My mother (Mrs. Sneh Jain) had purchased a jewellery item from HomeShop18 TV program by phone order. Order number is[protected].
I received the product and when she used it, she found the product is not of good quality. I placed a complaint (complaint number[protected] on 3rd of May that product quality is not good and the plating of the item removes from place to place. On 4th may I received a call from Priyanka (escalation deprtment) and she said that in next 2 days a guy from Aramex courier will come and pick the item and provide a number to me and I have to give this number to HS18. I received a message on my phone for this also. She said that I will get a replacement of this and get a new item. After four days when no body came, I called back on 8th May, 2013 and talk to the escalation department. Mr. Ranbir (reference number of call[protected] said that the product is not under warranty and we can't do any thing and talked very rudely. When I asked him to transfer the call to his senior, his answer was no one is there on the floor above him.
I have a HS18 signed 1 year warranty card for the product.
I want a strict action from Home Shop18 on this to resolve the problem.
I received a really bad quality product from HS18 and looking support from HS18 to get it replaced.

GOT DELIVERY of Anjali Roti Tawa Small Low Calorie Cookware,Size260 mm,Price on carton Rs 375.
Kindly send me Anjali LX Roti Tawa 285mm, Product code 39717 HS18 Price Rs 517 and get the wrong Anjali Roti Tawa Small Low Calorie Cookware,Size260 mm,Price on carton Rs 375 returned.
Further as per my conversation at the time of registering the complaint no 2099481 , Mr Pankaj stated that as I have made earlier purchases from Home shop 18 and due to the terrible inconvenience caused to me for the wrong product Anjali Roti Tawa Small Low Calorie Cookware,Size260 mm,Price on carton Rs 375 as an customer delight measure he would be sending me Gift Coupon worth denomination of Rs 1000 Rupees One thousand only.
Please arrange for sending me the gift coupon number via email or gift coupon along with despatch of Anjali LX Roti Tawa 285mm, Product code 39717 HS18 Price Rs 517 for which payment has been made by me via cash on delivery on 7th October 2009.
On following up on 13th Oct 09 I was informed by homeshop18 that gift coupons with minimum purchase of Rs 2500/- would be sent to me.
Do you feel that giving a GC with a minimum purchase value will excite an irate customer who has been delivered a wrong product. Would request you to get the basics of sales correct, if you want to delight an irate customer you should send him gift coupons for the value of his purchase without any conditions ,after which on a latter date you can send gift coupons with minimum purchasing value as it will serve both the customer and your sales target fulfillment.
Product (Anjali LX Roti Tawa 285mm, Product code 39717 HS18 Price Rs 517 for which payment has been made by me via cash on delivery on 7th October 2009.) replacement still not recieved.
EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM HOMESHOP18

    Dear Sir,
    I ordered product an Product from Homeshop18.com on 5th April 2013 an paid 12,601/- (ORDER NUMBER[protected]. Company fail to deliver product till Date. They given me shipment details of DTDC Courier AWB No: X02024382 on Thursday, April 11, 2013. The Courier Tracking Details at DTDC Website showing consignment in Nagpur since 12 April 2013.

    Till date I am not in receipt of the ordered Item. I complaint Homeshop18 on April 16, 2013. They however giving Fake promises but not able to deliver product till date.

    Homeshop18 and DTDC courier intend to cheat with me and eated my hard earned Money. After more than 1 month of payment I am not in receipt of product...This is open market cheating...

    Please help me in getting my product or refund with interest.

    Homeshop18 — product delivered after more than a month

    I totally disagree with the response from Homeshop18.

    "Such feedbacks provide us an opporunity to improve our services and make a delightful and memorable shopping experience at all times"

    Homeshop18 doesnt take any feedbacks from customers. Only after sending a registered notice to their office in noida i got a reply from Homeshop18 and got the product delivered.

    If Homeshop18 has been good to its customers it should follow up when a complaint is lodged whereas after repeated calling to Homeshop18 all i got was a reply that the product will be delivered in 24 or 48 hours and i never got a call until i sent them a registered letter.

