I was purchase some goods from Home Shop 18. Due to find not satisfy they return all items to them. In total six items they take action on three but remaining three items no action taking after contact several time on phone & by emails.

I was purchase some sarees & jewelry from Home Shop 18 on[protected]. Due to find not satisfy they return all items to them on[protected] by First Flight Courier delivered on[protected]. In total six items they take action on three but remaining three items no action was taken. After several times try on phone & by emails no proper response from Home Shop 18. Regarding mentioning suborder or product name I am submitting as my best knowledge :- Main Order No[protected]. Sub Order No 69886677 Product Name :- American Diamonds Mangalsutra Set by Luxor Amount INR 445, 2. Sub Order No 69886679 Product Name :- Traditional jewellery Combo By Vivanta Amount INR 749, 3. Sub Order No 69886683 Product Name :- American Diamond Necklace Set by The Pari Amount INR 799 (Total = 445 + 749 + 799 = 1993)

    Sir, I have placed an order in the month of February'2014, bearing order no[protected]. During the time of placing order your executive let me understood every thing regarding the terms and conditions. Further your executive adviced me to pay in advance. As discussed with your executive I have paid a sum of Rs 3490 (Three Thousand Four Hundred & Ninety) to your authorized person, In reply I have also got a SMS over my registered mobile No ([protected]). A a week I have contact with your toll free no to enquire the matter, as I didn't get my product. In reply your executive again asking 7 days more to deliver the order product. Again after 7 days I called to customer care executive, In reply your executive reply me that they could not send the order product to Guwahati (ASSAM) location. Now you and your company knows why you can't deliver the product in Guwahati. I stays in the heart of Guwahati city. It is a metropolitan city. Anyway, Further I request to your executive to refund my money. In reply he told me that "we are going to issue a refund cheque, and you will get it within 7 working days. Now nearly 3 months likely to over, I neither got refund cheque nor product. In between I called severrrrrrrrrrrrrrral times to your executive, but atlast they gave me POD no X07805203 of DTDC courier. I have also contact to DTDC courier here but in reply courier agent refers one to another persons. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. Thanks Regards TAFIQUE UDDIN AHMED.

      Dear Team, I have purchased a Slenzer Shoes combo from HS18 on[protected] my order no is[protected] and after one month one leather shoes has damaged from Soul, I have raised concern to HS18 on[protected] and they assured me that the product is in under warranty of 3 Months and the same will be replaced with New Product and for that the complaint no is 96953297dated[protected] after 5 Days one of Executive Came to me and collect the Shoes Packet, After That I Have called to HS team to ask the status at least 20 Times and every time they told me that ur request is in under process and Plz Wait, Plz find all the complaint no[protected], 93996197, 98794707, 99036363, 99232599 and 9950379. On 15th April I have send a mail to [protected]@homeshop18.com, &edback.[protected]@network18online.com for the same issue and I have recd revert from Mr Neeraj and he confirm me that the partial Replacement for this product si not possible Plz Return the complete Combo and Mr Neeraj also confirm that His executive come to me and collect the same with 3 Days (I have Mail from Mr. Nerse pickup for this eraj) After 4 Days I have recd a from Mr Abhikant stating that the issue has been escalated to our concern team and till then the complaint will remain open and they also confirm that his executive come to me for collecting the Remaining product with in 2 Days After 2 Days(Today) I again call Mr Abhikant but he is not contactable then I call HS 18 Customer Care no and ask him to connect me with Customer Care Manager, Today I had word with Mr Naveen and they told me that we don't have any arrangement for reverse pickup from this address Kindly send the product to us then He will let me know the exact status. Now i am fedup with the serviced of the HS 18 and nobody is taking care of my complaint, I have regularly chasing these guys for replacement but they are not interested.         We booked Wespro 10 inch tablet. The product was delivered 19 april 2014. We found the piece was used one. Lot of scratches, touch screen very slow, keyboard many letters not working, main screen not fitted properly. We have already lodged a complaint. As we are not happy with the piece, we kindly request you to take the piece back and refund the amount. sorry! not satisfied with you!

            We booked order No[protected] for Singer sewing Machine. The Product was delivered on 4th April 2014. The Machine is defective and not working.We contacted Home shop 18 Customer care, they gave us the customer care no of Singer. Complaint no 1336 was booked with Singer, but nobody visited till date 18.04.2014. We booked various complaints with HS 18 also, they assured us that we will collect defective product and replace with new one. However, even after booking three complaints with HS 18 no action has been taken. We are unable to contact Singer because nobody picks up the call. Please Help.

                  I am really surprised to see the customer service my Homeshop18.This is one of the worst services I have ever came across.
                  I order two products and they both were defective.
                  I have been calling Homeshop since 5 days and the team was not filing my request, after when they filed it they told me that there will be a reverse pickup after two day when I call them again I was made aware that there is no reverse parcel facility at my place.
                  I m now asked to send these 6 Kg of parcel back to homeshop 18.
                  is this some joke . I am really paranoid and disgusted with the services. This is the last time I am shopping with Homeshop 18 and will ensure that neither my relatives nor friens do business wd Homeshop ever again.

                    This is really unexpected from a company like Homeshop18. I ordered for 5 Tasser Art Silk Sarees by ZOHA on 22.03.2014(product code[protected].To my utter surprise I received a totally different product (product code[protected], suborder no[protected] from the product that I have ordered. So I send back the product through First flight courier(CN no-MU0916023) on 31.03.2014 for replacement on complaint no[protected]. I talked to the customer care and they assured me that the product will be replaced and sent to my address within a week and the money towards courier charge will be refunded soon. But till today neither i have received my product nor the money towards courier charge. I am really fed up with all these things and feel like cheated. I just want to raise a complaint against Homeshop18 for the same. I hope Homeshop 18 will look into this matter and take quick action.

