I have place an order with homeshop18.com with order No.[protected] for a quantity of 3, but only one quantity was delivered. I have made a complaint with homeshop18.com with ticket No.[protected] and asked for refund for another 2 quantites. The ticket has been closed stating that money has been refunded on 12th May, but till date i.e 25/06/2014, the money was not been refunded. In between I have called 30 times to homeshop18.com and only to gett the assurance to wait for 48 hours. After 2 months also that 48 hours didnot come. Finally on 15/06/2014 one of the executive asked me to send the credit card statement and I did it the same day but they didnot refunded the amount till date as asking to wait for 48 hours. On two ocassions I have talked with the supervisor but they are also asking for 48 hours, so the 48 hours didnot come after 192 hours also. They amount suppose to be refunded is Rs. 3998 and it seems that homeshop18 is not bothered about the customer and only trying to cheat the cumstomer.

In this regard I request you to forwardd my complaint to the CEO of homeshop18.com for an amicable solution

how much time still needed to close the complaint as it is more than 3 months and I have even send my card statement to you, but nothing is being done. HOw much time ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? needed??????????. I am sorry to say that your homeshop18 is a cheat company and doesn't concerned about the customer otherwise you have not taken this much time for closure of my complaint.

    hiii this is pooja kaushik i purchased items against order no,[protected] on[protected].i had received the order but checking the product i saw that saree combo have so much cuts and i had also communicated the same to the customer care they confirm that we will refund your money but till date i have not get anything i have done 10 to 15 times verbal communication but every time i m getting a reply that cheque will be come with in 2-3 working days so i m requesting you to please refund the my amount as soon as earlier my contact no. is [protected].

      As per my order no.[protected], I would like to request you that I have placed an order on 14th April 2014 and after back to back communication with the seller over the phone as well as on e-mail also, the seller has refunded my money after one month and didn't deliver the product which I ordered. I would like to seek compensation for non-delivery of the product, telephone & Internet charges and mental agony caused due to this. I want Rs.100000/- as the compensation amount for the same. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and punish the company with penalty for using the money of the customers and causing mental agony to the customers who are with the company.

            HI..This is Neeraj . I purchased item against order no[protected] on dated-28.4.2014, i had recived the order but after checking the size i came to know that this is small size and i had also communicated the same
            to the customer care, they confirm that the correct size is not available hence we will refund you the money but till date I have not get anything .
            I have done 15-20 times verbal communication but every time i m getting a reply that check will be come with in 2-3 working days .
            So i m requesting you to please refund the amount asap
            .

              Hello friend, I have ordered a Nayasa Multi Utility Rack-Blue for Rs. 1199 on 05-June-14 and received on 15-June-14 (Shipment Number: [protected]), I had got a damaged product, so I returned it back. I was told that, my money will be returned back through Cheque Payment with 3-4 days, but still yet I am only waiting ...waiting...for my money. I had complained several times on customer care number, but it seems that, HomeShop18 had no interest in returning the money. Creating this kind of situations will really hamper your service in market. I will never ever buy your products from now onwards, if I w'll not get my money back. I hope you understand.                     Hello sir, This is Lokendra Kumar. i was ordered BSNL Penta order no[protected] on 22 may 2014.and on 24 delivered at my home. In BSNL Penta, manufacturing default found. on 4 June i returned as instructions by customer care executive (home shop 18). The sub order no was 78888025. When i contact 8 June they give me complaint no[protected] against refund. On 13 June when I call customer care, they told me till 18 June 7:41 am u will received your refund cheque. On 19 June I call again.they say cheque is under process, our concern team call u within 24 hour. When I contact 21 June they say.cheque is under process. We don't know why its not build. its take 7 days.but is over 7 days. it take time Sir I contact 10-15 times.but not received any call from concern department. And not get any satisfied answer from customer care executive. all executive make me fool. when i send mail to home shop 18.they not reply. If HOMESHOP18 is fraud company then told me clearly. After that i take action.                     This is Mohammed Ali, I've placed an order for trident towels worth rupees 999/- but it was your mistake that you people sent me other order related to towels, I spoke to the telepickers several times but they say it will be done and you may receive a call from the concern department within 48 hours, several 48 hrs have been passed but no response from the concern team, what the hell of service is Homeshop providing, if this was the case I would have never ordered for the beautiful products to the persons who have responded me in this manner, what should I consider it? Is it a fake service which is provided to the customer? I need immediate solution for my query, if not I'll escalate the matter to the top level.

