Had the most pathectic experience of my with Home shop 18. Have placed one order on 3rd November[protected] and i think i have made the mistake of my life. As per the policy, the same was to be delivered in 6-7 working days. It has been 18 days not and it has not been deliverd to me.

Am following for them for refund since last 10 days now and every time i am being told that this is being done but not done till now.

Have also got call from their so called Service team stating N number of appologies and committing that she will personally be involved and will get the refund done on urgent basis. But ......... no refund received.

One of the respectable TEAM LEADER Ms. SOMA says that she needs 24 hours to check and confirm on the request made by me. It is going so pathetic and frustrating that cannot be even explained.

    I must say that it was a big mistake by choosing HomeShop18. I have bought the Mobile and i felt so happy as its my first smart phone. On the day i received the product i found out that the product was defective and it was not working. So i registered a complaint and they promised to revert back within 48 hrs.(complaint no.[protected]. Still no update came from your end.

    Following up as its been 10 Days. I have paid the full amount.

    I have called Homeshop18 regarding this 5-7 times and every time they say that it would be delivered in 3 days and nothing happens.

      to be delivered within 4 to 5 days as it has been dispatched on 28th october with such details Courier Name: Vendor Self
      Type: Normal Courier
      Date: ( Shipped on Oct 28, 2012 ).
      AWB Number: DEL[protected] But it has not been delivered yet. I have been complaining regarding this since 4th nov.No one is able to answer regarding this rather they have updated the status
      with shipment delivered. How could I get the product or my money back.Please help me as I am in a position of mental hrashment these days.Now they have updated the status as delivered but not to
      me.

      order[protected], for product Crystal Juicer and Dicer Combo-Blue is not delivered yet, but it is displaying as it has to be delivered on May 20th 2015, but still not received the product.I has mentioned that it will be delivered in 4 days but till now no update and there is no communication.

        Fraud company Neither follow ethics nor moral business only false commitments. Lots of call to customer care and raise ticket to support desk but you will not get any correct information, commitment, follow-up call, escalation to seniors or call to seniors.

        Order No:[protected], Merchant Name and Number: Zync(1247), Item Title: Zync Z1000 9.7' tablet Placed on 04th Nov 2012 - promised to be delivered in 3 days, as i live in West Delhi. I am still waiting to received my order.

        My Complaint number is 76057269, Support ticket number are 76057335 and 76372823. 15+ follow up call to their Customer care and email to their support desk, always got false promise, never got call back and no call from seniors.

        I would like to take this to Consumer Redressal court as Homeshop18 is adopting to illegal, unethical and immoral business practices by making false promises to consumers. I have decided to initiate a legal action and I request you to assist me in this regard.

        I would like to escalate this case to higher level and would like to take action asap.

          My Credit has been debited taken Rs 11999 on 9.9.12 by Homeshop18.com Del.I stay in Hyderabad and never contracted Home shop for any online shoping.I am in regular touch with Home shop 18 .com.Every time they excuse something and delay the solution.I have already submitted with my credit card issuing bank but there is no communication from bank yet..Please advise how to recover the money from home shop18.com.Is it a cyberscam.

            Dear Sir
            I had ordered for the supply of Car Cover Vide Main Order No.[protected] and Sub Order No.47794785 to Home Shop18 and paid Rs.960/- through my Credit Card .The car cover supplied to me was found to be defective and on my reporting they denied to do any thing. But on my posting in this forum they agreed to take back the car cover which was sent to them vide AWB No.F06799491 Dt.13/10/12 through DTDC.They refunded Rs .240/ towards the freight charge incurrered by me but never refunded Rs.960/- the cost of the car cover which was received from me.On reporting the same after long waitings they are telling that the matter is over with out paying back the amount collected from me.Is it their tranparency?Please see that Home Shop 18 refunds the same amount and never tries to cheat people .

              Please beware of shopping at Homeshop18, they are fraud. They promised shipment in 2-3 days; however, you will not get order for many days and than suddenly see that some one has already taken the delivery of the order. It was supposed to be a Diwali gift and now it is loss of my money and relation ship.

                I placed an order on this site online on 6th of Nov. Did the payment online but till today(15 Nov.) response dint received the product. I have been submitting online tickets, calling customer care, talking with supervisors but of no use. They just give fake promises and excuses nothing else. Kindly take some strict action against this site, as not only me but many other people are being be-fooled by this site. This can be seen on their Facebook page, where I have shared my suffering.

