hi I have returned product via order number[protected], sub order number[protected]Wedding Collection - Saree + Matching Jewelry By Aakriti) to homeshop18 three and half months back, Since then i have been following them, but there is no refund for the item returned, I have raised more then 10 online tickets in this regard so far. recent being 78090015. please let me know how can i have my money back from homeshop18

    Booked Akai Q touch 7713 Mobile phone order no:[protected], after delivery opened phone and found display was blur and screen touch was not functioning. same has been informed to customer service agent said would give replacement and explained the process for replacement...

    After a pick-up received phone from customer service to confirm pick-up and informed me would give refund of payment .....

    After a 4 Day I called a customer service on [protected] asked status of refund Agent Name : Manish Kumar ( Date 8/1/13 Time: 9:30 P.M ) was arguing and was very rude in conversation…. And said we will only give replacement will not give refund and kept on hold and disconnected…

    I had ordered 2 sets of cinderella earrings on this site which were advertised as 24 carat gold product in 4 gms each on delv of the products i found that it's bad quality gold polished product and wa returned to the co. within mandatory 15 days period and i was assured that i will be given 100 % refund and the vendor supplying the product also acknowledged the mistake and assured that 100 % refund will be given very soon. now it's 3 months the co. has stopped responding to my queries and does not seem to be in mood to refund the amount.

    On 18th of Sep 2009 I ordered Four set of Artficial jwellery (order No[protected] that was coated with 24 carat Gold with an offer of a Wallet costing Rs.500/- Free.
    Today when I received parcel, found three earrings broken and there were no Free Gift inside.
    All the Four Set are different from the sets showing in the advt.
    I want my money back.

    I brought a pant from this site in February, they delivered a defective piece, so i asked them to replace it, they don't had the stock then, so they agreed for a refund. It have been about 5 months, but they did not send any refund even after lodging lot of complaints. They just keep on postponing.
    I had ordered for zoha collection of 5 dress material from homeshop18 worth rs. 2999/- and received the same on 26.8.14. when the parcel was opened i found that the material and the colour is not what is showed on tv. i informed the customer care same day and asked to take back the parcel. but i was told that there is no reverse pickup system so i have to send back on my cost. i sent back the parcel on 9.9.14 by india post service . after some days the postman informed me that the party has refused to take back the parcel.
    i called consumer care several times but could not answer me.
    please help me to get my refund.

    I ordered car body cover from homeshop18. This was my first time shopping on this website.

    The cover had a hole instead of provision for antenna. Before buying I checked with customer care whether the cover had antenna provision and they answered they don't know but I can return if it does not.

    I complained homeshop18 regarding my problem and they agreed to send a courier person for a reverse pick up. But week after week I called them but they did not send any courier person. My worst online shopping experience. I never had any problem with flipkart/snapdeal/ebay.

    Sir I am rohit singh i book hp229 pendrive in home shop 18 website in cash on dlivery the price is Rs.566.before one month so he send a wrong product.and he also take money.when i see the product is wrong so i call the home shop 18 customer care.he told you replace your product.after four days the couriieer boy submit the product but he does not return my money.so i call the customer care i say i replace your product so you give money.he told our agent call back after two days.but he does not call back.and going on one month but he does not return my money he always told our agent call back.what i do.please give answer..does given a response so i will take legal action.

      I place order of enter Ganesh 2 pen drive on date 12.12.12. the product was received on date 15.12.12. i paid rs 1000 to the courier person for both the pen drive. when i open the package it was found only one pen drive. i immediately complain to the customer care they told me that you will received the product within 2 to 3 working days. But after waiting more than 5 days i did not received the product. Then again i spoke to the costumer they told me again that the pen drive was send only yesterday you will received the product by 2 to 3 days, but in vain. Then later one of customer call me and inform me that we have already send the product but due to some problem on courier problem it is not reaching the product to you. ( If the homeshop18 has handed the product to the courier person why it is not possible to deliver by the courier person) we will provide you a gift coupon of Rs 500 as a gift coupon then i agree and he told me you will received the sms within 5 minute, if the sms was not received please contact to the costumer care they will provide the coupon no. I didn't get any sms , then again i contact to the customer they told me again to wait again for 3 to 4 days. The home shop18 is not solving the problem but only extended the days. ( according to my complain product it is going to be nearly a months) . i think homeshop18 is only a cheating site and nonsense.
      Note- Once i shop on snap deal and i purchase a bajaj iron and when i received the product there was not invoice included . When i complain to the customer they provide me the invoice within 2 days. I thanks to snap deal to take fast action.

