I have purchased karbonn Titanium S5 (Order no[protected] on 18th July from Homeshop18.com it was delivered to me on 20th July. after that I used it with no problem. Suddenly around week back my phone started giving problem in charging and even after removing headset, the headset icon always shows up in notification screen. Now I went to karbonn Service centre to get it check, they said since you have purchased it online it is not showing warranty details and we cannot fix it. I got shocked to hear that I tried to argue with service centre guy but he said talk to Homeshop 18 they may be able to help you.
I spoke to homeshop18 and registered the complaint but they said they donot have solution right now they will get back to me proper resolution but no one bothered to call back. I am facing problem in using my phone even after spending so much money. I never knew that there is problem with warranty with phones purchase online. I am feeling robbed.

Waiting for the resolution, otherwise I am going to make a formal complaint against the company of clear cheating.

There was a promise from your side that you will be back with resolution in 48 hours, that passed and why should I wait for 48 hrs when we have purchase a mobile from you it should be with warranty since the day of purchase.

I went to service centre and spent almost two hours and then the stupid people came and told me there is no warranty. I thought they are taking time because they are repairing it. But after two hours they told me they cannot do it. I dont understand what is going on, if I donot get my phone repaired, I am gonna make a formal complaint, I am sure there are other buyers who aren't aware about such problem thay might not have faced. But once they are gonna know about it they will stop shopping from HS18.
Still no response from Homeshop 18.

    Sir / Madam, 1] On 3/3/2013 i have ordered to home shop 18 on line one Zen Full Touch Dual Sim Phone –P40 + 4 GB memory card for Rs.2,795/-. The order number is[protected]. i have immediately transferred the payment of Rs.2,795/- on line through Debit Card. The said amount is received immediately. Home shop 18 have also promised that the product will be delivered within 7 to 8 working days at my address. 2] Thereafter, immediately on 7/3/2013 home shop 18 have messaged and called me and informed that they will not be able to deliver the said product and the amount will be refunded within 7 days to me by demand draft or the same will be transferred to my account even though the said product was available with them. 3] Since then i am making complaints and requesting for my refund amount. But they are not refunding the amount and reply that they have refunded the amount to my bank. i have supplied the copy of the letter issued by the bank that they have not received the amount till date and thereafter, they have demanded my account statement to confirm. i have also scanned my account extract to confirm that i have not received the said amount. But still they are not refunding my amount and just prolonging the matter. Kindly do the needful in the matter Mitesh Shah

        Dear homeshop18 I have purchased Zync Z5 order no.[protected] its a third class product when I called service center for problems they asked me to upgrade the software form there website after that update camera stopped working. I have reviewed this product on homeshop18 but on your website out of 12,11 are positive and latest one is from guest but not from certified buyer like me. So I think Its a new way for you to cheat Indian consumers by hiding reviews by buyers.

          Hi, I booked my Order No.[protected] on 20th August 2013 and paid advance payment. When I checked the expected delivery date, Site showed me 3 working days. I called customer care on 22nd August, he told me that order has been shipped but order was shipped on 23rd August. I once again called on different dated; I got the same reply that I had to wait for one more day for delivery. Finally I called courier company Bule Dart, they told me that I had to collect my package from their office after paying Rs.20 as Octroi whereas Price of the order was including all taxes. When I called Homeshop18 to cancel my order, Person attended the call had assured me that order has been cancelled but actually order was not cancelled. Order was cancelled after two calls when I demanded the name of Customer care executive Name and Employee Id My Question is why they did not verify the terms of state while dispatching the order and why this company thinks that Customer is foolish. My experience with Flipkart is so good they are so professionally and deliver the order within One or Max two days. I did not check the service rating of Homeshop18 which is utterly low and most of the customer are unsatisfied. Regards,

