I am really surprised to see the customer service my Homeshop18.This is one of the worst services I have ever came across.
I order two products and they both were defective.
I have been calling Homeshop since 5 days and the team was not filing my request, after when they filed it they told me that there will be a reverse pickup after two day when I call them again I was made aware that there is no reverse parcel facility...