    So i totally disagree with the word satisfaction mentioned above by Homeshop18, its just a relief that i finally got the product after a month delay.

    Membership Services — My hard earned money

    I called last month and cancelled my membership. I checked my account today and it seems that they have taken another 24.95 out of my account. They told me that they are not able to put my money back in my account because there is nothing on the account saying that I called a month ago. I am very upset that I have to pay 24.95 because someone did not do their job. I talked to four different women. One was okay, the next one hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the third one said yep after I said thank you instead of you're welcome and the supervisor, Jessica...ID # 45146 was not helpful at all. I do not even remember purchasing anything like this but I am not arguing with the fact that people call my phone and talk really fast and end up getting me to agree to something somehow without me even knowing...that is my mistake, but I cancelled it and I refuse to have people steal from me like this. I am a single mother of four, I work two jobs, and I am about to graduate from college. I work entirely too hard to have someone take my money from me. I expect to have my money put back in my account. I am reporting this to the BBB and have already contacted several people with this same type of complaint. It seems this company does this sort of thing a lot. Well, not anymore if I can help it. If anyone would like to contact me my number[protected]

    Please see how long you people will make me fool. How many days are taken in shipment and aftershipment to reach the c/ment. Though I know it U all are twisting the things of your own, but telling you this is not the way of dealing with the customer.

    It is clear that something is wrong with this product. After a gap of 3 months my order was renewed with another ID, Why ?

    Saraswati Mam tells that Mausmi Mam is responsible to execute it ? On 12th Sept. 11 at 4.30 p.m. Mr. Inderjeet also told about Mausmi Mam

    Should I file a case by name instead of Homeshop 18?
    Please give me clear position of the product and also give me FINAL DATE of its receipt at the destination by today evening positively.

    In case you or your higher ups are not looking it seriously I have no alternate but to seek legal advice which please note.

      Dear Sir,
      I bought Neutronext Circular Saw - NXC-7 from Homeshop18.com on 10th April 2013. My order ID is[protected]. They sended me secondhand product having wear and tear and also without company packing and also without complete standard Accessories, They even didnot sent the Blade that is required for using the product.

      I complaint them in within 24 Hours, with complete details of item receive. They replied and ask me to send item back on my own and They said They will replace item and will pay me Courier Charges incurred in sending item back. But they written they will send maximum of 10% of order amount as courier charges. The order amount I paid for this item was 2099. So they will send me maximum of 210rs as per their message.

      The product weight is around 5 Kgs. I inquired at few couriers, they quoted shipping charges around 1000 rs. This will lead me to loss of 790rs in sended item back to them with mental torture extra when mistake is from Homeshop18 who sended me second hand product, doing cheating freely.

      I already message to HS18 on 24 April 2013 for either arrange pickup from their own courier company or pay the shipment charges on actual in advance. But they fail to reply till date.

      This is open market cheating...Please help me getting me new product or refund...

      I had got TV video game from "indiaplaza.com" two months back. but it is faulty one. i asked for a replacement. Till now they didn'rt respond.

      after so many complains defective product order no[protected] samsung digital camera 12 MP replaced and i received on 02 Sept 11 but there is no accessories which should be there.
      deficient item are one 4 GB memory card, one battery charger ,two rechargeable batteries.
      i don't know how irresponsible you people are .first sent defective product and than full accessories was not there. i am really puzzled.
      pls solve this issue,otherwise i will be compelled to move the court for the same.

          I amit mondal, am a member of Indian Armed Forces (INDIAN NAVY) and presently at Indian Ship Kunjali.
          I had place an online order for purchase of Lenovo Ideapad A2107 WIFI+3G DUAL SIM Android 4th on feb 2013 at a total cos of Rs 14, 450.00 (rupees fourteen thousand four hundred and fifty ony,
          However, it has come to the notice that the above item received is aduplicate item, as the serial number pertaining to the above item is mismatching, despite from assistance and suggestion from call centre as well as from the service, a replacement has not yet ben received by me till to date.
          In view of the above , it is requested that a replacement for the above item be provide at the earliest, failing which , I will have to take up a civil case to seek justice through consumer court with yhe assistance of the Indian Armed Forces. Further, a notice will also be published in all the daily newspaper editions so as to avoid any further fraudulence purchase from home shop18.