        I ordered for shoes and my order number[protected] from HOMESHOP18. But after 10 days, they canceled order themselves and called me and said that the product are not available, so we canceled yr order. Actually such kind of refund isn't valid and if they can't deliver any order, so why are they cheat with customers? I will really take actions opposite Homeshop18 and spread them bad feedback via internet. I am very unsatisfied with their worst services. With the comparison of them, there are lots of other shopping sites like Jabong, Flipcart, Yuvastyle, Shopclues and many more which are really active for their customer but they are really very very very worst.

          I have complaint and called infinity times but nobody is ready solve the query and they are making lame excuses and asking for the 24hours timeline.

          I have orderd a book from homeshop18.com on 17march 2014, order id[protected]Courier DOTZOT AWB no.[protected] expected delivery time was 14 days, but today is 19th day and I haven't received my product, when I complained to courier company on 29 march then they updated his status: �Delivered to Ranchi at 26 march�, the destination was Godda and they are showing that product is delivered in another city Ranchi.(Distance between Ranchi to Godda is 400km), After that I have complained to homeshop18 but they were not giving any resolution, after calling many times to homeshop18 they updated that product is delivered on 26march, Then I told homeshop many times for refund but they deny, every time saying that give us 2-3 days. Only the thing I have received is Invoice that they sent me through email. HOMESHOP18 & DOTZOT courier is really a big fraud company. Please help me.

            This in relation Order Number:[protected] dated December 24, 2012 for 01 No. Nova Toaster (N141) with Product Number 30457290. We received our order vide AWB no. [protected] through Blue Dart on December 29, 2012. We are surprised to see that the Item we received is not the one we booked, though its a 'Toaster' but from some other company imprinted as 'Nikitasha NT-SM-087A' and all different in terms of visualization. After this on the same day we contacted HomeShop18.com helpline on[protected] to make them notice in relation to this happening and complaint but they didn't find it any new and no satisfaction as such provided to us apart from a complaint no. 77794197. Being a valued customer we requested for change of Item with the one we booked to you 01 No. Nova Toaster (N141) with Product Number 30457290. HomeShop18.com is a prestigious brand offering and huge fan following over TV-Channel, Online Shopping etc., and we never expected such kind of fraud ant & mistrust.

              i have ordered a book from homeshop18. i received the book as per schedule but i have found the book is in english, i wanted the same book in hindi. as the book is in english it is not at all usefull for me so i mailed related to the issue but yet the my problem has not been resolved.

                I had ordered the 'Jaipan jumbo roti maker' from HomeShop18.com (HS18) to my friend residence as a gift from my side on 15 Sep. 2012.(Delivery_status.jpg) It was a blatant disrespect of my reputation and feeling when the ordered and delivered late and that too broken. My friend to whom the broken product was delivered found it wrong hand in hand, and send the delivery back to the same delivery boy of HomeShop18 back to their office. I assured my friend to trust HS18 to give them a chance to compensate for their misdeed. Then it was highly despicable that HS18 used some courier service to resend another broken product. As the delivery service was not their own, therefore the delivery boy said no to take back the product and this time broken product was imposed on us by taking the price of brand new product.
                My display of feelings and affections for which gift was meant was made ridiculous by HS18 team. Even after so much anger and anguish, I controlled myself and requested them to pick up the broken product and refund the money without any compensation or complaints in consumer court. But HS18 mistook my generosity as my weakness and asked me to courier the product on my expense. The customer relationship of HS18 was aggravated when it forced me to ask my friend to bear the pain of courier his own gift to get a new one. My requests with HS18 went for about a month when I used to sms, call and mail them on almost daily basis for picking up their product for which I was ready to purchase something new as well for their entrance to that address to pick their product.
                At last, I gave up and couriered them their product for which they had to refund money. The surprising end they made was that now after getting their product back their is no money that has been refunded. The relationship with my friend has become bitter only because of this gift from HS18 and we don't talk anymore.
                Few days before HS18 has made resend of product without asking and has been discarded by my friend because of bitterness this online site is creating.
                My contact with HS18 has almost never started from their side. Its me only whose money has stuck along with courier fees and who has spend uncounted hundreds of rupees on mails, calls, SMSes and time on contacting them. The loss I have suffered and indescribable. Now, In compensation, I want them to pay me back at least fifteen thousand rupees (Rs. 15,000) along with my counted money spend.(courier+product cost)

