Hello, We ordered a cookery product set from Home Shop 18 and received against order no.[protected], out of the set one product got damaged, so registered complaint viz no: 95457889. As per their assurance we are still struggling to get refund of one product since 3 weeks. We are really helpless in this regards and Home Shop 18 people are assuring again the same things. It's really disgusting service we have ever seen. Can anybody suggest...

I had purchased Multi Cuisine Maker (Berg) from Home Shop18 on 14th February (Invoice : Purchasing order No.[protected]. When i open it found it was rusted and so seems colourless. Whenever i call them they did not tell me anything.They are harassing me with this product. I request to take action against this....