            Dear All,
            I had purchased a product, ZEN ultratab A100 from Home shop 18 in January 2013. The prod id is ZEN[protected] and S.no is MS[protected].
            After using the product for couple of days it had stopped functioning. The screen goes blank. I called up the representative of Home shop18 and lodged the complaint. I have asked them to change the product and then some senior official had given me a call and told me to give the product to the ZEN service center and told me that the product will be fine and useable after service. The service center is 40 kms from my home town but I had no option and had to go there.
            After few days it had again stopped functioning and got hanged. Again 2nd time I went to the service center.
            The third time after using it for a week it had again stopped functioning and I had follow the same process.
            It had again stopped functioning for the fourth time after few days and I had again went for repairing.
            The fifth time I had to wait for a month as the service center was closed and after a month the new service center opened and I went there .
            After using it for 15 days it is again useless and the product is hanged.
            During these entire period of time i had regularly called the customer care of ZEN and got the numbers of service incharge Mr Shibsankar Das, contact no [protected] and Mr Prabhat Kumar, contact no [protected] . The service provided by Mr Shibsankar is inefficient as he had regularly asked me to give the product to service center and then he will look into the matter. I had follow his instructions and the result was same as earlier and even now he in not showing any interest to receive the calls or give any feedback.
            The amount of travelling exp i have incurred during the entire process is half of the cost of the tablet as you are aware of the fuel price and the time lost during the process.
            For further clarification you can contact the previous service ( Mukul, [protected]) center to know the problem i had faced. During the 7 months of purchase, the product was lying in the service center for more then three months.
            I need the permanent solution for this or else i have to take the necessary action . Kindly replace the product or refund the money.
            I am waiting for the feedback on urgent basis.

            I have purchased a Airfone mobile handsets Model nos AF11 & AQ9 from Homeshop18 in the month of June,2010 . The handset charger model no. af11 hardly worked for 1 month we have launched a complain for replacement but we didnt receive replacement. but after 2months both hand set stopped working. Kindly suggest.

            Doesn't give any detail about gift coupon before purchasing any product . Before purchasing you said that a gift coupon should be redeem on next purchasing, but not that it should be redeem on a particular amount .

                Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered birthday gift flowers for my relative on 23rd aug morning 9 am as it was her birthday. Order number[protected]. I had mentioned delivery date of 23rd Aug. Till 3 pm it wasnt delivered. I checked and I was told it will be done by 5 pm. It didnt happen. I called again at 6 pm and requested them to call my relative and check with her. They made some complaint number 85621893. I checked again at 8 pm and can you imagine what did they say! They said you will be updated by 26th Aug. I said the birthday is today. But they didnt have any answer. So my relative got a call from them and guess what did they have to tell her -- ’Mam, the order was not for yesterday but it was scheduled for today i.e. 24th Au’g. I had clearly mentioned in my order[protected] that it was to be delivered on 23rd Aug. Also I had clearly told their customer ’’care’’ that you have deliver on 23rd as thats the birthday to which the customer ’’care’ had said ofcourse it will be delivered on 23rd. Now what I am not able to understand is that what was the morning call for? They have still not cancelled my order and are trying make a false case so that they can prove that this order cannot be cancelled.

                    Home Shop 18 — No received the commons

                    Hi,

                    I had ordered a reebok combo from HS18 on 15th of Feb they had promised me for Rs1500/- worth coupons Frere with product. I have not recieved the same till date 07 Mar 2010.

                    Home Shop 18 — Home Shop 18 is A World Fraud Company

                    i had purchased 88 pics kitchen set from home shop 18. quality is very bad. they are shows on tv screen as a big bowls, plates etc. but is very very small.home shop 18 is a world fraud company. in my experience am advising all of you dont purchase anything from home shop 18. they are cheating others.

                    HomeShop 18 — Refund of money

                    I purchased the above mentioned product on January 27, 2012.

                    I returned this product via TNT way bill# DO[protected] WW on 3rd February 2012.

                    I received a call from your backend department on 6th February, 2012 that your vendor has received the product in good condition and that I will get a refund of my product in 7-10 working days.