                  I bought Xelecetron 007 tablet. At first it worked good, but after sometime half of the display is gone. I am trying to contact the service center number but they are telling that it is not a service center number it is personal number. I could not able to contact Home18 people also for the same. My money is gone within 3months of buying the product.

                    I had ordered one Locomotive jeans from homeshop18. Due to size issue i ordered for replacement. But they sent me the same size jeans once again. Therefore i had to send it back to them one more time and till date i am waiting for the replacement. Please help.

                      1. Booked an Apple iPad Mini White 16 GB wifi and paid Rs.19,400 by credit card order number[protected] on 9th of december, 2012
                      2. Was promised to be deliverd in 5-6 days
                      3. No Delievery uptil now.
                      4. Made several complaints ref 77218183 on 14th dec.
                      77323009 on 19th dec.
                      77624827 on 24th Dec.
                      5. Made several calls everyday (each call running more than half an hour) on phone for which they didnot give complaint number.
                      6. Everytime they promised me to deliever the product in next 2 working days.
                      7. I needed to gift the product on my Mom's b'day on 24th dec. and i ordered 15 days before and was promised to get it by 15th dec.
                      8. They have just grabbed my money for 20 days now, frustating on phone and giving no signs of product delievery.
                      9. Want them to deliever the product asap with compensation formy phone calls calls and the criticism i have to suffer on my Mom's bday because of them as i cant have another 20k to buy another gift for her.

                      Even I had a similar experience this people cannot deleiver imported products. They deal trough 3 party vendors all homeshop18 does is sit and talk and earn profits. Useless setup. By the way they have this cart2india vendor is who brings in imported stuff for them. Totally bakwass company. It is better to get things through friends abroad then through sites like homeshop18.
                      Keep in mind if you see cart2india in vendor name just don't go for it.

                        its already past 2 and half moth still no resolution what service you provide its irritating and when i call alway the customer care take the call put me on hold and disconnect the call dont you know how to solve the isuue.

                          Hi,
                          I have purchased product on 13the Dec'12 & still these people are not able to deliver thee product. Still they are asking me more 3-4 days. These people only deliver thee product on working days . The worst part is that it was delivered on 18the as per record & still in transition.

                          It is very pathetic that purpose of product is lost when not received on time nor these people bothered to give any service.

                            I had ordered a Sony laptop on December 7 and was scheduled to receive it by Wednesday and it is Friday today, I still have not received it. Home shop 18 and my customer relationship manager has completely misled me and provided me with false information, without any intention of delivering it by Wednesday. I had been assured that I will receive my product by Friday. Even today, I had been hoaxed into waiting for the end of day, but now, they claim it is the fault of the courier service and I will receive it by tomorrow. They are completely refusing to pay any sort of amount for the delay and instead offering a small amount of Rs. 500 gift coupon, I believe, they have absolute no regards for the customer or to even insure, the customer receives their specific product in time.

                              Bought Nova geyser 25 lit from Homeshop18 due to winter season.
                              Order no.[protected] dt. 12/11/12
                              Product delivered on 26/11/12.
                              from the day 1 this geyser is not working, complainted many times to Homeshop18 team over phone & mails, except phone listening till now no service engineer from Homeshop18 or from Nova has come us and not repaired so far

                              understood worst service from Homeshop18

                              it is almost 25 days crossed after product delivery, but i m unable to enjoy the services of geyser

                              Request your intervention and resolve my issue.

                              Product delivered on 23/8/13.
                              After some days this geyser is not working, complained many times to Homeshop18 team over phone and try to find nova customer care number, website but unable to find any contact details.