            I have purchased Godrej 185 L Direct Cool Refrigerator GDE 195 BX1 on Sunday, April 21, 2013 which is delivered to me in faulty condition. As per instruction given in user manual I installed it. But the refrigerator did not work. I communicated this problem to Godrej customer care. Technician came and inspected the refrigerator and told me about the grave fault in it.
            Then immediately (24th April, 2013) I lodge a complaint in Home Shop 18 customer care via telephonic communication but did not get any satisfactory solution.

            Again I registered complaint on 24th April, 2013 at given mail ID [protected]@homeshop18.com about a purchased product which is faulty. It’s been 7days but did not find any solution from [protected]@homeshop18.com. Only I got replies like
            1st time-"Sir your Problem will be solved within 2 days".
            2nd time-"Sir your Problem will be solved within 72 hours".
            3rd time-"Sir I have mailed your complain to vender he will contact you today".
            4th time (on Monday 29th April) -" Sir i will talk to vender and get back to you post lunch".
            But till now (4th may 2013) , I didn’t get any call or solution (neither from vender nor from Relationship Team of Homeshop18).

            It is really surprising for me that a relationship team member himself commits to inform me at the same day but not replied me. More surprising thing was, after the referral of customer care team the whole relationship team not responded while it's been 3 days.



            So Please help me in replacing this faulty product.

            HomeShop 18 — FAULTY GOOD DELIVERED

            Dear Sir,

            I purchased Spy Cam for my personal use, ( we both partners are working and
            to keep an eye on our maid who is looking after our child at home) through
            Home Shopping 18. The Spy Cam was in a form of Pen with memory of 4 GB at a
            price tag of Rs.1799 only. As per the company policy the order was placed
            through net and the cash was collected at the time of delivery.

            The good was delivered at time through "Speed Post" and the amount was
            paid. The catalog informed about the use of the equipment's and about all
            the features provided. Some information were missing and few features were
            also not present (e.g when the battery is exhausted the cam will
            automatically shutdown but will save all the data before shut down.)
            actually the cam was only saving the data when it was shut down manually.

            I tried to contact the Home Shop 18 through writing mail but in vain. The
            company refused to answer my query and did not answered my repeated mail.
            Kindly help me.

              I buy a mobile dual SIM handset KARBONN A12 at the Rs. 7690.00 paid by VISA from HOMESHOP 18 by the order no[protected] & sub order no 56333049. My order date was 31 Mar. 2013. After received the item when I going to install the battery and SIM I found that the middle pin of battery input is broken and the SIM slots were not as their specification. I found one GSM slot and another other was WCDMA. But as HOMESHOP18 specification both GSM+GSM . After all I insert the a single SIM and battery I found the set became turned on But I have not got any signal. I inserted various telecom company’s SIMS but have not got the signal. After that by entering the my account of HOMESHOP18. I submitted ticket against the order. They asked me to contact the local service centre. I contact the local service centre but the team of service centre told me that the product is under warranty period so they can’t try to repair that item because it was online purchase. They could not bear the risk of any damage . What the service centre said I mail to customer care of HOMESHOP 18 . Then the customer care asked me to create a job sheet by the local service centre and send the job sheet no. I do every thing as they said. Customer care already registered My reference case number is 81523713 on 25th April, and issue another case no. 81719929 on 1st May 2013. I have already submitted off the proof of a damaged item. But they delay the issue by asking unnecessary question and sending e-Mail. Total 16 e-mail exchange in between me and the Mr. Amardeep Yadav Customer Support Executive , HOMESHOP 18. I just want to returned the damaged Mobile set and exchange with a proper working new one or refund my money back . But they delay the issue as they can.

