care asking whether I tired the product is the tag intact and which size I want and then finally he says he can't get it exchanged... What rubbish I paid 1000 buck for it i[censored] can't exchange it y do u guy's sell it...

      But when i have not even tried it... the tag are intact where does hygiene issue come in the picture after seeing the product itself i realized it not meant for me i have paid 1000 bucks for it.

        I had purchased a tri jeans pack worth Rs 2299 of size 40 vide order no.[protected].Then I wanted to exchange it for size 38 for which i had sent the size 40 jeans to the address given by HS18 customer care rep. Vide sub order no. 80646941 and duly confirmed by them.But the exchanged jeans pack of 38 has not been sent when contacted to customer care they are telling to wait for 4 to 6 WORKING DAYS and one month have passed since.Please look in to the matter and send the products ASAP.

          i ordered this product on8th and it was expected to be delivered on14th.Today is 18th and it is still not delivered.HS18 does not have any tracking details of the courrier.I ordered this for my grand father so that i can gift this on his birthday and this was my first purchase on HS18.It is very disappointing.i Called the customer care 6-8 times since 14th and have been hearing the i will receive the today of tommorow.They donot know the phone number of the courrier services.do not know where the shipment is now.i am not sure how HS18 provided the service with out the tracking number details .It is very bad experience that i registered with this website.The customer service is too bad. I request consumer complaints fourm to take needed action so that the any other person will not face this kind of Drama with homeshop18 and help me receiving this product ASAP! Also suggest me if i can put up a case against Homeshop18 which would help me or other people who are already facing these issues with Homeshop18.How can they ship the productwith out the phone number of the courried service .courrier service name is "vendor self" which does not have any details on google also.Kindly help me.

            I have a complaint against Homeshop18 under my online order number[protected] dated 11 jul 2014.I have ordered a cover of activa i in dark grey color but i have received a green color cover yesterday . So i have called to the toll free number [protected], the person on the call is ignoring my complaint from last 2 days by saying that i should courier the cover to his comp address but since this is the mistake of the company so this cover should get replaced at my home itself, as i have given the payment so i want my correct order at my address then only I will give the wrongly delivered cover.I hope the company will take appropriate action and replace the product at my address otherwise I will file my complaint to higher cells against the company.               ear piece :- very very poor when someone call you cant hear, whispering sound.
              touch : very poor you select phonebook open message.
              when i compliant homeshop for replace mobile say we are not responsible after 48 hour.
              I am very disappointed with purchase from Homeshop 18.
              About homeshop18 has very poor service order booked on 22/06/2014 delivery date 24/06/2014. but deliverd 01/07/2014. when query about delivery they hold call for 15 min. & say contact courier company we are not responsible.
              my first experience with homeshop18 is very worst. i never suggest anyone to go for homeshop18.
              Homeshop 18 completely cheater company never purchase any product.

                Very worst my order no [protected]. And i requested to return it on 28 oct but after one week no one comes and i did not get any call or message.u told me only one thing we have arranges reverse pickup amd courier boy reach u within 48 hours.now i called today so they told me wrong things courier boy called u on 3 nov but i didnot got any response.hi consumer court please do something.
                Kindly improve your services i want my order full amount 1499 on my paytm wallet.now i dont want any refund coupon of 1224.kindly provide 1499 full amount.order no [protected]. And i cannot take any refund coupon more. Otherwise transfer 1224 to my amount.

                  I had purchased a 7 in 1 kitchen mate from you(Homeshop 18) on dated 09th April 2014 . Problems started occurring after 3rd use in the same machine, After 5th time that machine was not even cutting cabbage. I complained four(4) times at your customer care & twice at manufacturers mobile number(given on the box).Manufacturer told me that he has not committed any direct warranty to me, my warranty is via. Home Shop 18 & I have to contact Home shop18 customer care. Whenever i contact Home shop18 customer care, they very politely told that their technical advisor will call me within 48 hours. I am awaiting for his call since 26th may 2014 for a call from their side, i had called four(4) times for the same call but i have not received any of the call from them. But it seems that they are fake, just sitting their to give cold wipes & nothing else. Earlier i was thinking that Home Shop 18 is a reliable brand & they sell only good product, but we can buy any product from their TV channel. I had bought some products from your TV channel previously also. But if this is the real picture of customer care of Home Shop 18. I think buying any product from your channel is just like inviting the trouble Now, I am requesting you to please do some needful help for me. Kindly bring me out from this problem.