                              This is worst service from Homeshop18

                                Sir/ ma'am,

                                There was an advertisement on the Home shop 18 network on television regarding the Globalite Shoes hamper. Acordin to the advertisement the channel quoted each pair of shoe for Rs. 899/- and they offered free products along with that. The hamper consisted of 2 pair of Globalite Sport Shoes with free duffle bag from globalite and sunglasses from forest cool. Order no.[protected].
                                When we received the product we received one defected pair for which complaint was registered ( Complaint No.[protected]. and they promised that defected pair will be replaced and explained the procedure. The conversation ended and we were satisfied by the reply but after 5 mins we noticed that the price tag mention inside and on the box of the shoe pair was not same as potraied on television. The second call was placed and I spoke with complaint department representative Ashka and she said that it was manufacturing defect that price was mentioned incorrectly . We requested a letter from company that it is the mistake and the original price is as mention in advertisement. the call was disconnected by the representative. I contact home shop 18 again spoke with sales representative Rupa who disconnected the call and at third incident i spoke with representative named Deepak who put the call on hold for long time and then call was again disconnected.
                                The home shop 18 network has not the delivered the product as promised and also mistreated the consumer when they have no amswers for our queries. The price has been mis quoted and they have mentioned price higher than MRP and stated words like sale and free products where as that was the case.
                                I would like to lodge this complaint and takeb strict action against this con.

                                  I ordered strontium 4gb micro sdhc with adaptor on Homeshop 18,Today on 18/12/2012 i recieved the parcel ,i paid the amount to the first flight ,and afterwards i checked the material ,the microsd card was defective ,its not able to be detected on any computer as well as the adoptor is also faulty ,
                                  My money is wasted ,the memory card supplied is not working and faulty.

                                    Mahesh Liningwala from Pune booked gift hamper of Bata shoes before Diwali and received after Diwali and in that also two items 1)) Sox 2) Towel were not sent and for the same I complained many times and I got reply that you will be refunded with 300 Rs. check which is still not sent by them.For the same I had to call and I received telefone bill of Rs. 350 .
                                    My daughter placed Kurta order and she received kurta out of her size so she returned 2 Kurtas. For that also she called their Customer Care and then received only one. For that also she had to pay Octroi and for the same again she called their call centre and they told to refund it but still not received and today on 18th Dec, 2012 received packet with kurtas and again Octroi of 400+ Rs. was asked to pay so, she got angry and returned the packet. Such a nasty experience we have received and for the same we are going to consumer court and also filing on line complain against homeshop18.com for this type of service and above all you don't have control on Customer Care people they get angry as customer complains.
                                    I request you all that never buy from homeshop18.There is no saving but after placing order you have to follow them and keep on calling and all the numbers of customer care are paid numbers means again here you are loosing money from pocket. Guys it is better to visit a shop and buy where you can return goods and get polite reply as they need customers while here at call centre repliers are pathetic in nature.

                                      I have ordered for a book from homeshop18 site. I applied to the change of address the day when I applied for the product. Now when I call the customer care to change the address they give tell me to send a mail regarding that to [protected]@homeshop18.com. However I sent them more than 3 mails and even raised a ticket. No response or you could call action from their team. When I call to customer care, they said to tell me to call the courier service to change the address. However Aramax courier service of their needs a confirmation from homeshop18 again. So when I call them to send a confirmation mail to courier service, customer care again tell me to place a new order and not to receive the product which I order. I don't understand what sort of business and product they ship to us. Customer care guy tell me that their senior officials are busy to transfer the call or listen to any query. Wow, so awesome response isn't. Now I doubt even about the product they ship, is it good quality or not. And even doubt about the work.

                                      Suggest you to improve your customer care team and a suggestion to your mail customer care to kick them out of the customer who never respond to the customer's mail or anything.

                                        putting up a complaint after waiting 3 months for a resolution. To begin with, I gifted a mobile phone to my sister. Having heard about good reputation of Micromax, I shopped online on Homeshop18 website. Since the very first day, this mobile phone has been a pain. She has been trying to get in touch with Homeshop18 and you guys from the very beginning, however everyone is passing the buck to one another. Heights now, your mobile phone would not identify sim, would not catch signals, would show blank screen and does not work. We did not pay 6000 bucks for a piece of junk. Looking forward for a full refund that they charge me as it has been a great inconvenience for us.
