28.05.14: I ordered one Wonderchef Essenza Italiana Induction Dosa Tawa 28cm. Order No[protected]. Sub Order No 79345109. Paid in advance Rs.1, 439/- through credit card. 31.05.14: I received the product in damaged condition. There was no warranty card also. I have reasons to believe that the product did not get damaged during transportation. I believed that the damaged product was shipped knowingly. I immediately complained to their phone number[protected]. I was advised to return the product through Speed-Post. 05.06.14: I returned the product through Speed-Post(EI[protected]IN) incurring an expenditure of Rs.236/-. I informed HomeShop18 Accordingly with full details. 10.06.14: The product was received by the seller. 01.07.14: As of today, after 21 days of the returned goods having been received at their end, I am still waiting for the promised refund of Rs.1, 675/-(Rs.1, 439+Rs.236). The purpose of writing this review is to save other buyers from e-shops like HS18. I request this word to be propagated to all your friends. In today’s age of e-shopping picking-up, it is important that we are fully aware of the existence of such fraud e-shops.

I have received refund of my initial amount Rs.1, 439/-.

HS18 has further promised to refund the amount which I spent on returning the damaged product, i.e., Rs.236/- !!

    I had purchased JBL earphones which went bad within the year of warranty.Service center refused to service it & asked me to find out the seller & go to them.On 20-May-14 I sent email to customer support asking for the information & guidance on how to avail the warranty.An automated email gave me a Request #473150 & assured of a revert within 2days.No reply came.2weeks passed & no reply came, I sent multiple emails within the next week.Not even an automated reply came?! I called customer support multiple times in June;I was assured by Mohommad kamil that they'll revert, but none did.Next time Abhishek who called himself floor supervisor assured that technical team would call me, but no one called.Then shivam who said he was the team leader assured that they would give me a resolution but none was given.Then vishal who said he was the Senior floor supervisor that he will get JBL service representative on call the next day for resolution it's been 10days, now warranty period expired but I have still not got any resolution. For the past 40days not once has anyone from Homeshop18 ever called me to ask if my problem my resolved, what are they doing to resolve it, on top of it false statements such as my number was not reachable, I didn't pick the call etc. are being written and forced on me as an explanation when around the same time I have received calls on my phone.I want my faulty earphones to be replaced by new one and homeshop18 penalised for such ignorant behaviour!!

        ORDER NO.[protected]
        The order was cancelled on 30-May-14 and I was assured that the refund would be credited in my account within 7 working days. And on 17-June, Homeshop18 sent a message that the item has been delivered.
        A company of such refute should not restore to such means.
        After having called up 8 times with all assurances I am still awaiting for my refund.
        Kindly refund my amount.

          I booked a 32 piece kitchen pet bottle set for Rs.1999/- along with a gift coupon worth Rs.300/- with Home Shop18. Till the date of delivery they were sending SMSs and emails saying that the product is dispatched, that it would be delivered on this date, even when the house was locked they sent me email and sms saying they would deliver on an alternate date. They followed up so well till they delivered the product and got their payment. But they sent me only the kitchen set and no gift coupon was there in the parcel. I called them up and registered a complaint on 19th June 2014 at their call centre. Till date neither have I received any gift coupon nor a proper response from the Home Shop 18 people. They say that they have sent the gift coupon number through SMS. But so far I have not received any such sms. Best part is every time I call to complain at their call centre a complaint is registered and I receive a complaint registration number through sms. If a complaint registration number is received through sms how come I am not receiving the gift coupon through sms and why cant they send me the gift coupon through email or a hardcopy through courier. This shows that they have not sent me the promised gift coupon and i am cheated. The amout of Rs.300 gift coupon is not a big amount but why is this company making such offers and later cheating people by not sending what was promised. Hence people beware of such offers and think twice before anyone books such products though online or through TV sales channels.

            Hello Sir, I was purchase washing machine from HomeShop18, my order no. is[protected]. When i receive product then i saw the product have not all feature which is specified on HS18 website. When i check my bill it is the 2005 model(9 year old product) as per date mention in bill. I informed to HS18 Customer Care and also open complaint ticket no. 80159075 before 48 hour as per HS18 return policy. In morning i recived call from HS18 Customer Care executive. He said me please pack your product and we will pick up it and also receive SMS to pack the product. Same day in evening i again received call from HS18 customer care relationship manager. She told me to share the pic of product. I share picture with given mail id. Next two day i call to HS18 to know status of my complain. Every time they asked the problem and irritate me and told me please call tomorrow. In evening i again recived call from HS18 customer care relationship manager and she told me we will not replace your product. I again call to HS18 to request send me same product that they specified on website but they are not ready to listen me and again and again they are saying "we will not return your product" I am very nerves and feeling cheated and helpless. Please help me any one and stop their arbitrariness.They are thinking that customer are fools and they can do every thing what they want.

