Hi,
Not sure is it correct place or not.
I need guideline on placing case on homeshop18.

I bought a mobile(Karbonn) from homeshop18, where it stopped working with in 23 days. When i checked with them initially they said i need to contact the product service centre. When i contacted the service centre they said product is defective and motherboard is short circuited which need to be replaced.And the product in service centre for more than moth, Neither Homeshop18, nor karbonn not ready to replace the mobile they want to service the mobile and send back which also didn't happen(Out of 3 month i used it for 22 days, initially service centre didn't accept the product as the invoice and warranty provided by homeshop18 was not proper,where i around 3 weeks to get new invoice, and more than 30 days on service centre and still counting) . Now homeshop is saying their part is over they cant do anything, not ready to replace and not ready to refund for the defective mobile they provided. Every time i need to raise new ticket as they close the previous ticket without resolution found.
I need guideline to put case on them..

we have ordered a sigmatel touch screen mobile phone model no.- S30 on 23rd august 2009 to home shop 18 on telephone no- [protected].. order no[protected] .they have delivered mobile by blue dart courier. we received the courier on 1st september 2009 at 7 pm. we made payment for this productby city bank credit card with 3 emi. we opened the courier and we found the screen of the mobile was broken..soon we complained home shop 18 on above toll free no-[protected]. our complain no is 1929000. they have replied that they would change the product in a week...but still they have not provided us the replacement.we have called 5 times on home shop 18's phone no. for at least half an hour everytime.still there is no response...

I have purchased a sigma tel cell in october and within 15-20 days it have sound problem, then i got rreplaced it but they took a month for all the procedurre then the new piece i got was a faulty one and the sim couldnt be inserted so i told them for a refund but they are not agreeing to it and forcing tfor the replacement, but my question is they will give me the replacemnet only till warranty period but what after that. where will i get the justice to it

Worst ever experience with homeshop, no business ethics..
As I was not reachable in phone, closed the complaint, where no mail or SMS sent regarding this.

None of the tickets where updated with resolution, every promises given only in phone conversation which never fullfilled.

Technical person not aware of the whole story, and i need to start from beginging.

Please keep away from this site..

Next biggest cheater is Karbonn, where they said if mobile in the service centre for more than 45 days, then they will provide the replacement nothing happened till now, where try to give my old mobile by removing the scratch cards with new IMEI no and with little polishing as replacement (where they forgot to remove the scratches from battery and screen, which i remember before i gave for service ) :).

I got thee delivery on 18the Feb 2013 as I was committed. And When I opened thee product and checked whetheer it is working well or not, I found mobile is rebooting (restarting) each time when I tried to access any mobile features or any options. I theink There is some Technical issue eitheer in hardware or in software. I don't know exactly what's wrong withe it, but I know theat theis phone is useless for me unless it works well.

      I talk to customer care then i get a call back after two days related to missing earing of mayuri necklace, she told me issue will be resolve in 4-5 working days, then i got a call after few days that they are sending earing, after that next day i got a call that did i got a call from seller, i say no then they ask me to sent the set, i said it is not possible given circumstances, then we got call from seller they enquired about missing earing and assured as to solve problem, after few days again we got call from customer care that problem is resolve and it will be sent in 4-5 working days, then again after few days i got a call and they offer me complementary make up kit instead of earing which i decline and explain our reason not to accept the offer because we want earing not anything else, then again after few day we get call with unusual condition that sent necklace whenever possible we sent a new set...which is odd in the context that everything is fine in the set expect missing earing...makers is not making Taj Mahal so that every piece is unique...again i register complaint with number 78984439 , on 7 feb 2013, they told me earing will be sent in 7-8 working days , today is 4 working day already and i didn't get any confirmation......know wt next
      After that i got confirmation that they r sending earing within 3-4 days....but again i got call asking me to register complaint again and again with a new story...know i dont know wt to do...this continuos disturbance is taking toll in my normal life...i start to feel irritating know...

        Do you have the habit of going out of stock after customer places the order?.

        When customer places the order and you show him that the item is available then you commit to its availability. This happened with me also. I had placed the order for a laptop and after 2 weeks your reported that the laptop was out of stock. You cannot give excuses about the vendor and local suppliers problems. We as customer do not go and reach them for the item.

        You are worst ecommerce company in India.

