Sir/Madam,

I placed an order for TCX Men's Quilt Jacket with Fur Brown (Size:XXL) on Oct.7th 2013 vide Order No.[protected] and sub order No. 64366873 by making payment of Rs.999.00 through net banking. I received the order on Oct.10th 2013 but I was shocked to find that wrong product with wrong colour and wrong size was sent to me. I immediately registered a complaint vide Ticket #88106529 on Oct.11th 2013 and I got a response saying that the product will be replaced with the correct product within short time. I have been following with the merchant for replacement since one month and kept on sending reminders vide tickets as per the details given below:

These are the tickets registered so far but there was no proper reply or response from the supplier.

In addition I have sent so many mails and even spoke to Customer Care over phone but there was no proper action or proper assurance on the replacement. They kept on informing that they are looking into the complaint and the same will be sorted out within 2-3 days. But nothing was done till now.

Now I request you to do the needful in getting my correct order otherwise my money may please be refund back to me after cancellation of my order.

I have not received any response from www.homeshop18.com which is a highly reputed online shopping portal. Almost one month has passed and there was neither replacement of the wrong product nor refund of money.

This should be a lesson to all those who get deceived by lavish ads on tv and other media. Beware of this shopping site!

I don't know what to do now after losing my money as still there is no response from homeshop18.com even after making this complaint. Please let me know the future course of action I have to take.

Who is going to resolve my grievance??

Regret the inconvenience caused.

We are arranging for the product to be picked up, same will be done within 72 working hours.
Once the product is picked up refund will be processed accordingly.

This clearly shows the sorry state of affairs in homeshop18.com which is very unfortunate. This should have been done long back and I don't know why these people have kept on procrastinating keeping me in dark about the replacement or refund. Let them add the interest and other costs/damages which include my precious time lost in waiting and raising one complaint after the other to the refund. This is absolutely unfair, unacceptable and this is nothing short of cheating the customers.
Already more than 24 hrs gone. Still there is no action from these people. Heights of indifference towards customers. They don't even care. This is atrocious.Even I called and spoke to the Customer Care yesterday i.e., on 6th at about 7 p.m. who expressed his 'kshama' (they can't talk English) and assured me the quickest resolution of my entire grievance and even promised me that he will arrange a call back from this superior officer or Executive today (07.11.2013) by 11 a.m. (The complaint No.is 89855651 dated 06.11.2013 @ 6.56 p.m). As usual nothing happened. No call back. No response. Again No Action.These people have become so insensitive to customers complaints or queries they just make false promises and give fake assurances whenever they are confronted with a complaint or grievance.That's all. When the whole site is a fake...How can we expect the people working in such an insensitive company to be forthright and compassionate? They just don't care for customers. This is what I can conclude from the experience I got from this whole transaction. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
I received a message on Oct.8th 2013 that refund of my amount will be processed and sent to me in 5 working days. Let me see how fast they are going to send the refund. I want the interest and other damages to be added to this refund amount otherwise this is not acceptable. They should have done this much earlier so that my time, energy and money would have been saved.

    I had submitted all documents to Homeshop18([protected]@homeshop18.com), but refund is pending from long time and every time CSR person reply that you will call within 48 hours, But from 1 Aug 2013 till today i had not receive any call from Homeshop18 which 48 hours.       I have purchased product from home shop 18 on 3rd oct 2013.(order no.[protected]. Of which One shoes were defective and sunglasses of different brand instead of austin polo they gave other brand. So I made complain on same day(complain no[protected].after so many days complaint they received parcel.(14th oct 2013).
      Today they called me askd me that they didnt have the stock for same shoes though they didnt iinform me on first complain.
      Now I already start to use one shoes which is not defective.on informing this they said in that case you have to pay 700 rs or ask me to buy different product of same prize.

      Now issue is that I only wanted to buy combo product or I want my full money back.

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchase a Karbon Mobile Model No.K-111 form Home Shop Online dt.13.10.13 & product recd. on 15.10.13 vide Order No.[protected] .I have complian that voice is not not going from this mobile to other person on dt.17.10.13 and I have lodge the to Mr. Suraj your executive vide complian no.88727857 for replace the Mobile and mobile collect from my home with in 72 hours but till date nothing any action taken by Home shop.

        From 18th October to 23rd, October'2013 till 2.00p.m. I have many call to home shop customer care and talk to your Executive Shikha, Aarti, Deepak, Anuj, Braham Kumar, Priyanka and Shajjed Khan, But nothing proper answer / Solution given to me.


        Kindly look in to the matter on urgent basis and refund the amt immediately.