            As per HS18 comment can anybody tell me how can I replace the product before delivery.How can customer check the product before receiving it and how can customer raise the issue for damaged/defective product.This is very funny and foolish response from HS18. Always they guy irritated customer by asking silly question or given foolish answer like this.This is the reason, why I post my problem here. Now all people can see what type of response they given and how they cheat the customer. I think HS18 is the big black spot of 18 Network Group.

              Dear Sir, I have purchased Dr. Morepen gloco strips for gluco meter from Homeshop18.com vide Sub order No[protected], complaint no:[protected]. However, due to short expiry date, i have returned the same thru Shree Tirupati courier and details regarding despatched are updated to Homeshop18's customer service executive on same day of despatch vide complaint no:[protected] dated 10/05/14. and as per response received from customer care, replacement product will be delivered to us within 2/3 days and courier expense will be reimbursement to us. However, till date i have not received replacement product and telephonic talk, they told us that product delivered by me is not reached to them however, on enquiry with courier agency this has been delivered to them on 13.5.14. Also i have not received Courier charged as committed by customer care executive. The scanned copy of courier received is attached herewith. Please help.

                Hi, My order number is[protected] . I have called customer service like 10 times. I want to return my product, and they promised that they will send the courier to collect it. I am still waiting for them to collect the item but they are not sending anyone and when I call them they do not respond properly.

                    Dear I have order a BSNL Penta Tablet which i have received, but incidently the Tablet fallen down and the Screen has broken, From last one week i have register my complaint so many times that i m not getting a proper service center here in Indore who can repair the my Tablet. Your custmor executive given me a address of service center here in Indore but when i visited their they refused to repair the tablet and told to me that this Tablet will not be repaired by us becose we dont have the screen .                       after sending picture proff and urgency personaly to homeshop18 too.In both case seems just a automatic generated mail I received saying send it to Mumbai and Bangalore like.
                      I am sure by seeing people others complaint's I will not received any item back or money even I send those useless items back.

                      see we use online purchase by sitting some where else in the world and you people asking to send back those item via speed post

                      we send those item as a gift and other end our loved one receives the same either wrong or damaged condition means.. How bad quality service u people are giving u realise.. finally we are embraced in end.

                      I knew u people how u react finally!!! any way loss is loss I am not bother BYE BYE to homeshop18.

                      Sure will not recommend my friends circle in south India.

                        i ordered saree which i found was cheap in material but i told them it was too transparent just to make sure i am not rude to them.they asked me to send it back.first they gave me wrong address, the pack came back to me again they gave me another address..i sent it.they told me they would refund within 7 days.i sent the courier details with pictures on 8th of may 2014. they asked me wait as complaint is being processed .they told me they would call me back but till date no person has called me back.they give fake assurance that they will. then after i called them plenty of times they demanded for POD.on june 14 i went to courier office and collected POD.they told me after recieving POD i would receive refund within 4-5 days. BUT TILL DATE HOMESHOP18 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IGNORING MY COMPLAINTS AND HAVENT CARED TO REFUND MY MONEY.PLEASE NEVER SHOP FROM THAT SITE AGAIN.THEY ARE FAKE.

                          Dear Forum, I have purchased a Dr Morpean's Gluco Monitor from Home Shop 18 by ordering online through prepaid payment channel on dated 09.06.2014. The order received to me on my address on dated 16.06.2014 with the missing "25 Strips" box which was completely free with product mentioned over product & in info too. I have file a complaint request no.is #506456on a very same day to the customer care by calling them and awering about the short shipping of free Strips.My complaint was forwarded by Customer care executive and she assured me that I will get my product with in 4-5 working days. After 4 days when I dint received the product made a call to customer support team for asking about the status of my complaint. This time another customer executive again forwarded my complaint and assured me for the delivery till 26 June 2014.In the whole period from filing the complaint to suffered period till 26, I had not received any call or status info about my product or late delivery shipping. I my self again make a call to assure about the product delivery on 24.06.2014.And the representative told me that I'll receive it till 26 June. I should wait. Today on 26 June 2014 I have again made a call to customer support team regarding informing & asking about product which was not received yet. They again trying to making me fool by saying that "we have forwarded your complaint again, you will receive a call in next 48 hours regarding your product info.We cant confirm you any date but we are trying to resolve it soon." Please help me out with the situation and suggest me how may i get rid from all these stuffs.