            Dear Sir,
            This is regarding Order ID[protected]. I order product on Jan 16, 2013. Its almost an month is over and i am waiting for product. Your company is now saying that product is lost in Transit and your company is refunding the order. This completely unfair. After waiting for such long, i am expecting product, not the refund. Kindly send the product at earliest. Further, as the offer running when the order was made is over and i will not be able to re-order at same price. But, If your company is not capable to fulfill order than you have to pay 800 INR as compensation for wasting my time and effort along with refund. I will wait for next 3 days for your resolution as per my satisfaction, after which i will be forced to take legal action against your company and all the cost of legal procedure borne to me, i will be claiming that also in the court from your company...

              Dear Sir,
              I ordered total 8 sarees from Homeshop18.com on JAN 11, 2013 after seeing their offer on Clothing section. They cancelled suborder of 7 sarees earlier and last saree they sended Factory Defective (Defect in Manufacturing) Saree. I complaint them within 5-6 hours of item receipt. As per their process. I courier them the product back by ONDOT Courier AWB Number[protected]. The Item is also returned back to them on Feb 1, 2013 as per tracking details at courier website. Now they donot replying my message and they not refunded my money till date.

              Please help me in getting refund of ordered item and return courier charges of 250 Rs and appropriate compensation.

              Homeshop18 — defective product send twice

              I had ordered Dual touchscreen mobile Vox A8800 from homeshop18, I had got the delivery but the mobile touchscreen got hanged next day and send for replacement and after 15 days I got replaced mobile. I was shocked that the mobile I got had 2 scratches on the screen and touchscreen was not working, I though was a sheet company is this sending a new product which is not working without checking. I had call back hs18 and asked for return of money back but yet they are not giving proper answer and I fed up of calling hs18 again and again. please help and sort out my problem, you can call me on [protected].

                Hi,

                I have placed a order with order no.[protected] for Ruby Heart Pendant in gold on 24 Jan 2013 by looking at the product on their website www.homeshop18.com.On the channel HomeShop18 which is aired on Airtel DTH,the same product was shown for purchase on 27/28 Jan 2013.
                On 05 Feb 2013,I received a confirmation call stating that the product will be dispatched on 07 Feb 2013 and advised me to keep myself available.
                On 06 Feb 2013,I again received a call from HomeShop18 stating that the product is out of stock and will not be delivered.

                Ideally this scenario is not feasible as the product is yet available as in stock on their website and in case it was out of stock then why the same has been shown on TV?
                This is a clear case of fraud and cheating.

                  I had placed oreder a product with Homeshop 18 on 21st Jan however product is not yet delivered. I have logged a complaint with customer care and The customer care executive gave me a complaint number 78627249 and has assured that I will receive the order within 48 hrs. it is not delivered till the time. I have called up call customer care many times but each time asking me to wait for 48 hours. When I asked customer care to transfer this all to senior executive they are simply putting on hold for long time and no response from them. After long waiting i have disconnected couples of times. This worst experience I ever faced with customer care. I have read many blogs some peoples are waiting for their product a month together and prodcut not delivied to them. I am feeling now that they are just making fool o[censored]s and not able to deliver the product.

                    Actually 10 [protected] days before i have booked an order of Orpat Heater on HomeShop18 . Its been more than 10 days i did not get my room heater yet ,And when i contacted to customer care they told me they dont know where it is.Every day they used to tell me different story that next day you will get your product .But still i am clueless.Kindly suggest me what i need to do.???

                      Dear Readers,

                      I ordered a WHITE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE II N7100 Phone on 17th November 2012 from Homeshop18.

                      Instead of a white phone their vendor in delhi dispatched a black phone. On complaining a homeshop18 representative apologized and gave me Rs 1000 gift voucher for the error, to persuade me to keep the phone. Since the color was acceptable i took the offer.

                      Now, i had bought the phone online for a 12 mth Kotak Card Emi. Although over 2 mths have passed, this has not been intimated till date to Kotak Mahindra Credit Card. Kotak Mahindra is charging me full amount and when i said i wont pay full amount they say they will levy interest charges on full unpaid amount.

                      Despite several calls and emails to Homeshop18 the customer care did not respond , finally when i raised 2 tickets on the website there was a small response.