            This is with reference to order no.[protected]. I have ordered an emergency light BPL L1000 on 4 Oct 2013. Parcel was delivered to me after 12 days. When the Parcel was opened, we found a piece of stone there instead of Emergency light. i.e Emergency Light was replaced with a piece of stone. I have sent them mail multiple time but they are not responding at all. Such illegal and inhuman practices by homeshop18 cannot be tolerated. I have attached the images of stone sent by homeshop18 and the invoice. Please resolve the issue before it moved to Consumer Court and police complain.

                  I have placed an order for BERG Electric Tandoor through Homeshop18 and received the order on 23rd Sept 2013. And found the product defective and unable to open. Have called the call center on 24th Sep and informed them about this. They have registered a complaint(Complaint No:[protected] and told me that reverse pick-up will happen for product replacement in 48 hrs. Nothing has happened again on 28th I called the call center and asked about the status of the complaint they again took a complaint that Bluedart will do the Pick-up in 3 days time with a complaint number 87377871. I waited till 4th Oct and have not received any response again on 4th, when i called the call center, they have not given any update about the previous complaint and they again took a fresh request 87707515. When i asked for a call transfer to their supervisor they have done it saying this will resolved this time. Nothing happened even after that, however i raised request through online as well with a complaint number 87716775, but no use. Request support in this regard atleast a revert from authorized person on the product replacement

                    I had purchased Kailash Pressure Cooker 3lt against order number[protected] on 24th Sep 2013. On site warranty mentioned was 5 years. I received product on 26th Sep 2013. I was very happy with in time delivery provided, but that happiness was only for some minutes. When I opened the packaging, first thing I found was that side handle shown on site is missing. Even warranty card attached with the product mentioned warranty of only 2 years. I immediately called up customer care service. After listening to my problem, customer care executive informed me that I need to wait for three days to get the resolution. (Complaint Number :[protected] I was expecting call after three days, but company expects their customer to call back. So I called them up again. This time I found out that even though customer care is 24 hour service, their concerned department only work during normal office timing and customer care executive after office timing are only for registering complaints and asking customer to call back next day. Most amazing thing about the company is when customer care guys put you on hold and you hear "HomeShop18 is most respected company in India". After unsuccessfully following up with customer care guys for next 2 days. I again updated new complaint (number :[protected] on their site. Just in hope to get some resolution. But this time, this most respected company in their own words was not keen to call back with any resolution. All you get is another complaint number. (complaint number :[protected]. Finally today on 9th, I received call from company asking me about if I have any complaint about the product. It was just their bad luck, that I was in lift and call got disconnected. When I called back after some time, I received resolution that said product is out of stock and hence they do not have replacement or remaining product to fulfill their order. So I finally gave up and asked them to take product back for which they again informed me that concerned department people will be available only tomorrow. Please call back tomorrow. To my mind, this company is no where near to being best and all the bad reviews about the product are not posted on site. Kindly help me out with the cheaters.

                          This complaint is with regard to my earlier complaint (http://www.consumercomplaints.in/laptops-notebooks/homeshop18com-c850717). I was contacted by their relationship manager on 26th Sept. He assured me to solve the issue. But its been more than 10 days that nothing has happened. Think of a company whose relationship manager is not solving the issue and not standing by the commitments. This issue could not get more worse than this. My experience with Homeshop 18 is becoming a nightmare. I strongly recommend everyone to think twice before placing any order on homeshop 18. Its better to pay more at other site and shops than to suffer through this mental trauma. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen or imagined.

                            On 5th October 2013 I placed an order worth Rs 12050, on which I got a discount of 3000 due to their festive offer of 3000 off at the shopping of 12000, to lure innocent people, and then send faulty / defective products and then don't arrange return pickup to get the product changed. My order no at Homeshop18 is[protected], I paid all the amount through my card, so they have the payment and are sending defective products.the product in discussion code is 64242585. I have called them several times that they have said the wrong product and to arrange a reverse pick up, but to no avail, they are saying we don't have reverse pick up arrangements for certain products even if they are damaged or faulty, hence you courier them yourself, I cannot courier the product due to some personal reasons, due to which I fact I had ordered them online... I want everyone to know that Homeshop18 is a bogus site and are frauds, they display something else and send something else, and even defective products and then don't return it never to order from this site and don't get lured into their offers such a festive offer which they have just started... Their customer service is pathetic, the man on the call was so rude as if He doesn't want to listen anything and as if he is the owner of the site! Homeshop18 you have broken my trust and I will pray to God that your site fails badly and you go bankrupt. The ladies and gents luring people on the channel 24/7 find a better job than fooling people, it will do no good to you. If your site can help me in this matter I would be thankful or I will go to a higher level.

