Money not refunded after two months

I have place an order with homeshop18.com with order No.[protected] for a quantity of 3, but only one quantity was delivered. I have made a complaint with homeshop18.com with ticket No.[protected] and asked for refund for another 2 quantites. The ticket has been closed stating that money has been refunded on 12th May, but till date i.e 25/06/2014, the money was not been refunded. In between I have called 30 times to homeshop18.com...