                      I asked Homeshop18 to provide me with proof of intimation, of 12 Month EMI Conversion, to my credit card company (as requested by Kotak Cards themselves).

                      Instead of furnishing me the proof, Homeshop18 wants me to share my credit card bill with them before they can do anything.

                      This company portrays itself as a reputed company but it is very much to the contrary, they are just playing around with customers until the customer gets tired and shuts up.

                      I keep travelling abroad for long periods , i cannot afford to keep calling and following up with both Homeshop18 and Kotak Mahindra on the status.

                      These faceless online companies are taking consumers for granted. They should atleast have a separate complaint cell. Everytime one calls you have to speak to an uninitiated "customer care" representative and explain the case to them. Then they pretend to transfer the line to someone senior and just disconnect the line.

                      I AM AT MY WITS END AND WANT TO EITHER RETURN THE PHONE AND RECEIVE FULL CREDIT FOR EVERY PAISE I HAVE PAID OR GET THE EMI CONVERSION DONE IMMEDIATELY.

                      I had earlier posted complaint on this website regarding samsung galaxy note 2 purchased online from homeshop18.

                      They had sold the phone on 12 month emi. for this I have an invoice and also mail confirmations from their customer service rep.

                      They have made only empty promises until now to resolve. After 2 months of dilly dallying and saying that emi conversion will happen in this billing cycle, suddenly they are saying that it had got converted in december 2012 and I should follow up with my credit card company kotak.

                      Why do I have to follow up with my bank. I have purchased on homeshop website and they have agreed to make available 12 emis on payment by my credit card co at a specified processing charge.

                      I am already seeking legal opinion and feel that others who have been cheated by homeshop should join in.

                      Also these issues need to be highlighted in media so they dont carry on doing this to paying customers.

                      First of all I have repeatedly asked for a proof of intimation to kotak bank for emi. You are cunningly concealing this information.

                      You are not the bank. My credit in bank does not reflect your empty words and promises regarding conversion. You cannot give directive to me to pay only 1/12 of amount, whereas my bank wants entire payment.

                      I have purchased through homeshop and it is your responsibility not mine to get conversion done.

                      I REPEAT, I NEED PROOF OF INTIMATION TO MY BANK SO I CAN FURNISH IT TO THEM. IF YOU HAVE TO INTIMATE THEM FEW MORE TIMES IT IS YOUR RESPONSILITY.                       By the way after 2mths you guys have come to know that you had converted emis. I have email and recorded conversations (so would your company have recordings) where your representatives have said it will get converted in next billing cycle.                       Finally received confirmation that my emi has been converted in this statement. So homeshop18 has been lying all this while. They will have to refund all penalties and interest charged to me by credit card company as well as mental harassment for delaying the conversion along with long hours of calling and waiting.                           We have also received the complaint confirmation thorugh SMS and it was mentioned in the SMS that product will be repalced. However till today no one has visited to our place for replacement.

                          I (VINOD SINGH) HAVE BOOKED THE ORDER ON 20/7/2010 FOR SAMSUNG STAR(S5233) & THE PRODUCT CODE IS 42188 & I WAS CHARGED 8899/-(THROUGH MY CRIDET CARD). I RECEIVED IT ON 29/07/2010 BUT THERE WAS NO BATTRY, EAR PHONE WAS DAMAGED & THE PRICE WAS ON THE BOX IS 7350/- WERE U PEOPLE TOLD THE MRP IS MORE THAN 10000/- & OFFER IS 8899/-. I CALLED TO HOME SHOP ON SAME DAY & I GAVE THE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS 3 POINTS. THEY TOLD AFTER CHECKING IT THEY WILL GET BACK IN 2 DAYS. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL & I CALLED ON THIRD DAY TO KNOW THE STATUS OF COMPLAINT, THEY SAID IT IS STILL UNDER PROCESS THAN I CALLED AGAIN AFTER 2 DAYS & THEY SAID STILL UNDER PROCESS & I ASKED TO CONNECT ME TO THE SENIOR OFFICER, WHO CAN RESOLVE THE ISSUE.                           I'm also ordered a mobile but when i opened it, it cannot be switched ON. I think HS18 never checked/tested before packing for delivery. So, it's very risky ordering electrical & electronics items from them. They told me to send the defected mobile back, so i sent it back by DTDC. After a few weeks, I've asked them when will they ship the replacement but told me that they didn't receive the package, but the courier company told me they delivered it. there's nothing I can do, I've lost my Rs. 3999+100. So, I think If you sent it back, it will be lost or get the same defective item, If not, you'll be the luckiest person.

