I PLACED ORDER FOR A KITCHEN UTENSIL AND PAYMENT WAS MADE ONLINE.THEY PROMISED FREE HOME DELIVERY WITHIN 4 TO 5 WORKING DAYS. BUT THE DELIVERY WAS NOT MADE EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS. ALSO THEY TOLD ME TO COLLECT IT FROM COURIER OFFICE AND THAT SUCH PRODUCTS WONT BE DELIVERED AT HOME. HOMESHOP18 SHOULD STOP MAKING SUCH FAKE PROMISES .OTHERWISE ONLINE SHOPPING IS USELESS.

But it is only 300W input (as mention on the product) while you are showing in ur product detail, it is working on 500W. It is not as per standard so kindly replace it as soon as possible.

    I had ordered zen m32 which has priced for Rs 2750 which has internal memory of 128MB. Similar zen mobile m32 which has low memory cost RS.2499 was listed on homeshop18.com site.But they delivered wrong mobile zen m32 which has low memory and cost of that mobile is less. Due to low memory java application doesn't work. Contact with homeshop but they said they can't do anything. They should change the mobile or refund the money. So i request you to help me.

      I have ordered a book "General Studies for Services Preliminary Examination 2013 (Paper - 1)" but due to transaction error two orders were placed. So i contacted homeshop18 customer care to cancel one order.The order which i told to cancel was[protected] .What I was told that this order will be cancelled but now Today on 27th oct i have got message that your order is being dispatched. Bluedart services put the prepaid order books at letterbox without asking and there is no possibility that i can reject the book.Will they revert back the transaction money and cancelling the above said order.Waiting for response at earliest.

        Horrible Experience with Homeshop 18 !
        I ordered the following product on 11th oct 2012. I made the payment through my debit card. It was to be delivered within 4-5 days but its 23rd Oct today and there is no response from the company. On asking from customer care they gave me AWB no. M57870575 and told me to call at first flight courier services. When i called at first flight their executive told me that this parcel has been delivered at Aurangabad and there is some mistake on the part of Homeshop 18. After speaking to them I again called at Homeshop 18 (this was the fourth time i was calling) , on telling them the problem the guy told me that we will call u back within 48 hours as their is some technical fault on their part. Now I m waiting for the call from last two days. What I think is i made the mistake by making the payment in advance i should have opted for cash on delivery. I want my money to be refunded. This was the first and last time shopping with this so called brand.

        I dont remember my order id but my experience with Home shop 18 was also pathetic ( Like you dude ).. I think they are in market coz of only brand name they have.. Dere service level is very poor and dere executives dont knw how to talk to the customer.. i suggest you shivam jst check flipkart, jabong, healthkart etc..

          I want to inform you about a website which is running a scam by fooling innocent consumers like me. my ORDER No.[protected] and my Complaint No.74775699...They show on web site products, to consumers but they won`t send the same thing only they pack like something special but inside only a hole, And when we call customer care they say " no refund no exchange when its there fault , We trust but they untrust the HOME SHOP 18 is worst online shopping as per me. I have also paid them Rupees , but...i known that this complaints won`t effect to them be`coz they may be have seen a lot so that they speak like that..ok it happen very bad to them........

            I had purchased on line one car cover for Indigo Cs vide sub order no.47794785 &main order No.[protected] and the same was found to be torn in several places and not at all waterproof and I was refused a replacement and I lodged a complain in your site and then only I received an Email to send the defective car cover along with the scanned copy of the Courier Bill for reimbursement which was done by me duly on 03/10/2012 .The article was sent with it's original packing material through DTDC courier on 03/10/2012 and the scanned copy of the courier charges was mailed to them.After a long silence on my enquirey yesterday ,the Home Shop 18 people sent through spam message to resend the article to a new address,which is already received by the firm to whom I was directed to send the material.This is the reality of Home Shop 18 .Just they dont want to pay the cuurier charges as well as the cost of the sent car cover.By this Process they are cheating a lot of people.Please see that appropriate action against home shop18 is taken.

              Hi , I ordered Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 Gt3100 from homeshop18 on 7th July and they confirmed me that the product will get delivered within 7-8 days for which we were pretty OK. After 10 days also we didnt received our product so we thought of calling the customer care of homeshop18 and they said that you will get your product in 2--3 days . Again after 5 days i checked with them and same answer was there. They dont even have the courtsey to call us upfront and tell us the details that product may be delayed for some reasons. It was a gift we planned for a very special moment and it was spoiled by the homeshop18 team without any prior notice. Finally we received our product after 1 month has gone by and that too without any apology from their senior team. Request you to look into this matter.

