on[protected], i made two different orders for the same product and my money has been debited by the online shopper and they send me 2 wrong products, again i resend the wrong products, and for one order they have refunded the money, but for the order[protected], they are yet to refund my money and i made 25 calls to their customer care number and made many email complaint's and no response from them, kindly take action to get my money back pls help me
Complaint marked as Resolved i am happy to say, homeshop18 has refunded my amount, thanks a lot...but i made more than 30 calls to their customer care, poor and late service...
