We bought a mobile Micromax Full Touch Dual Sim Phone - X331 - White Colour through Homeshop18.com vide order no.[protected] dt.17oct,2012 for Rs1999.The product has one year warranty.but phone's touch screen stopped working within a month of receiving the product.we wrote the complaint to Homeshop18 customer care on 29th November,2012 vide submit ticket no. 76830565.On their advice we gave the phone in manufacturer's service center at Panchkula for repair on 5th Dec,2012.After many visits,on 9th Jan,2013 the service center people said they cannot repair the phone and we are free to take the product as it is. We phoned the Homeshop18 customer care centre, they told us to wait till 31st Jan,2013.But nothing has been done till date that is 6th Feb,2013.Now we cannot put up more with the harassment,we want our money back. We made three written complaints to Homeshop18.com vide ticket no 76830565,29Nov,2012;76980485,4thDec,2012;78118637,10Jan,2013 and numerous phone calls. [protected], Homeshop18 told us to contact manufacturer and to visit their service center. We went to manufacturer's service center as advised by HS18 at Saini Mobile Care Shop No.32, Industrial Area, Phase 1, Abheypur, Panchkula, Haryana (address given by HS18 in ticket no 76980485 Dec 4, 2012 .There we were told that they have closed the center and have shifted to SCO 824, NAC, Manimajra. The incharge of the center at Manimajra, Mr Munnavar refused to take the set and said that he does not have any information regarding previous repair of the set and told us not to come again for the purpose. The set is still under 1 year warranty. We want our money back. Please help.