              I ordered refrigerator on 15 Nov 2012. On refrigerator there is a free mobile scheme. I received refrigerator as per words but I have not received mobile till now(today's date is 29 Jan 2013) they promised to give within 15 days. After 1 month I called to customer care and file complain(my complain number/Reference no is A[protected]). now I am totally frustrated to this type of careless service I request to you don't give this type of schemes to customers if you don't provide on time. don't west customers time as well as your own time. since 22 jan I call to customer care every day. they promised to give ASAP but not followed, Please take action on this ASAP.

                Hi,

                I bought one Toshiba laptop from Homeshop18 (Order #[protected] on 21st September 2012. They delivered the product on 29th September (Saturday at 16.10P.M). I found the laptop has manufacturing defect in keyboard as all the keys are getting pressed even when i press one. I didn't install OS as the laptop came without OS. I informed Homeshop18 on 1st October's Morning (Monday) about the laptop's defect and requested for replacement.
                The executive was pushing me to get it repaired from Toshiba's service center to whom i said no. Why should i use a repaired laptop? I bought a new one so i shouldn't be using the repaired laptop. They said ok we will request for replacement. From 1st to 8th i called them 4-5 times and every time they are giving me excuses. On 5th October (Friday Evening) I spoke to an executive name Vishwas and he promised me that this time i will get a replacement for sure and they will be sending me the courier companies details who will be collecting the laptop from me. Today i called them and they again gave me the number of toshiba's cust care and redirecting me there. I requested to speak to manager and spoke to a one named KAVITA. She told me that you should have informed us same day and now we can't do anything you will have to use this laptop. On the website under the return policy they have mentioned 48 hrs and i informed them withing 48 hrs. I got the product on 29th @ 16.10 as per the courier co's website and open support ticket with HS18 and call them as well @ 13:10 support ticket @ 74992701.

                  With reference to the subject order number, I had placed an order of a Blackberry curve 9320(Black Colour after confirmation from Customer care team) amount rupees 14099.00/- and when got the delivery on 1st of October 2012, White colour Blackberry Phone was delivered. I called many times on phone and even wrote emails and registerd ticket from website about getting this product exchanged but every single time, i was assured that product would be exchanged but till date, 6th October 2012, nothing has happened even they say every time please wait for 24 to 48 hours but nothing happens. I am fed up calling the customer service, everytime a new customer service executive picks up the phone and after the whole story is repeated, they give assurance that i will get a call from courier company and they will exchange the product. My complaint or Ticket No is 74998761.
                  Appreciate if this complaint is registered as appropriate and action is taken against this company as there must be fooling and harrasing many cusotmers like me. I will never reccomend anyone to purchase anything from HomeShop18.

                      Dear Team,

                      I ordered for the Body Care Insta Glow Kit from Home Shop 18, which was delivered and payment of Rs 1500 made by me on delivery. On opening the pack to my dismay I found the nourishing massage cream missing in the pack without the cream. The entire pack is useless as the cream is the integral part of the pack, I immediately reported the missing item to the Home Shop 18 and was assured that it will be sent to me soon.

                      But it has been 1 month and despite my regular phone call and follow up with Home Shop 18 customer care, I have not received the missing product and thus not able to use the entire pack.

                      What is most appalling is that the Customer Care executive of Home Shop 18, assure us that it would be sent within 24-48 hours as it has been sent through courier but it has been a month and still I have not received the missing product.

                      Would request your intervention against the apathy of the Home Shop 18 towards the gullible customers.

                        Hi,

                        I had purchased a mobile from Homeshop18 on the 19th Sep using my credit Card. My Card was debited the same time and order went through. I was promised for the part to be delivered in 8-9 days. on 24th Sep got an SMS stating that there is slight delay in the order and the same will be delivered in 3-5 days. I went to their website and raised a Trouble Ticket(TT) # 74850459 on the 25th Sep. I received a message in the Ticket that i will be contacted in 72 hours and the matter has been escalated to the higher authorities.

                        I waited and received a call from Parul ( Phone # [protected]) and said that the product is out of stock and hence would be available by 12th Oct with HS18 and then it will take 3-5 days for it to be shipped. She asked me to go for a Black colour as the same was available. As the same was not as per the order i had placed so I asked for a Supervisor and he came on call and after 30 mins of conversation promised for a callback within 24 hours and this was on the 27th Sep. So i said ok and we hang up the call.

                        On 28th Sep I was waiting for the call but no one called back. So on 29th Sep I again called back and had a word with Nalini. She too promised to look for solutions and promised for a callback before 6pm same day (I have a recording for this). No callback was received.

                        On 1st Oct I called up and had a word with Brijesh(he informed me that he was Manager) and said that the callback would be done by 6pm. On telling him the entire story and asking for an early callback he said that he will get it arranged by 12noon. I waited and again all in vain. I again called back and had a word with Surojit who was not ready to transfer the call and also was saying that there are no supervisor or Managers to take the call. He got me on hold and after 19 mins disconnected the call. (I have a recording for all the conversations post 29th Sep)

                        I called back again and then got hold of Shakir and was informed by him that the product is OUT of STOCK and hence will be delivered by the 4-5 of this week. I told him that its my wife's birthday on 4th so i want the phone by then and he said that he will try and after 40 mins of converstaion we ended the call.

