SIR,

I courier the RAJSTHAN ROYAL tablet to the homeshop18 because the product is technical faulty.They addressed me the sms below at my number-

-( Dear Customer, ref. your Order No.[protected], please return the product at - TCI Supply Chain Solutions C/0 ACORN WAREHOUSES & LOGISTICS PARK 68 VIII- Kapriwas & Malpura Taluq - Rewari, Dharuhera, 122110. Please provide back dispatch details at [protected].)

but they refused to receive the courier and again now they saying to send the courier again at address below address -
APPOLO, Building No-47, Brijmohan Market, Doriyaganj, Near Hindi Park, NEW DELHI- 110002.


I am so much disappointed by there services.
Kindly HELP THE BUYER because the ONLINE PURCHASE at this cost is wasting so much time and as well as we are wasting our money.I am quite happy with the purchase with homeshop18 but what know i am suffering is worst experience.Suddenly change of address is really disturbing.Because i can see another complain from a person in which return address is mentioned is APPOLO, Building No-47, Brijmohan Market, Doriyaganj, Near Hindi Park, NEW DELHI- 110002. If this is the address then why the customer support of homeshop18 gave the wrong address.SORT OUT THE ISSUE .

      Hello

      Sir I ordered Trident towel set of 12 pcs. From Homeshop18.com
      on 17, jan, 2014 and in this reference I got my order no. and shipment id. They
      shipped my order through DOTZOT courier (DTDTC) on 19.jan, 2014(as per their
      information by sms).

      After 12 days, till now I didn’t got my product. When I
      contact our local courier, he said that he had not received any courier from
      homeshop18.After that I made contact to courier office in Jaipur & Udaipur

      But all in vain.

      Sir than I contact through email to Homeshop18 and in
      reply I got email from Custom Support Mr
      Vishal Mathur that they are looking into the matter but after 48 hrs Mr.Mathur
      replied that, as per their courier partner my product has been delivered to me
      on 22 jan 2014 .

      Sir I again made contact to our local courier service but
      he replied the same that he had not any parcel in his office.

      Sir, now my request to you is that kindly go through the
      matter I help me to get my product .

      Your initiative will also help our country people to be
      cheated by these componies.

        I ordered Proline Men's Track Pants - Grey-32 from Homeshop18 on 13th dec[protected] and pay them in advance through internet Banking, order was shipped on 14 dec 2014.After one week when I didn't get Product, tried to track the shipment and found that product was miss routed (As Mentioned on DOTZOT site).After two days I got a call from Homeshop18 Representative asking me about delivery of product.When I replied him about no Delivery of product and status update on DOTZOT site he ensure about product Delivery within 5 days.On 07 January product shown in delivered status on Homeshop18 site, but still I didn’t get product. Now I want my money back as Product delivery is 2 months delayed but they are not returning my money stating “We had shipped your order, if you don’t want that than reject, than only after that we can return your money”. They are saying this from last 20 days but still no courier representative contacted me neither I got my money back.

          Sir, I ordered 3 peices of jwellery on the order no.[protected]. the first sub order[protected] i received the wrong order and the other two sub orders[protected] and[protected], are damaged on arrival . i have made several complaints on this account, but the homeshop representatives have proved to be use less. Nothing has been done about this for over a month and i am sic of making call to the helpline . I want a complete refund for my order. I expect a response about this issue.

            Homeshop18 is cheating and harassing customers, they don't check the product quality and send it to customers, which instead of saving time by online ordered is wasting time by making complaints follow up for replacement/refund and un-necessary tensions . What they show on TV are totally differently stitched shirts. Shirts supplied by HS18 are just defective pieces out of there factory. I had an experience of getting 4 defective shirts out of 5. Moreover when i returned it i had to send the product by courier and after that HS asks to provide proof of delivery. I don't know why the hell somebody else needs to tell them you have received the returned product. This shows that they are (HS18) are sitting there to cheat customers and they do not have any control on their sub-vendors. "Mafatlal products are real " Can somebody help me getting out of this . PS: It may be noted that i had to return 3 out of 4 orders of mafatlal products, which includes shirts combo, bedsheets etc... BEWARE before u purchase specially from HS18

              Hi,

              I have ordered Usha automatic sewing machine worth 9000 on December 30, 2013 and they were not delivered the product still and also given a fake AWB number of India post:XM[protected]IN( I guess its a fake one because I am not able to track it on indiapost tracking)

              also in the beginning vendor was forcing me to provide extra money directly through his account.I have called more than 20 times to homeshop18 and mailed them also. but there is no proper response and they are telling me to wait 24 hours. I have waited a month now and the product not delivered.

              Please help me in getting the product and penalty for this waiting after their promised date

              Hi Homeshop18 Thanks for your response.