                    I have SR# 69777 101 dated 3rd February 2012 - spoke to your executive Akshay Raj - and he assured that the backend team will call and let me know how they will refund the amount.

                    On 23rd February 2012, I spoke to your executives and was requested to please wait till Monday 27th for the money to be returned to my account. I did NOT receive any call, nor the money.

                    On 29th February 2012, Spoke to your supervisor (Vikas Verma), he had the same thing to assure me. Nobody called me from your backend team, no money returned.

                    On 1st March 2012, spoke to your supervisor (Tanuj Raychoudhary). He said that he has received confirmation that the product has reached and it will take 7-10 days starting today to return the money. I conveyed to him that, I have already received a call from your department on 5th February about receipt of my returned product. So on what basis should I wait for another 7-10 working days for return of my money.

                    I need my money back. It has been more than 3 weeks starting 5th February that I have not received my money. I will not accept your false assurance that someone from back end team will call me tomorrow.

                    When it comes to selling products, you want cash on delivery. But when it comes to returning money, I am having to wait for more than 4 weeks for get a confirmation that the product is received. What kind of process do you have that you don't return money and take so long?

The problem is mobile not power on, i have charged for 3 hrs but still it's not on, i have done very carefully all the instruction as mention in user manual, and pressed power on switch but it is not power on, can you please replace soon as i need urgent, already delivery took 4 days, I expected Monday 19, 2013

                        I had purchased 'Micromax A51 Bolt Mobile', Order no.[protected] and sub-order no. is : 59322507 on June 21, 2013.

                        But do not received any delivery and no refund. I have approached several times on their Customer Support as well as submitted tickets for some help.

                        But no response till today.

                        I am very frustrated with services of Homeshop18.

                          Subject: Homeshop18 – Gluco Test Strips, Warranty Card, Invoice- Not received

                          Please note that I had purchased a product from Home Shop18 vide order no.[protected] dated 24.7.2013. The product was a package of 3 items containing- Dr. Morepen's Digital thermometer, B.P. Monitor & Gluco-meter. After receiving the parcel, I found that the Gluco-test strips which was mentioned as a product component in the product hand book of the Gluco-meter was missing. There was no proper invoice for the product & no warranty card.

                          So, I registered my first complaint vide complaint no. 84440165 dated 26.7.2013 & was assured By Home Shop18 that my problem shall be resolved within 48 hrs. When there was no response, I called up customer care again on 30.7.2013 and told the issue & they lodged another complaint no. 84576857 dated 30.7.13 & again assured me that the missing gluco strip, warranty card/bill shall be despatched very soon to me.

                          After repeatedly calling Home Shop18 & requesting them my Complaint altast registered vide Complaint no. 84953763 dated 9.8.2013. But I was told by Home Shop18 that Gluco Test strips will not be sent to me since it is not mentioned in the offer. My grievance is that if Gluco- test strip was not in the offer then why was it shown in the Advertisement on TV?

                          I would like to bring to the notice that when Home Shop18 had shown the advertisement of Gluco-meter on TV, that time it had shown the Gluco-test strips alongwith the Gluco-meter. The advertisement never displayed that Gluco-test strips are not included. After seeing the advertisement on TV, I had ordered the product. And now, Home Shop18 is denying that Gluco-test strips are not included in the offer. Why does Home Shop18 manipulate their offers? While advertising, Home Shop18 showed the complete set of Gluco meter alongwith Gluco-test strips on TV . But once the product is being sold, Home Shop18 is denying from supplying the Gluco-test strips by saying that it is not included in the offer. Home Shop18 misleads the customers by showing something in the advertisement & then don’t deliver the complete product as shown on TV . If Gluco-strips were not included in the offer, why was it shown in the advertisement- "Just to mislead the Customers". Such type of cheating is very unfortunate & is not accepted from a Company like Home Shop18.

