Dear Sir,

This is to bring you a kind notice that i have tried to purchased 32GB Scan disk Cruser Pen drive Through ICICI BANK NET Banking on 12.12.2012, for Rs. 1039, against the Order no.[protected] but unfortunately after confirming from your customer Executive Mr. Rudrakash & along with the receiving email & complain no: 77231071, we found that the payment was not received from your side ie. (Homeshop 18), & the same amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank A/C on particular date 12.12.2012. so again after few hours i placed the same order through other banking portal vide order no:[protected]. & found it successful.

Now, on 13.12.12,evening i Again received the email from your side & found again that my first order no.[protected] has been successfully made on 13.12.2012. it means that for same product i have paid 2times money. since hows its possible after getting the confirmation email of non-payment received on 12.12.2012 from your side for the 1st order no.[protected]

SO Kindly look in the matter & cancel my 1st order no.[protected] & also credit the same amount of Rs.1039 back to my ICICI A/c ASAP .since the order transaction was not made on that particular date.12.12.2012 after getting confirmation E-mail.

Hope for a positive feedback from your side.

Futher to above email. i also want to bring you information that by having regular followup from your customer care executive, my problem is not resolved yet from last 3days.

so kindly look into matter on urgent basis

    I have placed purchase order for a Toshiba Setellite C850 - P5010(Intel Pentium Dual Core - B950-2 GB-320 GB-DOS-15.6Inch) on dated 30.10.2012 from Home Shop 18 via Order No.[protected]. It was delivered to me on 02.112012 via Aramex courier AWB/shipment No. [protected], the same was having manufacturing defect and a complaint(No.[protected]was filed by me on 03.11.2012 and it was collected back by Aramex courier via AWB/shipment No.[protected] for the replacement on 05.11.2012. Then onward i am tracking continuously throgh mail/customer care for my replacement but it is not replaced and returned back by the HOME SHOP 18. False information was communicated to me twice that my replacement is dispatched but it was never. After my repeated request they have never communicated me any dispatch details.Another complaint No. 76777003 is lodged on 28.11.2012 for non receipt of the replacement. I am tracking it hard but unable to have any proper reply from them. In this humiliating situation I request the authorities of this site to take proper action against Home Shop 18 and instruct them for the replacement of my product. Regards Rajiv Kumar Rai

        Dear friends,

        It is a personal request to you all that never buy product from HOMESHOP18. They have cheated me & it may be you next time. It is better to go for other online website for shopping but don't go for HOMESHOP18.

        They don't understand the customers, if you call their customer care they will cut down your call without intimating you, if they are not able to revert your queries. i was becoming the regular customer of HOMESHOP18 but now they have downgraded their services.

        Think twice before you go ahead !!!

          Dear sir,

          I have booked one Godrej Washing machine 6.5 ltr ( Godrej Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine GWF 650 FDC with DAC+ Technology ) on 29th of Oct, 2012 and they mentioned that they will deliver within 14-15 working days. They had 14 pcs dinner set as Freebieswith this washing machine.

          As they have 3 EMI Credit card option I opted and did the payment.

          It got delivered on 14th of Nov, 2012 without Freebies. I mentioned that freebies not received on the receipt.

          15-16 I called to customer care of HOMESHOP18 and put a complaint regarding this, they confirmed that they will send freebies soon by courier, It will be delivered within 4-5 working days.

          On 22 of Nov, 2012 I received one message from HOMESHOP18, saying that the 'Your complaint No. 76287875 against Order No.[protected] has been resolved.'. When I called them they told sir your freebies has been sent and you will be receiving it within 4-5 working days.

          On 28th of Nov, 2012, when I called then, customer care checked the details and replied me that they have shiped the freebies today ( 28th Oct, 2012 ) only so just wait for 4-5 working days more.

          After 4-5 days again when I called to them on 5th of Dec 2012, they are asking me to wait form more days till 10th Dec 2012, if freebies is not delivered then I should called them.

          Today ( 10th Dec 2012 ), I again called them, again they are saying that sir just wait for another 4-5 working days.

          I think this process will continue till I will stop calling them. Because almost 1 Month have put complaint and they have not resolved my issue.

          Please look into this issue and get some solution.

