After lodging complaint here we were told by Homeshop18 people to take the mobile to SCO 37, sector 41-D. But the person there refused to take the mobile and told us that they do not have the damaged part so cannot repair the set. We want our money back because we want all the Indian companies to know that they no more can take consumers for granted. If we buy a thing from them we want that thing to be of good quality. How can the companies think of staying in the market with such poor service and false claims of selling quality products? This was the third service we visited on advice of Homeshop18. We now would not go to any new address for getting the set repaired.

We bought a mobile Micromax Full Touch Dual Sim Phone - X331 - White Colour through Homeshop18.com vide order no.[protected] dt.17oct, 2012 for Rs1999.The product has one year warranty.but phone's touch screen stopped working within a month of receiving the product.we wrote the complaint to Homeshop18 customer care on 29th November, 2012 vide submit ticket no. 76830565.On their advice we gave the phone in manufacturer's service center at Panchkula for repair on 5th Dec, 2012.After many visits, on 9th Jan, 2013 the service center people said they cannot repair the phone and we are free to take the product as it is. We phoned the Homeshop18 customer care centre, they told us to wait till 31st Jan, 2013.But nothing has been done till date that is 6th Feb, 2013.Now we cannot put up more with the harassment, we want our money back. We made three written complaints to Homeshop18.com vide ticket no 76830565, 29Nov, 2012;76980485, 4thDec, 2012;78118637, 10Jan, 2013 and numerous phone calls. After filing complaint, we finally got the repaired set back. But the set stopped working again just after six months. We again complained to Homeshop18 vide ticket no • Monday, September 16,[protected], Homeshop18 told us to contact manufacturer and to visit their service center. We went to manufacturer's service center as advised by HS18 at Saini Mobile Care Shop No.32, Industrial Area, Phase 1, Abheypur, Panchkula, Haryana (address given by HS18 in ticket no 76980485 Dec 4, 2012 .There we were told that they have closed the center and have shifted to SCO 824, NAC, Manimajra. The incharge of the center at Manimajra, Mr Munnavar refused to take the set and said that he does not have any information regarding previous repair of the set and told us not to come again for the purpose. The set is still under 1 year warranty. We want our money back. Please help.
Happy? any more reasons for delay?

    on 15th august 2013I have bought one tablet aginst HS PO no:[protected] and recived it after long delay and found its outer protection cover was brocken during courier transporatation, hs 18 team had informed me to get it replaced within 4 working days but after 10 days all of sudden one lady had replied me that they will refund me 300rs (Yes bank) agaist this brocken cover, on 21st sept 2013 i have recived the cheque no:143675 dtd:07.09.2013 for amt of Rs.300.00, which was rejected by the bank on today due my name was written is wrong Instead of FRANCIS DABHI you have written FRANCIS DAVHI so i request you to issue another cheque in my name: FRANCIS DABHI i had tried a lot to make contact on ph nos given by noida office but nobody was picking up my call.

      I had placed an order (#[protected] on 6th September 2013. I had ordered a Sony Vaio laptop and a Canon Printer. On 11th Sept, I got a call from customer representative (Mob # [protected]). She said that black color was not available and I requested her to check if it would be available in 15-20 days as I was not in hurry. On 13th Sept, I called customer care and mentioned it that I can only accept both the orders (printer and laptop). I would not accept only one of the two and customer representative took a note of it. On 14th Sept, I got a call from DTDC courier about the delivery of the printer. I asked him to return that printer because I had not got any confirmation on laptop. But on the same day I got call from customer representative (Mob # [protected]) and she assured me that the laptop would be delivered on the following Monday (i.e. 16th Sept). I again mentioned her that I would accept both the items and can not accept only printer. I told her that I had rejected the printer. She asked me to accept the printer and assured that the laptop would be dispatched on Monday. So I again called the DTDC courier and asked them to deliver the printer which I had rejected earlier. The courier delivered the printer. After Monday, I called many a times to customer care, I also had facebook communication with homeshop18 group but no one could tell me the status of the order till Friday (20th Sept). On Friday, I got a call from the customer representative (Mob # [protected]). She said the laptop order could not be processed as the laptop was not in stock. I asked her about the delivered printer and she said that the printer's order could be cancelled and taken back. Today (21st Sept) when I called customer care, he said that they dont have policy to take back the delivered item. I was shocked. At first I had clearly mentioned my constraint, I was assured of both the items and now after delivering one, they are saying they dont have policy? I have been going through mental agony since the day I placed the order. When I order the laptop, it was in stock, then the black color was out of stock, then silver color was assured, and then it also was out of stock. The irony is they realized that the laptop is out of stock after 6 days. Also only on assurance of laptop, I had accepted the printer. Then after 7 days, I was told that the laptop was out of stock and could not be delivered and printer would not be taken back. I have not unpacked the printer box. Its the same as it was delivered. If any customer representative is reading this article, then please take some action. Please take back the printer and arrange for a money back. This is worst experience I had with any customer care.