                  Sir my name is vaishali and my email is [protected]@gmail.com I have ordered two jewellery sets name pipe set with leaf-30 from online homeshop 18 when I was ordering online it was not accepting my residence address as I am leaving in Bhiwandi Dist. Thane. I called up homeshope18 customer help line no. they said that you give different city address so I mentioned my mothers address at pune. product delivered at y mothers place and after eight days I received that at my place when I did open the courier I found inferior quality and product not matching with the online display product and it was damaged also. when I called up at helpline and told them about the quality and mismatching of the product they said you courier that product to us and will send you another product I said will send you the product but I want my money back they replied that its not possible when I forced them to transfer the line to senior they did not. Now I need help from you in this matter.

                    This is complaint about how homeshop18 is cheating me for nearly a month on a prepaid order. I placed order for a casserole set for Rs.1299 order number is[protected]. I had paid this order by credit card. This order was placed on 24th October. These fraudsters claimed to have sent the order thru another fraud courier company called Delhivery. On the courier site, it says the order reached Bangalore on 27th October but this was never delivered to me. When I called them up, they say that they have misplaced the courier and asked me to check with HS18 on next steps. Now I am fighting with HS18 for last 20 days. Those frauds are saying the order cannot be cancelled since it is despatched and the only way to cancel is to send the courier back when it comes home. But that can never happen as the courier will never come home. When I asked them to despatch a new product, he just refuse to do it. I wish I had done a COD order. Now these people have taken my money and cheating me. Finally after so much fight, they connected me to another calling himself as Aman and a manger. This told me he will cancel the order in 48 hours but that is never done. Now they are refusing to connect me to this . I have spoken to many more fools like Shelendra, Smitha etc., but all of them say give us more time. When I search in google, I am seeing these people cheating lot of people like this. So pls be careful with this fraud company.

                    HomeShop18.com — Homeshop18 is a fraud

                    I think, I am lucky enough to find ur email address on web. Definitely like to put ur attention to a challenging situation im going through.I purchased 2 John Player T-Shirt via order no[protected] on 3rd Aug 10. Unfortunately size ordered(was medium and I wanted small) was incorrect. Called ur customer service. Received enough information to reship via TNT to Merchant on Aug 7th, the day I received products. Service Establishment received my packet on Aug 9th. Called ur customer service twice since 9th to get an update about replacement. Didn't get a satisfying reply. Finally received email confirmation of return shipment and replacement status which talks about only one T-Shirt. Called ur customer service on 13th Aug, guy was bit rude in saying "jo appne bheja hoga wahi melega", as if im lying for Rs 299. Im a fan of homeshop18 and this is my 4th purchase. All I expect from u is a little bit of clarity in communication and better mode of communication. It seems there is a huge communication lapse. Something that i fail to understand, why there r 2 suborder nos when i received both T-Shirts in one packet against single order no[protected] . Why i was not given suborder nos, I wd have taken precaution while shipping it back. and may be bocoz of this I am receiving misleading information about replacement. So now all I want to know is the status of my purchase/replacement. When im going to receive my product.

                    Might be a one off, I got a prompt response from them.
                    Homeshop18 is a fraud company in the to promotions they showed the disney blankets to be thick and durable instead it turned out to be a very flimsy product i was so disappointed so i wrote a review in their provided columns and u know what these people did they didnt even publish the review for it, they just have this one review where the lady is praising the inferior product, and i would say that must be their own review provided by someone in their own company. the frauds they should be punished.

                      This is to register a complaint against a online shopping site viz. homeshop18.com

                      I had ordered a Remote controlled Toy - Helicopter from the homeshop18 in oct 12 .
                      i had opted for cash on delivery option for the product worth Rs 999.
                      I was delivered the product on 11/10/12 , i paid cash.
                      To our surprise and frustration , the TOY was NOT WORKING at all. i immediately contacted the homeshop18 on their customercare and i talked with MR Nitesh on the same day within 30 mins of the delivery of NON- Working product.
                      i was told to return the product to a Delhi based address which sounded very fishy and unauthentic. i talked with customercare again but they told me to send the product to same address to delhi on my own courier expenses.
                      To our surprise and frustration the product was returned back saying the address is not found.
                      I hve called the customercare of Homeshop18 for multlple number of times but neither those poeople are ready to supply new working product nor ready to refund the money .