                    II ordered a shirt for my 5 year old kid. Order Number[protected]. Sub order number[protected]. The shirt size was 5-6 years however it did not fit my kid at all. So I raised a complaint with them and they simply closed the complaint after 4 days saying the tried calling me at my number. However I never received any call. Now they are adamant that they will not refund or replace the item.

                    In that order I ordered more than 12 items and 7 of them they sent were either of incorrect size, color or design totally different from the picture on the website.

                    STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD. THEY WILL OFFER 50% DISCOUNT AND THEN SEND INCORRECT OR WRONG PRODUCTS AND WILL REFUSE TO REFUND THE MONEY.

                      i ordered for a laptop bag,since i dint get what i ordered, i was told ti send the bag back in exchange for a refund..... it has been 2 months now and they havent refunded the amount of Rs 690. they have given a fake transaction id telling that the refund is over, but my bank has told me that the number is invalid. each time i call them, they put me on hold. please look into this matter.

                        sir.i ordered a princeware product (order no.[protected] priced rs.386.00 on homeshop18.com on 20 march,2013.i paid for it through debit card o[censored]nited bank of india.it should be shipped within 4 days,though it was not.then i asked them via facebook.com about its status.but it was cancelled by themselves on 30th march.they said that they have reverted my payment.but it was not refunded to my account. i asked them for three times and waited upto date 26/04/2013. on everytime they said me to wait for few more days and they will refund me soon.
                        yet now i have not received my money back into my bank account. i would like to inform you that their website was on upgrade at the time of my ordering.
                        i therefore request you to look into this matter and help me by returning my money back.

                          Be careful while shopping from HomeShop18, Just do not shop by seeing attractive demo/ad on TV. I bought USHA Sew Light machine (Order no.[protected] which is not as good as it was shown in TV demo. Even my new machine is not stitching well , new machine got bobbin problem & loose thread is coming from bottom side. When I spoke to Home Shop 18 Guy(Prashant) I was asked to call USHA customer care center & refuse to help . HomeShop18 is just acting as broker & making commission. Once product is sold they are not willing to take any responsibility so just don’t trust & buy from homeshop18. Even they don’t have any replacement/customer satisfaction policy, while talking over phone, executive made a new policy that if I had called within seven days they would have replaced. But I didn’t find seven days policy anywhere on HomeShope18 website neither it was communicated while placing order.

                          Moreover when I launched the complain, USHA technician told some parts need to be replaced not working correctly mean they are selling seconds product otherwise how new machine part get spoiled without using even for single day.

                          Guys please do share your experience about HomesHope 18 & help people from being cheated.

                            I ordered one GSM mobile under super deal and later came to know that the mobile is really bad and I immediately submitted ticket to cancel the order. I submitted ticket and spoken to executive too. They told that yes it will be cancelled and I should not worry about. Next day I got an SMS that item is shipped. Despite of repeated attempts to cancel the order they didn't listen to me and shipped item which I never wanted.

                            They are giving excuse that it can't be cancelled because item is shipped while I cancelled it with immediate effect but due to customer negligence and their executive's carelessness this put me in trouble. Next day I again called executive and he close the ticket without any update.

                            ALMOST ALL GOOD ONLINE SHOPPING PORTALS GIVE ONLINE CANCELLATION BUT HS18 DO NOT AND I BELIEVE THEY DO SO INTENTIONALLY. GUYS BEWARE OF THEM AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THIS IS MY 3RD INSTANCE WHERE I GOT CHEATED BY THEM.

                            the scene started when we booked pair of jeans. we got wrong size which we returned to you for which you charged Rs. 350 as courier to be refunded. the jeans deliver were expected to be in specific time otherwise of no use to us. we were told delivery and courier money will be returned to us within 1 week. Which never happened. after which cancelled the order and were promised for refund within 15 days. After that day we are constantly following up these pathetic call centre people. everytime we get different answers but no money. what do we understand for this that you people have looted us. every time we are told on call that we will get a call back within 48hrs. I think you guys dont know the meaning of 48hrs. You people are just thief thats what the end story is. We want our money and then we are done with you guys

                              I have place an order for xolo Q800 on 05/04/2013 in their discount scheme after placing order they call me & said that your order will delivered in 5 to 6 working days & after 5 working days they call me again & said that we do not have stock so we will cancel your order so this type of poor service give from www.homeshop18.com. so I request to them do not give any fake commitment to customer if you provide this kind of poor service so customer is not come with you to shop again. If you are not able to give product so why you take high discount scheme?