The invoice no is BLR/042014/3978 and was delivered to me on 11th April 2014 at 19 hours. The battery of Phone is swollen and can not be used. This was informed to home shop18 immediately on customer care.E-mail also send to this effect. The customer care of Spice[protected] does not respond. Home shop is niether giving replacement or refund the payment instead asking to contact Spice who does not respond, .                             I have placed order for subject product with Homeshop18 on 6/Apr/2014. I recieved the product on 8/Apr/14. Buyer Order#[protected], invoice dated 6/Apr/2014. The major problem with the product is battery is not charging!!! When I tried to lofge complaint online through Homeshop18 customer care number, it was great mess! Those people on the other end are simply dumb and ! They are listening to me and keep repeating same word in hindi "What Orde I can place for you"...when ever I say I need to lodge complaint deffective product, they use to tell "Sorry we cannot hear you, we are disconnecting the phone"!! It is so frustrating. When I been to Micromax service center here in Bangalore, Richmond circle (M/s Care point) they simply denied to accept for replacement/ repair as it is through Hoemshop18. They said they can do DOA, and give it to which I need to send it back to Homeshop18!!! Where I need to send it? I am totally upset with Homeshop18 and their DUMB CUSTOMER CARE CENTER!!! I will take serious steps against Homeshop18 and Micromax if they do not respond to me immediately.

                              Hello Consumer complaint team, HomeShop18 has cheated us by giving fake details and wrong updates Hello Homeshop manager, Good Evening. This is Anand here and I have placed my first order from your organisation yesterday after watching your TV show. I am going to the consumer court. If you have any justification, please provide it asap.. - During the show, it was mentioned that the lucky draw for samsung LED TV will be there for the customer ordering the item - I have ordered for the Princeware 40 Pc set yesterday. - The lucky draw was not announced yesterday whereas for other items, it has been already announced. - Yesterday night, i called your customer care and they told that lucky winner will be announced today morning @ 11am - During the 11am announcement, the lucky draw for my item was not announced. - I was really pissed off and called your customer care, and they told it was already announced yesterday. - but this was the 1st blunder by your ppl giving wrong updates. - Today evening, i called and complained and asked them an explanation, one of your customer care told me, it was announced already today @ 7am. - This was another blunder of details provided. - i asked him if thats the case, please check and update me who the winner was. - He was so angry and later kept me on hold on 15 mins and then said, the winner has not been announced and when i asked him, why been giving wrong updates from yesterday night - he started telling tougher replies and later cut the call. - I have called your team and clearly told about my frustration and 1st time ordering. I am clear that i am taking this matter to consumer court and going to complain. - Why give wrong updates to customer, and added to put wrong lucky draw ads on TV shows. and above that not agreeing for the mistakes you did and tell that prizes are already announced and making us waste our time. I have lost the trust.. You people are fooling the customers and giving wrong details like this. The same thing happened with my wife last time, but she was polite and thought what you guys were telling is correct.. But you people are a bunch of ppl. fooling us like anything.                                 Dear Sir, I baught CRYSTAL 6 in 1 Food Prcoessor on line from home shop 18 vide orderl no.[protected] dated 23rd march-14 and got the same on 01.04.14 but after few days it is stopped working hence I did complaints many times. All the time they registered complaint but not responding accordingly. I am now fed up with all things. I just want to raise complaint againt HOME SHOP 18 for the same.

                                  I placed one order through online ( Homeshop18.com ) for Mesmerization
                                  Polycotton Double Bed Sheet Set vide sub order no 74094943 dtd
                                  09/03/2014 and on 19th March I received a poor quality single bed sheet instead of good quality double bed sheet. Immediatley, complained but no action till date from Home Shop 18 totally silence and not giving any reply or calling me back against my repeated call to them. Every time they are hearing silently and suggesting me that they will call back. But never I got any call or solution or commitment.

                                  Home Shop 18 is a great CHEATER.

                                  But, i have nice experience with other like e-Bay / Myantra & others but till date i never cheated like HOME SHOP 18.

                                    Handset vide invoice no:-tara-1259341 on march 04, 2014 order no[protected]
                                    Dt.04.03.2014 via blue dart courier at durgapur(West bengal).


                                    The handset problem in show
                                    Memory card in out sometimes.


                                    Speaker problem in income call
                                    & out go in calls.


                                    Battery backup is poor. I have
                                    Already submit two times the handset in spice servicing centre in purulia
                                    District. But they are not success the problem of the handset.


                                    So i request to you please the
                                    Handset replaced me as early as possible.

                                      Home shop 1 8company is not interested in giving the solution after selling the product.

                                      i have been order a Spice model MI 504 from HOMESHOP18 on 21 march 2014. After a week i have been recived that product on 26.march 2014 at 9.00 o clock after reciving a phone i put it on charging for 8 hrs and since morning i insert a sim and get start from start buttom its sim that the mobile not working like display not working. at the same day i talk to castmer care fro the same and he advise that please send this product to home shop18 we will immedeatly replace but since from 27 march 2014 from 05.April 2014 there is no response and from toady's till the time there is no positive response.

                                        this is unexpected from the company like homeshop 18 . we ordered rangbahar by jewellery holi special worth re. 2899 order no.[protected] sub order no. 74125443 having product code 31644795 but we received the product which was totally different from the one which was shown on the television and also on website of homeshop 18.we are feeling cheated and deeply hurted .so we are sending the product for replacement on complaint no.99225049.please help to send the right product or refund my money