                          Since, I did not receive any positive response regarding the Gluco-strips from Home Shop18, I went to different markets also in search of the Gluco-test strips but surprisingly it is not available in the market too. Purchasing a product from Home Shop18, has caused me so much harassment. This means that Home Shop18 supplies such incomplete products whose product component ie. Gluco-Test Strips are not available in the market. And now, the Gluco-Meter is useless without the Gluco-Test strips.

                          Purchasing a product from Home Shop18 caused a mere waste of my money, time, energy accompanied with lots of harassment. Home Shop18 does not supply the complete product what they advertise on TV. Home Shop18 is misleading the customers & manipulating their offers.

                          It is very unfortunate Home Shop18 do not supply the total product component which is mentioned in the product hand book. Neither Home Shop18 provide the warranty card nor the proper invoice. After recieving the product on 26.7.2013, no positive steps have been taken to resolve the issue by Home Shop18 so far. After this incident, I have lost the trust on Home Shop18. Please note that if my issue is not resolved, I will be forced to take legal action against the harassment/fraudism done by Home Shop18.

                          Dear sir,
                          I, sanjay prajapati, am a consumer/customer of your company i constructed a house and got a new electricity connection from your company at my home. the address of home is 79-80, vardhaman green velley extension, kajuri kala, BDA road, Bhopal. which is your Shakti Nagar Kshetra/Region/Cirical/Area.
                          At the time of new connection when the meter for above connection was installed it was noticed that neutral phase was not working properly. same was told to your representative at the time and consequently two complaints were lodged with your department but when your company representative came to attend the complaint he told that meter has been defaulted and it will be replaced on my cost.
                          Abovesaid meter is a property of your company and accordingly i am paying monthly rental for use of this meter. So it your responsibility /liability to change the abovesaid meter without any cost because there isnot any fault at my end. So sir, it is humbly requested that a suitable relief may be granted by changing the matter without any cost.

                          Various books — Incomplete and misleading advertising

                          I ordered in excess of $25.00 worth of books to get the advertised "No Charge For Shipping.) Unbeknowest
                          to me, Amazon split my order to various sellers and proceeded to charge $3.99 shipping on each of 4 separate orders that they split my one order. I emailed them once expectong to get and answer within 12 hours as once again they advertise. Three days later I sent another email and again did not get an answer.
                          Today, Oct 30, 2009 I called their "instant" phone and finally, after one of their reps answered, was told I didn 't read all the information such as one order being shipped from some other company. I didn't do business with another company, I dealt only with Amazon. It certainly is not the 20.00 in shipping fees as my complaint. My complaint is the way of doing business and "sucking" one in. Judging from the plethora of complaints on the internet about their (Amazon) way of doing business, I would join all the rest and advise everyone not to call them for anything.

                              this is veru true cause they are cheating people by saying we are cheaters and to my surprise why no action is taken against these cheaters in fact they are allowed to telecast their cheating tricks on television, government after reading the long queue of complaints should have put the people behind bars and given a good bashing of sticks at their back.
                              I had ordered for a wespro mp3 player with these cheaters and paid them the amount after receiving the player i had complained to them regarding the technical problem, they told me to courier the same to wespro company, i had asked them to get it picked and give a receiving as i knew if i send the product then i will be just chasing these people as reading the complaints.

                              Home Shop 18 — Cheating customer

                              I had ordered Samsung Galaxy ace S5830 vide order no[protected] on June 4, 2012 at 10.48 AM. When I called their customer care no[protected] on June 4, 2012 at 04.00 PM, the customer care executive informed that the product will be delivered by 07th June. When I called on 7th June, They said product not delivered. Immediaetly I lodge a complaint vide complaint no 72283833 at 2.30PM. Again I called on 8th june to know the status of delivery. They said it will be deleivered today. Agian I lodge complaint vide complaint no.72297335. When I called on 09th June to know the status, they said they don't have the stock. I got shock to hear that 6 days they were giving false statement to the cusomer like me.Immediately I cancelled the product vide complaint No 72319891. I would request consumer forum to take serious action on Home Shop 18, who is cheating the customers.

