This is an unexpected response from such a famous online shopping website. I bought a product for Rs.7000, it was a combo offer, I ordered Bhalaria Dinner Set and a cassarole set was there in the combo offer. I received(not even asked before delivery) the product on 22 march 2014. I checked everything on 24th and found that one of the casseroles has a manufacturing defect in it. I called the customer care of HS18 but to my surprise they simply said its out of 48 hrs now and we would not entertain any complaint on the product. I was stunned. This was not expected from them. Then after repeatedly calling them they provided another contact number of mumbai saying this is the manufacturer's number I should complain directly there. I tried talking to them (Bhalaria side) they simply said if the defected product is Bhalaria's then they can help but since the cassarole set(which was in the combo offer) isn't of Bhalaria's make therefore they also denied of any help. Now I want to register a complaint against HS18. Either change the defected product or fully refund my amount and take back the whole product. Unaccepted and rude behaviour of HS18.     i have purchased a BSNL PENTA PS501 phablet from HOMESHOP18 on 13 jan 2014. After a week touch pad of my phone start working slowly and after few day more it has gone completely out of order without any physical damage i have complained about it in HOMESHOP18 so many times but every time the give me a no. of penta head office where i could not get solution of my problem bcoz the no. which has been given to me is not a toll free no. whenever i call on that no. noone attend the call and it finishes all my money.

My new phone is not working and i have also lost 3 months warrenty after few months the warrenty period will over then i have to pay about it so it is my request plz do think about my problem and guied me what should i do.

          Hello, Party name- Manuj Arora Bill No.: 68052 Challan : 68052 Order no.:[protected] I ordered a product on 18 March 2014 @ around 7:30 PM. I was watching homeshop 18 channel in my house & i said to that representative that I want the same saree about which your company channel is dicussing "Right Now", actually at that time on the channel they were showcasing 3 sarees of Khazana Collection one was Lahenga Saree, the other one was Black color Saree, but at that moment when I ordered they were not telling about that saree but was talking about the 3rd sarees & I ordered for the same, but I received the Lahenga saree whose quality as well as design is very cheap. Now when i called to homeshop 18 customer care on 26th March 2014 night around 11 PM their representative Sandeep Rajput spoke to me & he asked me when did i received the product I told him 2-3 days back, i exactly don't remember the time, he told me, according to company policy we can do exchange within 2 days & during whole conversation he was only saying "Sorry" so many times that it was irritaing me because rather solving my problem he was just saying sorry & was not even ready to escalate my issue rather just saying sorry but then i told him that "Sorry" will not solve my problem, I have gifted this to someone very important & in front of that person my image got spoiled because I came to know that the person was thinking how can i gift her such a cheap product which is not even good in quality nor in the design. I ask Sandeep how can this issue be resolved he further told he will arrage a call back for me which i will receive within 48 hrs.& that team/ person will take the decision, but i haven't received the call till now. It seems really bad on the part of company that what type of order management team they have who can't deliver the product which customer has ordered for. Its a loophole with their quality check department as well as supply chain management. I asked from their representative that if i ordered for toothbrush & if you have supplied for shoe brush you can't tell a client according to our policy we exchange within 2 days, co. has to replace it. I told Sandeep about my alternate no. on which i want call back & asked him not to call on no. from which i have ordered. Some where i feel they are trying to delay the case so that at later point they can say, "the case is long back & as per our policy we don't deal with such delayed case".

            I had placed an order for combo offer of 3 Tunics and 2 leggings by Vvoguish for Rs. 1599, on 19.02.2014 and the order no. was[protected] for cash against delivery. However, the product was received on 24.02.2014 but the same was returned for replacement due to different size of tunics ordered for and complaint no. was 96976731. The customer care intimated that replacement is not available, hence another order for an amount upto 1599 with adjustment upto 200 may be ordered. an order for a set of cassrole and towel set with combined amount of Rs.1799 was requested but in the mean time I received a message stating that refund cheque of Rs.1599 is under process. I immediately called up customer care and categorically stated that I don't have any bank account and no cheque should be issued against my name and if replacement order is not possible then the cheque may be issued in the name of my husband i.e. Mr. Hukum Chand. On receiving another message for refund cheque, I again told customer care that cheque should be issued in the name of my husband only i.e. Mr. Hukum Chand. But to my surprise, I received a cheque no. 319795 for Rs.1599 drawn on Yest Bank in favour o[censored]sha i.e. in my name. I have suffered extreme harassment by placing on order with Homeshop18. It is not understood that despite clearly stating that cheque should be issued only in name of Mr. Hukum Chand, I received cheque in my name. this is pathetic customer service. Your customer care told me an email at [protected]@homeshop18.con and send scanned copy of NOC from me to issue cheque in name of my husband along with photo ID. which I did and received request number #406088 on 12.03.2014 and ensured to take up the matter but till date no action has been taken. when again contacted customer care, they told me to send NOC letter and photo ID of my husband through courier. which i dispatched on 21.03.2014 and the same was delivered next day. When I contacted customer care on 27.03.2014 they said no such courier is recieved . Now I am extremely frustrated with the refund process . Kindly help me to get the refund amount of Rs. 1599. Usha

              I had placed an order on 21st March and the order number is[protected]. I spoke to a customer support person on 25th March (the day I received the product) and I explained my situation and my personal issue and had requested for reverse pickup and after cross checking my pin code, she confirmed that the reverse pick up will be arranged. I am now out of town on some official event. I gave calls to the same customer care number 4 times by now after receiving the product and 15 mins and 20 mins and 34 minutes were the call durations including long holding time. YOU CAN PLEASE CROSS CHECK ON YOUR RECORDINGS. It really spoiled my surprise gift for my mother. To summarise, I am highly dissatisfied with the customer support folks, their attitude and their support. One colleague promises something, the others keep me on hold and eventually say sorry. My request is kindly help me this time and arrange for a reverse pick-up and refund the money. The only thing I can do to repay your help is, I will never trouble you in future. Hope I get some resolution this time.

