Their have delivered product Maharaja Whiteline Juicer MixerGrinder Nova JX-204 Price of Rs2558/-
When i spoke to customer care represtatiive every one aregiving difference answer, one exective told me to replace the product and theircourire boy is going pack the product from home, next day another exective toldthat i have to go and courite it from my side and their is no refundedmenttoo...
If i send courier from myside, they are not going to refundthe courier charges amount...

By sending wrong order and giving problem to customer...

    It feels disgusting honestly...It is almost two months that I have not yet received my refund.. I am never going to do any kind of shopping from Homeshop again. Such an annoying experience it is.. Could you please tell me how many more days you need to refund the money? You are already sitting on the amount for the last 2 months. Should I drag you to Consumer court? This is the last time I am getting bothered.I have been following up this issue for the last two months. Does it really take 2 months for a bank cheque to travel the distance from Noida to Central Delhi? I have been enough patient in this issue. And no more I am going to wait.

        Dear Sir/Madam, , , I had ordered pink color anarkali suit thru homeshop18 but I received the wrong product which is black in color.I checked the product a week later as I met with an accident and once I logged a complaint they are telling that the amount cannot be refunded though its not my mistake.Kindly look into this matter.

          I had ordered for a book(order#[protected] 'My First Handy Bible' on the 27th June and it was clearly mentioned that the language would be 'English' however when the book arrived on Monday-30th June, it was a 'Scandanavia' version !!! I immediately filed a customer care and I was informed they dont take complains for books so I complained online. Complain number - #513904 . 2 days later I got a mail from Abhikant Gautam asking me to courier back to an address, I resent the book through Indiapost and while tracking I found that it was refused at the destination and is being sent back!! I tried contacting their customer care (many times) and also submitted a ticket online but still no response. This is BAD and I need a resolution to this immediately! Jeny John

          The courier I sent had been returned back to me today stating that it was 'refused' at the destination. I'm very disappointed with the service and now I have a Scandinavian version of the bible and lost my money.

          Never shopping with HomeShop18 again!!!
          My experience with HomeShop18 will never end!!! On the 10th of July, I was asked to re-sent the book and that HomeShop18 arranged for a pickup from home ... I resent the book and I tracked it, this time it was delivered at the destination. However after that, I have received NO communication / intimation on what is going to happen next!! I can't believe that a BIG online based store is soooooo laid-back with their customer service!!

                As per my conversation on the telephone no- [protected], I put a complaint against the mobile – MI-504 Spice android Phablet.
                That was not working properly on the very 1st day when I received it, it`s touch is not working properly and hang-up problem is also there.So the concerned person asked me to replace the phone with any other model and product. I want to replace my phone with new Spice up grade Model no- MI-506 .( Product code[protected], stellar mettle icon dual sim android phone white Worth Rs.6999/-

                I have paid Rs-6000/- when I received the last order Mobile – spice MI-504 and i will pay the rest of money Rs-1000/- at the time of Receiving Mob- MI-506, Model.

                Kindly send the gift coupon worth Rs-500/- along with the new phone as I have not received any gift Coupon with the last order.


                As per above Request letter i m sanding in replacement Box But nobody Check my Complaint letter hard copy duly signed by me, and nobody Call me regarding Confirmation, Which product we sending again .

                Now i Again Place a new order no[protected] date 11/5/14 i receive on 16/5/14 but there is again offer gift coupon is not available in the box . Kindly explain if the offer coupon are not available with you. you should not show the offer on Hs18 TV channel because in both the order we did not received the gift coupon Kindly do what you say.

                Bay this activities your customers gets disappointed.

                          Hs 18 is embarrassing me for past two months by supplying a cheated product.

                          I made number of calls, each time new one come in contact, saying they will register a complaint.

                          Hs is not responding to mail representations also.

                          Simply selling the cheated products.

                          Now i request hs18, who has decision making power to contact me to know my problem and anguish.

                          I really wonder why hs 18 is that much negligent towards customers and cheating people.

                                I ordered three sarees on 22.05.14.the order number is[protected].I paid for this via net banking. But I only get two sarees. I have called the customer care for several times. They told me that I will get the saree on time. But I didn't get it.Suddenly on 17.06.14 I got the message from homeshop18 that I have denied to take the saree, so it was returned. They also told me that I will get the refund in 2-3 days. But I didn't denied it and I didn't get the refund yet. I also mailed to them for two times but I didn't get the saree or the refund yet.Please take a step as soon as possible..

                                  Hi, Requesting to find the below mail regarding replacement of the product order no[protected] Nayasa serveware set found damaged when received on 18th June 2014. Regarding same I had called your custmercare several times for the replacement of the product, however I got the assurance for the replacement by 29th June 2014. Its very unfortunate that till today ie. 1st July 2014 I have not received any information from your end. I am very sorry to say that you commit of being No one shopping agency in the market with good services is all fake and unsatisfactory in all aspects. I must admire Jabong for their quick and prompt resolution of such issues in less time also by intimating customers by phone calls, emails and sms whereas at Homeshop18 I myself is only making calls and keeping a track for the resolution of problem and not getting any proper feedback or timeline. I want a quick and prompt resolution in next 48 hrs as I had already waited for long for resolution. Also from now onwards I am going to stop making purchases from Homeshop18 and will also recommend my family and friends not to do shopping from you due to so poor and unsatisfactory services and untrained staff.                                     Sir/ Madam I purcahsed new mobile from homeshop18 in last week dt 21.June.14 Refer attached below details ON TV Show infomed this is 3G+3G Dual SIM but when I received on rear side of the BOX it mentioned 2G +2G Also from last two days my mobile is automically switch off (* battey is fully charged) Please clarify 3G matter and suggest for swicth off problem.                                         Please note that on 19th June 2014, I was also promised that my refund payment will be released within 48 hours but inspite of almost 5 days period is over, I am still awaiting my refund payment.
