Dear Sir, I brought Spice Phone M-5910 dated 14Feb13 through homeshop18.com. After 2 month LCD is broken. when I went to spice service centre, they told me that warranty will not work in case of LCD broken. I told him that I will pay for servicing the LCD. Then they told me that LCD is not available right now for M-5910. It will take 1 month. I agreed. Till now, my problem is not solved. Homeshop18.com is showing brand new phones (mainly china phone-like micromax, spice etc ) everyday. But guys don't buy this type of phone. After purchasing this type of phone, you will not get any service if your phone is defected. As they are releasing brand new phones everyday, your phone will be out of market after 1 month. So you will not get any service.

As expected no reply found from homeshop18 onlinesupport Team. Homeshop18.com is showing new phones micromax, spice etc everyday. They tempted normal people by showing this type of phones on TV Channel. Once buying this phone, no service is found for repairing.

Guys, don't buy this type of (Spice, micromax etc) phone from Homeshop18. Always buy branded company phone(Samsung, Nokia). A lot of service centre is all over india and you will get atleast support for repairing.

After buying a product from homeshop18, no help is provided from homeshop18. They have no word to say.
After a lot of mail, homeshop18 is silent. Guys, don't buy any product from them. Buy from Flipcart or Snapdeal. You will get quick response from them and they are also helpful.

      hi my name is mehtaab i purchase a 32 gb scan disk micro sd card in may 2013 my card has some manufacturing issues i have complain to homeshop 18 several times my sub order no is 58459865, and i have made complain more than 10 times they tell me to contact scandiks customer support when i talk to them they told me that its an manufacturing defect and your card is under warranty and it will be replaced just talk to ur provider from where u purchase they will replace it and i have told this thing to homeshop and they always say ok we will arrange a reverse pickup for u in 2 days but no one has ever came yet so i have to call again for this and the same procedure goes again from start i need to know will my card be ever get replaced by you or not order no[protected] sub order no 58459865 complain no 9151023 on 25-11-13 & again on complain no 91328897 on 28-11-13

        Respected Sir/Mam, I would like to complaint against a online shopping portal Homeshop18.com. I have placed my order no.[protected] for Godrej 20 L Convection Microwave Oven GME 20CM1 MJZ and done my payment of Rs.9490 through my SBI Debit Card, Rs.9490 is deducted from my account but the page shows that Payment decline, Sorry we are not able to process your order with HomeShop18. I called the Customer care they said we have not received the payment for the said order and you may place a new order with us. But when I informed them that the amount of Rs. 9490 is already debited from my account and I also gave them the payment ID number, the answers from the customer care executive were not satisfactory. They told me to mail them the proof of bank statement stating deduction of amount. I even mailed the scanned copies of Bank statement and the payment statement on the very first day after all this happened. On 22nd November I was told that the refund procedure will take 2-3 working days but I guess I dealt with the wrong persons. I called them again on 25th November asking about the progress of the case but the executive told me there are no such followups on this order. She filed a complaint again and told me to wait for the next 24 hours. I waited for the call on 26th Nov. but there is no positive response from them. HomeShop18 has a worse Customer care service and unprofessional too. I am totally harassed by the response from the Customer Support executives Strict action must be taken towards them.           I have bought a Nova 15L geyser via HomeShop18 via order No.[protected]. I have already done a complaint follow-up for last 1 month with dealer (Mr Naveen – [protected]) but he didn’t responded at all. And he didn’t provide any resolution, than I decided to go for HS18 customer care. I am doing follow-up with HS18 since 14/11/1983 with below complaints numbers 90376741 – Dated 14/11/13 90720895 – Dated 19/11/13 90917331 – Dated 22/11/13 But I am very sorry to say even HS18 is not able to provide me the resolution. They tried to made me in conference with Mr. Naveen on 20/11/13 and Mr. Naveen had accepted that his product is not suitable for use (Mr Rajat was the HS18 representative and he logged everything in complaint). I requested Rajat/Ravindra to refund the money as the product is of low quality and not suitable for use. I have already talked HS18 customer care number many times and they always promise me to resolve the complaint in 24-28 hours. But I didn’t have any refund after doing continuous follow –up since 14/11/13. I request HS18 staff to call me on +91-[protected] for any further queries to get the resolution quickly. Geyser is a product, which is of poor quality can lead to a big accident; I don’t want to go in that situation. Kindly provide me the refund soon.

          When can we expect a resolution or atleast a action on this?
          On following up again with homeshop18 customer care, they put me on hold for 10 mins and than those people dropped my call.
          Its totally unacceptable behavior and injustice with consumers.