                                Hi Team,

                                I am writing regarding refund for order number[protected] amount 6426. I booked it on 5th April 2013 of anniversary day of Homeshop18. Site was offering 50% off coupon but when I applied coupon and made payment via credit card it got failed, when I chose net banking it deducted my whole amount 6426. I called on customer care and reported issue, customer executive informed me that they have some technical issue and canceled the complete order and suggested to book it again. I booked again and this time it happened successfully. Customer executive informed me that money will get credited to my account in 48 hour.

                                The only pain now I am writing this mail is 11 days has passed i haven't received my refund yet. After calling and mailing many time I got just 2737( 2,588 + 149) out of 6426 .

                                I called on 8th April again and exeutive said due to holiday it wouldn't get credited in ur account and wait till 10th.

                                I checked my homeshop18 account on 10th April for refund status and found one sub order(number[protected] of canceled order status as changed overnight form "Refund for your order has been processed" to "Your order has been delivered status". I called executive and raised a ticket also about this. They informed us to deny to accept the order form courier guy, we are refunding your money. We informed courier guy that we have cancel this order and please take it back he denied as he hasn't got anything in written form HS18.

                                Anyway we accepted it and informed hs18 group again. This time executive said me that money will get credited by 14th April

                                I checked again on 14th April my homeshop18 account and found that one more sub order (number[protected] of canceled order now status as changed as "Your order has been delivered status".

                                I am really shocked, how overnight status has changing form "Refund for your order has been processed" to "Your order has been delivered status". Is a customer mistak if there site have techincal issue? Is homeshop18 pushing their non discounted order to customers? If not yes why status of orders changing daily and why refund it not credited to my account yet. . I am not complaining for few thousand bugs is not a big amount
                                I never expected such service form homshop18, I purchased form you because i had trust on them .

                                  This is regarding my order no[protected] which is yet to be delivered as i ordered it on 5 april 2013 and it is still in being processed and after calling to homeshop18 customer care they always said we will update by EOD but it is pathetic that i haven't received any call from there end.I need compensation due to delay delivery and order to be delivered with in 2 working days,as today is 7th day since date of buy date.
                                  Homeshop18 is really a pathetic and fake site.
                                  I had placed an order with Home shop 18 with respect to a paw print bean bag on 13 th of November 2011. My order was confirmed on 25 th of November 2011. It took almost 12 days to conform my order. On the site of home shop 18 it is written that the order gets confirmed and the delivery is made in 7-8 days. The product wasn't shipped as stated. I was shipped on 26th of November. I haven't received my product as of now. There is a lot of delay in reply from home shop 18, their systems aren't audited on time, the information that they provide is insufficient, every call is answered with the words " your complaint has been forwarded, we will get back to u soon". Hope they change and update their systems and make a faster response system is deviced.

                                  I had ordered online products form HOmeshop18 on 17-09-14. but till date i.e. 6-10-14 i did not got that product. every time vist their site the status of my product is showing at shimla. i had called them so many times but no action is taken by them.
                                  The order no[protected],[protected] and[protected] with AWB no.[protected], AWB no.[protected] and AWB no.[protected] respectively are shipped through DOTZOT Courier on[protected].

                                    I had placed an order for "Kilkari Girl's Blue Salwar Suit" on April 7, 2013 on Homeshop18. But the product I have received is totally different in every aspect. It is even missing the dupatta and is a very ordinary top and pyjami. It is of a very poor quality and pink in colour. I have filed Complaint Ticket Number 81122763 on their website but they are just ignoring it and not giving any reply. My order number was[protected]. Please help me either get a refund or replace this defective product. The screenshots are attached with this complaint and show the different product delivered.