                        I have ordered a Glen Food Processor - 4051 LX on 23rd Oct 2012. I got a call from the delivery boy on 26th Oct 12 and he want me to come and collect the product from the location of his choice. However based on my past online shopping experience, I was expecting the doorstep delivery. Despite of my several request, he was not willing to deliver the product at my doorstep. His conversation was rude and unprofessional. I called up HomeShop18 customer care immediately and the executive took my complaint and assured me that the product will be delivered to my doorstep and issue will be resolved in next 2 working days. Not to take any chance I also raised a complaint ticket on HomeShope18.com website immediately. But till date I have not got any response from HomeShope18 except the copy paste apology responses on their website's complaint ticket. I had called their customer care number several times but every time one or other executive give useless clarification and false assurance of resolving the issue and then cut the call in between. Finally one day I got chance to speak with Aditi Sharma, so called Team Leader of HomeShop18 customer care team. I explained her the whole issue and requested her to cancel my order as I do not want to take more pain for this order. She also assured that this issue will be resolve as soon as possible and told me that she has passed my cancellation request to the concern department and told me that in case if someone try to deliver the product, I can refuse to take the order. But I did not got any call for the product delivery. To my surprise when I checked the status of complaint ticket on their website today, HomeShop18 is making false claim that as per there records the product has been delivered to my shipping address and they closed the ticket without contacting and confirming with me through any mode of communication whether I received the product or not.
                        I would strongly recommend not to shop from HomeShop18.com as they do not take responsibility of delivering the product to the customer. The customer care support is pathetic and their executive will leave you frustrated.

                          This is regarding the order numbers:

                          Order # 1.[protected]
                          Order # 2.[protected]

                          The above two orders are identical. Meaning the products are ordered twice. So i requested the people at homeshop18.com to cancel one of the orders and provide the refund of the order cancelled. The first order with the #[protected] was placed on the 2nd of November 2012. This order did not get processed when i used the internet banking for the payment. The message was OUP - waiting for the gateway response. So i waited for 2 days and on the 4th of November 2012, i called up the customer care # :[protected]. Here i spoke to 2 executives and enquired about the status of the order. They said it 'may' take 24 hrs. So now i asked them if they can cancel this order so that i re-order the same product again? to which they confirmed it is possible and told me to re-order. And i re-ordered with the order #[protected]. The next day, i received a mail that both the orders are processed and a sum of Rs.8000 was debited to my bank, whereas i was ready to spend Rs.4000. More over the orders i would receive is identical and it makes no sense to me to use it either. People at homeshop18.com did not process my request of cancellation although it was valid and was requested by me at correct time. It is very disgusting for customers to shop here if this is the way they provide customer care.
                          Please help me get my refund.

                          NEVER EVER OPT FOR SHOPPING HERE... THE CUSTOMER 'CARE' PEOPLE CANT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH I GUESS OR THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE ISSUES.
                          Now same problem with me today in Homeshop18
                          Yeah...i am also facing the same problem and it is so ironical that they are unable to fix this problem since years..not at all happy with customer care support they provide.

                            Order No.[protected] Princeware Click N Seal 19 Pieces Container Set costing Rs.1799. Promised delivery date was 08/10/2012; but actually delivered on 12/10/2012 at 11:45 Hrs in damaged condition. 12600ml (code 5926), 2400ml (5919) and 1190ml (5917) are the three biggest containers in the set costing about Rs. 1000. Firstly Customer care replied on 17/10/2012 that replacement set is delivered. I waited for the delivery and lastly contacted the Care; replied that no replacement set is available and offered compensating refund amount of Rs. 400-450. Also said to sustain the delivery charges. At all this is not the justifiable decision and service of HomeShop18. Please register my complaint to give the justice.
                            pathetic service. they dont even bother to update the stocks availability. they are connected with other shopping websites. the item is shown available there. but in homeshop18 the item is out of stock. the service personnel are not bothered with your complaint. i booked my order saying that it was available. when i sent the cheque to them, after 4 days they send an sms saying that the stock is not availiable and sending the cheque back. when the item is not available then why book the order. they say it is the fault of the computer machnines and not the mistake of the man operating the machine. i only have to assume that our country is being controlled by machines and not by human beings.

                              I ordered Sandisk 4GB memory card In HOMESHOP18 ON LINE on 16-10-12 and I made for the payment for it, immediately I received a sms to my mobile stating your order No.[protected] and the same will be delivered in 6 days.

                              Till date it is not dispatched the product. Then I called them to[protected] on 20 th OCT , they said I’ll be getting the material in 48 Hrs, after that also I have not received any product, then again I called them to the above No. on 26,27,29,30 October and 1,2 of November and they are telling again and again that I will be getting the product in 48 Hrs.

                              They are not doing business , they are just cheating people by simply taking their money and not delivering the product. If somebody can stop this at least people will not suffer by this kind of cheating companies.

