U told me to wait 5 days but 8 days has passed no any copon recieved such a pathetic and worst service ever seeen kindly told me what to do provide my 1224 new copon today. I had complianed on 26 december and i also got call on 30 december u told me to wait 4 days .but i did not recieve my new refund copon of 1224 .i am facing many problem since last 10 days.kindly prodvide copoun i will not shop after using my refund copun i cannot take any more risk and heritation .number [protected] .

    I got the same call, claiming that i won the tats safari car worth rs 1280000/-. I know that this is fraud and scam as at face it is looking lucrative and illegitimate but the real concern is how the personal data of homeshop18 customers leaking out of their system. Something is wrong either with their software security or some insider data leak scam going on.

    Home shop 18 management - please look into this matter with highest urgency as this is going on since last 1 year as i can see the old complains about similar issue.

    Thanks for quick response.
    If homeshop18 doesn’t sharing any information then how the fraudsters getting all the details related to customer and the product they are purchasing.
    Their is clear and serious data breach is happening and you cannot Deny this fact.
    Could you please specifically reply about this?
    What action/steps have been taken yet on this matter as this is happening since 1 year and it’s long time and this scam is adding numerous victims (your valuable customers) everyday.

      Kind attention all
      On 3rd of jan 18 i have ordered a mobile phone. But next day on 4th jan 18, i received a message on my mobile, that from home shop i have won a tata safari car worth rs.1260000/- & i need to deposit rs.9500/- for registration. They also called me the same day on behalf of home shop18.
      It is very clear that your staffs has passed on my details to these frauds.

          It was not working from the very first day complained so many times no response from neither company nor home shop 18
          Product complaint no. Is hs[protected] against order no. [protected]. Disappointed with home shop 18's response. Otg is not working there is no heating and indicator is not working as well. We have complained on the same day we received it but even after 13 days no replacement of the product. Do we need to file a case for the otg replacement. Not expected this from home shop 18

Tv show homeshop18 shopping result are out in the selected for name of mansoon-luckky drw.., your name to open the luckky drw. You have two options 1st is tata safari 2nd is payment of rs 1260000/- the charge of registration service is rs-6500/- valid upto 29/12/2017, for more details contact us at-[protected]".
              Another no. Id [protected]. His name is rakesh singh/ and mr. Pandey from jharkhand. He gave me his a/c no. Too. Of sbin - 0015727.

                I have received 3 products thru order no. [protected] and invoice no. Inha/17-18/60302. All three products where received broken.
                Spoken to customer care and they asked me to send the pics at [protected]. I sent it that very day, on 12th dec 2017. On 13th dec received acknowledgement of the same and till then never heard from the team.

                No one either called us or resolved my problem.

                Pls take it seriously and return my money or provide me new products. Or else i'll be left with no other option then to lodge fir against home shop 18 for cheating.

                  I ordered a product with homeshop18 was that i received a call saying that i have won some gift in a lucky draw and i knew that this was a fake call so i started recording the conversation but is was surprised they had all my order details including my address, when i had order and what i had ordered and when i contact homeshop18 they say that there they do not share my data with anyone and their servers are secured i have all the recordings and i can submit if needed order number[protected]. I have logged a complaint on ingram as well complaint number: 556307 they are selling our personal information to others please do not buy or give out any details on this website you may loose your money.

                    Hi Team,

                    I had ordered 3 bed sheets for Rs 1050 on 23-Dec -2017 from Home shop 18.My order number is [protected]. I received the order yesterday but it had only 2 bed sheets . I was told at the time of order that I will get Rs 200 coupon and one free delivery voucher. I did not get both these coupon and vouched as I saw it on TV and as per what L was told when I ordered it.

                    I contacted customer service yesterday and the I was told that I will receive these coupons through text messages. I was also told that they will send one bed sheet to me in next 4-5 days which I did not receive with my actual order.

                    In the evening I received a message stating that I have received the order but I have still not received any coupon and voucher text messages.

                    Today morning I received a phone call from Home Shop 18 and the person name was Rahul Gupta ( True caller says : Ajit 2, online shopping, Bihar, I have also recorded these calls ) and phone number was [protected]. Rahul Gupta told to me that I have won a lucky draw from home shop 18 is it's Tata Safari so he told to me that either I can get Tata Safari or Rs 1250000 deposited in my bank account. He told to me that I have to deposit Rs 9000 first to get this lucky draw .

                    I have been in New Delhi for over 16 years and have done online shopping in the past but for the first time I received such fraud call and that too after purchasing from Home shop 18.

                    I called Home shop 18 and then I was told that I have not won any lucky draw.

                    Why has home shop 18 shared my contact number with a fraudster?

