I am very scared because of just yesterday my wife placed order of vlcc facial kit at home shop 18 on phone call and beetwen 24 hours my wife received one fake call on his mobile no from this no [protected]. Then how its possible our personel leak from home shop 18. Who was responsible for that. It mean's your portal or website not safe for all customer and why not take any type of action against them. And what about our safty and security how our personal details and banking security. I will wait for u r kind reply as early as possibel. And the fake call regarding 1st prize tata safari or 2nd 1260000 rs ohhh my god why play with our emotion and pls justify my safety and security.

My wife orders sanjiv kumar wonder chef non stick kitchen appliances. She lost her phone in market. She updated her phone number at homeshop18. No change in address. We were assured at customer service for product delivery before october 19, 2017. We also called 3 times at safeexpress customer service number and updated phone number against abw no[protected]. We were assured delivered since october 17, 2017. Due to very customer service and poor internal communication at homeshop18 & safexpress, product did't get delivered. Lastly, while i called 3rd time at both offices, i as informed that product returned due to consignee refused to accept the product. It is my very poor experience with both companies. I would never use such services in future.

I have submitted the awb receipt for order [protected] that i have returned with complaint number hs[protected] as told by the customer care executive. I am sick of asking them about my refund but there's no response.
This is really annoying and this time i am really having a bad experience with homeshop18 as this is the worst experience i ever had. When will i get my refund back?

I ordered a cooler mobile phone and a lantern from home shop 18 cooler was defective which was proved during demonstration on delivery date. On the day of diwali during charging the phone the charger blasted off and one of our relative was sitting just near it.
On complaint help line now they are refusing to refund the money and are forcing to continue with the faulty product of their company. Even though we are not willing to take again they are forcing us to do so.

Recently i purchased portable mini silai machine through homeshop 18..i have opened the box and tried to use it but it was not working.immediately i called customer care and informed them regarding the defect product.They told me to wait 48 hours but now almost 15 days over no response.when i called the customer care to refund or replacement, they refused. I lost my whole money. I request people don't order any item in home shop18, they are selling the defect products and even they will not give refund also..

I ordered 3 pretty sarees as shown in homeshop18 channel and website.. They sent me garbage type sarees. Now they are saying it is out of stock so cant be replaced... But when i ordered it was in stock.. So why they sent me wrong product. Its their mistake they sent wrong item why should i suffer.. They should sent the correct product. Also sending wrong product.. And changing costs me rs 500 petrol as we are far from city.. Who will bear it??

We had ordered a product from home shop 18 on 16th oct 2017, and on 17th we got a call that since you ordered this product from home shop 18 within first few seconds, you have won a tata safari. You have an option to take the car or take cash. They asked us to deposit some cash and take the gift. We suspect the fraud and asked for an email regarding the same to be send so that i have a written proof against him. Which he denied. My point to this is, how did the fraud caller get imformation abt the buyer i. E. The product and the phone number along with the name of the buyer. All this details should be confidential with home shop 18 company. This means that the company is sharing the data with such fraud people or there are some employees who are doing this for money. I am demanding a legal action against such fraud callers and also demand an explanation against the data which is getting shared. Failing which i will file a case in the consumer court against home shop 18.

How do these spammers come to know our name, phone number and address

[protected] claiming that i won some lottery. The executive asked me if i want the prize money 1250000 rupees or prize.
Then he said to me you give your bank account details which i refused to give
He said if i want the prize money then i will have to pay an amount 12500 to so and so account as a procedure.
I refused to talk much and cut the call
But that executive knew my name, number address everything
Is this safe, isn't it the responsibility of these shopping sites to keep confidentia information safe? Being a responsible indian citizen and a lady i'm complaining about this and want this problem to be resolved.
This is unsafe specially for ladies

Dear team, my mother ordered 12 pc jewellery collection by kavya and its order no. Was [protected]. Yesterday she recieved same but both necklace totally broken.in past we have purchased many things from you, but this time experiance was worst. Seek support at your end. We want to return these items, and would like to purchase something else for the same amount.