                          "Receiving Wrong Item in Damaged and Broken Condition" from HomeShop18

                          1. The delivered product is not the ordered item (there are 2 versions with 2 different price tags).

                          2. Even the wrong item is not genuine and new: all the screws have been removed from the keyboard, they just fell down out of the box. After receiving the product, the right side of the panel was both cracked and broken, it was disconnected from the keyboard's electronic kit.

                          3. If the bad handling and pressure was the cause of damage, the item should have been broken only, but like I said the screws have been removed from this item, therefore, it is definitely not the "bad handling" problem while being shipped to destination.

                          4. This is cheating in its worst form because the delivered item has been modified and the person who has packed this item has been well aware of the defective product, in spite of that it is being packed and processed for delivery to the unlucky customer...

                          I am extremely unhappy and regretful with this purchase. Today's date is May 14, 2013. From the date of reporting the problem (May 9, 2013) within 45 mints of delivery, I have made numerous attempts of calls and emails but all in vain. It seems that I am being played with a mere promise of "Reverse Pick up" which apparently is not going o happen.

                          Hi, My self Davinder Singh . My concern is regarding the complaint against Home Shop 18 . I will suggest consumercomplaint.in to put one more star for very bad service . Because Bad service star is not enough for Home Shop 18 . First of all Home shop 18 is not a seller, they don't have any stock they are just earning money from the other shopkeeper's stock . Normally Homeshop 18 deals only defective products which is difficult to sell on a shop . i bought a mobile phone from HS18 Salora valuemaxx E1 . I ordered this phone on[protected] . Their commitment was deliver this phone about 3-4 days . I did wait on 7 i got the phone . But faulty one . I did call to the homeshop 18 they told me we will arrange reverse pick up . 8 october i received call from Blue dart that we are coming for parcel pickup at 4:00pm but didn't come .                                   I would like to lodge a complaint against Home Shop-18. On 23rd of December 2012 at 8.52 pm I ordered a Micromax Full Touch Dual Sim Phone - X455 – Grey COLOR of 2999/- to Home Shop 18 Channel from my Mobile No. [protected]. The same moment no order number .being sent on my Mobile. I made a payment of 2899/- after a discount of Rs. 100/-from my ICICI credit card no :[protected] . I got the same amount conver ed into 3 EMIs from Bank.
                                  The product was supposed to be delivered within 7 days, but they didn’t deliver it on time. I enquired on 29th December 2012 by giving a call to Home Shop 18 customer care number, but I come to know no order being generated through my Mobile on 23rd December .
                                  Again on 30 Dec. 2012 I I have made complaints regarding the issue to customer care of Home Shop 18 but , I have been given an answer that Product was being delivered to Some Named ARIFA REHMAN in Katak. Same time I briefed the matter to the authorized compliant resolved officer , he assured me that my product will be delivered within 3 working days . And my order number is [protected].
                                  Again I called up on 2nd January 2013, I got the same reply they delivered to somebody else. I briefed the matter to the authorized Complaint Resolve officer but no satisfactory answer being given to me till today 14th January 2013. So many times I am following the same procedure giving a call & talking to authorized complaint resolved officers but all in vain
                                  I have been called by Some Abdul Islam & Nwab Khan from Home Shop 18 , complaint resolved department & being given assurance that they will resolve my problem within 1-2 days , but that time never comes.

