I ordered a Hawkins Miss Mary 3 L Pressure Cooker costing Rs 627/- after application of HDFC creditcard discount coupon, online from homeshop[protected] and sub order no is 67440839. They delayed the delivery of product so i cancelled the order before the product was delivered to me. Then 2 days after the cancellation of my order they deliver the product to my neighbor as i was unavailable without informing me. when i complained about the same to their online customer service they told me to send the parcel back to BD-36, Shalimar Bagh New Delhi-110088 . and that they will refund the charges incurred for parceling. I sent the parcel via speed post tracking ID EK[protected]IN costing me Rs.255/-. and the parcel was returned back to me saying wrong address. Then i called their telephonic customer care and the person to me to send parcel at 902/290, Shalimar village, Industrial area, street no 3, ground floor, delhi. He also told me that previous parcel charges and this new parcel charges will be refunded to me. I sent the parcel at same address, tracking ID EK44592060IN costing Rs. 225/- and again my parcel is returned to me saying wrong address.
I again contacted homeshop18 and they told me that i will get a call from their concerned department regarding the same but i haven't received the call till now.

    i had purchased a XPAD calling tablet from home shop 18 my order no.[protected] dt. 30.09.13 for which i have recieved the tablet and which was found that it was not charging ( Dead On Arriaval ). therefore we have called the customer care of home shop 18 on the next day regarding the matter they told us to go to the service centre of simmtronics in ahmedabad. i went in personal to ahemedabad simmtronics service address 9, wood field row house, b/s. ahemedabad international school, bodakdev, ahmedabad-380015. They told us that the tab is " D.O.A." ( Dead On Arrival ) and taken the tab and issued the reciept no. 1248 dated 21.10.13. after that we are regularly calling the customer care of home shop 18 and simmtronics but both of them are giving time and till date noting has been done. kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible. It's been over 2 months that this thing is going on. Now they are asking me for my CC statement which i don't think should be required. I just want this to get over ASAP

          Hi, I ordered Nirlep Tava on 2-Dec-2013.I was delivered a defective piece on 8th Dec.After submitting a ticket on homeshop18, I was assured in the comments from homeshop18 that a reverse pickup will be arranged within 72-96 hrs, which never took place.Moreover they closed the ticket without letting me know. On contacting the customer care again on 20th dec, they told me that a reverse pickup cannot be arranged for this product.It was really disgusting that after promising the reverse pick in the first ticket comments, they didnot keep to their words.I opened a new ticket and they closed it again saying that I need to send the product back & the courier expenses should not be more than 10% of the product cost.If it exceeds they will not reimburse the money.On trying to open a new ticket again, I found that I was blocked to open any new tickets.This is really pathetic.Please help me to get my money back Product 7 order Details:- Name - Nirlep Aspa Plus Flat Tawa Griddle-280 mm Order No[protected] Sub Order No[protected] Cost - 479/- -Megha

            I'm glad to see that there are many like me who are being cheated by this compony... what a shame on such big company to use such tactics!!!
            I had ordered TSX men's leather jacket on Nov 22 from Home Shop 18 worth Rs.999. Order No.[protected]. The product was defective and was sent back to company and they received it. My request for refund was accepted and initially they even gave me offer to choose any other product and when I called them with alternative product they declined and said that I should accept the cheque and it is ready. But I don't have my own bank account so I requested them to hold cheque and according to company policy I sent them email with NOC letter with my sign and sign of friend on who's account I wanted my cheque. But they sent me cheque on my name... I called and asked about further step I can take... they asked me to return cheque with same courier man and I did same. They even acknowledged that they got cheque. On 7/12/2013 they told me that I will receive my cheque within 10 days and also acknowledged that my email with attachments (noc letter, my ID proof, my friends ID proof) was received which they earlier had also accepted. Earlier I had got mail from them that my mail is not received. But then I had replied them that I already had sent it. Even tried to call on the No. they provided but call was not received. Then I called their customer care who said me not to worry. Then on 9/12/2013 at 4:24 I got call that they are in process of preparing my cheque. Also asked my name and friend's name and told me that I'll receive cheque in 3-4 days. From that day till today whenever I called them they told me to have patience and wait. But on 19/12/2013 when I called they said me that my email is not received and this update with customer care executive was from 14/12/2013. They did not call me or inform me about this before I call them on 19/12/2013. They from time to time not allowed me to talk with senior customer care executive. Now I'm tired of this process. I have impression that they are deliberately delaying my refund.

              We have purchase BP Monitor+Glucometer vide order No.[protected] dt.27.9.2013. But our BP monitor is faulty and not functioning properly, for which we have complaint vide registration No.88215129 dt.12.10.201 after that i am regularly registering complaints but till date the aim of Homeshop 18 is to make foolish, misleading. On 26.11.2013 they send a parcel against order No.[protected] in sealed cover, but after opening it is seen that parcel has been sent without BP Monitor. Very shameful. From this there is no reason that we can say that Homeshop 18 is a fraud company who are selling faulty, second hand products.Even they not sending the material in the parcels.                 I am not getting my money back from HOMESHOP18.I returned back the product to homeshop18 after discussed with homeshop 18 executive team.and they received the product. Sometime they denied that they didnt receive the product and sometime agree that receive the product and amt has been transferred to your account When i called homeshop18, , they provided me different information and not responding properly.Everytime, they provide me other excuse.On 2nd oct, they receive the product, and confirmed me that amt is refunded to your account .But now again they are saying, that they didnt recive the product...I am fed up from the services, those they are providing...Pls help me... And one more thing, , executive of homeshop18 people are not providing me number of concerned team and name. Order No ).is[protected]

                  i bought a nokia 515 mobile on 11 december, order no.[protected] and the rate was 9399rs.delieverd on 13/12/13.i open the courier and the mobile found in it was dead.i immediately call the homeshop18 ustomer service.they say to courier back it.i courierd it immediately via aramex courier and the awb no is [protected].now the site and customer care executives stating that they will replace it, but i want my money back.i dont want to shop anymore with homeshop18.