                    Hi, I had bought a product from your company and my OrderId was[protected].there was no stock for shoe size 8. So you informed me that will give you a cheque for the full amount as our product is out of stock. It has been more than a month I have called around 15 times but everytime they say we have dispatched the cheque but I didn't get any cheque yet. I have lodged a complaint also with no.[protected]. but didn't get the cheque so again filed a complaint no.[protected] but still its of no use. I personally hate this company and will never buy any product from you and will suggest my friends also not to buy anything from you. Its really frustrating now. I am really disappointed with your customer service and your call center as they are not answering properly. I hated the way you treat with the customers. I still didn't get my cheque.                       i have order for micromax mobile which includes visiting card case worth rs 300 and rs 1000 voucher. order number[protected]. i have not received visiting card case.along with the mobile, complaint for the same was done immediately. i was told that it s out of stock so i will be given rs 300 cheque in a week's time. complaint number is[protected]. now its almost a month i have not received the cheque. whenever i call one date is given to me but i have not received the cheque. when i called on 15/07/2014 i was assured that you will get it in this week, but i am getting the same reply from last 3 weeks. over and above the lady on line was aggressive and told me not to call again and again. please understand that i have paid for the product, it was not given to me as a charity. i just want one date when i will be getting my cheque???

                              I ordered my product from homeshop 18 on 1 July 2014 my product order number was[protected] with suborder number 81720031 the product got delivered on 8 july I realised that the product which was dual sim (gsm +cdma) the GSM slot wasnt working i complained within 30 min of opening the pack on 8 July itself they said the reverse pick up will start within 72 hours I call them everyday and they give me the time period of 72 hours today 15 july 2014 their representative called me up asking take the product to the service centre is it my fault if the product delivered was faulty yesterday 14 july 2014 their representative told me the reverse pick up courier guy will come on 14 july to pick up the order but no one turned up . I would suggest that no one should ever order from homeshop 18 because they of their fraudulent behaviour . Worst service ever

I had placed the order on dated 10.07.2014 to homeshop 18 of 4 set of POLO T-Shirt and color are RED, GREEN, WHITE and ORANGE. But I received the different color which I order, I received color is ORANGE, WHITE, GREEN AND GRAY GREEN DARK. So please replace the same order which I placed.                                   I ordered product no.31758689 dt 13 june 2014 style diva2 wedding collection by hiba. i got wrong parcel that Is saree instead of dress Material which i ordered. Immediatly i complaint to Customer care they said with in 48 hrs they will solve the issue still the the problem is not resolved. since 1 month daily iam calling to customer care just they r saying sorry for Inconvinience. hence i request u to solve my issue soon as possible.

                                    I ordered beign 101 kurta in january from homeshop18.com i was not satisfied with the product so i refunded that product in next 5 days till now i have recieved 1 call in which they were asking about what do i want in refund i said i want jenson storage set as refund they said you will get it in next 5 days from then i am tired of calling those people but they havet given me any replacement as the product or the money back whenever i used to call them they will say please wait and you will recieve a call back but i havet recieved any call back or any communication from them...

                                    i have got too many complaint number as well but they are of no use my telephone number is [protected]

Now and the things i am telling you people again and again, hope its not required to say again and if required please listen to the calls as well made by me if any details required.                                         helllo guys. i just want to inform you all that stop buying product from homeshop 18. my friend has suffer big lose as they are not replacing the mobile phone. its a total fraud sale that they are doing. buy expensive product from market but dont go for cheap nd attractive promo of home shop. i will expand to all my near nd dear one ..hope u all also do this