                                      Wish you a happy New Year 2013.The details are as follows.I ordered one "Adcom 707" 7" tablet along with its 3G dongle vide order no[protected]/sub-order no[protected] on 17.11.2012 which was received by me on 21.11.2012.There were no warranty cards for the items I received for which I informed to Homeshop 18 as well as "Advantage computers,Delhi" the tablet company on 22.11.2012.However,I got back response from the company that their order number/invoice given by them was the warranty of both the items for one year as declared in the advertisement in Homeshop 18.There after,I used the tablet for two to three days without internet connection and it worked Ok.Then I tried to insert the data card(dongle) given by the company with the tablet to use net but could not activate it.I emailed the problem to the company as well as discussed on telephone regarding the problem.As per the direction/advice received from the company,I again tried to insert the dongle and succeeded.However,after 5 minutes the tablet went in to its sleeping mode and never resumed even after detaching the data card.I informed the problem to Homeshop18 as well as the company.As per the advice/direction of the company,I shipped back the tablet directly to the company,"Advantage computer india pvt.ltd 305 Sidharth building 96 Neheru place Delhi-110019 Ph no:[protected],[protected]" on 20.12.2012 once the company as well as Homeshop16 agreed to reimburse the shipping charges for Rs180/- to me.The tablet was repaired by the company and sent back through Homeshop 18 which was received back by me on 31.12.2012.After 5 minutes o[censored]se, when I inserted the 3G data card(dongle),the tablet again went to its sleeping mode as it had gone last time and never restored back.On 01.01.2013,I strongly raised this issue with Homeshop18 via email and urged them to take back this sub-standard tablet along with its accessories within 48 hours and refund the full value of this tablet for Rs 5499.00 + Rs 180.00 shipping charges=Rs 5679.00 within 7 days.My email message was acknowledged by Homeshop18 and a ticket number was also assigned for further pursuance. Homeshop 18 regretted the inconvenience caused to me however,without acknowledging my full refund,they only asked me to send the scanned copy of the DTDC shipping receipt for Rs.180.00 which I had incurred to transport the tablet to the company in order to reimburse me.Further,homeshop18 intimated back to me that,"Your Adcom 707" 7' tablet has been replaced and delivered to you on 31.12.2012.It meant that the old defective tablet had been altogether replaced by a new piece but the fact was that the company had just repaired the same old tablet and sent back through Homeshop18.I strongly objected Homeshop18's intention/view point and clarified my position demanding full refund plus shipping charges against return of the item in toto.                                       Happy New Year 201803.I am a bonafied customer of HS18 for last 5 years.I have immense faith on your system for quality services.But this time I am disheartened and saddened by seeing your down trend of your resolve towards providing good quality materials/items like this against my ordered tablet as mentioned above.
                                      From the starting ,this item gave us lot of troubles.After using hardly one week,it started giving problem.Under your knowledge,I shipped back it to the company for repairing which I received back yesterday after almost a month. After 5 minutes of normal use when we put the 3G dongle given by the company the tablet went in to its sleeping mode and never resumed back.The past problem was identically found surfaced.
                                      I never got the service for which I purchased this tab.I thought It would be a fitting gift to my son whose birth day was yesterday on 31.12.[protected] followed by a new year 2013 but it went wrong.
                                      I am now dam sure that this company tablet is a substandard item and I do not want to this sub standard tablet with me to continue and go through mental agony by interacting with you as well as with the company in future till completion of its warranty period either to embarrass you or myself be embarrassed as well.
                                      I now strongly urge you to collect back this sub standard tablet within 48 hours along with its accessories as per the order and effect a full refund within 7 days.I repeat that I did not get any service for which I had purchased this item ,on the contrary,my money went waste for this two months in addition to waste of time,energy and mental agony.
                                      I shall also enclose the original money receipt of Rs 180/- which I have incurred towards shipping back it to the company by DTDC for reimbursement/refund as discussed and confirmed by you via email message along with the tablet cost.

                                        I ordered sansung duos phone Saturday 05th Januaury 2013 in a deal of the day offer. Usually these deals last only for minutes and thats how they cheat customers. I ordered a white piece which had a 16gb card complimenary with it which was a USP for the price. Later i realzied Samsung India has an offer wherein Samsung Duos bought only before 10th January 2012 will get the 16gb card complimentary and we had to claim it from Samsung and not Homeshop18. Suddenly next day a representative calls saying that white peice is not available and there will a delay in shipping it which will disqualify you from the 16gb card. Left with no choice i had to say a yes for a black peice. Now again i got an email saying that the shipment is delayed futher and i will not recieve it for next 3 to 5 days.

                                        This is absolutely cheating. I am not sure if i will recieve the phone on time and whether I will be eligle for the 16gb card. Also when you promote a product as deal of the day arent you aware of your inventory. My order number is[protected].

                                        i have ordered for two kits of vlcc insta glow facial kit costing rs. 750. but i have got only one kit costing the same amount.
                                        when i called up them back they justified that one kit only meant two kits online.