                    I was also surprised when I enquired about my complaints number. HS[protected] and HS[protected]. I was told that they can't send one bed sheet to me so they will give Rs 235 voucher extra to me apart from Rs 200 free voucher and free delivery voucher which were the offers when I had purchased 3 bed sheets.

                    I paid Rs 1050 for 3 bed sheets so 1 bedsheet is for Rs 350 n u had sent only 2 bed sheets and for the one missing bedsheet u r giving to me only Rs 235 voucher

                    I had purchased from Home shop 18 for the first time and it turned out to be a fraud company. My contact number was shared to a fraudster, I did not get my complete order and u took Rs 1050 at the time of delivery and I have still not got the Rs 200 voucher and the free delivery code. I am not happy with Rs 235 for one missing bed sheet.

                    Please share your next escalation procedure or I will write to your CEO Sanjeev Aggarwal and then to the consumer court for all these inconveniences.

                    I have still not received my third bedsheet it's been over 2 weeks now. I have to repeat my concern evertime I contact your customer service.

                    If I would have know all these inconveniences then I would have never ordered from home shop 18.

                    Please look into my concern. I have ordered for the first time from home shop 18 and it's a pathetic experience.

                    Firstly my personal details were shared with the fraudsters. The fraudster called my and told to me that they are calling from home shop 18 n they had all details about my purchase which I and home shop 18 knew so someone within your company seems to lead this fraudster gang.

                    Secondly I have still not received my third bedsheet.

                    It's been over 2 weeks now and I have contacted more than 10 times n I have recorded the calls including your fraudster call n I have mentioned in detail in my earlier email.

                    I have been told that the third bedsheet will be delivered in 2 days but it's been 2 weeks now.

                    Does your organization have ant logical and responsible person to solve my complaint.

                    Please read my previous emails and all my complaints.

                    I had sent the below email to you on 27-Dec-2017.

                    'Hi Team,

I tried to use coupon on these order and i tried to paid 774 payable amont to paytm but error comes so i did nt place order but after somes when i tried to use this coupon it shows copon has exceed permissable no of counts since last 28 hours what to do

                        I have received a message from homeshop18 company tv show to my mobile no. [protected]. The message content is that "i have won first prize tata safari and amount rate is rs.12, 40, 000.
                        Registration service charge 6, 600 on 27/12/2017 deposit".
                        We have purchased a lot of products from homeshop18. I need to know whether the message is true or not.

                          I placed an order for nature's essence bridal glow facial kit. Rs 500 is debited from my account but hs18 is showing that order is not placed. I wanted the product for a ceremony before 30th december 2017 that is why i placed the order today i. E 25th december 2017. I hope hs18 responds to my complaint and delivers the product asap because the payment is already debited from my account... I hope my query is resolved..

                            - one kurta among them was defected — defect in print of kurta — called the customer care several times within a period of 34 days — always advised to wait for 24-48 hours — on 34th day, i was told that they cannot resolve my query/cannot replace the kurta/wait for 7-8 working days

                              I had purchased clothes by order number [protected]. Clothes are naheru jacket, two shirts, one pant piece and free tie. My problem is only one shirt is ok for me, my other shirt and jacket size is not as per my requirement, this is under size (Too tight). I ordered this clothes for my special occasion on 24/12/17. Because of replace process too long. So, clothes not required now. So when i contacted to homeshop18 customer care they said that we will refund only clothes amount, not courier charge (But they will refund me only 999/-rs. But i already spent 1150/- rs). So in this all matter what is my mistake (I bought from homeshop18, so). Why do i lose 151 rs?. So my humble request to the homeshop18 please refund me my full amount 1150/-rs.

                                I ordered set of 2 jutis, at classic men's synthetic and suede jutis (Ind 10 size) online paid rs 675/- (Order no. -[protected]) on 16th december, 2017 and the delivery hasn't been shipped exceeding delivery expected date... And status still shows cargo ready for last 1 week
                                But interestingly even though the product has'nt been shipped, they have already generated awb no.[protected]Xpressbees vm) and the customer care is pathetic just fake assuring me that the order will be dispatched in 1-2 days for last 5 days. The message is just sorry for inconvenience caused.
                                Please look into this issue or refund my money by cancelling the order... Or else i'll complain in consumerhelpline.gov.in.
                                Resolve this issue as early as possible... My first worst experience in homeshop 18... Never expected this from you when i have been a loyal customer for so long.

                                      I've ordered 10 pc bella casa bedspread set. The quality is cheap, local and color is different. I've ordered for white but recd orange. Last 5 days calling to raise a complaint for returning / exchanging this product but their systems are down it seems. Strange how it system is down from last 1 week but up to take new orders. The cust care people are useless.
                                      Asked me call after every 24hrs to check, they will not callback or let me know system status. Pathetic product, poor service, i'm cheated. This will be my last order on homeshoppe18.
