My order no [protected]. I ordered dinner set on 21 oct and recieved on 28boct. I had my 1224 refund copun of previous return order. So i used this copon on dinner set price was 1449 so i got less 1224 discount from refund copun and i payed remaining 275 amount to paytm wallet but after returning my order theyvtold me that we would refund 275 to paytm wallet and 1224 copun will regenerate. But i dont want any more copun kindly refund my 1224.

My order no [protected]. I ordered felix combo but iron was defective machine was not working sometimes. U refunded only 1224 to me where is 151 shipping charges. Its your fault that why product sended to me in worst state. Why will i lost mu precious 151 ruppe. Kindly return. Other channels refund whole ammount. I was the regular coustmer of hs18 since 2015. But after this happen its scary to shop from here.

    Yesterday evening my wife placed an order by phone to homeshop18. Today she received a call from mobile no.[protected] and saying that i am calling from homeshop18 as you have ordered by order no. [protected] and also explain items name which is placed, after that he told that her mobile no. Is selected in lucky draw and she won a tata safari costing of rs. 1480000/- if she is not interested in tata safari then the same amount of rs. 1480000/- will be deposited in her account.
    They message their account no. [protected] ifsc code sbin0005744 which is in name of mr rohit bhai bhupatray oganiya and told to deposit a sum of rs. 20000/- in this account for vehicle registration.
    When my wife refused and drop his call, he again call from new no. [protected] and asked for adhar number as she has given him account number.
    How he can share our personal data to fraudster, its means the scam is going on under same roof.
    I'll not deal with homeshop18 in future and alert all my friend and relative not to deal any more with this fraudster company.

    How fraudster knows my order details i.e. description of items which i ordered i.e. quantity and product name and product amount,

    You should accept it that order details passed by your hand to fraudster. Their are may similar complaint posted on consumer forum it means that all are saying a lie.

      I had ordered a product online from homeshop 18 after which next day i got a call stating i have won 1st prize ie tata safari which will be delivered at my home address he even read out my complete address and had access to my mobile nos my name and even the product i ordered as i was aware abt scam i asked the person to send the bank details so that i can further file complaint against them when they realized that i would not pay them they started calling me and abusing me with dirty words all this torture i had to bear only becoz of homeshop 18 who went ahead and disclosed my information and made me go through this

        Today i received a msg in the name of homeshop18 stating that i am selected as the lucky winner of tata safari... The msg seemed to be very genuine nd then i received a call from them nd they told me to deposit rs 12500 as registration fees in the name of their managing director mr. Rajiv sharma and i deposited it also without realising that they were making fool of me... After that i again got a call from another person who again told me that i m selected as the winner nd i have to deposit rs 12500 in the name of their managing director mr. Purushuttam sahu... Bt again it was a fraudulent... I realised that i m such a big fool... Nd i lost my money... Bt i wanted to warn you all frndz plzzz don't beleive in such phne calls or msgs... I need my money back... Plzzz help me...

          I am uttam gupta from nagpur want to highlight that home shop 18 is completely failed to keep privacy phone number and mobile no. From their data base. Yesterday we have order item for chocolate facial combo with free hair dryer and today morning we got fake alerts from fake homes hop (Md-hmshop) that my name to open the lucky tata safari. After some times i received calls from bihar, india, and update me details regarding lucky draw... Finally it was completely fake and very irate to waste morning hours.

          Disappointment from homeshop18 is that where is the privacy of customers details???
          Who are leaking phone numbers and given to wrong persons???
          Are they are with culprit groups whose work is to cheat innocent public???

          My complain is not keeping privacy of my mobile number and contact details by home shop 18 which seems very dangerous.

            I had placed an order for 3 trousers on 26th, i received the order on 28th and on that day i had issued a request for replacement due to size issues but from that day they are every time telling that it will be replaced within three but till date it is not done. We have called them 10 times but they don't follow their orders. Please replace the product. This is my last and humble request

              I received a call this morning and person claimed that he is calling from homeshop18. Calling number was [protected]. He said that i am winner of lucky draw and have won a car i. E. Tata safari as price. To get this price i would need to deposit sum amount of rs 12500 and rs 25000 at the time of delivery. I am sure this was a false call but was surprised to know that all the details of my purchase that he has was absolutely correct. So, does homeshop18 is selling there customers data with these criminals? This is absolutely against the law as you cannot share your clientele with anyone without there permission.

              When you cannot maintain privacy so how can your customers would trust you and do any sort of online of offline transactions with you.

              Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis as these people are actively working to fool around your customers.

              I again received a call from them with the same motive and they have my purchase details as well. You cannot just say that you don't share and I would start believing. They are confirming my purchase information. So, kindly look into the matter at the earliest otherwise I will file an FIR against HomeShop18 first before filing against anyone else.

                  Subject : regarding refund/replacement of printed double bed mattress protector by azaani comfort (Pick any 2)-blue+purple[protected]