                  HomeShop18 recently had a discount promo code "APL20NOW" which claimed that it will give FLAT 20% discount on appliances. But instead of FLAT 20%, it was deducting only 300Rs. on 1999 Rs. priced item, instead of 399. I contacted them and they had vague reasons for this. Next day they were supposed to call but they didn't and then they had modified the bug too. They might have cheated more than thousands o[censored]sers with this promo code.

                  Hi,

                  This is a very serious complaint which HomeShop18 is not at all taking into consideration despite of calling 6-7 times.

                  I placed an Order No:[protected] whose cost was 1999/- and after applying promo code APL20NOW which was supposed to give FLAT 20% discount so final cost should be 1999-399 =1599 but it deducted only 300 instead of 399.

                  Order was placed by Dwiti Shah and order was for Ahmedabad.

                  I had a complaint at the same time and had vague answers from your HomeShop18 and then after talking twice to the higher authority they told that they will cancel the current order and I have to place an new order for the same item. Within a day HomeShop18 changed the bug of that promo code and so next day I placed another order[protected], then I received the order[protected] and I returned the same for the refundable amoubt 1699/-. But I received a message that 1599/- will be refunded instead of 1699/-.

                  So I called HomeShop18 for the same and they took my complaint that 1699/- should be refundable and order[protected] will be shopped to me.

                  I waited for 48 hours for the same as asked but still haven't got any response from your team.

                  Today when I called up again they told that both orders are cancelled. Don't know why your team is behaving like this.

                  Request you to consider the complaint properly and work on it. I am not gonna call again and again for the same.

                  I have also raised Consumer Complaint regarding promo code cheating by HomeShop18.

                  Please take this seriously and inform me on the same.

                      Its been 6 days now and my product is yet not shipped .Its extremely frustrating to see the poor customer service by Homeshop18. I have raised several tickets but all are closed.I need a confirmation as to when the product will be shipped or whether it be shipped or not?                         I had ordered spice mobile M5916 as on march 8th but after a week the mobile stopped working . today when I called up for refund or replacement they asked me to visit the service center and were not ready to refund the money back. please do not buy any product from Home shop it is pathetic and fraud.

                                I have placed order#[protected] of portable planer at Homeshop18.com on March 03, 2014. Till last Sunday(09/03/2014) order was not dispatched by company. So I lost interest and I raised ticket#97813043 to cancel my order at homeshop18.com site.


                                When I checked the status today(11/03/2014) then surprisingly ticket has been closed without canceling my order. When I called to customer care center they said they are forwarding my cancelation request today (means they have not canceled my order till date and closed the ticket), I said why they closed my ticket without acting(to cancel order) on it. They are not able to answer my questions. Only trying to delay as possible in canceling order so that meanwhile they can dispatched the ordered product once it available.


                                I simple said this is worst site to purchase product from. No certainty of refund of money once you placed order. so please stay away and pray for me to get my money back.

                                  We had placed an order of 7 legging combo offer in the month of Feb 2014. We had placed 15th of Feb 2014 and the same was delivered. We had called your customer service on few weeks ago for replacement of this order because of size issue. Till day no one has come to replace the same. Please check the number of calls we have made close to 10 to 15 calls till day. This has been the worst online shopping experience till day we have ever been thru. We shop form ZOVI/FAB Furnish/Star CJ and their services are the best and the have a TAT time for any issue to be resolved. Please find the reference number: - on 19th the complaint was made from us and the ref number is 96649229. After that we have made several follow ups. Your customer service executives don’t know how to handle clients. The have no clue is to what they are talking to customers every time we call the request for another 72 hours. The last call we mad was today and the same answer we got. We called on last Friday and they have promised that the pick up will be done by Saturday. We want an immediate solution to this mail and a refund for the product we have made. The most funny part is when I demanded I wanted to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for 10 minutes and later told that no one is available. This is so funny….you are just playing with clients and making false promise. I have mad calls for [protected]…please check your records just incase you have recording facility. There is no quality control over your customer service. We want the refund ASAP and we are not ready to wait longer…else we are going to consumer court and the press.                                     I had ordered a hiba dressing material in blue colour, the parcel received was in beige colour. After contacting the customer support executives, the parcel was couriered back to the discussed address and the refund was promised Within 15 days. But till date No refund has been received and whenever I call them to know the status, every time a new answer is provided, some promise that the refund cheque will be delivered in the next seven days, others say your refund request cannot be processed as your parcel has not been received. The latest was that the parcel has been delivered to a different address. Please help me as my Refund amount of Rs 2499 + Courier charges Rs 510 are outstanding.                                       HS18 Order No.[protected]. Product: Spice Mobile M6110. Complaint No. 96397371 dated 15/02/2014 for mobile getting automatically shutdown inspite of it being fully charged. Product shown to service centre. Fault identified as due to virus - in a new handset. Virus removed as per service centre personnel and assurance given that the product will work fine. Problem recurred. Complaint No. 97434829 dated 03/03/2014 for mobile getting automatically shutdown inspite of it being fully charged. Product again shown to service centre. No fault identified in the handset as per service centre personnel and again assurance given that the product will work fine. Problem still persistent. Complaint No. 97656011 dated 06/03/2014 for mobile getting automatically shutdown inspite of it being fully charged. Product again shown to service centre. Service centre personnel refused to attend to it. When HS18 was contacted, he refused to talk to HS18 personnel. Even senior official at the service centre declined to offer any help.