          I had ordered Samsung Galaxy Ace on Home Shop 18 vide order No.[protected] on 04th June 2012 at 10.48 AM. I called the customer care[protected] of Home shop 18 on 04th June at 4.0PM, the executive informed that the product would be delivered on 07th June. When I called on 7th june, the executive informed that the product has not been despatched & would despatched on 8th June. Immediately I lodge a complaint vide complaint no 72283833. When I called on 8th June, the executive informed that they will despatch on 9th, I again taken a complaint no. 72297335. When I called on 9th June to check the status, I was shoked to hear from the executive that they don't have stock. Immediately I again told them to cancel the order & took a complaint no 72319891. This way they are cheating the customers. I would request the consumer forum to take severe action againt Home shop 18 & cancel their license, so that at least other customers will be saved.

            I have purchased on Router TP Link TL-WR740N Router from Home Shop 18 via order no 51029995/[protected] dt. Nov 24, 2012 product delivered on 03.12.2012.
            Product was defective not working at all. Tried to reach Home Shop 18 but no response. their customer care executive told that his Technical person will call within 24 Hr. But still haven't received any call.
            At the time of ordering they haven't informed that they are invoice will be generated through some Veedee (693) Enterprises.
            When tried to contact VeeDee Enterprises through Internet via raising Ticket #532028 raised on 07/12/2012 they responded as "you get replacement from tp-link service center". They are not responsible for the same.
            When tried to contact the VeeDee through Mobile No. [protected]. Firstly told that They are not responsible for defective product after some time taken new stand by saying that material is not defective there technical team (Mr. Divesh) behaved very arrogantly at call.
            When reached to TP Link firstly unable to reach technical team via hot line no. Provided. Than raised the online Ticket in technical support they replied as "According to your mail, your device is faulty. You may need to replaced this router.
            And for the replacement either you can contact with local dealer or distributor from where you purchase this or sent it to us at our Mumbai office for the replacement."

            When reached there local office in Hyderabad they are not agreed to take the same for replacement.

            My first Question is -
            1. If defective Product is delivered than who will be responsible for same- E commerce Site, Merchant or the Manufacture- every one of them is denying responsibility.
            If e commerce site has given home delivery option than it is his responsibility to provide the replacement on home delivery basis on immediate basis as soon as issue is raised.

            2. Why Merchant such VeeDee are recognised as qualified vendor if they can't provide the sufficient service ensuring. In this case also it is e commerce Site responsibility to provide replacement to affected customer and bar Such type of Merchant. It is only e-commerce site from customer who is responsible for the defective product.

            3. If any company is having Distributor in city available why can't they provide the replacement. they are saying that they will provide replacement from their end only when product is purchased from them. Even TP Link official also directed them to do so when they called him?
            In this case what is the meaning of 3 year warranty when every time you have to reach manufacturer for servicing.

            These type of companies should be seriously penalised.

            Fine should be imposed on Home Shop18 for indulging in such fraudulent activities by misguiding them and looting them taking advance money and providing defective products

              Hi,
              I ordered some dresses in HomeSHop18 through online with size S,but it is not well fitted with me.So I asked them to change size with M. But they sent with S size only. I again asked for replacement with M size on 29th Nov,2012 and they told it will be done within 48 hrs. But still now it is not done.

                I placed an order online from the site Online Shopping India - Shop Online for Mobiles, Cameras, Home Appliances ,Books, Jewellery and more from HomeShop18 on 19/10/2012 and the payment was made in advance by credit card. I received a confirmation message in my number that the product will be delivered within 5 working days. I have not received the product yet. I called the company several time and all I got was false promises. I spoke to several supervisors. There were several instances when I was called by the company and asked to be there at home because the product will get delivered. I left my other work and stayed at home several time but it never reached. I got a call today and was told that the product will be delivered and yet again I stayed back at home all day long but I did not receive the product. I feel humiliated and cheated by the company again and again.

                I have never come across such a pathetic and hopeless customer care. No respect for the their word or for others time.
                i am so disappointed by the fake promises made by your people...