            To, HOME SHOP 18 I feel disappointment when i think about how irresponsible of Executives of HS18. I ordered a Denim Rusty Jones Mid Blue jeans on 05/11/13. I got this jeans undersize on 15/11/13, that's why i call back to Coustmer Care HS18.They told me to revert back this jeans by my actual size what i need on 912-B, G/F, Baba Faridpuri, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 I revert back this denim on 18/11/13 by Madhur Courier Services(C.N. NO.[protected]), Bulandshahr. HS18 Executive receive this Denim on 19/11/13. But He didn't give any confirmation Message/Call/Mail. I wait a long time and continuously follow up by HS18 executives by phone till 25/11/13. HS18 executives always told me they didn't get my jeans. When i queried by my side then i found that jeans was already received.And the person who received my jeans didn't forward this jeans for further process.How irresponsible can be these executives i saw first time. Later on I didn't receive my jeans of new size still today. I don't know i will get my jeans or not...??

                      As i have ordered cristal nonstick 6 pcs set on 18.10.2013 (Order no.[protected] and i have received the order on 21.10.2013 but immediately after received that order i found 2 pieces were damaged. So i have complaint for that on the same day via complaint no. 88776915. At that time they told yes it will replaced but even after so many days gone but nobody has come to collect the damaged pieces, they after so many calls and follow ups the guy came and took that pieces on 27.10.2013.And that time they told we will get the fresh piece within 3 days. But Homeshop 18 is really a cheater we were kept on following day by day and the executive every time give assurance that you will get soon...you will gat soon, but really didnt get any thing. These guyzz actually even dun know the history of the complaint. Every time we call we have to tell the complete story. Some time they told that you will get money back as stock is out of order and some time they told that you will get fresh piece. As per my last conversation on 18.10.2013 their supervisor give assurance to me that you will get the chegue of Rs. 800 by 22.10.2013. And as as its 22.10.2013 today and i have got nothing, and when i have argued with the executive he disconnected the phone We really got depressed from their service and the executive not even replying in positive manner, they threaten that speak properly or we will disconnect the phone line. Home shop 18 is complete FRAUD...I just want my money back.

                        Dear HS 18 Team, Greetings!! An order was placed with HomeShop 18, Order #[protected], on 16th-Nov’13. Advance payment of INR 6399/-, was made opting 3EMIs option through my HDFC Credit Card. On 19th-Nov’13 (around 19:23) I received an email confirmation from HS18 Team that my product has been shipped vide AWB #[protected]Name of the courier company was not mentioned). I myself called up HS18 Customer Care and came to know that it was “Safexpress”. After confirmation with HS18 Team I tried to track the shipment online through “Safexpress official website”. The WAB No. was reflecting “No Data Found”. I tried to contact Safexpress customer care but my calls were not ansered by their Noida NSEZ branch office. The very Next day I called up HS18 customer care to report the same issue, the explanation which I got was that it may be due to technical issues with Safexpress website that no data is being retrieved. The representative himself tried to fetch the info but he was also getting same information “No Data Found”. Same day I called up Safexpress Customer Care and came to know that the shipment by AWB # 36476230 has already been delivered. I was shocked by this statement as we were still waiting for the product to be delivered. I instantly called up HS18, Customer Care once again and reported the issue. The HS Team took it very lightly and said “Deliver of the product is not possible” because the product has been shipped yesterday i.e. 19th-Nov’13 by no mean it can be delivered same or very next day. Please wait for 4 working days it may be that due to (reason not specified) we have wrong data in regards to “AWB #”. I thought that if HS18 team itself is confirming that the shipment is not delivered and it may be due to data mal functioning or something else, I was okay with the same and asked HS18 Team to get in touch with Safexpress and clear the issue. Yesterday 21st-Nov’13, I asked my sister “Jaya Pawar” Note: The shipping address and contact number provided for the shipment belong to my Sister. to call up both the customer care “HS18 & Safexpress” to track the status. Again she got same reply from Safexpress that the order has been delivered and by HS 18 that its not delivered yet and same will be delivered today i.e.22nd-Nov’13. Today, to our surprise the HS Team itself is saying that the product has been delivered on 19th-Nov’13 itself. Here’s my Questions for both HS18 and Safexpress Team: Home Shop 18: When I reported your Customer Care that I am unable to track the order details through provided AWB No. why no action was taken by your team? When I myself gathered the information From Safexpress team that the shipment has been delivered. Why no action was taken? Safeexpress Team: On my behalf (taking my name) the shipment was delivered to someone unknown what proof of identity was checked by your field executive before delivery. I don’t know what issues you both “HS18 & Safexpress” have, I as an customer has been cheated by both the parties. This is my final reminder to both please ensure that the shipment is delivered by Monday (25th-Nov’13) on my sisters office address (address registered for shipment). Else, I will be forced to publish both the companies in Print, Social Media and will lodge a legal case against you via Consumer Forum. Kindly treat it as an urgent.                             Placed an order with homeshop18 for prestige omega handi 4lt on 19.10.2013, paid via credit card (Rs1130). Received 2.5 lts handi on 22.10.2013. As we had received incorrect product I called up HS18 to inform. I was asked to courier the product back to HS18. DULY DONE. POD scan sent on 5.11.2013 as requested by HS18. Received an sms from HS18 on 6.11.2013 that there has been a slight delay in delivery of the replacement product and same will be delivered in 3-4 working days. i have been waiting for the replacement product till date i.e. 20.11.2013. I call HS18 customer care[protected] twice everyday. In the morning i am informed to wait till evening and in evening i am informed to wait till next day. Each time rep tells me a different story, for e.g. I am asked to send POD till date which was sent on 5.11.2013. Utter nuisance and MONETARY FRAUD by HS18. They have got the money and now don't bother to deliver the replacement product.