      Hi,

      Your customer care is the slowest I have ever seen with respect to the communication and commitment.

      After this complaint, I thought you would want to improve. But my experience with your team is getting worse day by day.

      At first, I got an email saying "Request you to allow me time till Monday for the update on your query regarding printer.". Then on Monday, I got another email saying "Request you to allow me time till tomorrow, before lunch I will call you with an update.". On Tuesday, I did not get any response till 3 PM. After my repeated emails, I got an email saying "I have sent mail to concerned team to get the printer picked up. Awaiting revert from them. ".
      Now after this, I have been emailing you since morning, still there is no response. I still dont understand what is it taking you so long to act. Why do I have to send repeated emails? Why cant you expedite the process?

        Actually this is not as much about money refund as is with imposing strict quality checks and marketing ethics so that we can have faith in Indian products and Indian companies. How can we dream of bringing our economy back on track if we cannot help buying imported items. If the foreign traders are pulled out we will be left with no option but to bear with monopolistic exploitation of local manufacturers.

          First time i have bought something from your company.. and the experience of first time is very dis-appointed..

          i have ordered on 17 september 2013 , a Casual hamper for Men-UK 7 which includes
          1. LYDC LONDON BLACK SHOES
          2. LYDC LONDON BROWN SHOES
          3. Austin Polo Sunglass
          4. drum bag
          5. Globalite Socks Set (2 pairs)

          under the order no.[protected] and AWB[protected]

          BUT... Today when i received your order and opened it, i saw that the sunglasses was not of austin polo brand... the brand mention on the sunglasses box is "lydc london"... but the reality is that the glasses are completely "desi".... and EVEN this "fake" or "desi" are defective... one glass is not on fix on its proper place....
          THIS IS MY WORST EXPERIENCE OF ONLINE SHOPPING..
          You show something else ,,, but what your delivered is something different or defective ......
          I HAVE ALSO ATTACH SOME PICS OF THE DEFECTIVE SUNGLASSES ALONG WITH THIS MAIL...... AND TELL ME ONE THING ,,, WOULD U LIKE TO BUY SUCH KIND OF SUNGLASSES????? NOT AT ALL... IF SOMEONE OFFER ME SUCH KIND OF SUNGLASSES .... I WILL NEVER EVER BUY .... EVEN IF THEY ARE FREE OF COST....

            order no.[protected] Product detail: 18712494 Book ISBN#:[protected] Book Title : Tarot in the Spirit of Life {with 22 Pucnh-out Cards} I ordered, prepaid order, the above book on 6th September 2013 with a delivery promise of 7 working days, but there was no news then I sent e mail to the custer server till today i have not received any reply, SUCH A CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!! Today I received the book but without the card. thereofre i want to return the book i have not opened the pack of the book. Since Homeshop18.com Customer Service is not responding I need your help in returning the book and getting the refund. Please inform the management of homeshop18.com to take training from Flipkart.com, about their order management, their response.....everything.                     I have ordered (order no :[protected] two product in a same order and the product quaity is not good and one product was damanged .i returned both the product in a same box and homeshop (aromax) courier service person came and collect .. after 4 days only one product amoun got credited and other one (rs :458) other product amount rs (1566). i raised complaint[protected] also .but still money is not refund .

                    homeshop customer care people only send a person from aromax courier .currently i am not having awb details .both product was send by the same courier person in a single box ...
                    If one product delivered and amount refunded then other also should delivered right .because both are in the same box.
                    how long will take to resolve this issue ?

