Complaint marked as Resolved Dear sir,
I ordered an item (Order no-[1016998875) from home shop18 and received it on 09-10-2017 but i found the quality of the product is not satisfactory as they shown it, so i decided to return it to refund my money rs 1150/-
I request them to return back it and refund my money, but till date they have not take back this item nor refund my money, now today when i called them to return it, they said it is not possible, you have tocamplain within 48 hours, though i complain within 24 hours.
So i request you to solve my problem to return back this item by home shop18

Then please explain after delivery the product which I have purchased from your company, after that only we got such calls from different people.
If have forgery will happen who will take responsibility.
And it is not the first instance this is the third time.
Is you won't be a to satisfy myself I will take legal actions against your company.
