        Today i received call from [protected] that i have got lottery for my homeshop purchase order no. Refered above. When asked to confirm he messaged from no. [protected] and gave toll free no. [protected].
        If this call genuine pl confirm otherwise if fraud then how my details was shared to some fraud party.
        I called customer care the lady told to ignore but the question is why such thing to happen

            And have provided me with complaint no. Hs[protected]. It has told me to deliver the missing product that are (Hand and foot spa cleanser aloe vera shampoo and bindi card) within 4 5 working days... Plzz give the assurance that i will get my missing products for order no. [protected] and homeshop18 18 will resolve my problems. And the purse which was delivered it's handle is damaged and i want replacement of the purse also.

                    I have placed an order for blankets through phone on 26th november 2017 and have opted for the cod scheme. The very next day on 27th of november i have received a call from an executive who claimed he was calling from homeshop 18 and he has confirmed all the order details, mobile number and house address.

                    The executive then has informed that my order number with mobile number has won grand prize of 12, 50, 000 rs which i can claim as a tata safari or cash. The executive has reconfirmed all the details regarding my address and contact number.

                    He has insisted upon depositing 8000rs for the funds to be cleared. We have dialed the homeshop 18 team and they have confirmed that it is a possible trap and requested us to not to deposit any amount.

                    However they are not willing to answer our question on how our personal details and address have been breached by the scammers.

                          As per above ref. I have received the product which i have ordered on 26/11/2017 but the attachment of the product is not as per your promise or as per your advertisement. I have complained in your helpline no (Complain no:[protected] and your executive has taken 72 hours to sort out the problem. But after 96 hours we have not yet received any phone call from your executive. Now i want to return the product as soon as possible.

                            I kall company tablet is not showing sim card there may be problem in sim place, firstly i contacted to home shop 18 and i handed over this tablet to suraj technolony shop no.51 first floor bhosale shinde arcade deccan gymkhana pune after instruction from home shop 18 for repairing suraj technology told service charge rs.1250/- so you can collect it from them as suraj technology is your service center

                            Today i received a call from your company from phone no.[protected] and message from [protected], your company representative told me for sending tablet through courier but tablet is with suraj technology

                                  Customer is least cared and are ignored...
                                  Procedures are only disgusting and are used to trouble so complainant will stop thinking getting tired... So the looted money is not to be returned.
                                  But my struggle is to get it right so poor people who borrow money to get those product of their need and not get cheated...
                                  Poor or well to do... Why be cheated.

                                  After approach to CS and facing stupid query which would not be conducted by legal authorities too, finally courier was sent with a reverse service to replace the order in sound condition hopefully... Also I now expect them to make a special provisions to open and check the package before receiving it at my door step... Or at least give assurance of some sort that package would have no problem and Complaints...
                                  But courier tracking showed out for delivery on 2.12.17 but not recd yet...23:00hrs 2.12.17.
                                  Very poor experience... Thinking of as a big mistake. But my struggle is to get this right for those people who are poor and cannot go thru all this procedural nightmare...

                                  Order no.[protected]... No quick solutions yet. Will have to make a police complaint it seem. Delays may cause damage...
                                  Customer is least cared and are ignored...
                                  Procedures are only disgusting and are used to trouble so complainant will stop thinking getting tired... So the looted money is not to be returned.
                                  But my struggle is to get it right so poor people who borrow money to get those product of their need and not get cheated...
                                  Poor or well to do... Why be cheated.

                                  But order retrieved is not reversed from 30.11.17 till date 6.12.17.
                                  Very poor experience... Thinking of going to police for proper help. But my struggle is to get this right for those people who are poor and cannot go thru all this procedural nightmare...

                                    I have placed order vide order no.[protected] and i have received consignment also that is 5 tops and 4 leggings tops are ok but leggings are small in size. I have complained and they told it will be sent in 10 days but so far i have not received hence my request now is kindly send four xxl size leggings in replacement of small size at the earliest. I am a regular customer.
                                    Hence kindly send xxl size 4 leggings immediately.