                      What the hell is this? On 3rd of September I got an SMS stating "Dear VINEET, Ref. your order No.[protected], your refund cheque vide 137620 of Rs. 1999.0 has been prepared and will be shipped in 1 - 2 days". Today I get another message stating "Dear VINEET, Ref. your order No.[protected], we have dispatched your refund cheque vide AWB D 82874149 through HS18 (FF). Please expect the delivery of the same in 2-3 days ". Does it take 7 days to dispatch a prepared cheque? And why the hell you use VINEET, when I already cleared that I spell it as VINIT (sent my passport's scanned copy also). Are you guys going to return my money? This is a height of synchronization between Escalation team (Pushpander, this is for you) and your Customer Support Executive. Today, when I called up, lady says that count 2-3 days from today. I don't want to use any abusive words but this is not a way of providing customer service, especially when you in Online shopping business. Pushpander, what happened to your promise and words? It was promised that I will get my cheque either by 9th Sep 2013 or 10th but didn't. TREAT THIS EMAIL AS AN ESCALATION.

                            i have ordered the Garment Steamer-Purple on 16th aug'13 under order no.[protected] for rs 1490 & same was delivered within assigned time,but what was shown on tv was totally different from actual & within 2 days i called home shop 18 for return of this product & they raised complaint & no body from their courier agncy picked up the product as per their commitment, i have called more than 10times but everytime thay say courier person will pick the product but it is never done, no of times complint is registered but not closed[protected],86033635,85839319 these are few complaint nos which were raised & never worked upone,this is such a kind of pathatic service thay have, I WANT QUICK ACTIONING ON THIS WITH MY MONEY REFUND

                              Dear Sir i am durgendra singh from ghaziabad , last month i had ordered a SONY MICRO VAULT 16 GB (Model: USM 16 GQ in aluminum body order no[protected] .but on opening the parcel. I was shocked that Homeshop18 sent me different model: SONY MICRO VAULT 16 GB (USM 16 GU /BC in fiber) which market value is maximum 700 RS whenever my order was SONY MICRO VAULT 16 GB (USM 16 GQ in aluminium) which market value is 900 to 1000 RS. this is forth time i am sending product through courier but they are not taking any kind of action whne i am calling they are saying provide me proof of courier , what i can do now please take action against this shop thank you

                                I have been ordered for a mobile flip cover for Samsung S Duos (Navy blue color) on thursday night i.e., on august 29th 2013. As per that it should be delivered within 4 days.But still i have not got any information regarding the delivery date and all. This is a very disgusting thing which has made me to decide not to purchase anything in Homeshop18 store in future.

                                    I have booked Nokia lumia 520 on 9th August - 2013. The order was placed and it was communicated the phone will be delivered before 15th-August. But the same did not happed later i was told stating the phone is on exchange offer, since there was no phone from my end available for exchange they cancelled my order. When i checked in the website the status was not cancelled. In the mean time money was deducted from my Account. After mulitiple follow ups after 13 days,on 30th august i was told my order is cancelled. I dont have any clue on my money which got deducted and i dont get any proper response for the same that when i will get back my money.                                       Hi Team,

                                      I have orderedbooked Shoe hamper (of size-9) on Homeshop18 (1st time) via mobile on Cash Delivery mode on 20th july.

                                      I recieved the product on 2-aug-2013 and I found quite big size and again placed order of size-8 on same day through [protected].

                                      Since then i was following with Cust Exe. daily and got same answer as it has been reshifted or will take 2-3 working days or i have placed complaint.

                                      All sudden I got the product after 1 month of replacement and again Homeshop18 sent the shoe of size-9.

                                      Its really frustating spening an hour almost with Homshop18 team and ending same response from their side.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I would request you if you can help me here to get the product of size-8 or get the refund (As they really do not have any standardized process to follow and custmers frustating.) or take some action against such frauds.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have been taking with Homeshop-18 team since then and some executive says product is not available (amount wil be refunded) and some says Wait for 4-6 waroking day.

                                      FYI.. i have already waited for 1 & half month but still i have got the same size again. Not sure but it look Homeshop-18 want customer to be frustated and exhaust.

                                      Really very very bad service by Homeshop-18.

                                      I would request team to escalete this to Homeshop-18 team with high priority as already I have spent more than 1 n half months and they could not deliver correct product.