But i found different products and i don't like and when i saw online bag is looking good but i haven't found good bag... So plz i have a request return this products.. Plz... I have order 2 (Two) nos of bedsheets vide. Order no. [protected] dt: -10/10/2017. I have received the product on 16/10/2017 at 5 p. M vide suborder no.[protected], item description - complete bed set by bella casa - cream[protected] and complete bed set by bella casa - multicoloured. But when we open it was found that the bed sheet was of same colour and designed and even the materials was found dirty as it was sealed packed from the company. I was shocked to see all these as such a reputed company with good market reputation does all these. I will definite return back the product but the faith and trustworthyness between company will definitely affect the company and the consumer. Even i was planning to go for future big deals with the company. When advertisement is shown in the tv with such a beautiful color every body gets attracted but in reality the product send to the consumer is different. Please see the matter seriously as it leads to bad impact of the company in the market. As you all know that 1 single unsatisfied customer will make 100 unsatisfied customer and 1000... We are all human being and makes mistake but proper checking from your end should be done before the product is packed.

We purchased a bedsheet set on 14th oct 2017, and today i. E.., on 16 oct 2017 morning we received a call from a number [protected].. He claims his name is kundan agarwal.. He said us that we have been selected as a lucky winner by our last purchase and we have won a maruthi desire, and he said he will transfer a money 8, 50, 000 and to get that amount we have to pay 1 percent of it that is 8500 to his md's account, the details he has given about his so called md is mr purushothamma kumar, and he has shared sbi account number too...
I know this is a fake call.. Please take some measure on it and dont cheat innocent people and this kundan agarwal, he uses a very fawl language and a very bad language if i people wanna know about his language i can share the call recording too.. Please look in it and solve this on highest priority.

We have the call from homeshop 18 and message also that we have winned in lucky draw. Winned the tata safari amt rs 12, 60, 000/- pls recevice the car or amt first pay 6, 500/- as services charges, we have paid in given a/c no rs-6500/- after that we have call about pls pay 18000/- about gst. He have not paid that amt and not receivced 6500/- return.

I got a call from homeshop18 (Fake), they told me you are the lucky winner of october 2017. You win a 6lac rs price or tata indogo. And said to transfer 13500rs in their account as gst/taxs. And said they will transfer the amount next 10 hours.
And asked me the detail of my bank account.
And send their bank account details and asked to transfer 13500 rs immediately.
I am surprice they have their own call centers as well, they provided to numbers of their head office [protected] and [protected].

Data leakage from web site of homeshop 18 and misused by third party.

I booked some item on 9th october-2017 and next day one call came from mobile no-[protected] with toll free no [protected].

They said that i won tata indigo car and need to deposit 8500/= in sbi account no-[protected] ifsc code-sbin0018818.

Luckly i have not deposited any money to them, but how they got my information from the website of homeshop18.

Homeshop18 need to take appropriate action to safeguard there website with feedback to customer.

Again supplier courier me wrong shirt now shirt is different and size also. Plz check snap attached with this email.

Please my concern is that which i have ordered for
Shirt is blue and size is l (Large).

Kindly look into the matter and resolve asap.

This above context i have email to concern department but they told me they can't process the same replacement what to do now after paying all amount?

Today i have received a call from a guy called me with number [protected] informing me that i got selected in a lucky draw by homeshop18 based on the last purchase i made last night from homeshop18. The cash prize amount he told me 12 lac something and asked me to pay the 1% tax money in advance for the clearance.
He gave me a customer care number as well[protected].

I know this is fake as this not something new happening. But point is that brands like homeshop18 where we trust and provide our personal details like contact number, address. How can fraud people getting these details on the very next day.

I have seen many people complained about this fraud call since 2 months but surprisingly homeshop18 hasn't found a solution.

Very bad experience with homeshop18. Not sure if i would prefer to buy another product from here.

Please provide me the action taken against these fraud people.

It was my worst experience of shopping online in homeshop 18. Since the delivery of my product am receiving fake calls and messages that i had won tata safari car and i need to deposit money in homeshop 18' s md's account. And when i refused to deposit the money in that account the caller abused me.
Sorry to say but you people have the very weak safety measures for your customers.
How my personal details going to some other fraud persons?
You people are not even responding to customer's complaint
I may not buy any product from your company in future if this continues. I lost ny 6500/- for registration fee.. Plz help me sir.. And contact that fake person.
