Respected Sir,

I placed an Order for Spice QT53 cell phone on Home Shop 18 from their website www.homeshop18.com , and as per the information in the website it show that the delivery will be done within 6-7 working days and i booked it on 26th March but its 5 April and i have not recieved and product from them , Whenever i call them they keep telling me that i will get it next day morning and they provide me the Courier company (India On Time Courier) telephone number and when i call them up they also dont give any response inpite being helpful they are very rude sometimes spcially when i call the kolkata branch ,

It would be grateful if someone help

This is bring to ur ur kind notice that we despatched one courier(having above detail) from Chandigarh to Bathinda on dt 25 June09 but stil its not deleivered to the party.Its already 7 days compeleted to despatch the same.Is this ur service?Being attached with corporate how wil you servive if the condition like that.So its my humble request to deleiver the material asap and take action against the defaulter.

    I was bought a new zync tablet they are advertise that the product complaint are call homeshop 18 coustmer care no. my tablet is not working properly the customer care Representative give me new comment you will be complaint zync customer care. i said in advertisement you are said another commitment. i said you will connect you senior she said you will call after some time and disconnect the phone. next time technical office Mr. Dhruv said i bypass your complaint. Mr. Anish Said I have solution your complaint and call back. after one month no one call me.

    Homeshop18 — no response

    sir. Maine blutooth modem purchare kiye ek mahine pahle ab wo modem kam nahi kar raha hai.toll free no. Per call kaqne par response diya jata hai ki kuch nahi ho sakta jabki warenty do sal ki di gaye thi.

    Homeshop18 — No response on complaint

    I gave a order no[protected] for purchasing novel beghar at 25thjun, I got the book at 30th jun.
    But this product is defective. The last pages of novels are missing due to printing/Binding error.
    Now this novel is useless to me, so I requested to replace this book but couldn't get any answer from their site.

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchased a cosmetic product from Homeshop 18 whose order number is[protected]. It contains a free item worth Rs.200. All the contents of the product were delivered except the freebie. I have registered a complaint on 5th March 2013, complaint no. 79800629. They have promised me to refund the amount equivalent to the amount of freebie i.e. Rs. 200 within 3-4 working days. I had waited for the product for more than 2 weeks, when I called them on 18th March 2013, they had given a new complaint no. 80247915 and AWP no. of the cheque.ED[protected]IN. When I told them that the AWP number is not track able, they told that the problem will be solved in 3-4 working days but they are not responding and neither listening to the complaint.

        Kindly take an appropriate action against them.

          I had ordered for Spice Qwerty QT 53 combo offer (Order #[protected] which includes His and Her watch from brand Austin Polo Club + 500 gift voucher. I placed the order on 14th of March and got the confirmation from the customer care that the product will be delivered to me within 3-4 working days. I opted for Cash on Delivery. I had called customer care thenafter every 2nd day to know the status of my order. The most common reply that i used to get is that the order is delayed and i would be given an additional Rs.200 gift voucher for the delay. After so many calls to the customer care i was fed up and finally on 25th of March i called the customer care to cancel my order. The customer care representative cancelled my order. This was 10.30 in the morning. Suddenly at 2.20 in the afternoon i received a message from Homeshop 18 stating that my order has been despatched. I was shocked thinking that how can a cancelled order be shipped. I just left it off. Then on 25th of March i received another SMS stating that my product has been shipped and i would receive the product within 2-3 working days. I was also provided AWB no. [protected] (Delhivery FOS). I decided that if i receive the product i would pay and if this was just an SMS i would neglect it. On 27th March, i received the product through courier, i did not want to send it back so i payed the amount and collected the product. The pack had the following items: 1- 2 Spice Qwerty QT-53 mobile phones, 2- 2 watches from Austin Polo Club and a Rs.200 gift voucher. The Rs. 500 gift voucher was missing. The issues I faced with this order from Home Shop 18 were: 1- I was provided only Rs.200 gift voucher whereas I was promised that I would receive Rs.500 + Rs.200 gift vouchers. 2- The mobile phones were delivered to me as Buy one Get one free at the price of Rs.2999 per mobile by Home Shop 18. I enquired the price of 1 mobile and got to know that the origanal market price of the mobile was Rs.1399. I was just wondering, how can a branded TV shopping be so fraudulent. They got Rs.2999 from me for 2 mobile where as the original price of 2 mobiles was Rs.2798. (Rs.2999 for 2 mobiles was claimed as a combo buy one get one free offer by Home Shop 18). 3- The price of the Gents watch from Austin Polo Club was claimed as Rs.2499 by Home Shop 18 and they were giving it free. I used the watch only for 2 days and it stopped working. How can a branded watch that too worth Rs.2499 be alive only for 2 days. The watch looks and works like it was bought ona platform shop for Rs.100. Can someone please help me with the above issue. I shopped for the first time with Home Shop 18 and it was the worst experience of my life. I would rate Home Shop 18 as -5. Please help me...