                  Dear sir,
                  This is for your information that the product sent by you is totally different which you have shown/broadcast to public on the television. Length & breadth of the product is not of a standard size and also not of the appropriate quality and for your kind information i am hereby enclosing the photographs of the product.
                  This product is delivered by the courier boy to my tenant as i was outstation and he received the money from my tenant by the means of telephonic conversation with me. When i came back i have opened this product and called customer care complaint department on[protected]. I really shocked they simply refused to exchange or refund the product by telling only one line i. E…as per the company policy i have to inform you within 48 hours.
                  But in that case you should deliver the product to the direct customer or wait for him to come back. Why you have deliver the product to my tenant. I have given you the information immediately after opening the product when i came back from outstation. Kindly do understand my tenant just received the packet on my behalf in my absence.
                  I talk to approximate 4-5 customer care representatives of homeshop18 and all are seems to be uneducated persons except only one senior person but they all just fulfilling the process of receiving calls and they are giving pre-learned feedback in the pre-learned 4-5 lines by the top management/senior company representatives.
                  What all which i can understand is homeshop18 company is basically making fool of the innocent people of india or abroad by the means of fraud television broadcasting of products and in my opinion it’s a huge scam going in our country by which these people of homeshop18 are fetching hard-earned money of innocent people of india. It is not a matter of an individual but a matter of the whole country.
                  It’s also a matter of thinking, like me how many people can come forward and can raise voice in the matter of refund or replacement, may be only 5-10% people the rest of 80-90% people will sacrifice because of shortage of time or any other reason.
                  I am again telling you to kindly exchange or refund the product (Not of matching size and appropriate quality) which you have sent and also your product is not matching with the product which you have shown to public on television.
                  Please find below the details of the product along with photographs.

                      I recently made a payment for a product from homeshop18.com.

                      I would like to inform you that recently i've received two or three fraud calls regarding prize of tata safari/ jaguar. Caller has all the information's like my address, my mob. No, my address pin-code

                      I'm 100% sure that homeshop18 is sharing consumer's personal data to these fraud people or may be homeshop18 is also involved in this fraud.

                      Or might be something bug in homeshop18 website so anyone can trace consumer personal data.

                      Please look in to this matter as on urgent basis.

                        Today morning i got a phone call on my number that i have recieved a tata safari worth rs.1260000 as lucky draw. From homeshop 18. I was asked to submit 8500 as registration service payment. The contact number was -[protected], [protected] and [protected].
                        I doubted the call and so want to confirmed it with homeshop 18 customer care. I was told that person that it was a fraud. But he again call me two times. But i told him to i don't interested such gift. So i should want to know is this fair call or fake. Please told me. How it possible to my personal details leaked. Why u don't take an action behind it...

                            Today morning i got a message on my number that i have recieved a tata safari worth rs.1260000 as lucky draw. I was asked to submit 8500 as registration service payment. The contact number given was[protected] and [protected].
                            I doubted the message and so confirmed it with homeshop 18 customer care. I was told that it was a fraud. I then decided to call on the number to know who it was. On calling the person on other side introduced himself as purshottam kumar, a sales executive at homeshop 18. I told him that i got the message and wanted to submit the money so that i could get my car. He then told me to go to any state bank of india branch and then call him on same number for account details. I told him i was unable to go so my brother was there instead. I then asked him for the details. He gave me the following account details:
                            Name of account holder: purshottam kumar
                            Account no. :[protected]
                            He told me to confirm him after submitting the money and then the car would be sent from the mumbai office within 2 days by transportation.
                            It is to bring to the notice of you people sitting in homeshop 18 that please wake up. People are being conned in your name. It is somewhere your responsibility to look into the matter. I was educated enough to see through it and get the details out of him but there are many others who are from rural background or are too simple to understand the matter.
                            I hope my plea doesn't fall on deaf ears. As a customer i have done more than i could but even now if you don't take any action then you are equally responsible.
                            And i request you to please update what was done in this matter from your side because if your customer is attentive, your company must be.

                                I received to my order no. [protected] for product fabiano 12 l oven toaster griller - otg-12l. But i got this product used and damaged. I send so many email and photos of my faulty oven to homeshop18 but i didn't get any response from him. I mentioned also in the email please take back and give me refund.

                                Then also no response.

                                I hope you will help me this fraud.

                                I am sick of asking them about my refund but there's no response.
                                This is really annoying and this time i am really having a bad experience with homeshop18 as this is the worst experience i ever had. When will i get my refund back?

                                  I've received a message from the the homeshop18 to call [protected] for claiming winning prize tata safari / cash :- 12, 60, 000 on deposit of restration charges 6, 500. When i call the above number their respond that our company will call you within half and hour. Just after 1 hour i received a call from [protected] on 26.10.2017 about 10.30 am. I do want to know whether this call is from homeshop18 and i'm the winner of the prize. Make me sure whether this call is fair or fake.

                                    I informed to homeshop18 they told product send back to us. But unfortunately my place don't accepting the courier/post service to send this wrong product to homeshop18.
                                    That's i asked to homeshop18 to arrange the courier but they playing with.
                                    Please help to get refund of this product.

                                      My name is leena and i have placed an order day before yesterday for embroidery dress. And today i get a call from [protected] saying that i had won a prize n the prize is a car or 15, 00, 000/ cash. So ofcourse i chose the amount so he started asking me my account number which i refused to give then he started asking my personal details such as i m married or do i have any kids. I refused to share my personal details. Then he started abusing my asking how much do i take for a night. I was shocked to her that n i hang up the phone. I called up again your toll-free number shared my concern. I spoke to the senior person. He just said that i will submit this concern to our help desk n they will fill that. So i asked him that i want to know the status of my complain but he refused to help me. I really don't understand how can your customers data can licked out from your system. It's really shocking to hear the comment what other customers have upload it. I really don't think so you guys will do any thing. But if i really do not get any update from u guys i m really going to tweet. U can take my detail from the toll free number. Order was place by leena maghade. Will wait for positive response.

                                        Homeshop 18 has sent me a defected roti maker order no. [protected]. It is broken from one side. They are not responsible people, they do not even check the product before sending it to the customer. First they send a used product while charging money for a new one and they ask the customer to courier it back to them. They keep customers' call waiting for hours. It is troublesome so pls don't buy anything from such a company which has no regards for the rights of the consumer and their responsibility to pick and drop the products.