                        Now the real fun begins now:
                        On 2nd Oct i was just going through the Homeshop18 website and saw the superdeals offer and was shocked to see that the same product was showing to be available and in In Stock as well. I was being cheated and not only me thousands of other customers as well were being cheated by HS18. They promise for a callback and don't callback I have wasted so much of time and money in calling them back. I have been harrassed mentally and my work was affected by it. I have taken a print out of their website which shows that the product is available and in Stock.

                        I want the HS18 team to ship my product at the earliest and provide me the compensation for the time that i lost in calling them up and the cost i incurred for calling customer care again and again. I also was a compensation for the mental harrassment given to me by the HS18 team and for cheating us inspite of paying them the amount on time.

                            I had ordered 4 items (car vacum cleaner,car polisher,car cover for Indigo CS with mirror pocket and 4 bottles of car polishing chemicals) at the cost of Rs.4900/-.First 3 items were sent through First Flight Courier out of which the supplied car cover was not complying to the specifications menttioned in the webpage.Neither it was water proof nor it had mirror Pockets.Then immediately i informed to Home Shop 18 regarding supply of torn and defective car cover supplied vide sub order no.47794785and main order No,[protected].The 4th item was sent through Blaze Flash courier . The packet contained 3 bottles instead of 4 and the packet was opened at some stage and retaped by local sello Tape and I was forced to receive the same.On demand of the customer care a support Ticket was created vide No.74887883 to review the refund of the defective Car Cover but to my surprise the next day i got a review mail that the same can not be taken back though it has 3 months warranty.This is how big on line shoppers like Home Shop 18(having it's own network channel) is cheating peoples as the consumer act on this matter helped a few people.Please see that I never mind for this cheating case but no other people should fall a prey to such cheat like Home Shop18.

                              I recently purchased a Casserole set via homeshop18(Order No.[protected] and Product No.[protected]. Unfortunately, the package that i received was not as expected because the content was not according to the demonstrated video on their tv channel. In the demonstrated video they showed that buying 6pcs of Casserole set one will get 6pcs of Casserole set free. But all I got was a pair of 3 pcs of Casserole set and 3 pcs of serving spoon.

                              Now I just wanna ask a question that If somebody says that Buy 6pc of Casserole set and get 6pc of Casserole set free - then what kind of inference will you make? From where the hell does 6pc of Casserole set implies 3pc of Casserole and 3pc of serving spoon and they didn't even cleared it on the demonstrated video.

                              So, i applied a complaint against the same to one of their customer care representative asking him whether is there, any provision using which I could return this product back (or I can replace it with something else) as I was not satisfied with the content. He first apologised for the mistake from their side and asked me to wait for another call from their side regarding the very same problem.But, so far I didn't received any of the call from their side and hence my issue has not been resolved so far.

                              Later on I discovered that on my complaint the demonstrated video has been changed and this time there was a clarity as it was mentioned very clearly that from 6 pcs Casserole set they actually mean 3pcs of Casserole and 3pcs of serving spoon which they failed to show before.

                              So kindly I requested them again to consider my complaint as making a change in the demonstrated video justifies that the mistake happened on their side. But they told me that they never changed the demonstration video as doing such will cost them some extra money. But I am very sure that they did changed the whole demonstration video(my parents are also witness to the very same event). I wish today to have that previous version of video to prove my innocence but who does that i.e. copying the whole video of the product demonstrated on our tv sets(all we do is to trust such organisations blindly). This whole event forced me to report this incident to this Consumer Forum website as well as other popular consumer advocacy blogs.

                              I just wanna say please dont buy stuff from such frauds because in the end if anything goes wrong then it all your mistake.................and no body is there to help you.

                                On 15th aug I had order non stick cookware set & I had got the delivery of the product on time. but the product which I had received, was not up-to the mark. After spending 90 to 100 rs on the calls .finally they told me to send back the product to us. On 4 Sep I had sent the sent the product through ONDOT courier with freight of 600. CC told me that you will get the full refund of the Courier freight. Again after after a lot of discussion via mail and call, on 14 Sep they told me that within 4 days I will receive the cheque of 600 rs . But till the time no cheque and no product. I had sent many mails on [protected]@homeshop18.com about the concern but no response.

                                Home Shop 18 — Bad services

                                Maine 1 pen drive 16 gb ka home shop 18 se perchage kiya tha...

                                usme ye log bahut let lagya aur bad refund ka option diya ,aur mera abhi tak refund nahi diya gaya hai...