              I guess the vendor was not dispatched the item itself, because from the beginning he directly called me and asked to cancel the order. when
              I told no he was threatening me saying the product will be delivered in a damaged condition, the reason he was saying is that the sail was loss for him and because of some other reasons( he can't put all the items out of stock at a time) he is keeping the products still on your website. also the delivery was available to my pincode when checked. see the attachment the product is still deliverable to my pin code, then
              how can you cancel the order saying it is not deliverable?

                sir/ madam i have ordered a product from homeshop18.com Order No.[protected] & Sub Order No.[protected] of Item Spice Dual Core Android Phablet - Mi-502n White on 15/10/2013 & received on 24/10/2013. After using the phone, I find that their Rear 8 Mexapixel camera quality & Front 1.3 mexapixel camera quality is very bad or poor. I have done all type of camera settings or Using other camera softwares but their no affect in the camera quality .In her Homeshop18 Tv Channel it say very good & Amazing camera quality at this price range but its quality is very poor or bad with respect to the 3.2 megapixel camera of the other company or other spice mobile phones . its quality is much less then the Spice Full Touch Dual Sim Phone - M6110 which I also bought through her homeshop18 cahnnel of 1/3 price with respect to them. After this i have go to the service centre & give our phones to replace the camera of the phones but after 10 days they give the phone as same as i summit.                   I purchased a Nugen And4 mobile vide order No.[protected]. Mobile was delivered on 24.01.2014. However it's touchscreen is faulty, not functioning properly. When the mobile is put on charging, calls can not be made as touchscreen becomes unresponsive. Worse, several menus automatically start opening and the same can not be closed because o[censored]nresponsive touchscreen. (touchscreen starts functioning somewhat only when the mobile is taken off from charging.). When feeding contacts in mobile I found that onscreen Keyboard is also faulty. I pressed 'W' it typed 'E', I pressed 'E' it typed 'R' and so on. Battery provided with mobile is also low quality, it is discharging within an hour or so. battery of even the cheapest mobile is not that bad. I have made several purchases from homeshop18 but this is the first time that I have received a substandard product. I also lodged a complaint on 26.01.2014. Complaint No. is 94933007. No action seems to have been taken till now to redress the grievance. Reputation of homeshop18 as the provider of quality product is on the line. You are requested to do the needful and oblige.
                  I purchase NUGen mobile combo pack of N-180 and N-170 from Homeshop-18.In both the mobile my prepaid mobile balance deducted automatically because o[censored]nknown reason of the mobile as said by the customer care of my network operator. Tell me the reason as soon as possible or else reimburse my amount and take back your mobiles.

                  I lodged the complaint on 26.01.2014 with homeshop18. Complaint no. was 94933007. Since then I have talked several times to several persons in homeshop18 customer care department, but nothing has happened. on 31.01.2014 I was informed that my complaint has been forwarded to the manufacturer with request to replace the mobile and I was assured that I will here from them within 2 or 3 days. But no one has bothered to call or attend the complaint. I am very much disappointed at the callous attitude.

Every time expectedv relief date extended by 4 days. I am truly fed up. This is my last request to settle the matter amicably. After it I will initiate necessary legal action to get the grievance redressed and also for damages and harrassment.

                    Sir I want to share with you the harassment done with me by the Home Shop 18 for not replacing the product and making false excuses. I have placed my order with Home Shop18 on 30th December 2013 for purchase of Spice 525 mobile phone vide my order No.[protected]. I have received my Spice 525 mobile phone on[protected], but on 3rd January I found that it is having manufacturing defects i.e. video problems, hang problem, network problem etc. I rushed to the Spice Hot Spot for assistance, but they told me that the mobile is having some technical problems and to contact the Spice Service Centre. I rushed to Spice Service Centre on 6th January and there I was told that the mobile set is having some technical problems and is to be sent to the Company and all the accessories with box are required to be deposited. I again rushed to the Spice Service Centre on 7th January and deposited all the accessories and take the receipt. The Spice Service Centre registered my complaint and agreed for replacement and issued me a D.O. letter on[protected] and sealed packed all the accessories of the product I received from Home Shop 18 and asked me to contact Home Shop 18. Thereafter I contacted the representatives of Home Shop 18 many times (Details below) but every time they assure me that the representative from Aramax Courier company will reach me within 3 to 4 days and pick up the defective mobile for replacement, but no one ever since reached to me so far. [protected] 94923711 again promised to replace the product by 31th Jan (Every time I call customer care of Home Shop 18 they extend their promise for 3 to 4 days, I am fed up of these false promised and can’t wait their liars. It seems they are befooling me) On 22nd I contacted Home shop18, and they asked to mail the copy of the DO letter issued by the Spice Service Centre. (Had they told be earlier, I could send the same on 18th January itself) . Even though relying on them I mailed the copy of the DO letter along with the bill of the Spice mobile 525 at the E-mail ID [protected]@homeshop18.com and issued me a reference no.340479. No reply of my mail was sent. On 24th of January I resend the mail but even though no reply was sent. I am fed up by the false promises made by the Home Shop 18 and suffering mental and financial harassment by them. I have invested Rs.9999/- to them by I was not able to use the phone even for a single day as it was defective and lying packed in transit with me. In this world where the technology is changing fast, the mobile which I wish to use on the occasion of New Year( being a gift from my wife), has now seems to be outdated. The utility and purpose of the phone is wasted. I therefore, request you to kindly take appropriate steps and guide me so that I may get full justice and help me from my mental and financial agony. I am attaching herewith the copy of the bill received from Home Shop 18 and the DOA letter received from Spice Service Centre for replacement. I will be thankful to you.                       Worst Service I have ever had @ HomeShop18 @ Order No. HS[protected]... I ordered Borosil 1L and 700 ML Casseroles @ Rs. 854. The 700 ML casserole that I received is cracked... When I registered the complaint no. 94771281, I was told Iwill receive a call and product will be picked up and replaced... I didnt received any call, or email... Even I had to call these guys again to get the defective product picked up.. But they backed out and told me you will have to return the product and then oly they can help me with the replacement or refund... First these guys send me defective product and now they are not ready to even arrange a reverse pickup...