                                Please note that I had purchased a product from Home Shop18 vide order no.[protected] dated 24.7.2013. The product was a package of 3 items containing- Dr. Morepen's Digital thermometer, B.P. Monitor & Gluco-meter. After receiving the parcel, I found that the Gluco-strip which was mentioned as a product component in the product hand book of the Gluco-meter was missing. There was no proper invoice for the product & no warranty card.
                                So, I registered complaint no. 84440165 dated 26.7.2013 & was assured By Home Shop18 that my problem shall be resolved within 48 hrs. When there was no response, I called up customer care again on 30.7.2013 and told the issue & they lodged another complaint no. 84576857 dated 30.7.13 & again assured me that the missing gluco strip, warranty card/bill shall be despatched very soon to me. Then I received a call from Customer Care asking me to return the whole package for replacement. I called up Customer Care on 31.7.2013 at approx. 5:30 pm & requested them to send me the Gluco-strips (which is a product component of gluco meter) & which was missing in the parcel. The Customer Care Executive Mr. Panchham started arguing with me and refused to take my complaint. He rudely refused to take my complaint. I told him that Home Shop18 had assured that they will send me the Gluco strips/ invoice. But Mr. Panchham told that my complaint was useless & he won't be taking it. I told that if my complaint is not taken then I will be forced to take legal action. Mr. Panchham very rudely told that I can go to any extent. I was shocked by this response from home Shop18. Firstly, I have not been given the Gluco Strips (product component of Gluco meter) and moreover when I am repeatedly requesting for the same for so many days, I get this type of poor customer care behaviour. It seems that it is a total waste of money & time. This type of Customer Care behaviour is just damaging Home Shop18's image.
                                The rude behaivour by your Customer Care Executive Mr. Panchham shows that Home Shop18 does not take any care to resolve the issue of its customer once the product is being sold. It is very unfortunate to receive such response from a reputed Company like Home Shop18. It is very unfortunate that you people do not supply the total product component which is mentioned in the product hand book. Neither you provide the warranty card nor the proper invoice & when the customer like me calls for help, you don't even lodge the complaint, solving is far.
                                After recieving the product on 26.7.2013, no steps have been taken to resolve the issue by Home Shop18 so far. After this incident, I have no trust on Home Shop18. Please note that if my issue is not resolved, I will be forced to take legal action against the harassment/fraudism done by Home Shop18.

                                This is with reference to the above discussion on 9.8.2013. I am not at all satisfied by the above discussion and the reason given by Home Shop18 regarding my incomplete receiving of the product.

                                On 9.8.13, I had got a call from Home Shop18 and I was told that Gluco Test strips will not be sent to me since it is not mentioned in the offer. My grievance is ------> "if Gluco- test strip was not in the offer then why was it shown in the Advertisement on TV"? Such advertisements are so misleading.

                                I would like to bring to the notice that when Home Shop18 had shown the advertisement of Gluco-meter on TV, that time it had shown the Gluco-test strips alongwith the Gluco-meter.
                                The advertisement never displayed that-" Gluco-test strips are not included". Why?

                                After seeing the advertisement on TV, I had ordered the product. And now, Home Shop18 is denying that Gluco-test strips are not included in the offer. Why does Home Shop18 manipulate their offers? While advertising, Home Shop18 showed the complete set of Gluco meter alongwith Gluco-test strips on TV . But once the product is being sold, Home Shop18 is denying from supplying the Gluco-test strips by saying that it is not included in the offer. Home Shop18 misleads the customers by showing something in the advertisement & then don’t deliver the complete product as shown on TV . If Gluco-strips were not included in the offer, why was it shown in the advertisement- Is it just to mislead the Customers? Such type of cheating is very unfortunate & is not accepted from a Company like Home Shop18.

