Hd ordered vlcc product and in that 13product of bella paris was free with 13vlcc product. On tv thr was 5facial, 6bleach, 1kajal, 1foot n hand spa. Among 6bleach, 5bleachrs r free inside wd facial. N thy told 13bella products bt i received only 11.1nail paint n 1bb cream was missing. I complaint n thy said thy r sending me my partial producy again bt today also thy sent me only d nail paint not bb cream. Bt thy hv updated on thr system yhat they hv sent me both thr product. I[censored] hvnt dent me thn how cm u guys update on ur systm. Now thy r sauing thy cn only send d whole product whn i will gv rest product n tht too if not used. Earlier only thy should hv informed not to use d product. M i getting dreams or wat. Thy r cheating like this. M. Vrry very disappointed

    SIR,

    1. I purchase a product from homeshop 18. The details of my order no is AWB [protected] and it is despatch from your company on 21 Apr 2017. You confirm us that the shipment will be delivered on 29 Apr 2017, but till date no shipment have been receipt.

    2. When I contact your customer care, they assured us the shipment will be delivered in time i.e 29 Apr 2017.

    3. The shipment was lying last four days at TCI XPS office in Pune. I also contacted to TCI XPS service on No [protected] on 27 Apr 2017, they told me that the delivery boy is not available with them and the boy rejoined on 29 Apr 2017 and your shipment will be delivered on 29 Apr 2017. Again I contacted on 29 Apr 2019 about delivery of shipment. they told me whenever the octoroi will not be received by them till then delivery cant't be possible.

    4. No action has been taken from your side. I think you can't monitored your shipment has been delivered to the customer in time.

    5. I complaint you to your earlier orders were received in time, but this time you are fail to deliver in time.

        I am writing this with utmost disappointment and agony.I have ordered a cleaning mop with order no-[protected] from homeshop18. The date of delivery promised to me was 21st april 2016. As like any normal e-tailer i was expecting the delivery by or before 21st april 2016. However, to my disappointment as per my order details you have not dispatched my product till today that is 24th april 2016.

        I also contacted your customer resolution desk and told about the delay and asked for the refund as the company failed to deliver the product by promised date. The response i got was ridiculous- they told me as the product is packed they cannot cancel the order. The question is how long a customer will keep waiting for his refund if you simply pack the ordered product and will not dispatch it.The second question is why a customer should suffer for the logistics failure of the company?The third question is why, when people try to reach out to the higher management in operation with their grievances, they are denied and left high and dry with their money being confiscated?
        This clearly shows that homeshop18 does not care about the interest of its customers and float traps of offers on its channel to loot them.

        Forgive me if I am a bit harsh on you, but this is what I experienced at homeshop18. Being a business analyst, I would urge the management to work on these grave issue else the behemoths like Amazon and Flipkart are ready to snatch your market share.

        On another note kindly work on my order([protected]). Either you refund my money or delivery it ASAP.

        I was placed order worth rupees 1800. I ruturned the product and got coupon code of rupees 1800 and now i am issuing new order but no one is ready to take my order giving system issue reason. And i got unlimited validity coupon now company is saying that it is valid for 90 days only. What can customer do in this case.
        Kindly advice us.
        We have ordered Pressure cooker from Homeshop 18. Order placed on 1-4-2017, And its delivered on[protected]. As damaged product delivered we have asked for replace. In replace also we have got damaged product. Now they are not replacing or refunding the order.

          I purchased your projector uc 46.29, mar, 2017it is defective not turning on i gave it to unic service centre but they can not give any solution. Return my money and go to hell i will never suggest any one to purchase any product from unic they make chhutia.             I have purchased one karboon mobile alfa 91thru homeshop on 21st april 2017! Its seal was broken,, and mobile is old and used not only that thing mobile starts and stops and restarts automatically i register a complaint immdly i was asked to visit service center in model town,, they denied to take and i was asked to cantact rohini's service center no response now i feel helpless except a complaint register in consumer court
            Earlier i used to buy from this company and there was no problem
            Now home shop basically becomes a fraud and doing cheating to the buyers
            When i purchase a new mobile. How they sent old, used and defective mobile
            Now their tendency only to sell old and substandard product by name of maha loot
            Till today their was no reply from their end
            I feel i have been hugely cheated by home shop

            Yours product delivery has done to us but in that whole package you gave us product doesn't work as u said. The problem is in reachable camping lantern USB output for mobile charging doesn't work. So I want to replace this product.

              This is really disturbing and irritating, As i am receiving these unwanted calls in the name of home shop 18. In the name of orders that i have placed on homeshop18, the person who is calling tells us that, he's calling from homeshop18, global office or some times main office and also have all the details about my order which i have placed on home shop 18 which is surprisings, and the speakes rubbish and dirty abusive langauage. and this is not the first time its happening, i also compliant regarding this on the customer care no. but got no response. i dont understant what is the security system of homeshop18 website, that people can hake the data of customers. as i have been shopping from other sites as well. but this never happens. iam putting in a police complain regarding this. And want that it should be notified to the higher management so that they can look into this.