                                is compney ko govrment ko closed kar dena cahahiy...

                                  I had ordered WIld Republic Toy on 12th September 2012 and my order number is[protected]. while ordering the product was in stock and available. I made the payment and called the customer care regarding the delivery. She told me that the delivery will be done in 7-8 days max, but where as on their websites it was mentioned 4-5 working days. I requested them to do the delivery ASAP. I called the Customer Care again on 17th September and they told that delivery will be doe in 2-3 days time. yesterday they called me and told that the product is not in stock now. Were they sleeping till now. How much time it takes to check the status of the product with the vendor. They are cheating people. They take the money for the product and than they say the product is not in stock. They are cheating people. Its happening 2nd time with me. First time it happend, i thought its fine, but these things cant happen again and again. First time also when i had ordered the product it was available and even when they told me that the product is not in stock, i checked their website and it was showing the status of in stock for the same product.. Isn't it cheating with the consumers.. And when it comes to refunds.. it will take another 8-10 days minimum upto 1 month for the refund to happen.. Really going on with Homeshop..

                                    hello,
                                    i have orders two products from this site
                                    1 . Strolley Bag with 3 Travel Bags by Polo Racquet 1500 rs.
                                    This product is not worth more than 500-600. Very cheap quality material.
                                    2. AG real diamond pendent 1100 rs.
                                    This product has patches on it and defective, have no finishing
                                    Both product is looks like road side garbage even Road siders are better.
                                    Homeshop18 dumping the defective and cheap product on us and earning money from innocent customers.
                                    This is a worst site as compared to flipkart, infibeam, myntra, ebay even new shopping sites is better than homeshop18.
                                    Dont buy from this site go for flipkart, eBay , peperfry,.
                                    this was my last products from homeshop18.
                                    very disappointing.

                                      My self Dr .Asit kumar Dash,Associate Professor in Geography,G.M.Autonomous College,Sambalpur,Odisha, ordered for one Car cover for Indigo CS ,one car vaccum cleaner,one Car Polisher and one car and bike care to Home Shop 18 and paid the amount through my credit Card.I received one Car Vaccum Cleaner,one Car Polisher,one rejected torn Car Cover with out mirror pocket and God knows about the fourth item.All the three items were received from First Flight Courier on 19/09/2012 at 2PM.After checking the car cover immediately I mailed to the customer Care of Home Shop 18 but simply they provided a ticket No.The car cover is neither a new one ,nor water proof and having no mirror pockets as promised by them in the Website. All these online shopping hubs like Home Shop18 , Rediff shop.com etc. are simply cheats and nothing else.Please publish this so that people can be alerted about all these cheats.

                                        I wanted to gift flowers chocolate and cake to someone so i placed an order for the product (Product Code:[protected] Order No:[protected] and made a payment of 1200/- Upfront.
                                        The order was placed on 13 Sep 2012 after 2 PM and was to be delivered on 14 Sep 2012. The order was not delivered, i had tried to get the status of my order many times from your customer care when the order tracking showed that it was ready for shipping but all the representatives could tell me was that it would be delivered by 8PM, sadly the delivery failed.
                                        After i tried to talk the customer care represetatives about the status of my order they had no idea where it was and why it hadn't been delivered.
                                        The representative who had identified himself as Paramjeet Singh had assured my previously that my order would be delivered even when he had failed to answer me where my order was at that time.
                                        When i called again after 10 PM another representative who identified himself as Gaurav Mishra had no idea where my order was and why it hadn't been delivered, he refused to send me an email regarding my complaint Complain No[protected] and didn't even suggest me to note down the complain No which i had to ask him to provide me with, he at first even refused to escalate the call to higher authorities or his supervisors when i asked him to, then after repeated request and a long waiting for almost 5 mins (which was long as i had placed the call from my cellphone as you guys don't have a toll free no, or if you have it hasn't been mentioned where i can easily see it) he transferred my call to someone who identified himeself as a Team Leader Kamal Thakur, the supervisor too failed to answer why the order had been delayed and wasn't at all enthusiastic about helping me out it was as if they just wanted the call to be over with.
                                        I have also generated a support ticket from my account Ticket No[protected].

                                        The Biggest and the stupidest mistake HS18 made was when they took my order, it was to be surprise and i had entered the shipping address and cell phone number of the person to whom it was to be sent, you sent a text message on that cell phone right away.
                                        You blew the surprise as the text was sent on 13 September 2012, and the delivery was to be made on 14 Sep 2012, even then that person kept waiting for an order which never arrived.
                                        It was just today morning that i came to know that you had blown the surprise, just making a fool out of me.
                                        Also HS18 failed to send me an order confirmation email after i had placed the order, it was i who had the sense to note down the order no for reference, the customer service reps had no idea why my order confirmation mail had not arrived and all they could say was that it is an automated system.