                                Since, I did not receive any positive response regarding the Gluco-strips from Home Shop18, I went to different markets also in search of the Gluco-test strips but surprisingly it is not available in the market too. Purchasing a product from Home Shop18, has caused me so much harassment/trouble. This means that Home Shop18 supplies such incomplete products whose product component ie. Gluco-Test Strips are not available in the market. And now, the Gluco-Meter is useless without the Gluco-Test strips.

                                      i have as per advertisement of home shop 18 ordered nokia 6700 classic 3G mobile+polo hills sun glasse+watch+memory card as per shown in internet and television,my order no[protected] dt 18/03/2010 and i have paid the said order amount RS.9999/-through cash on delivery, they are sending me one videocon mobile .

                                        I ordered Intex 5.1 DVD + 5.1HTS Elegant 4000 SUF with Cordless Head Phone.
                                        They delivered some other product. I Register Official Complaint to them for Replacement but after 5-6 days still they not responding.

                                        Home Shop 18 — wrang delivery

                                        i have as per advertisement of home shop 18 ordered onida combo dual sim+NTV sun glasse as per shown in internet and television,my order no[protected] dt 18/08/2010 and i have paid the said order amount RS.4699/-through my H D F C bank credit card, they are sending me one I cell mobile .
                                        after several call of complaint they are (MY complaint No[protected] promise me to send back wrang delivered mobile back to them I have returned the same phone by blue dart courior (no-[protected]) on 02/09/2010,
                                        Now their toll free no is banned by them and i did not connect to them, i have tried to call their one cell no of Mrs Rashi of home shop 18 (No[protected]) but she can't lift the phone
                                        My Name is Seema Kazi & I bought a Nokia C3 Handset through HomeShop18. I booked the order online using my credit card. While i was booking my order the picture of the handset dispalyed on the website was of black/grey colour. Also when I was placing the order,filling all details no where it intimated me or provided information about colors available or anything. Now when i ordered I received a pink color handset.I actually bought this as a gift for my husband & he cant use pink color.
                                        All i asked is to replace it with black/grey color. Its really frustrating,no one at Homeshop18 are responsible enough to address my problem..all they can do is repeat tht script of we cannot do anything.

                                        I am fed up calling up on their number & speaking to every new person n explaning the whole thing again n again.Is this fair..m not even asking for refund...i m just asking for replacing it with a different color.No where on their website is any information about color available.Please stop fooling ppl.

                                        Home Shop 18 — Delivery of wrong product

                                        I have ordered a worldpool microwave oven (Convectional) from home shop 18 after paying approx 7000/- in the month of Dec 2010.

                                        Iam presently leaving in Bakshi - ka - Talab and when i had placed the order i was told that this location is out of dilivery station so they ask me to give somebodys living in lucknow , so i did.

                                        Then appox a month later i received the product at the lucnow address. i got that product after approx 20 days to my home. When i ask HS-18 for demo of the product they have arrange a member from worldpool.

                                        the executive came for demo and he informed me that the product recd by me is microwave overn of (solo) instead of (Convectional) immediately i informed that to HS -18.

                                        They assured me that the product will be changed within 11 working days.

                                        But till date the product has not been changed.

                                        Although i feel that i lost my money. But the biggest problem with this HS-18 is that I have tried my level best to talk to the customer care regarding this issue every time i was assured that i will get my product change within 7-8 working days. but still it was not done.

                                        Sir it is very painful to customer to talk to customer care member, every time i will get connected to a new member and i have to brief the complete history. i have explained the complete history to approx 50 members of customer care, curior services, worldpool members but all invain.

                                        Now after every 2-3 days i am getting call from HS-18 they again ask the same history and do nothing seriously.

                                        it is realy very painful.

                                        please inform me some thing very soild so that i can get relief to this.