                            We received the replacement order today i.e. 23.11.2013 and again it is the wrong product. Had ordered and paid for 4lt prestige omega handi and received 2.5lts handi..

                            FRAUD COMPANY AND FRAUD PEOPLE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!

                              i bought a pen drive combo 1 month before but did not received desired products.After returning the product i was suppose to receive another product according to description but after 30 days also i m yet to receive product or refund. They have given new deadlines every time i have called them.

                                I ordered one crompton greaves desert cooler to himeshop18 onlineon 21 sep 2013, the cooler delivered to me on 27 sep 2013. after that i checked the cooler the cooler had heavy leakage of water thru bottom. i filled the complaint to homeshop18, they told me to send the photographs, i have sent the photos of cooler showing water leakage
                                than they informed that they will pick up the cooler but they have taken 15 days for taking cooler back that also after so much of followup. Than they has send the new product and it has reached to me on 8 nov 2013 after 48 days of my intial order placed but the product which i have received also a defective product, the product is not assembled properly the water pump is not working properly now when i spoken with homeshop18 they informed that they will take back the product but still they have not taken any action. Now i do not know what should i do.

                                  Dear Sir, I am Mayank Garg here to complain you about Homeshop 18 I ordered a Multi Utility Table from homeshop18 on 3rd oct 2013.(order no:[protected] amount of the product is rs.1299.(paid as cash on delivery) I recived the product damaged which i sent them back on 8th oct through "Shree Maruti Courier services pvt ltd".(AWB NO:[protected]. courier charges Rs.300 bared by me. I received the replaced table on 21st Oct which is also in damage condition i returned that too on 23rd Oct throught "Shree Maruti Courier services pvt ltd".(AWB NO:[protected]. courier charges Rs.300 bared by me. third time I didn't receive any info. regarding my product so I called them to know what's the problem. they said me that the product s out of stock and i can place anything else of same amount. so i placed order of a "wireless keyboard & mouse" Rs.1199 + a "ear phones" Rs.149. total amount=Rs.1348. as there is no product online of amount rs.100 i placed earphones of amount rs.149 and they said that they wil adjust the amount. till date my order is not approved from there side. every time i call them i hear that the order will be approved by evening and i will be getting a call from there side but nothing happening. they saying me that they are unable to track the product with the AwB provided by me i.e, (AWB NO:[protected]. So i request you to take a step and help me in it. i have attached the tracked screen shot as proof that the product is received by them.

                                    i have purchased a product on 29th or 30th october 2013 . it was promised to me that if i have any issue related to this product then i have to contact them as par said terms i have done that and first complain was recored on 1st november 2013 as soon as i recored the product . the issue is that " I wanted size 8 shoes " which i ordered as 9 dosent fit perfectally in my feet to i told them to replace but then they told me it will be replaced in 3 days as per the procedure but then also i rased second comlain on 7 november 2013 complian no. is 89933595 and my product no (order no) is[protected] but days are going and no action is taken as par may complain. i request you to make my complain urgent action as i am suffering due to this problem..                                       The company have not replaced the Damaged product even after several reminders. Every time they say that they have courriered the replacement and provide the AWB no which when checked with DTDC courrier they informed that there is no such AWB no... Atleast they have assured me 4 times in last month that they have delievered the stuff but still i have not received the same.

                                        As per my query. related to delayed of my order[protected]. we have not receive any response from your side till date. I think your Shipment service is very poor and unresponsive. only use tag line on phone '' Homeshop18 is most reputed company in india but you think, this is right, if you guy's not fulfill your commitment on time. Right now I just need an shipment information related to my order- Whirlpool 7 kg Semi Automatic Washing Machine - ACE70A Royal Purple. I suggest you to take care of your customers to provide good & reliable service & fast response. Please resolve the issue as early as possible. If i can't find complete solution/delvered ordered product on 02-NOV-13 from Homeshop18 in (4 working days) Notice period. than, i will go to the consumer court and social Media platform. I hope you consider my mail to reply me soon.

                                        I think homeshop18 is fraud company. who takes money from customer and make profit and stole my hard core money. so that finally i am going to consumer-form against this cheater company and post many complains on social media platform. as per his commitment my order not delivered to me on till date, also given notice period is over. when i call his customer support his executive put my call on hold 1 hrs. i tried many times but any buddy not give relevant answer to me. now feeling very hopeless so that protract the consumer rights, i will send legal notice to homeshop18 on Tuesday. and try to aware people against this fraud company