              I received a adhira suit combo and I paid 1900 rupees for it.
              But cloth material was very bad so that I returned it but against it I received only 1699 rupees which is not right.
              They changed their policies without before any information.
              They are not following the rules.
              So please refund my 201 rupees through bank transfer.
              I got call from homeshop 18. he knew my address. He asked to submit 12700 in SBI Account no of some Mahender.

              He had been calling from below number [protected]. How can they get our personal details from any online shopping site.. some online shopping employee must be involved in leaking information

Yesterday we have received this order dated 21/04/2017. When we put led bulbs in holder its blast there 3 led bulbs are blasts. When i am raise complaint in your compliant no she given me again new no and given some address and she said you go there and resolve ur issues this type issue i have face with you on second time last time i have purchase i kall mobile handset there is battery problem again ur customer care executive give me add and said to go there and resolve.
                Dear team i am a private job employee i dont have enough time to go there and resolve all these type issue so i request you to please resolve my issues as soon as possible other wise i will raise these complaint in social media, news and consumer form.

                    With due respect, i want to inform you that i have purchased and received hair threader online from home shop 18 dated feb., 18, 2017 with order no.[protected] of rs.1250/-. This has not of good quality and not working. Then on dated 20/02/2017 i put a complaint to your customer care about this product. Your customer care executive has given the number of subhash who has supplied this product on your behalf. But he did not respond seriously. She told the address of subhash showroom as 56/ d-3-blk, janta plot paschim vihar new delhi and given the mobile no as [protected]. He talked very rudely and said you can do anything. We will not replace or take the prouct the return. Please take appropriate action in this regard and replace or return the money back.

                      I, C.L.Tegta, resident of House No. 164, street No.1, Gurudawara Road, Annand Nagar-A, Tripuri, Patiala, Punjab -147004 want to brought in your notice that I placed the order No.[protected] dated.[protected] to homeshop18 for the purchasing of “ Surya x cross-3 burner Automatic gas stove” for costing Rs.1931/- & the payment was made through credit card. The PCL marketing, 7352, Prem Nagar, near Shakti Nagar, New Delhi-110007 has shipped the product through Courier & the same was delivered to me on[protected] . I opened the package and found the gas stove was damaged as a whole. I contacted the homeshop18 complaint service No.[protected] & lodged the complaint vide its no. HS[protected] dated 23-03-17. On my complaint the damaged product was replaced in the first week of April, 2017. I used the new product and on[protected] the glass of the gas stove was broken in small pieces partly from various side automatically but at that time no family member was present in the kitchen. I brought in the notice of homeshop18 the whole episode & they assured me that the product is under 3 month manufacturer guarantee & the same shall be replaced by the seller & he will respond within 3 days. As such they lodged my complaint No. HS[protected] dated[protected]. The sms received on my Mob. No. [protected] on 14-4-17 is as under:- “ Dear customer, Homeshop18 has registered your complaint No. HS[protected] against order No. [protected]. For any queries please call us on[protected] from 10 AM to -6PM. I reminded the homeshop18 on 17-04-17 for the resolution. I requested them nothing has been heard neither from Homeshop18 nor the seller for replacing the defected gas stove or refund. They requested me they are resolving my issue & the outcome will be conveyed shortly.

                      After passing 6 days period on 19-04-17 at 05.58 I was contacted by the homeshop18 from their Phone no.[protected] & conveyed that they are not in position to resolve the issue of replacement of gas stove nor its refund from the seller because the glass damage does not fall under manufacturer guarantee & suggested that I should repaired the same in the local market by paying its repair charges. I was surprised to hear such a resolution of my complaint after passing 6 days period from Homeshop18. I requested them why u have kept me in dark for 6 days the same could be conveyed on the same day when I lodged the complaint. It is a matter of great injustice to the consumer who purchased the product through Homeshop18. The home shop18 could not replaced the faulty product even on 3 months manufacturer guarantee from seller M/S PCL marketing, 7352, Prem Nagar, near Shakti Nagar, New Delhi-110007 nor its refund.

                      In the end I request your good self to please look into my complaint and pass the necessary order for refunding or replacing the faulty product which was having manufacturer defects. Early response will be appreciated please.

                        I have purchased Blue pearl four burner stove from Home shop 18 in January 17 . After few days I installed the stove . I found sound while start or off the stove. The same problem was in my previous stove which came after 10 years but in this product in very beginning. I logged the complaint and the service centre guy came and tried to resolve but unfortunately after so many attempts it couldn't resolve. The service centre guy said there is a manufacturing defect in it. I requested Home shop 18 to replace the product but they are not replacing . They made several concall to service centre and disturb me.

                        Meanwhile the deal was gas stove with free dinner set. But in bill book they are charging for dinner set.
                        Complete fraud and mis. Selling.