                              i ordered a whirlpool microwave 20 leter grill through homeshop 18 the ordered date was 11th jan. i was told to deliver the order with in 7 or 8 working day now more than 56 days have past but could not received my order i talked more than 50 times in homeshop 18 customer care, but everytime they misguided me that my order will be delivered with in 2 or 3 days
                              now i have wasted my money and my time even whatdo i do...

                                With regret I have to inform that the above item has not been lifted back by Homeshop18.com and given a replacement as is being pursued with you over the last month.It makes a mockery of the Consumer Services Act in as much as there is a gross deficiency of services for which homeshop18.com is liable. Our Order number no is [protected] , I regret to point out that the Roti Maker from Jaipan has been delivered broken second time at 2037, Sector 15 C, Chandigarh . As you have not replaced the item so far, nor collected it back, as was done earlier by you, for reasons best known to you.

                                In view of your callous and indifferent attitude, to provide a product which has been fully paid by us, we give you notice hereby to replace the product within a period of 10 days, failing which you shall be liable for damages and legal action which we propose to initiate with due intimation to Press and Media to bring to their notice the farce being enacted by Home shop 18 and Jaipan cheating a genuine customer like us. we look forward to your action at the earliest to send the new product in replacement in order and collect the product not later than 10th November 2012 failing which , we shall be independent to take up appropriate action, last chance being given to you.( contact no [protected])

                                  I booked Sandisk 4GB Micro SD Memory card (Buy 1 Get 1 offer) via Homeshop18 web site and I paid the money for the same thro' my debit card on[protected],
                                  I received their order acceptance No[protected] to my mobile as sms on the same day[protected] and their delivery period given as 6-7 days.
                                  But till date I've not received the product. Then I started calling to their phone number[protected] from[protected] and made complaints on with their customer care for more than 8 times,but but they are extending their time for deliver the product by 48 Hrs every time, but till date they have not deliver my product to me.
                                  Kindly take some serious action against this , coz like this they may cheat many people all over.

                                    Dear All,
                                    I Ordered Su-kam Fusion Series 2500 VA Inverter(Price 22942) on 15th October 2012 Order No:[protected]. The same has been shipped via Professional Couriers with AWB Number DEL[protected]. The same was received by me in person on 25 Oct 2012 around 5:45 PM from the courier Operations Office at Thycaud Trivandrum, Kerala as the courier Informed me that they can't deliver this to my office address as the package was a heavy one. When i received the package I grew suspicious on knowing the package weight to be only 22 Kg as the Sukam Fusion unit weight was 27.5 Kg. so After seeing the package with permission of the courier people i started removing the outer jacket of the package so that i can confirm that correct product is delivered. To my surprise and shock it was a Su-Kam Shark 2500 Inverter(Price 15291) Immediately on seeing this i called up Homeshop18 Customercare on [protected], I Spoke to an executive Named Rakesh. I explained My problem to him for which I was told to take the delivery and keep it at home. Inspite of asking several times should i Reject the package so that the package will be sent back to the sender Rakesh Insisted Me to take the delivery. and they will send a replacement package. Beliving on his words I have taken delivery of the Item and kept it at Home.



                                    Rakesh has raised my issue with complaint Number 75614129. for which i have not received a single response.



                                    Now Every time I call I get a Standard response of It will be resolved in 2 Days.



                                    I am worried of loosing my Money Online. and for me around 20K is a Huge sum..



                                    It's 15 Days Since My order, I have not received it yet. My Humble Advice, Do not Order anything on Homeshop18 unless U have lots of your fathers Money and Have all the time in the world to wait and fight with the Company.

                                    I am in the Darkest Part of India(Southern Tamilnadu around 16 hours Powercut per day), And Living without an Inverter for one who has spent most of his Live in Metros(Chennai) is a Living Hell and I really feel bad that I can't give a peacefull sleep to my 1.5 year Old Baby girl. and now Homeshop18 has thrown Oil in to my already Burning Heart.

                                      As i have booked a complain against the same order , that the product is delivered to me is tied up with MTS network Which not working with my Orissa RIM sim. About the same i have discussed with homeshop18 call center member for working the same with My RIM sim before placing the order, They confirmed me to will work. & In web site the mobile showing with out any tie up but the delivered is tied up which i have not ordered. So plz arrange the plan cdma mobile which will work with my RIM sim. For the same have a complain no is 75328057. For the same i have not get any solution from last 20 days.

                                        This is to bring to your kind information that i received a Black & Decker 1 Cup coffee maker DCM 15 on 22Oct12. But it is only 300W input (as mention on the product) while you are showing in ur product detail, it is working on 500W. It is not as per standard so kindly replace it as soon as possible.