                        I have received defective product from Home Shop 18 vide order No.[protected], when i booked the complaint to HomeShop18 they mailed me that they have no reverse pick up in my area and they convey me to send the defective product by courier to their Apollo Fiege Logistic Delhi co and they will reimburse my expenses. When i couriered the product to them, their Apollo Logistic didn't accpet the courier and refuse to take the courier and now my parcel is stuck off in between and my money is in pocket of Home Shop18. i call their customer care and had word with their customer care executive, supervisor and Complaint resolution officer Mr. Pushpender, but no one respond my complaint and they were not even discussing the complaint issue. i have also mailed to [protected]@homeshop18, but i didn't received any mail or call from them. this is my first very worst experience with HomeShop 18, where neither i have my money nor my purchase with me but HomeShop 18 have no pain. You are requested to please do the needul and reslove my complaint.                           I got a completely different product. I ordered for a formal shoe. But i got a boot. My first shopping experience with Homeshop18, and was so bad. I had requested them to take back the shoe within 24hours and refund my money, but its been 10 days and no response from Homeshop18. Lost my Rs.1750 and have no hopes of getting my money back.                               Sir, I have ordered a mobile phone from HS18. I think so that the product is not genuine. Because the battery backup is very worst, i saw ever. It is not getting back up of maximum 2 hrs also. Then why these company people are giving such an ads to attract public and play with their money. So kindly take a disciplinary action on them.                                 Sir/Madam, I ordered HS18 order no.[protected]... 2 (Two) set of Five Bags Kit worth Rs.1999/- each on the site of Homeshop18 which has been delivered at my residence via Ecom Express with AWB no.[protected] on 19.01.2014 and I have paid (1999 x 2) 3998/- for the same, but I have been CHEATED with the quantity for which i have been charged and i have paid, homeshop18 has delivered me only ONE kit instead of TWO, after regular calling they are just assuring me for 24 hrs and 48 hrs... till date i havent received my remaining kit... I am regular to Flipcart.com and even jabong.com... from last 2 years i am satisfied with these Two sites for shopping as they are not FRAUD .. but this was my FIRST experience by homeshop18 and it was the worst as i have to request again n again for my paid product... homeshop18 is the WORST site among the others in this whole universe... Sir I humbly request you to kindly look after this matter as it is a case of FRAUD / CHEAT and even by STEALING MONEY from customers by not providing them what they demanded... I again sentence my words in your prison that if I dont received my product by Saturday 25th 2014, I will sure launch an FIR to the police station and even file a complaint to the Consumer Court and the expenses for all this suffering will have to be paid by homeshop18 the CHEAT N FRAUD company. Thank you

                                  Dear sir We ordered 5 unsex branded bags with price rs 19000 and product name 5 Unisex travel bags-Fidato combo product code is 31225067 and suborder name is 70470411. Query: Today(22.01.2014) received 5 bagas against above order but we received with out brand name bags were received so iam very disappointed on quality of the bagsa, so i diceded to return the bagas. pls under stand on my concern and give the reply immediately.Based on your approval we will return the bags and pls call me my mobile no [protected](availble from night 19.30 to 10 pm and morning 7.00 am to 9.00am) mail ID :[protected]@gmail.com

Complaint: 5 bags received and amount paid but there is no brand name as Unisex on bags and it is look like local made .                                       Recently my son purchased gillette mach turbo 3 cartridges from homeshop18 (order no.[protected] and sub order number[protected].He ordered for "gillette mach turbo 3 cartridges" but homeshop18 delivered "gillette mach 3 cartridges" and even after providing negative feedback there's no callback or response from them.please take a strict action against such lazy sellers of online marketing.