                        sir, on 10th june 2014 i had ordered following items with order no[protected] 1 Pourni Gold Plated Pearls Bangles-2.4 (5 sets) 2 Gold-plated Bangles by The Pari-TP11000-2.4 3 Leaf Ring bangles B101-2.4 4 Pourni Gold Plated Pearls Bangles-2.6 out of which the Pourni Gold Plated Pearls Bangles-2.4 (5 sets), only one set has been delivered, the remaining 4 sets has not been delivered, but payment has been made for all the 5 sets. so i request you to make the delivery of remaining 4 sets as soon as possible because we trust you alot so hope you will consider the case seriously.

                              Order #[protected] Micromax unite 2 mobile. Send a defective one. First time replied on complaint and asked to return the mobile through speedpost. I did exactly the same. As per indiapost they have received mobile on 09/06/14. Tried to establish communication so many times through email, telephone. Its embarracing to tell you whole history of complaint to the customer executive when you make a call, either they can't see any of emails, complaint tickets, or they are simply . What he/she gives you is just a 48 hrs never ending deadline for another person to contact me, but that another person never contacts me. Each time got a 48 hrs deadline. Now I have nothing in my hand. Mobile is also gone. Money is also with them. They don’t replied any of my emails.

                                Dear sir/madam my name is maktum from Goa India i have given my mobile to service to your Authorized service center unique service (margao Goa) on the dated 08/03/2014 and the problem was in my mobile is TOUCHPAD CRACK, USB NOT DEBAKING (DETECTING WITH PC) And my complaint no .S-IMEI NO=[protected] MODEL-SPICE MI-502 And i have done phone complaint also to customer care on the dated 02/04/2014 at 10.17 am reference no.[protected] an they told me that they will give answer within 36 hours till dated on answer from customer care so pleas do some thing in this mater. for this per-pass i am writing this mail to u . In job sheet there is rota customer should take delivery of handset within 21 working days. Now after (3) month i got my mobile.poor services.an i paid them 1500rs but still after 3 days again the problem stated.agan i give my mobile to same service center.now again they r tailing that mobile has to send to puna service center.now again they will take 3 month. i am not satisfy to this service.. my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com.

                                        my order no is[protected] . i had ordered 2 baby floats on 3rd may ... by 9 th they were recieved by me but that was wrong order .. i complaint it via call they send to courier ir back i waiting for 2 weeks no one turned up to take it back i again made a call they told to send it to us and v ll revert back ur courier amount .. i did it on 24 may and it was recieved y 26 th may i called again in first week of june .. but they said status not updated ... i again called by 8th june they said urr money will be refunded by 13th .. still on 13 th i didnt recieve a call or mail ... today thats 16 th june i called up again again they have the same answer .. tht courier detaisl have not been updated ... .SO THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL ON PART OF THIS COMPAMY TAHT CUSTOMER.. IS TAKING PAINS ... FOR PRODUCT ALSO AND FOR HIS MONEY ALSO ...AND WASTING MONEY ON CALLS TOOO ...

                                        I ordered some jewellery items . The quality of goods was bad . Complaint was made to customer care of company .
                                        Company failed to take back goods. Company asked me to send it back . Material returned at my cost . Mr Anuj received it on 8 th nov . First flight confirmed delivery and copy of POD was also sent to company . Company did not reply after 20 th nov and did not returned money. I have send more than 18 mails . I spent almost 3 days in total to chase them . They kept on sending me message that we tried to collect material but fact is this that their executive did not turned up even to our society gate . Our society have a system of maintains records of visitor. Neetu of HS18 asked me to send POD which was also sent . They used delay tactics . They could have trekked the consignment themselves.
