I ordered a cook and serve 3 piece set on 5th aug 2017. I got the same product. But the capacity of the bowls mentioned on the website were completely different what i received. Site mentions 2.5l, 1.5l, &750ml. While i got is entirely different.
I repeatedly asked them to pic the items back but inspite of assurance they did not pic the product back. Meanwhile i had to go back to my home town on1st september and due to my medical issues i returned only on friday 18.11.2017. Now they are not ready to their product back. I had also informed them that i will not be available after 31st august.

    Today morning at around 9.30 am i also received a call from a person pretending to be from homeshop18 and told me that i have won a tata safari against the order placed by mw online of rs. 889/-. The person told me whether i want the tata safari or cash which will be 12 lacs approx. But i asked him to call me latter as i was driving, till then i traced the numbers from which i got calls the numbers were [protected] and [protected] both the numbers were registered in bihar, patna. I also called the complaint cell/ legal cell of the home shop18 and asked them to take action against those who are leaking the sensitive information of homeshop18 as the caller new my order no. And other personal details also. When this was told to the legal cell executive of the company he said that they will take action against the fraud but i fail to understand how will they trace them.
    So friends be aware of these kind of calls and don't share any sensitive information like bank a/c no., debit/credit card no. Etc. With them.

      Hi team,

      I ordered the combo and got delivered on 01.11.2017, and found the sewing machine fault hence called the next day and complained over telephone @[protected], since then only false promises of replacing faulty item, rs.1500/- rupees fifteen hundred only.
      I have emailed as well (Request number #1588406), one rude agent called last week and then no activity from their end.

      Please do the needful and get the item replaced or arrange for refund.

      More than twenty days i have been chasing you for a replacement of handy sewing machine.
      I was even contacted by one of your worse cce last week and some other agent called the next day and promised a replacement within couple of days.
      Till today i have not heard from you.
      If you do not respond within the next 24 hrs, i will have no other option other than approaching legal assistance.
      Please respond asap.

        It is surprising that i was asked to send photos of the damaged package because if some don't have a facility to do so, what will he do. Is it not cheating!?

          We received a call saying that we won a tata safari as a first prize from home shop 18. But we need to submit some registration charges. Do we need to submit the charges or is it a fake call. Kindly suggest a way out.
          They are asking us to either take a tata safari or rs. 12, 80000.
          They are asking us to give the money in sbi acoount. We asked them to give us some proof but they are denying by saying that we don't provide any proof as it is the first prize.

              Home shop18.com - order i d: [protected]

              I have purchased a sweat shirt from this company online. They have sent me defective sweatshirt. I was out of station so was not able to try it within 2 days. After that i saw that the product is defective and not wearable at all. So i requested them a complaint on phone but they denied by saying that you have to complain within 48 hours of delivery. I was not aware of that fact and also due to some circumstances i was not able to try that before. The company has send me defective product and now do not replacing it.

              I want my money back as you can't cheat customers by sending defective products.

              I can understand that if by any reason the customer do not like the colour or other style after receiving it then the policy of 48 hours works.

              But for defective product how can they say that we have 48 hours policy. As per rules company cannot sell defective products to customers and no policy of company can stop customer's right from taking his hard earned money back which company has taken by cheating on him through sending defective product by taking cover behind there policies.

              Defective product is always allowable to be replaced or money has to be returned.

                  With due respects, i would like to submit that i purchased ladies suits from your company i. E home shop 18 on 15th august probably which was live on tv that day. After ordering the same i received the suits but they were short in size. After calling the delivery boy i handed over the same to him and he assured me to change /money back and accordingly handed over a slip to me. After various requests he again came to me and said to hand over the slip and i will return the money of the ladies suit tomorrow. But so far i have not received any thing from him.                       I have order wonderchef otg through homeshop18. My order id is [protected] and booked it on 12 october 2017 through cell phone. I got this product in defective condition. It's upper and back side panel are little bit band and it's heating elements are not working properly. It's temperature performance also not good.

                      Since i have received otg, regaularly i am complaining to homeshop 18 and wonder chef customer care on phone but i didn't get solution. Customer exectutive and senior person of homeshop 18 are asking time to wait 48 hours and 72 hour to take action but already there is one month finished no one is taking proper action about it.

                      Hope you will do needfull asap. And kindly make arrangement to return the product.

                        I had ordered 3 designer saree by adhira company on 26/10/2017 in homeshop18 and these cheaters have delivered me wrong cheap saree. This was not at all expected from homeshop18. I have complained several time since last 20 days for replacement but these people are only fooling the customer. My order no is [protected]. I need strict action within 2 days. Either deliver me my ordered pack of 3 saree or give my money back.!!!

And i got call from [protected]. He demanded 8000 against registration charges for the same. How homeshop 18 customer data has been leaked to others. I did not pay this amt to him bcoz i know it is fake call. But some action need from home shop 18 management for this type fake calls.

                          I too received the same call one day after i ordered some goods from homeshop18.com. It simply means someone in the team of HOMESHOP18 is leaking the information of customers to these fraudsters. And these fake callers are fooling homeshop18's customers. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT HOW THAT GUY CAME TO KNOW THAT I HAVE ORDERED SOMETHING FROM HOMESHOP18.COM.

                                  I had requested many times to please start service of superclean maha combo to my pincode 821115. How can u say that u have passed 9 years but u dont deserve any star. No any service why amazon flipkart deliever all products to my pincode but hs18 cannot beat any percent from amazon now i beleieved amazom and all other channel is reaaly good in service.

But this app. Shows no service abailable every single dayto my pincode 821115. I have cordinated to superclean brand contact no [protected]. They told me deliever possible is not it is decided by ho.                                         Dear team. I have placed an order yesterday night at homeshop18 and my order number is [protected]. I have paid the amount upfront. To my surprise this morning i received a call from homeshop18 from +91 [protected] saying i have won tata car, he confirmed the color as well and wanted me to pay the transportation charges. I know this is a fraud call but how did the person get my number and has my order details. What assurance you give me that he does not have my bank details i used to pay on your site. You need to take this seriously else i will initiate legal proceedings.