                Is there any legal action that we can take regarding the company or compensation I can get for the loss of my time, money and most of all my respect. I believe you can help me out.

                  this is regarding my order no[protected] i ordered two mark Taylor combo shirts on Nov 06the which i received on time but theey where of not perfect fit hence i requested for a replacement which i was promised for. After 20 days on 26the November i was told the money will be refunded i asked theem to adjust my money for certain otheer product which theey said yes(executive and supervisors) but today when i called them theey said it is not possible and your money will be refunded which i really don't want. its almost a monthe and theey are making a fool out of me which is really bad i asked theem for theeir help but instead theey are just harassing me every time i call theem theey disconnect my phone witheout giving any proper info which is very bad and against work etheics.
                  i should be compensated for thee wastage of my time and money and phone calls.

                    This is to know the status update of the order placed on 19th Nov 2012 with Home shop18 with order no[protected] and Suborder No[protected]

                    As the website says that the order has been shipped on 23rd Nov 2012 but till date i havent received my order and any update from homeshop18 as the AWB provided to me for the order with Om Logistics (Courier Service) is wrong and courier vendor is also not able to track the order as no details are with them.

                    so wanted to know to current status of the order and shipment.
                    On 1st December have contacted Mr. Paramdeep Sigh (TL, Customer care), he assured to reply back in half an hour but till time there is no response.

                    Its looking like that i have made a mistake by placing a order with Homeshop18 and regret for my decision. I have heard from people and websites that homeshop18 makes a fraud and deosnt send the correct order to customers.

                    you can also have a look at the order which says the delivery time is 6-7 working days but till date 12 working days have passed away and there is no reply from homeshop18. beacause i have made a payment already.
                    so please return my money on ASAP mode if your company cannt provide me my order.

                    So let me know the status on ASAP mode.

                      I bought a Nokia Lumia 800 phone from homeshop18.com on 6 Nov 2012. There was a diwali offer of NOKIA PURITY HEADPHONE worth Rs.5110 free with this phone. i confirmed the offer from their call center and then only bought it online.

                      Homeshop18.com delivered me the phone way beyond the committed time frame mentioned on the website and that too without the NOKIA PURITY HEADPHONE which was mentioned on the offer. Even after several complaints the company is not at all responding. Surprisingly they asked me to provide the print screen of the offer which was displayed on their website. First they asked to send printscreen to [protected]@homeshop18.com, which i did, and thereafter they closed my ticket 76275757 without informing me. Then after several chasing and recomplaints they asked me to send it [protected]@homeshop18.com, which i did, and again they closed my complaint ticket without informing or an answer. This company is total fraud. I demand a final answer whether or not HomeShop18.com intent to deliver complete product. I fully prepared to complain to consumer forum against this company.

                        I had placed an Order with HOMESHOP 18 on 18th Nov'12 for a pair of Denim Jeans -38 size.

                        I received delivery against my order on 22nd Nov'12. When I opened the packet I found that they had send me 7 inner leggins for which I raised an immediate complaint with their Customer Care Exec ( Mr.Rehan ) who was arrogant as well as stupid, he noted down my complaint and told me that they'll arrange pickup for the wrong delivery by 23rd or 24th. But no one came from their End and Hence on 25th I again called them for followup on my complaint. Where some Miss.Veena told me that earlier complaint was wrongly tagged hence courier team was not able to work on the same and Hence I need to log complaint again which I did and I was told that pickup will be arranged in next 2 days and Pickup boy did came at my place but he refused to colllect the item as he was not authorised to pickup wrong product[ which i didn't understood]. I immediately raised this matter with Homeshop 18 in matter of 10 mins and talked with Miss.Aditi who assured me of action by EOD.
                        But still ( 28th Nov ) ,No One has came at my doorstep to collect the item.

                        I am calling their customer care but no senior manager is willing to Talk to me , every one is keeping me on hold for 20 mins then out of frsutation I had to drop the call..( 3 times these sort of thing occurred ) once when I got hold of team lead position chap but she too dropped my call.

                          I purchased some items from Homeshop18 on 24 nov 2012 in midnight & there i used gift certificates to get discount in purchasing items. i sat before computer till late night and ordered 13 items by using gift certificates and paid rest amount left after using gift certificate. but today on 25/nov/2012 in the morning i saw they cancelled all of my orders. a single purchase was not even processed. i used their GC but they cancel all the items orders. they cheated me by firstly giving gift certificates and then cancelling all my orders.