                    Well it was my second order via Homeshop18 and and being your new customer I am really disappointed with the product delivered. In other word I would like too let you know that shoes which I ordered from your so called best online site really disheartened me. But no worry as I had paid it so I won't ask you for any refund but 1 thins I can assure you that today you lost your 3 customers.( me, my girlfriend and my mom) who were planning to place all the material required for my sis marriage.                           Dear sir I had purchased a Micromax Canvas Phablet 5inch (12.7cms) 3G Android, 3000 mAh Battery- Juice A77 mobile on 26th Nov 2013 from Home shop 18 site through credit card payment and received on 28th Nov 2013. I started using this phone from 29th Nov. On 3rd Dec 2013 it is suddenly start giving trouble. Radio, camera and other many app was not working. Even my phone is not detecting the memory card ( both internal and external). I called to micromax customer care but they couldn't be able to solve my problem on phone and suggest me to go to the customer care center. I went to Micromax Noida sector 18 customer care center but after 1hours waiting for my no. customer care center executive told me that they don't have the updated software for this product because this product was launched recently. They even not able to open my job card . May time I tried to call to micromax customer care no but the line was busy. Then i called to Homeshop 18 customer care and they told me to call with 48hours but till now i don't get any call from them. I never suggest to anyone to purchase online from Homeshop 18 and never suggest to anyone to purchase Micromax Canvas Phablet 5inch (12.7cms) 3G Android, 3000 mAh Battery- Juice A77 because if you face any trouble then even Micromax customer care center don't have the software to solve your problem My Homeshop 18 order No is 67531965 & complaint No is 91614609.                           First of all.
                          I would like to thank you for picking the product but i was surprised to see your executive because Home shop 18 customer care person told me that they would call me within 48hours before picking the mobile but before giving any prior information they reached to collect the mobile.

                          After submitting the product i got one No [protected].
                          I called to your customer care and told him about it and asked him " what is your procedure for replacement".
                          Still they don't have any information about the replacement.
                          They told me that other department is handle this replacement matter.
                          They told me they will call me back for your quires but yet i have not received any call.

                          Please let me ask you some questions.

                          1) What is the procedure for replacement ?
                          2) How much time will you take to replace my mobile. ?
                          3) Which department is handing this matter ?
                          4) Could you please provide me any contact number so that i can talk to them because you customer care executive don't have the information about replacement procedure ?

                            Myself ms Urvazi, i am a registered customer at home shop 18. My registered mobile no is: [protected]. I purchased a product that is, crystal apple shape nonstick set, it was damaged so filed a complain. My buyer order number is:[protected] and courier reciept no is: [protected]. Its more than a week the product is taken for replacement but i havent got the replaced new set yet. So i called home shop 18's customer care ([protected]) on 6th december, 2013 (friday) to check about my product. It was answered by mr ajay kumar dubey. He was very rude and almost shouting on me. He wasnt even ready to listen the entire thing. The information he gave was not at all satisfactory, plus his tone of talking is too rude. Kindly take necessary actions against him.                                   I got d mop as gift... some inside part of the rod has broken...
                                  My drying section..Top white drying part has become v v tight...ccan't spin at all
                                  This product is total waist because home shop 18 not providing us any technical support. My spark mate cleaning mop rod is broken and I complaint to home shop 18 but they said that your product is out of warranty and they can't provide me a new mop rod which I can pay the price of it but they said they can not help me and advice me to buy new one and throw the old one. I call Sudhir Kashap about this complaint and also Mumbai office but they also not going to help me.So I advice everyone not to buy this product with home shop 18. So please help me out of this problem.

                                    I had purchase a chopper from Home Shop 18 ordered over Phone after 5 days I received a courier from Home Shop 18 when I opened the Box I had found a Fully Broken Chopper piece, Immediately I had registered a complaint over phone at Home shop 18 the executive told me that please return the Box at our alaknanda address. I had re-tun the box through courier but after some days courier boy says that no such company found on the this address.Kindly register my complaint and take suitable action.

                                      Respected Sir,

                                      i made order of your product vide order no.[protected], product name - Berg multi cusion, on Oct' 13 on cash before delivery basis. Cash has been collected in Oct'13 itself.

                                      After making 10 times telephonic complaint, then product has been supplied on 29 Nov' 13 through overnite courier (AVP NO.- [protected]).

                                      I shocked as the product ( Berg Multi Cusion) delivered is totally damaged.Thus i refuse to accept the product and return it to courier and again made telephonic complaint for its replacement.

                                      Take my complaint on prior basis as i am harras by the services of Homeshop18 and make delivery of product at your very earliest.

                                      I feel myself that i become fool by trusting your organization, accepted your policy of cash before delivery and made payment.

                                      Thus i am requesting through this forum to save me from this cheating policy of Homeshop18 as in payment invoice letter they made commitment to supply the product within 10-12 working days.

                                        this people have pathetic customer support i orderd some clothing which was very cheap for the price i paid so i returned it they told me to reverse courier it .what will be the charge they will pay they refunded the products money but now its 2 months they have not refuned the courier money shame full people, a courier it from blue dart it cost a lot of money