            I placed THREE orders at different dates.

            ---One consisted of TWO FCUK products - After LONG FOLLOW UPs, i was sent only one item and the OTHER item being cancelled after being informed the following:
            hank you for shopping with HomeShop18.

            We regret to inform that due to an overwhelming response received on the below product, we have exhausted our stocks & are forced to cancel your order since fresh stocks are not expected to arrive in the near future.

            ---Another order placed after some days by me for TWO Aurelia kurtis, CHECKED with the customer care- sir your order is shipped and the awb number will be provided withing 24 hrs!!!! but the actual response after hour an hour of me logging a complaint was:

            Dear Utkarsh Srivastava,

            Thank you for shopping with HomeShop18.

            We regret to inform that due to an overwhelming response received on the below product, we have exhausted our stocks & are forced to cancel your order since fresh stocks are not expected to arrive in the near future.

            Just to MENTION that this ORDER i got Placed by the HS18(Home sleeping for 18 hours) customer care executive and he was like- DONT WORRY sir earlier what happend was a glitch and will not be repeated!

            Again after this cancellation i called up their customer care and talked to ONE from their escalation team Mr.Ranveer...who said that - sir i can see the item is in stock and i will place a new order for you and ensure you that this will be shipped at the earliest. Again when i called up in a day or two then i was told- the Item is READY to DISPATCH!!! and today they called me up to say sir:

            false claims that the items would be delivered within 4-5 days... forget 4-5 days.. its 10 days or more and moreover cancellation...
            it LOOKS THEY THINK- NOBODY CAN TOUCH THEM WITH THEIR STUPID DEEDS...


            i need this to be taken up seriously and sincerely please. and let me know if something more needs to be done from my side.

            Its not just me, but am sure many more who are being subjected to the pathetic, lethargic attitude of Home Sleeping for 18 Hours!

            they suck!!!

                I purchased three Anksh Kurtas from homeshop 18 on Mar17 .

                Kurtas have good Embroidery but fabric/clothing is not good in Quality .Got small holes in the Suit after wearing only for a day (10 Hours) in Office .So the kurtas are of no use now .

                  sir i have purchased micromax a35 bolt (invoice number-NITC/PTD/02/2013/97887) ON 27 FEB 2013 and recieved my phone on 5-3-2013 , sir it was a defective product and i complaint it to company to replace my product on same day . i send my product to the company and was enquiring about it regularly . i have recieved an sms on[protected] by homeshop18 that my phone would be send to me i n 2-3 days but now theyt are saying that they do not have the phone in stock and are forcing me to take my money back. sir i feeling so cheated and harrased due to this kind of atitude of the company i want replacement of my phone.and i request court to take strong action against this company so that other people like me are not cheated like me in future.

                    Dear Madam/Sir,

                    I had ordered a Head Radical 25 Tennis Racquet from homeshop18.com for my 7 years old child on 3rd March 2013 against order no.[protected]Sub Order No.[protected]. I made an advance online payment of Rs.1316.00 for the same.