                            Hi, I purchased Jewellary set of Zavery pearls ordfrom homeshop 18 ( Product Code[protected]. This was delivered within 4-5 working days. When i received this 2 set out of 4 was faulty/broke. Apart from this, This was substandard ( Inferior quality) sets looked like purchased from MONDAY MARKET or ROAD MARKETS. Since Homeshop 18 does not have any money back/returned policy , i decided to write review on their website so that other people do not waste Rs 2600 on this waste ful material. Purpose of reviews is to enable purchased about the quality of goods so that they can make the prudent decision. I wrote the review with "POOR" quality remarks while there was already a review available ( Possibly self made) stating it as "EXCELLENT". NOW IF YOU SEE THIS ITEM ON HOME SHOP 18, BOTH REVIEWS ARE BEING REMOVED AND they do not have any review field for this. This is unfair practice where site is not allowing ppl to express this opinion about the product. In absence of this others will keep on purchasing this "WASTE" material.

                              As I have ordered Hyundai home theater once I have received the goods I come to know the goods are not working, immediately I have raised the complaint and the customer care executive informed us that he will resolve the problem within 24hrs but we dint receive any call from the customer care even after a weeks of time later they messaged stating that the complaint number 7645761 has been resolved there service is the worst and very poor quality products so be careful while purchasing online.

                                beware with on line shopping via homeshop 18. i have ordered three product in last two month and all got dissatisfied and pathetic experience.same time their customer service people have no resolution.
                                order no.[protected] it is nova mixer which promised to deliver on 7 working day.iit despatched on 1 nov.12 but till today not delivered or refund of my amount.every time message but no delivery.
                                2order no[protected] i paid by internet banking and their people say amount could not receive.poor working.
                                i have more compliant i just fed up.

                                I ordered a Spice mobile. My order no. is[protected]. The order has been dispatched to me on 01/11/2014. But i have not received the product till today i.e. 28/11/2014. This is a very poor service. Now i think to lodge a complain against the company in Court,

                                  I have done payment through debit card.
                                  Money has been deducted form my account.
                                  And i got reply by mail and message saying your ordered is placed.

                                    sir, i have ordered a geyser on 13/10/2012 in homeshop18.com, product order No. is[protected].
                                    even after 40days they have not delivered the product and no money refund, i contacted their customer care many times.
                                    In my order profile they have updated the product status as DELIVERED. when i contact customer care they agreed that the product had not shipped and money will be refunded in few days and they refused to remove the product status as DELIVERED in their website. i called Customer care regularly and eachtime they are saying money will be refunded. and i got no money refund till today.
                                    HOMESHOP18 people given fraud shipping details that the product is shipped through professional courier and consignent/AWB Number: DEL[protected]. But, when i tried to track the product in courier website it shows nothing.

                                      i had placed an order for Designer Saree with Chikkan kari & Multicoloured thread Embroidery by HIBA on order no [protected] and made successful online payment on 04 Nov 12. the product was to be delivered in 5-6 days. However, it is now nearly three weeks and despite repeated complaints both online (support ticket[protected]and telephonically and despite repeated assurances(Customer Care[protected]:42->Dear Customer,We thank you for shopping with us.Please note we are arranging delivery of your order at the earliest on top priority & we hope you will provide us 2-3 working days to provide you the dispatch details as well.Warm regards, Customer Care HomeShop18), the item is yet to be dispatched. the entire process has left a bad taste and poor impression of homeshop 18 and the customer ntrust has been completely breached.                                         I have booked 2 sets of "Glen Quick Mini Chopper with 2 Attachments" from Home Shop 18 on dated 27.10.12 and I want to gift these items on the festival of Diwali. But unfortunately these items was not delivered to me in the lead time of 4 - 5 working days, So I contacted to Customer Care the Executive said "Sir it is a Festival time so there is slight delay and it will be delivered you with in 3 days then again after 3 days I make a call but the same reply I received from Customer care. On date 10.11.12 I requested to Customer care executive to deliver the goods after Diwali on 16.11.12 because I was moving to my native place. They replied OK Sir it will delivered after Diwali. Again I make a call then they said it will delivered to you on next Wednesday or Thursday (21.11.12 or 22.11.12).
