Recently i had spoken to toll-free no. Of homeshop for purchasing the product code 34865165, but they informed i cannot purchase sine they have technical issue. My amount of rs. 2050 is with homeshop and it is expiring on 14 dec 2019, hence before that i want to purchase the product code. 34865165.
Kindly request your goodself to sort the issue by refunding the amount or the above product. Old order...

I had purchased boutique skincare products which also offered free hair straightener and curler and some makeup products in may 2019. But the products of makeup were unbranded, as also there were 2 straighteners no curler. When i complained they immediately took the product back, but no refund offered. After months if complaining they gave me code of refund coupon, which is invalid. Repeatedly i am writing emails as my number has been blocked....

I have buyed a product. Than due to its low quality i returned it. They gave me coupon code instead of returning money. Now i want to place order online but i am not able to place order. They are showing that order can't be delivered in the given address. And i am also not able to contact any number. So kindly refund my money. Otherwise i will do consumer case☺...

I received my order on 06/06/2019. The glass plate was damaged so had complained about it. And your courier partner came to pick up on 08/07/2019. Till 01/11/2019 there was no response from the company, they didn't replace the product and also didn't refund the amount.
Please help me to return my product back or at least refund my amount....

I have booked a 45 pcs. Livening room set from homeshop18 on 15 june 2019 amount rs. 1849. And my order was cancelled by homeshop18 after 10 day from booking. And refund not provided till date to me, i have already complained many of time by mail, phone and sms also, but they are not provided refund to me.
Please do needful to me, i am very disappointed physically and mentally.

I ordered prestige induction cooktop combo on 11 june 2019 after arroud 1 month they cancelled the product bcoz of nonavailability of product..till now i have not recieved my refund amount..customer care number never used to connect..please sort out it soon before i will take some legal action in consumer court..u people are fake and make us fool.....

I have not yet received any update from Homeshop18 on delivery of product or refund of my money. I had submitted my complaint on consumercomplaints last week on 17th Oct 2019. Request you please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

I had ordered above mentioned product on 4th Sep 2019 and had made the payment of Rs.699/-, but yet neither the product has been delivered nor refund has been done. Its It's been a month and there is no response on the same. Even I have not received any update from the call center providing status of the product. The are so unprofessional as after sending them so many mails asking for the delivery status. I got no answer from their side.

I ordered on 26 sep and by today also i didn't get any message or mail regarding the product... Customer care nos are also not connecting to whom i should get in touch with... On website still the status is to be verified.. I am unable to cancel the product too everytime a pop up coming that we are unable to cancel ur product plz try again.. Pathetic service... Highly not recommended.....

Initially i have ordered on 16th june 2019 for 42 pc living room decor set by gulmohar designs-blue. Later on july 8, 2019 got a mail from [protected]@homeshop18.com saying that my order has been cancelled since they were not able to deliver product due to courier related issues and to expect a refund of money. Till now i have not received any refund. Again i placed one more order [protected] on 15th of august 2019 and it is supposed to be delivered...

I ordered the towel set of 3 colours maroon-blue-orange from homeshop18 on 28th of august 2019 and it was about to deliver in 12 working days. It was a prepaid order. And now its 22 nd of september and i haven't received it yet. Even the calls are barred from the website and also no reponse for emails. Please sort out this problem as soon as possible....

Its been more than 10 days now, they have not shipped the order. I tried to call all their customer care numbers including[protected],[protected], but either the number is invalid or not available. I even sent a mail to [protected]@homeshop18.com but no response.

They should either ship the product...

I have placed an order from hs18 on 23rd june but they send defective products so i returned it on 28june 2019. Since then they are not sending replacement neither they refunded my money. Your phone is barrd. You commit me that refund of my order id :- [protected], date:- 15/06/2019, amount rs. 1020/- within 08/08/2019. But after that your phone is barrd.

If amount of rs. 1020/- will not reflect in my account then, i will take another action which will not fruitful.

So again i request you to please release my payment as early as possible....
