Dear sir,
I ordered an item (Order no-[[protected]) from home shop18 and received it on[protected] but i found the quality of the product is not satisfactory as they shown it, so i decided to return it to refund my money rs 1150/-
I request them to return back it and refund my money, but till date they have not take back this item nor refund my money, now today when i called them to return it, they said it is not possible, you have tocamplain within 48 hours, though i complain within 24 hours.
So i request you to solve my problem to return back this item by home shop18

It has been constantly observe that when my order issued from homeshop18 then i have been getting fraud call. Next the product received now is very very bad quality which is looking old, scratch. Denied to return the product.
Please take necessary action against homeshop18 cheating to the customer providing old, used & scratchable product with disclosing of personal information.

From homeshop i have order and i also received my order within time its good. But from your site my contact no was hack and i received call today 06.10.2017 that i have one 1 cores rupees and i also win 4 wheeler car. Instate i have to pay 7000 rupees i have deposit in sbi a/c. I have received call from this no.[protected] today itself. After talking with this fellow i have discuses about my winning amount & i refuse to accept the i told him wait few second i have to take conference to my friend he stated using bad word i also reply.
I have question with homeshop18 from where he get my contact no? Plz reply homeshop18 you are the leaker of my contact no or your site was hake?

It was my worst experience of shopping online in homeshop 18. Since the delivery of my product am receiving fake calls and messages that i had won tata safari car and i need to deposit money in homeshop 18' s md's account. And when i refused to deposit the money in that account the caller abused me.
Sorry to say but you people have the very weak safety measures for your customers.
How my personal details going to some other fraud persons?
You people are not even responding to customer's complaint
I may not buy any product from your company in future if this continues.

Dear sir,

This i the third instance after doing online purchase from your company me and my family is receiving fake calls from outside that you have won safari and for claiming the gift you have to pay 40000/- before delivery, these type of calls we are receiving after delivery of the product we have received from home shop 18.

Look into this matter seriously now onwards we will not going to purchase from home shop 18 and also ask relatives and friends not to do any purchase from your company, this is only happening when we are doing purchase from your company.

The product is not working complained to hs18 they say that i will have to contact the company they will not return the product but when i have bought from hs 18 why should i contact the supplier it is duty of hs18 to resolve my complaint. I tried to contact the phone no. Provided by customer care to me but the company is not picking the phone and today it is switched off. My order no.[protected] dtd 21/9/2017 sub order no.[protected]. I requst refund of product as i am not interested in such fraud company

I had received one parcel from home shop 18 against order no.[protected] on dated 16/09/2017. But due to some circumstances it found faulty (I. E. Very poor quality of t shirts) not as per demo.
So i called customer care to resolve this problem & he provide me suggestion to return the product & refund will be credited in account within 4-5 days & i act accordingly. Product sent through airmax courier. All bank details was provided to him. Complaint number is hs[protected] & register on dated 17/09/2017.
After given schedule time money was not transferred so i called c. C. 3-4 times but the same response was provided that it will take 4-5 days & still i am waiting for the same. Amount of the product is 999 inr.

I purchased cookware set from homeshop18 and i got message from md-homsop that i won 2nd prize tata indica and got call from [protected] and that lady told to deposit rs. 5000 in sbi bank account for cash prize of rs. 560000 or i have to deposit rs. 8000 for car. When i asked about account no., that lady was saying its in name of person mr. Rajesh and not company's account. This is spam and such caller should be banned. How homeshop18 is sharing their customers contact details with such fake person.

The chopping machine was dead on arrival. That is, it was not working when we received. Same day
Immediately within 1 hr of receipt we raised a complain.

We received a call from your vendor after 4 days (96 hrs). He said i should courier the
Defective part to him on my expense.

Why should i bear the expenses and waste my time in doing all this worthless activity of
Packing and going to courier agency and courier it?

Also i[censored]nfortunately shipment gets lost in transit, why should i take that risk?

You are humbly requested to please refund my money back immediately and oblige, failing
Which you are constraining me take legal action and knock the door of consumer forum.

I am submitting my complain about my order number [protected]. Product is body massager. This product was delivered broken by aramax courier services. I called on 23rd september had word with esscillation sup rajat who promised me a callback by tuesday 26th september and today is 28 september i have not received any call their promise turned out to be a false proosr and when i called them for the same asking the reason why i did not got call they are not helpful. I had requested to expedite the process as i leaving for states this week end for a business trip. However they are not understanding my concern. I had also provided them photos of the broken product requested by them. Still 0 resolution.

I received broken body massager courtesy aramax courier services. When i called on 22nd sept homeshop18 customer service for complaining about the same they were not helpful enough. I told them that i am moving out of india for business trip this weekend ie on 30 oct and so i requested to expedite the exchange. I have not received any call back from the homeshop team. I was promised by sup rajat that he will take care.

After placing my first order with ypu i have been recieving messages and calls on the pretext of of being the winner of some contest. The executive on the other side was absolutely ill mannered and lacked the basic courtesy he owed towards the customer. I have not yet recieved any order nor any intimation regarding that.

They also said that if you want to get that car or cash, you have to deposit 12, 500 first. When i asked him to send me an official mail he refused.

They tried to fraud with me.

I have online purchase of 4 shirts & pant rs. 1099/ we have win the prize tata safari ask you want vehicle or money i told money you want money 1260000 first you fill money 49700/_amount next rbi tax 71200/_ i have add our account 124000/_then you ask 97900/_ i told i have no money you return my money is not return my money please.

I'm your one of regular customer and this is very sad and disappointing to inform you that your one of delivery person called me today morning and misbehave and used very bad unacceptable word like (I'm want to # you because your voice is very delicious) kind of words i already complained him in woman cell but this is your responsibility also what kind of person you are hiring and in future i'm not going to shopping in homeshop18 this is that no. Women Salwar Suit Fabric - Order No.[protected] received on 22/09/2017. Fabric is very third class and have bubbling on it.The fabric is not comfortable to wear. Feeling like Polyster material. I have purchased before also and the fabric was wrinkle free and soft. Please atleast give comfortable dress material. After receiving the material I have lost Trust on Homeshop18 regarding material of the fabric.

Sir i have perchased a handy swing machine from home shop 18 20 days before as i was delivered defacted piece on the first day only i called then they were not picking calls after then i call then more then 10 time every time saying it will take 3 days brand will call to help you but no call after i call again then that called and told me that that going to replace but nothing after that then i call again then they say that they have not filled the complaint again brand call then no call from then again i call then that told that they are sending courier but then again no one for two days again i call then again they said brand will call again no call sir i am very unsatisfied and they have cheated me no service no respond and just making jock of curtomer sir salling wrong product and no replacement as they are saying they have 48 hour replacement policy but all lies just checking sir please help me i want my money back i don't want to buy any thing from cheaters sir please help me to get my money back i was buying this give my mother gift but i wasn't got right product no service they have cheated me help me sir

I got some fake call and they are using hs 18 name. And they have all details about me, example are address ac-no - product name what was i order with date and price everything they knows about me. I already complaints against them to police station but they are still calling me some regularly different different number and irritate me i m requesting you to do something about them otherwise i will take a action against hs 18 also