                    The company delivered my order vide AWB# [protected] through vendor self courier on March 8, in a packed condition, we insisted on checking the delivery in front of the courier boy, but he did not allow the same so we acknowledged the receipt of packed delivery, but when I unpacked the delivery, I found out that the racquet was of 21 size instead of 25 size which I had ordered.

                    I raised a complaint ticket no. 79912989 on 8th March, 2013 at their website and also called the customer care over the phone. The reply on my complaint ticket was that I should pack the delivered racquet and send it back via courier to Genie sports pvt ltd, #182, Devi Nagar, Suraj Kund Road, Meerut-250001, their vendor. I also received a SMS from homeshop18.com stating the same. So, I made another phone call on 8th March only and told their call center executive that I will not be sending the same back via courier to any place and requested their call center executive to transfer my call to the supervisor, I was denied the same saying that the supervisors were busy. I asked for a complaint no. for this call but I was provided the same complaint no. as mentioned above, which is actually my online complaint ticket no., when I mentioned this to the executive, he still did not provide me a new complaint no. and told me that I will receive a phone call from a supervisor within 2 working days. Later I received a SMS from them with a complaint no. 9914429 for an order no. other than mine (order no.[protected], I am still in the dark about this order no.)

                    On March 11th I again called them as I did not receive any phone from their side I repeated the entire episode and also that my child has been crying for the Tennis Racquet, I still did not get any resolution or a chance to speak to the supervisor. Later I received a SMS from them again with a complaint no. 80008957 for an order no. other than mine (order no.[protected], I am still in the dark about this order no.)

                    After many more calls to homeshop18.com for my still unresolved complaint, finally managed to speak to Paramjit, their floor supervisor on March 12th, who after listening to my plight, told me that he can arrange for a reverse pickup, i.e. a courier will come and pick up the delivered product from my address, which I denied point blank and asked him to send me a correct product delivered via the same person who will be coming for the reverse pickup. I told him that I was ready for a hand to hand exchange only. Paramjit told me that he will arrange for a call from the complaint cell. Later I saw that my online complaint ticket no. 79912989 on 8th March, 2013, was closed with a resolution that a reverse pickup has been arranged from Aramax, without any mention of the exchange product.

                    I waited for a call from homeshop18.com Complaint cell but no call came so I called them again and asked for Paramjit on 13th March but to no avail and the complaint remained status quo as I told the call center executive again that I will not be allowing a reverse pickup without the correct exchange product. Later I received a SMS from them with a complaint no. 80096395, this time for my order no.[protected].

                    Again after some more calls from my side I finally received a call from Ashwini in their Complaint cell on 15th March, 2013, who after listening to the entire episode again told me that he will provide a resolution soon. Later I received a SMS from them with a complaint no. 80160071, for my order no.[protected].

                    Again on 19th March I received a call from homeshop18.com from NOIDA phone no.[protected], the voice on the other side was not very customer friendly and was trying to avoid resolution of my complaint; instead he said that nowhere has homeshop18.com mentioned on their website that Head Radical 25 Tennis Racquet is a size 25 Racquet. After hearing this I have understood that this website is not ready to exchange my ordered product and as the delivered product – Head Radical 21 Tennis Racquet is of no use to my child (my child played with this size when she was 5 years old.), it is time to write to the authorities for this.

                    Madam/Sir, I seek the help of your team to please help me resolve my case/complaint with the website homeshop18.com.

                      i brought 3 kurtis + 1 free from homeshop 18. after delivered i got to know that 1 kurti have a hole in backside and free kurti is changed what i saw in pictures and also from tv. so i called homeshop18 and they promise me to deliver same kurtis replace on disputed kurti and free kurti. after 1 week when i called there they told me, i have to send disputed kurti first and they will not change free kurti. and their behavior is very bad and also very very rude......