                                        On 2nd feb I ordered for Dark Green Earrings By Sharnam Art. On 8th feb, they delivered me RED ones!! On calling the customer helpline, they said that they would TRY to send the Dark Green ones by 13th but can't assure it. Even after committing a mistake they are not guarantee a timely replacement! I had to wear these earrings on my college farewell on 14th that's why I placed an order well in advance. But I still have no assurance that I will have the product for the purpose I need it!

                                        I got the book on 20th Nov which I ordered on 11th November [According to your site it is deliverable in 4 days...]. After waiting and complaining this much I got the wrong book.
                                        I ordered for the 'National Geographic Magazine - The Photography Issue Volume I ' and what I got is National Geographic Magazine November 2013.
                                        I don't want to get fooled like this again. I bought this as a gift for my friends birthday, and the date is already over. What should I do now?
                                        Will I get the exact book as its shown in your site? If you can't deliver the exact product as shown in the site what is the relevance of Online shopping?

                                        I had ordered Micromax canvas juice A77 on 11th Jan through hs18 (order no[protected] and was guaranteed that i would receive the product by 14th Jan. But I received the same on 16th Jan, and made the cash payment as agreed.
                                        Only after I opened the package did I realize that I was sent the WRONG PRODUCT, I immediately contacted their customer care number and registered a complaint. They told that they would send someone to pick up the package within 2-3 days. I called them again on 20th and now they are telling me to courier the product with my own expenses for their mistake and on top of that I was previously told that I would receive the product within 5 days, now they have changed it to 7 days. And top of all this pathetic service I didn't even receive a single update about the complaint. I request some strict action to be taken against them for running such website and fooling customer who wants to shop online.

On 29th april 2014 i placed the order of Disha NCERT Solutions: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, Class - 12 (Set of 3 Books) and on 2nd May 2014 i received my order. But when i open the product it was different from from the order i placed. The product i got was Disha CBSE-Board 2014 Success Files Class 12 Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (5 Sample Papers, Past Qns, Question Bank). I complaint it about in homeshop 18 and they were saying that return the order to us with a condition that the courier charge should be less or equal to 10% of the amount of bill which is almost impossible. But after some two weeks I received a different cushion covers with some junk painting's on it. I wrote several times to the customer care regarding the complaint. I didn't get any proper response from them, instead I received the following mail:

                                        The mobile number mentioned in this customer care mail is not mine, so I replied to them saying don't simply close this issue by giving false statement. After some days I receive a mail blindly as follows :

                                        Warm greetings from HomeShop18!

                                        In regards to your email, we would like to inform you that as per our records your complaint is resolved.
                                        If you have further queries, please revert us back."

                                        Then I received a SMS to mobile last week twice saying your MOBILE IS NOT REAABLE any way we will try to reach you again which is really a fake statement.
                                        I think they are playing smartly with the customers. I try to register this complaint as well. I alert the customers about this vendor, please be careful about the product exact & its quality. Its almost three months for me, its not yet resolved. ( I am attaching the wrong product image also for your kind reference)

                                        I had ordered Style DIVA 2 – Wedding Collection Dress Material By HIBA-Turq Green on 10th Oct'14 for Rs 2299.
                                        My Order number was[protected]. I got the delivery on 16th Oct'14 & I made the payment to the Courier man.
                                        To my surprise when I opened the packet, the suit was totally different from what I had seen online & ordered.
                                        I am really shocked on the service of Home shop 18 who claims that they give the best shopping experience.
                                        This was my first experience with Home shop 18 which was really disappointing.
                                        I have registered a complaint on 16th Oct'14 night on customer care number & my Complaint Number is[protected].
                                        The executive told me that I will receive a call within 48 Hours. I am waiting for the call & my correct product delivery.

                                        Kindly take this complaint on priority basis & replace the wrong product with the right one ASAP.

                                        Since wrong product has been delivered because of their mistake, it is their responsibility to change the product.

Please kindly refund my money which i would pay for it, was 2999/- or replace the product and give me the exact product which i paced.