                            How Lame ! What do you mean return the product? Why should I go to some buddy courier company and go through un needful inconvenience, you guys yourself will send the man for reverse pick up, if you can send the wrong product you can also send a man picking up the wrong product...! And if you don't have this facility on certain products as you say then you should have made sure you are sending exactly the same thing ordered.

                            Homeshop18 is Gatiya than all other sites like Jabong... Which I simply love as they even give open delivery, you can see the product and then buy, even Yebhi is giving this facility to first check the product and only then pay and if further you have any problem the send a man to take a reverse pick up with in 1 day in Delhi/ ncr sometimes even the same day... But this homeshop18 is useless,

                            You can fool people once twice, but u will ultimately fail badly, the cure of hard earned money may fall upon you.

                            Homeshop18 is defeating the purpose of online shopping, they encourage you to buy things on phone, or online, and when they have your money, and the product faulty, you yourself have to go and get the courier of the product ur self... What a SHAME ! And teach your customer service men some manners! Hate homeshop18

                              I ordered a cosmetics set which was shown on TV to carry certain products, but when i received the parcel i found out that it was awrong packaging.on top cover order contents were written correctly, but inside the box i found something else & when I called the customer care they were giving dfferent excuses for not replacing the parcel. In the end they asked me to courier the parcel at my own risk. Homeshop18 is a pathetic site which is not reliable at all.

                                I had ordered singer sewing machine online from homeshop18 on 9th sep 2013 and paid in full via credit court. Till date I haven't received the delivery and their customer care executives don't have a clue about the status of the order, neither they are able to track the delivery. They provided me with an invalid tracking no. of blue dart. I have called them several times but to no avail. Please help me in getting a full refund of my money.

                                i have order hs18 inlasa food processor combo with dry iron and toastr whose payment was deposited to hs18 by 5 may 2010 but hs18 was not responding over the payment made by their courrier service first flight,after so many calls i directly contacted to tmiss archana arora at last on 19th may 2010 she told me beleiving on my words she accepted to disburse my order and commited to send the product within in 3-4 days.but still now i have not received the same .more ever hs18 unable to produce any record against my deposit of rs3999/-which i have made earlier by 5th may2010.it
                                it has been observed that whenever any cus tomer make payment against pament before delivery to hs18 company hold the amount for 30 days after that many calls from customer the deliver the goods.it seems. that company is rolling the amount in the market for own use and after ward they are delivering the products . it nice tactice of buisness.think from acity if per day collection minimum by hs18 is rs 20000, /-.for 30 days it will be 60, 0000.now calculate from all 0ver india the collection will how much? this is the wat to generate capital for buisness with out any loan or share.think befoere pament goverment should look after this9

                                I have very urgent requirement of the item, still my order is under processed on dated 20/05/2014.

                                I have order a product on 31 May 2014 and not yet received delivery. Every time i call them to follow up and they say we cant commit but it will reach you within next 4 days. Very bad service. if they cant deliver the product within three days then they should not advertise the same. Disappointed!!

                                      According to your customer care my order no[protected] has been cancelled due to technical problem.your customer care call me & ask me to place 2nd time my order.i placed order on same time again. But two days later on dt 27th sep. I query about my 2nd order no[protected].i shoked, he told me that this order allready cancelled.same time i wanted to give order again your costomer care has told me that, this delivery can possible after 15 days.I told him that is much more time 7 to 8 days enough for delivery but he didn't agree.unfortunate finding result i loss my order. I received the set alongwith the Invoice No TARA196077 dated 07/08/2013 of Tarash Overseas Pvt Ltd, SCO-35, HSIIDC Commercial Complex Kundli, Sonipat-131028(Haryana).With in a month period of receiving the set, it got shut down itself. I immediately informed Home Shop 18 in their customer care number[protected] vide my service request no.19101183d80090 dated 30.08.2013 time 16:39:12 and asked them to replace the set.But they denied for any replacement and they gave me the address of service center ``For Spice Mobility Limited`` Authorised Service Center, Vignesh Services SCO-189-190, Sec-34A, Chandigarh-Punjab, Mobile No-[protected]. I submitted my set their it remain their for about 15days.But they did nothing and it is in the same shut down condition.I reside in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, during the purchase they told me they have their service center in baddi, then only bought it. Now, I have to go about 35km away for servicing where I get no result.So, kindly do some thing to refund the value of Rs.6499 of my Spice Dual Core Phablet-Blue.