                          As per the reply mail & revert call received on 26.June.2014 evening from Home shop Executive, I should got my partial refund of rs. 500 till 8th or 9th July 2014.

                          It's 10th July today & I'm still awaiting for the refund check, neither I have received any confirmation call after 26.june.2014 in regarding this.

                          Kindly help me out for further process.

                            I ordered http://www.homeshop18.com/zebronics-over-ear-headphone-mic-iron-head/computers-t... These headphones on 23rd june from Homeshop 18 (Seller Top Notch Infotronix India Pvt Ltd). They send seond Hand or very old products to Customers.There was even a letter inside the box stating someone else's problem with the headphones.Headphones are not even working.

                              With reference to order no.[protected] on June-17, 2014. I have received the wrong product. I ordered the refrigerator "Whirlpool 190 L Refrigerator Ice magic - 205 I-Magic 5G Titanium" BUT I received " Whirlpool 190 L Refrigerator 205 classic 5S Wine metallic which is low grade version compare to ordered product. 1. The ordered refrigerator supposed to have Glass Shelf but Received product has Wire shelf(Cheaper version). 2. Color is different but I do not have problem with color. 3. Ordered refrigerator supposed to have power-cool zone as HomeShop18 website but received product do NOT have power-cool zone. I have raised complaint with ticket no[protected] on the same day I received the product. The relationship manager from HomeShop18 requested me to contact Whirlpool India(seller) also relationship manager told me that "HomeShop18 is NOT responsible for this". When I called to whirlpool India customer care then I receive reply that "Homeshop18 has ordered the same product which I have delivered you hence you should call to HomeShop18 NOT whirlpool". Please help me out regarding this situation. I am extremely frustrated with HomeShop18 response.

                                i have ordered a Quantative Aptitude book for competitive exams by RS aggarwal. yesterday i recieved the delivery but i got the pirated version of the original book.i want to lodge a complain to return the pirated book and either refund my money or give me the original book.

                                  I have bought a product `A Peal set` from your channel via my shopper account number[protected] from my personal number - [protected], but I am not satisfy with product, so i return it via Aramex ship Airwaybill - [protected] dated 23 March 2014.

                                  But I am not receiving my money back even send many complaint over phone many time to your customer care executives.

                                      I ordered a number of products with Homeshop18 during last one week. I realise now that I have made a mistake by doing so. HOMESHOP18 is one of the worst online shopping networks in the whole world. The customer care executives talk nonsense and they dont understand basic English. They keep repeating the same thing like a parrot and they try to irritate the customer as much as they can. The products that received were not of good quality and hence i wrote a mail to [protected]@homeshop18.com. I got an automated message from them with message stating, someone will call back within 2 days. No calls yet and when i call up the customer care, they talk so ruthlessly and say that I have not registred a complaint, whereas I have the proof of registering the complaint.. I would like to quote the names of Kunal and Abhishek.. These guys dont have the ability to listen to the customer. They go on talking something and put the customer in distress. I am very very very unhppy about shopping with homeshop18. This will be my last purchase with them and I request all my friends not to shop at homeshop18 and have a disaster\

                                        Hi, On 25/03/2014, my uncle ordered an item (berg multi cuisine maker) from Homeshop18 and the same was received on 01/04/2014. But, the item was received damaged. After many discussions with HomeShop18 customer care people, I returned the product through India Post Parcel service (CM[protected]IN) on 21/04/2014. After 3 weeks the same parcel was returned to me by India Post stating that "untraceable address", no to say that the faulty address was provided by HomeShop18 through SMS, which I still have in my mobile. So, I discussed with HS18 and got a corrected one and again parcelled the item on 17/05/2014 (CM[protected]IN) and the same was delivered at the address on 27/05/2014 (as confirmed by the India Post through the complaint number[protected]. Since then I have written & called to HS18 several times but neither I am getting the replacement nor getting the courier charges (Rs. 361/-). For our information, I was reimbursed for the first courier charge through cheque. I am a frequent online buyer and have ordered from many companies but I haven't find such a BAD service from any of the companies.