                          Dear sir, i have ordered karbonn smartphone, model alfa a91 champ on 13th april 2017 and i have received it on 15th april 2017, but sorry to say i have received a defected piece as it's touch is not working. I have called your customer care[protected] and[protected] many times for getting resolution but nobody responded properly. They are saying to me that i have to go to service centre of karbonn company based at mani majra. I went there, but they are saying that they don't entertain online ordered phone. Now where should i go, i don't know. My hard earned money is gone waste. Kindly help to provide me new handset on urgent basis, otherwise i should go to court for getting resolution, which i don't want. Your organisation is a reputed organisation, so i know that you will surely provide me resolution of this problem.

                              It is very heart burning and disgrace for the homeshop18 that they are sending through SMS the coupan number as CHI94I5UCF5 but for purchase of the goods i am trying the said coupan number is not being entertainded or is showeing invelied, Do i mean that your homeshop18 is making fool to the people who are wishing to purchase goods form homeshop 18.
                              further your executive when contacted on the given number they are themselves unable to clarify the matter and is not replying properly will you please rectify these errors or such type of not dealing or not hearing or not replying properly to the satisfication of the customer.
                              under this attitude of homeshop 18 your influence and credit will go down expect your reply on my mail. otherwise suit will be file publically.

                                We have order for 45 pcs. Digitally printed organiser set by prettykraft but they place order for 30 pcs. At same price so we are not satisfied with your online shopping. We want to order something else and they would take order for other. They cheat with us.

                                  this is my order details and today I got a surprise from Homeshop18, A package with 10 local Chinese led bulbs with no branding, in a box without any internal packaging, having a light lesser than a candle. what rubbish it is, I just reject the delivery and hoping a return for my money fom them asap. and I am planning to submit a case in consumer forum because the customer care simply ignored my complaint and they told me "we can not register a complaint for any inconvenience if you are not taking the delivery" there is no value for my time and I know why they are doing this to me because of advanced payments.

                                    Homeshop18 is a reputable company, and nice place to shop online! I purchased a few years back, their service was great! But this time, i lose my hope.

                                    I've ordered a "portable mini silai machine with set of 2 led bulb 9w & insect & pest repeller combo" [seller: am enterprises, order no: [protected], price: 1230/-] on 14th march 2017, and received it on 22nd march 2017.

                                    The sewing machine does not work! After a few customer care conversation, they accept to refund with courier charges. And as they said, i got sms from am-hmshop with address details for send the products. [complaint id: hs18 care #1373320, complaint no: hs[protected]]

                                    And i did the all as advised, product has sent by courier on 28th march 2017. Hs18 customer care asked me to send the courier awb receipt to homeshop18 whatsapp no: [protected], and did the same, and more, i've attached the invoice copy.

                                    The returned products has received by homeshop18 at their address on 3rd april 2017. I have sent the "delivered status" screenshot from courier service website to hs18 whatsapp & email. Customer care told that "product has sent for quality check, after their confirmation i will get refund within 3 days". I was happy, when i call after 3 days, they asked me to send the pod (Proof of delivery). I sent it by whatsapp & email.

                                    After many customer care conversations, they always told that "will be solved within 48 hrs or 4 working days", a false statements! I tried to explain, if they refund me, i can buy any other things from hs18, but they don't care! Their website "submit a request" (http://help.homeshop18.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) link does not work! There is no online support! Most of times their email id ([protected]@homeshop18.com) does bounce!

                                    Now, i only want my payment + rs. 330/- courier charge into my bank account, or fresh coupon code.

                                    Please solve my issue asap.

                                      I recently ordered a badsheet and my order no. is [protected]. But i didn't get my order yet. And i got a call from [protected] and the person said he is calling from homeshop18 and i won prize worth Rs 13 Lack or a Tata Safari. But first he demanded me to transfer 10500Rs in his account. He knows my address, my mobile number and my name too. When i refused to transfer then he used abusive language and gave me warnings also. What the hell?? Where is your authentications? Why you pass my data to fraudulent??
                                      Give me clarification on that otherwise i will lodge police complaint on your company.

                                        We did buy i phone 5s from homeshop months ago on monthly installment of 1800/- rupees.

                                        from the first installment this company is treating with us like they have owned us by giving us a
                                        phone on loan...

                                        this company is harassing us financially and mentally too with their tricky minds and abusive
                                        language, , , it feels like they are not social...

                                        they never called before the due date but they never forget to call after that date and ask for the penalty, ,

                                        the worst thing which we want to tell is .. this time we called the homeshop to
                                        send a guy to collect the installment before the due date... you know what they answered us??
                                        they said we have deducted the amount from your bank account so don't worry your monthly installment
                                        has been accepted already...

                                        but we was not sure because we never received any message from the bank on our phone about this deduction, ,
                                        so we called at homeshop again but they said the same thing, and again we called third time and then again they
                                        said the same thing to us...

                                        but just two days after the due date these people started calling us like we've stolen their
                                        everything, , ,

                                        do we need to shame on us ???