                        I recently bought Akai Hanset from Homeshop 18. To my surprise, they have sent me defective piece. I bought around in the month of January 2013 and till date it is not in a working condition. I have been constantly calling Aka, Homeshop and the service Centre. From no where i am getting the right reply. Homeshop have already raised its hand. This is something wrong. We pay money and we donot get the right product.

                        A proper action should be taken against such companies who fool the customers.

                        I strongly recommend that whoever wants to buy anything from the online shop, should first read the reviews and complaint from the forum first

                          I have ordered 6 Kurtas of XL size by Anksh.Out of that 2 Kurtas are
                          of invalid size. The 2 Kurtas which are invalid size are of Black &
                          Red Color. The Black color has a tag of "Medium" Size whereas Red
                          Kurta has a tag of "XL" size but when i compare the size with the
                          other valid kurtas the size of the red Kurta is not correct and is not
                          of my size. Please do the needful as i have trusted homeshop for
                          purchasing clothes for the first time.

                          Since 2 kurtas are of no use and the response is pathetic so i would
                          not recommend anyone to purchase from the site.

                            I have been purchasing from homeshop18 from long time and response was good but from last two three months they are really creating big isues, they give good offers so that people do not go to other sites and book orders with them and then they say that order has been dispatched via some toi courier and eventuallt they say order cancelled, now you tel how is it possible that once a product is dispatched and i have way bill no. a order can be cancelled, same happened with my order no.54934557 for a sweater, they told me that my product is dispatched AWB No: [protected] (IOT) and then i can see my order is cancelled, in a way they are giving fake discounts to personals and not letting them purchase from good sites in discount season...
                            Anticipating sme quick action against them and request you to please save us customers from such cheaters.

                            starcj.com — Non delivery of purchased item

                            I purchased an item naming Double & Double shoes under item code no.-103915 from starcj.com and made payment online through my credit card on 7Oct.2011, but till 28Nov.2011 the purchased item has not been delivered/shiped to me at my house in Chandigarh. I have approached the customer care umpteen number of times requesting for delivery and also at the companies website, but till date I have not received the purchased item. I do not hope for receipt of the same. The company has not clearly indicated its refund policy at their website.
                            The company starcj.com has so far not delivered the item purchased, for which this complaint was lodged. I request people to be AWARE of this company.

                                i have order for Wespro tablet from Homeshop 18 & i have received on 1st march very next day i open & put for charging but the charger is not working so i charget with USB connecter.
                                i have called the customer helpline no. of homeshop there are telling within 48 hrs u have to complaint said by executive it is not matter of 100 rupees charge only service matter & its very poor poor service from homeshop 18 .
                                if any other customer is reading pls dont buy anything from this company

                                  This complaint is with regard to the order no. [protected] from home shop 18. Ii have ordered a remote controlled helicopter from the site which when used by us did not work properly. Its two days now dat i have been calling d customer care of this site. The people there tells me dat there representatives r going to call me and tell me how to use the product. For their information , we know how to use dat.so it would be praisable if they exchange my product wid a new one or else refund my money.

                                    I have contact many times with Homeshop18. They are refusing to service the handset and replacing this. I am just getting frustrate from them. The costumer executive from Homeshop18 making excuse and giving me fake address of Zen mobile service center near Chandigarh and Zirakpur.

                                    I've purchased mobile AF-22 through HomeShop18 the details are as follows,

                                    On the first day itself I found mobile's battery drains within half hour and the handset itself was not working properly. I tried to call the Homeshop18 Customer Care no. but never got any response. Then I logged on to their website to lodge complaint, but have not got any feedback.

                                    I've fed up with this company's product and their after sales service and now want my money back.

                                        i purchase a product from homeshop18 on12th fab 2013. Order no .[protected] sub order no.54436453 product Sparkles Gold & Diamond ring...
                                        Till now i didn't get the same. After several complains now on my complain ticket remark is they are not able to provide the product to me as it is out of stock.
                                        And they will refund the money in 7-10 days. At the time of order the product was in stock no matter what happen i want that product
